  1. Hello Primex Finance Team!

After studying your Litepaper, I understand that on Primex Finance, there are generally four (4) roles that can be assumed by a user and they include: Lenders, Traders, Notaries and Delegators. My Question: Kindly give a brief description of each roles mentioned above. What does a user need in order to be either a Lender, Trader, Notary or Delegator (how much funding is needed)? How does each of these roles work in generating a good income for the user? Can I assume more than one of these roles at a time?

  2. Hello Primex Finance Team!

One interesting component of the Primex Finance platform is the “Credit Buckets”- which are programmable entities through which all trades happen. Give more details about the Credit Buckets. How does the Credit Buckets work? You stated that Credit Buckets are an interlayer between end users and other DeFi protocol such as DEXs: what does the term “inter-layer” mean in this context? What features makes Credit Buckets and inter-layer between end users and DeFi protocol such as DEXs? Clearly highlight the uses and benefits of the Credit Buckets to the users on the Primex Finance platform.

  3. Knowing that Primex protocol is designed to connect lenders with traders and give the decentralized finance (DeFi) market more tools that are familiar to standard trading markets. I would also like to point out that there are some serious baggage that’s hindering the growth of decentralized finance, which is the aspect that has to do with lack of liquidity which leads to price slippage, and high transaction costs are a barrier to wider adoption. I would like to know more about what Primex has done in the aspect of helping to lower the barrier of entry for people with fewer crypto assets to also Benefit from trading on DEX. Lastly Can you please tell us more on how Traders can earn interest by lending their unused funds in your platform?

  4. On your site it was stated that Traders who use Primex will be able to leverage their positions and amplify their gains across DEXs, a process that’s unique to the protocol. Can you please help in providing more Details on how Primex Aims to make it possible for Traders to Leverage their positions and amplify their gains across DEXs? i would very much like to know more about the Available tools your platform has to offer that would make that possible, what could be so unique about using Primex platform to trade? Knowing that the liquidity on decentralized exchanges is generally very low, what would your platform Primex do to increase Or boost Liquidity for traders to take advantage of?

  5. Hello Primex Finance Team!

The main factor that determines the efficiency of a specific trader is the profitability of their trades. Measuring a trader’s efficiency is a complex multi factor problem for which deterministic algorithms are not efficient enough and as such, Primex will be using machine learning for scoring and trading analysis. My Question: what is the essence and purpose of scoring and trading analysis within the Primex Finance platform? How does the machine learning work in scoring and trading analysis? How will the neural network be trained? Will the trained model be capable of analyzing the history of a trader’s transaction and evaluate their appropriate efficiencies? What is the benefits associated with scoring and trading analysis?

  6. Primex Finance is on a mission to improve the experience of trading assets on decentralized exchanges (DEXs). Traders can borrow funds below the liquidation price and maintain positions and each trader will be continuously scored based on their trading history to enable access to riskier credit Buckets. Can you provide more information on the process of how traders can borrow money? What are the requirements? Is there any form of verification process attached to it? What is the maximum amount a trader can borrow at the first time? How many times can a trader borrow money to stay in position after being liquidated? Can you tell us how many levels of Credit Buckets there are?

  7. I couldn’t help but notice that you have an ongoing Referral Program, this implies that older users will be inviting early users to the protocol, such as traders, keepers (liquidators), and liquidity providers (lenders). Can you give us more information about the Primex referral program? Do users need to own $PMX to participate? How are invites considered as valid referrals? Are all invites considered equal, irrespective of their choice of entry (traders, keepers and lenders)? What are the benefits of participating in this referral program?

  8. It was mentioned that access to non-custodial margin Trading has been a challenge with some degree of Centralisation associated with it;How far or what effort is thr trading platform making to resolve such a challenge?

    2. How effective has been the aims of Primex Finance to change the challenge of access to non-custodial marging trading? And has the change mechanism adopted to solve the challenge been able to yield any sustainable result?

    3. How are risk efficiently controlled by the Primex Protocol to avoid the Lenders from encountering greater risk? Are risk shared between the lender and the platform directors/managers ?if yes, how liable are the directors/Managers , or Primex Protocil liable?

  9. It was stated that the reason why Primex was created is to facilitate leverage margin trading across DEXs. Leverage requires a person to put up capital or assets for a trader to borrow to open a position. In Primex, this person is called a Lender. In order to be a Lender, can you give an estimate of the minimum funds needed? There are liquidity pools that poses a high level of risks for Lenders. How will Primex ensure that the risks associated with being a lender will be minimal? How will incentives be calculated and distributed for a Lender? I had seen that Lenders places their assets in Credit Buckets. What are Credit Buckets and how do they work?

  10. The platform’s idea to facilitate leverage margin trading across DEXs is a commendable one but as an investor, I kept wondering if Primex Finance will be secured enough to accommodate users’ funds because this is a matter of paramount importance. What strategies do you have in place to counter cyber and security attacks and ensure maximum safety of user’s funds within the Primex platform? How do you aim to reduce and mitigate risks associated with leveraged trading because leveraged trading can be highly risky? State some unique features that makes Primex Finance a better option to it’s competitors.

  11. Lenders on Primex can diversify their risk across multiple assets, specific traders, and credit buckets. Although I am familiar with the first two, I have never heard about this “credit bucket”. Please explain how does a credit bucket work and how can we use this concept more effectively to minimize risks? Is this a feature introduced by Primex? Do we need a specific knowledge or expertise to use a credit bucket? When lenders minimize their risks using these mechanisms, what does Primex do to make their funds safe? From your side, what are the security measures implemented to reduce the risk?

  12. I love DeFi and going through the Primex’s website and materials, I am very much interested in getting started on the platform.

My believe is that Primex has brought an innovation or perhaps a new invention in the DeFi space. In this course, explain about the new features/innovation/invention that Primex has brought to the Crypto table. How can users leverage these Innovations? Subsequent development of a platform is a sure way to retain users as we see new techs in the Cryptosphere daily: how do you aim to adapt to subsequent upgrades and development that may be seen in the Cryptosphere in the near future? Currently, are there any restrictions placed as regarding regions that can access the platform’s services? What is your globalization plans?

  13. List 1-3 killer features of Primex. What is the advantage of using Primex? What is your competitors advantages

  14. How effective has been the aims of Primex Finance to change the challenge of access to non-custodial marging trading? And has the change mechanism adopted to solve the challenge been able to yield any sustainable result?

  15. By locking funds for a specified time, lenders on Primex have the opportunity to fix their interest. I could not see any information about these tiers. Can you briefly explain about the interest rates for each time period? Does the rate depend on the time period or will the investment size also be calculated? I hope you offer better rates for longer time frames. When a lender choose a long period and wants to unlock his funds before the deadline, is he allowed to do so by paying an unlock fee? What are the charges/fees related to this feature? What is your anti-whale mechanism to prevent whales from investing their funds? How do you ensure the safety of locked funds? What will happen to them if Primex has to face any unforseen situation?

  16. In Primex finance. Along with the technology behind the tool, i learnt that there are five important roles that need to be filled to maintain functionality, which are Lenders,
Traders, Notaries, Delegators, and Liquidity providers. understanding that this are the five basic people that makes Primex Finance Functions. Can you tell us more about the roles of each of the positions mentioned? How can we leverage any of this available position to Maximize profit? I seem not to clearly understand the Functions of the Primex Notary, which is said to function In the offline world, & gives people and institutions confidence that documents are genuine. Can you kindly explain this role well?

  17. I learnt that Primex was Founded in June 2021, and its main goal is to enable margin trading for DeFi participants while allowing them to earn interest. But democratizing access to the crypto economy has created another intractable challenge tied to decentralized exchanges, and that’s cross-chain bridging. Tokens can be listed on multiple exchanges, traders need to transfer their coins between chains before they’re able to do anything with them, and that can be costly. It can cost anywhere between $200 and $500 just to bridge assets from one chain to another, and that’s before having to pay fees to actually execute transactions. Can you tell explain how Primex intends to lower the Barrier of Bridging Fees and other transactional fees that will be needed?

  18. I learnt that you’re Currently Running an Ambassadorship program in which your ambassadors can Be the first to test the product, get early access to events & more. Can you tell us more about the Ambassador program? What is the requirements for Applying for the role? Is the Ambassador program open for some specific Geographical region or everyone can apply? When exactly was the application open and when is the closing date for the application set? Can you state the benefits of Being a Primex finance Ambassador?

  19. I am curious to know more about Primex referral program. When I am going to join the program, it asks me to certify that I am not from USA, Russia and some other countries. Is Primex banned in those countries? Can’t we get referrals from said countries? I read we can invite early users to the protocol as traders, keepers, and liquidity providers. Do we get different referral rewards for these types? If yes, please elaborate more on the rewards for each type. What is the procedure of calculating referral rewards? Is there a maximum number of referrals? BTW, can a single user be a trader, a keeper, and a liquidity provider at the same time?

  20. Primex announced the Launch if it’s Alpha version last month being may. According to my understanding, Alpha versions of a software is mainly used to test run the software. Who is eligible to run the Alpha test? Is it opened to everyone or just a specific group of users or perhaps only the project developers? In general, how has the performance of the Alpha version been in terms of efficiency and throughput? You had mentioned that for the Alpha, two roles are available to take and test; List out these roles and how users can run a test with these roles? Will there be a Beta version release subsequently? When is forecasted time for the mainnet to go live so that users can fully get started on the platform??

  21. Hello, I have read that Primex Finance has AI based trader scoring feature. Traders are continuously evaluated by a decentralized network of ML-based nodes, he scoring defines traders’ risk levels and available buckets. High-scoring traders can survive high volatility and save their positions even when they’re approaching the liquidation price. This sounds really good. So firstly, can you explain how traders’ scores are determined? What requirements do traders need to meet in order to have a high score? Lastly, how often are traders’ scores updated?

  22. The DEX-agnostic protocol Primex brings prime-brokerage-level features to the world of decentralized finance and enables margin trading and automated trade execution without the traditional intermediaries and their flaws. What function does each of these roles serve? What benefits and incentives comes with being an early participant on the platform? How is rewards for Traders, Liquidity and Keepers calculated and distributed?

  23. To sum up what I understand, DeFi lending protocols make it possible for everyone to earn interest on supplied cryptoassets. Although the current use of DeFi lending with mandatory over-collateralization is still very limited, it is a great way for DeFi users to earn interest and Primex is a significant improvement in this area. What exact improvements has Primex brought into this area? Aave, Curve Finance and Compound offers something quite similar to the Primex Finance platform. As compared with the above listed competitors, Why is Primex a better option? What is unique and advantageous about the income generating mechanisms of Primex?

  24. Primex Finance closed a $5.7M strategic funding round co-led by Stratos Technologies and CoinFund, with participation from Hypersphere, and GoldenTree Asset Management along with leading liquidity providers including Wintermute, GSR, and LedgerPrime. This milestone is a huge one. How were the funds raised after the seed round allocated within the Primex’s ecosystem? You highlighted “Tokenomics” on your road map but I couldn’t find any info regarding the platform’s native currency: what developments have you made towards the launching of the native cryptocurrency? Can you give us information pertaining the currency’s total supply, allocation and use cases? What mechanisms are you employing to produce not just a short hyped token but a token that remains relevant even during crashes in the Cryptosphere which is somehow non avoidable?

  25. I have encountered the theory of liquidity pools in the decentralized finance (DeFi) ecosystem. Primex Finance however came up with the Primex Credit Buckets which is an alternative to Liquidity Pools. Elaborate on the Primex Credit Buckets. What is unique about the Primex Credit Buckets? Would there be A learning opportunity for beginners in Trading to also learn on how to make use of your platform services? Can you tell us how you plan to engage your community with the services your platform provides? Would your platform support or adopt any form of Governance Models in which major Decisions can be made through voting?

  28. I read that traders in Prime Finance are stakeholders who access liquidity from pools to leverage margin trade on DEXs. Traders are assigned scores that are based on their efficiency and identity by the protocol. How are the scores determined? What is the maximum number of score a trader can have? I was made to understand that scores of traders serve as a measurement of risk. Can you explain how the scores of a trader serves as a measurement of risk? And how do you ensure that risks associated with liquidity pools are minimal?

  29. I noted that notaries are responsible for evaluating the stability of profits that credit buckets provide to lenders in Primex Finance. Can you give us more details about credit buckets? How do credit buckets function? You did say that there are several types of notaries. What are the different types of notaries you have? What kind of responsibilities are carried out by each of the notaries? Notaries are nominated by the community. I would like to know how the nomination process is like? What are the procedures?

  31. Even though Primex was launched in June 2021, it was in February 2022 that you did your seed funding with a successful raise of $5.7 million from your strategic investors. I am curious to know more about these seed investors and how they were able to make investment commitment into your project, since up till now, you have no token and no tokenomics has been officially released by you? How has this fund been utilised in the development of your project so far and why does it look like development is stuck in Primex Alpha Phase? When do you expect your token design to be out and when is IDO or other presale events scheduled to start?

  32. Primex is a cross-chain prime brokerage liquidity protocol that offers cross-DEX margin services using a unique trader scoring mechanisms. Can you explain more about your AI-based trader scoring mechanism? How do you use it to determine the risk tolerance of a trader and their survivability to high volatility? How are users able to access credit buckets based on this AI-generated credit scores and what are the different credit buckets or assets groups that are available for users to leverage based on their credit score range?
