  1. Unfortunately, I missed the first round of your pre-sale. Since I hope to purchase tokens from the second round, I joined Discord according to your instructions. However, I could not find any information about the second round. I could not find any details in your Telegram Group too. Do you actually conduct a second round? When compared to the first round, what will be the differences? How should we prepare ourselves for the presale? Please let us know all information including token price, supported currencies and minimum-maximum limits.

  2. Your DAO has three main roles, Project Owner, Core Contributors and Community Members. Please elaborate more on the responsibilities of each role. Currently, community-centered projects are becoming popular. Do community members pay a vital role on your platform too? To be considered a community member, should a user hold a specific number of tokens? Can members communicate and interact with project owner and core contributors?

  3. I read that $FLASK is backed by a treasury. Moreover, I saw you have already sold more than four million $pFLASK. In addition, you will be launching $gFLASK by the end of this year. Please separately explain the utilities of $FLASK, $pFLASK and $gFLASK. How does this token model work? How should we earn these three types of tokens? Are they inter-changeable? If a long term investor hopes to invest in your project, what is the best option, $FLASK, $pFLASK or $gFLASK?

  4. Talking about your roadmap, I noticed that there will be 2 versions of launches both in phase 2 and phase 3, The launch and the launch v2 and also there there will be Bonds v2 and v3. Can you please elaborate on the two versions of launches of the platform? What are the difference between the two versions of launches? Why is there not a first version of the Bonds? What are the unique features of each version of the Bonds?

  5. I understand that the DAO will have a hierarchical structure with three types of members; The contributors, the advisors and the community members. Can you enlighten me about these three hierarchy? How do they function together for the growth of the community? Will the Advisors be part of the community? Can you tell us how the Flask DAO will work? How can community members be part of the Flask protocol DAO?

  6. Many DeFi projects just hyped in a short time then failed to grow because of low marketing and bad maintainance. What’s your strategic plan to develop Flask to become the long term DeFi project ? Do you confident that Flask could attract many DeFi users to join your ecosystem and gain more profits ?

  7. Back again every DeFi projects are very sensitive with security audits due to many DeFi smart contracts being attacked by hacker that cause lose of many investor’s fund. Could you tell us about your current progress of Flask’s security audit ? How do you ensure people that every asset that stores on Flask are safely guaranteed ?

  8. You express that you have formulated Flask to produce sustained sustainable growth for all its owners. Also called “The Decentralized” Chemical Currency. Can you define Flask more clearly? Can we say that it is a Defi project? What problems does it focus on solving? What opportunities do users and investors offer?

  9. From the roadmap and social media accounts of your project, I see that it is a very new project. However, it is still pre-sale. Recently, I have seen that many projects that have been invested in the early period have made a loss for their investors. Of course, the general situation of the market is also effective in this. How will Flask Capital follow-up so that its investors who invest in the early period do not make a loss? Can you explain what advantages await investors who invest in Flask Capital early? Why should we attend the next pre-sale or public sale?

  10. In the whitepaper of your project, you state that FLASK is not a stable coin, but it is supported and its value is determined by your NGU technology. I couldn’t find enough information about your Number Go Up technology. Could you explain more about NGU?

  11. Looking at the Flask protocol I saw that protocol is using the Avalanche Network as the primary blockchain for the platform. Why did you decide to start with the Avalanche Network? How will the Avalanche Network improve the overall qualities of the Flask protocol? Can you give details of this blockchain functionalities in terms of speed and transaction fees? Will new Networks be included in the near Future?

  12. I read from your docs, that whenever someone purchases a bond ,a set amount of FLASK is minted. This FLASK will not be released to the bonder all at once ,they are vested to the bonder linearly over time. Can you explain to us the reason why all Flask tokens are not released to the bonder all at once? What’s the advantages of releasing the FLASK linearly? There are two (2) types of bonds, the Reserve bonds and the liquidity bonds little explanations where given about this bonds, can you please give detailed explanation of these? Thanks.

  13. At first glance my impression is that FLASK is a fairly complex platform, what opportunities do they offer to new investors who are just migrating from the traditional system, what tools do they offer to that community so that they join DeFi with confidence and security, and in turn serve as a link to promote mass adoption and create a positive impact on the crypto culture?

  14. I noted that, for funding, the DAO will be funded by a percentage of the FLASK tokens minted during the bonding process vai the pay -out per bond mechanism that will go out to the DAO .Is there a fixed percentage that goes to the DAO?You also said that the fundings will go to development, marketing, and other expenses funded by the DAO.Can you tell us how funds are being distributed to the development and marketing department of your project?what other aspects does the funds from your DAO cover? kindly explain.

  15. Concerning Flask bonding,it is stated that whenever someone purchases a bond,a good number of $FLASK will be minted. So can you tell us the process of purchasing a bond, the price of purchasing a bond and the amount of bond to purchase that will be enough to mint a set number of $FLASK?So after successfully purchasing a bond and some $FLASK have been minted, will the users known as bonders receive the some $FLASK thereafter? How will the bond be calculated so as distribute $FLASK fairly to the various bonders? Please explain Thanks

  16. Many investors invest expecting short-term profits without deeply analyzing the benefits they can obtain in the long term, how can Flask motivate its investors to keep their tokens, what are the tangible and lucrative benefits they can obtain by contributing to the evolution of the ecosystem What are the main reasons to invest and risk investing in Flask as a new project in such a tenacious and competitive market?

  17. I understand that a DAO is a decentralised, autonomous organisation. The DAO of Flask platform will be funded by a percentage of the FLASK tokens which will be minted during the bonding process through the payout-per-bond mechanism and this funding will be used to pay for development, marketing and other expenses incurred by the DAO. Can you elaborate more on payout-per-bond mechanism? What are the processes of acquiring a bond? What percentage of the FLASK token will be used to fund the DAO? And what other expenses would FLASK token be used to pay for asides development and marketing?

  18. I see that your DAO has a hierarchical structure with three(3) kinds of members; contributors, advisors and community members. What are the specific roles of each of these members? You also made mention that anyone who wants to join your DAO will have to participate in your governance. Can you explain how your DAO is structured and how it will function? How can users participate in the governance? Do they have to stake FLASK token to be able to participate? I would like to know when your DAO will become official and what percentage of it will go to the community members.

  19. As a DAO project, what are your priorities, what are the main risks to which your investors are exposed, what are the characteristics that give you integrity and greatness, how do you plan to grow your community and how do you plan to strengthen and prepare yourself to face market vulnerability? ?

Also, what are the advantages of conducting an initial offering like this instead of doing it on the “traditional” way?

What characteristics does the staking V3 has compare to the staking V2? What benefits will stakers have with the Vesrions of these staking? What is the APY offered in each of the Versions? I learnt unstaking is always honoured, will users be charged for unstaking before the giving period? Please kindly elaborate on the staking protocols?

  22. It caught my attention to know that FLASK, has three (3)tokens $FLASK,$pFLASK and $gFLASK which will be launched later in the year,of which two(2) are currently in use the $FLASK &$pFLASK.kindly explain to us the used cases of each of these tokens,For a new investors that plans to invest in your project which of these tokens will he/she invest with?Does holding a $FLASK or $pFLASK determine the type of reward a user will enjoy? Which of this tokens are of greater value? What will be the function of the new token $gFLASK that is yet to be launched? Explain. Thanks

  23. FLASK mission is to continually produce sustainable $FLASK growth for all your holders. So can you tell us the different techniques you have establish to reach such goals?Does that also mean that $FLASK token could be set to see a bullish even when their is a volatile fluctuations of the crypto market or even when (bearish),or will you say $FLASK is like a self-sustaining crypto market of its own?And will you include Burning of $FLASK token to increases the value of circulating currency for its holders and what reward system have you implemented for holders of $FLASK?Please explain Thanks

  24. I read that FLASK is not pegged but pegged and it is not a stablecoin. You said every FLASK in circulation is backed by a treasury reserve comprising of stablecoin and non-stable assets. What is the essence of the backing if it does not ensure FLASK stability? Why is it necessary for FLASK token to be backed by both stablecoin and non-stable assets at thesame time and how is the treasury reserve fund generated or kept? Also, it is said that the value of FLASK is determined by your patented NGU Technology. Can you tell us more about NGU Technology which is a unique market innovation of yours? 28. Taking my time in going through details about your platform, I Noticed that your light paper is still undergoing upgrades as it was stated that you would continue to add more documentation with time..but with the information provided, I learnt that Flask uses A Governance token $sFlash, that would be used to vote on Rebase Parameters, and decide which project to support in the future, with this giving information, can you please Enlighten us about These REBASE PARAMETERS YOU MENTIONED? what does it Signifies in your Platform? & I would futher like to know about the $sFlash Governance Tokens mentioned In these Sentence, how is this government token Obtained in your Platform?
