  1. Hi team, what a journey – congratulations to you all so much and thank you for your continued dedication to the community.

    A question on projected gross revenue for Definder: Are you able to give insight as to the goals/targets you would like to hit in the coming months? Of course, we need to remember to understand that goals/targets aren’t guarantees, but projections.

    If you are able to perhaps give month by month projection of gross revenue for the first six months and then extend the timeframes from there, perhaps up to 5 years, that would be truly excellent.

    Again, we won’t quote you when/if the projections don’t turn out. This is no foretold prophecy

    And as an aside, it makes sense to me that Smartlands Network and SLT is renamed to something better reflecting Definder and its branding. Is this potentially to happen at some point in the future? Although not necessary for the tokenomics to work, it makes it cleaner for my brain, as I understand SLT to be the backbone of all of Definder.

I understand that Staking Of SLT will be required for the key Smartlands network participants and the minimal amount of Required amount may be adjusted later on voting and intial amount are currently; 3000SLT for KYC oracle and 10000SLT for Compliance Oracle and you also mentioned about SLT insurance Pools and not much was said about it. can you elaborate on the KYC oracle and the Compliance Oracle? What are the different staking benefits and Incentives for users in The KYC oracle and Compliance Oracle? In line with this, can you explain on your SLT insurance pools and it’s Features? What are the basic purpose of SLT Insurance Pools and how would SLT insurance pools works to achieve these purposes?

    My question pertains to the expansion of tokenization beyond real estate. Some might argue that focusing on tokenization specifically on real estate could have advantages vs. spreading resources across multiple areas for tokenization. Considering many young companies focus on efficiencies and specialization when target a particular niche in one or a few sectors, this is a top curiosity for me in regards to the team’s future plans.

    My question to you is regarding regulation.

    It is clear that in order for Definder and the Smartlands Network to operate in any given country or region, that it requires the correct regulatory framework. Regulation, then, is key in order for Definder and the Smartlands Network to expand beyond Ukraine.

    From your perspective as a team, how quickly do you see these regulations being adopted by other nations across the globe? Do you have an expected timeframe within which you would hope to see the EU, for example, setup the regulatory framework that would allow you to operate across its member states?

Just last month, Smartland published an announcement on it’s Reddit channel that it has signed a partnership agreement with one of Ukraine’s oldest established and main commodity exchange, usually referred to by its initials as the UICE. And under the terms of the partnership agreement with the UICE, Smartlands will utilize the exchange and its distribution channels to promote ICOs on the Smartlands platform to a much wider audience. Why have you chosen UICE in particular for this investment plan? It is intended that investors will be able to access the Smartlands platform through the UICE and be able to participate in Smartlands ICOs in exchange for both fiat currency and cryptocurrency, forming a distribution channel through Ukraine’s premier commodity. Is the fiat currency restricted to only Ukraine’s currency or is there a choice to the fiat currency that can be used?

SmartLands – (Staking and Fee Distribution) – we understand SLT is the native Token of the SmartLands Network ecosystem, and all the transaction fees will be paid in SLT as well as every regulated transaction involving compliance Oracles requires a certain fee to be paid; and by the ecosystem rules, every fee addressed to the Oracle will be paid in SLT. And SmartLands will be reserving 1/3 of all fee income to be distributed to qualifying Token holders which will be paid out in SLT Token. My question now is, what is the parameters in determining a qualified holder of SLT pursuance to benefiting in the 1/3 reserving income to be distributed? Finally also, is it possible Under SmartLands ecosystem that one may be a holder of SLT Tokens and yet not qualified to benefit from the income that would be distributed from the 1/3 of all fee income ? Please explain to us

    With the rebrand, there has been a lot of worries that SLT holders will be pigeonholed into the “Smartlands” part of Definder. Is it safe to say SLT will be utilized across all Definder platforms/businesses? And if so do SLT stakers get fees/revenue rewards based on Smartlands only or on all listings in the Definder company?

Liquidity of digital tokens is one of the key features that bring value to investors,thus,Smartlands Network said he will support the secondary market in two forms,one of which the form of exchange will be powered by Smartlands DEX. Can you further explain the essence,the basis and the functions of this form of market? How does this form of exchange powered by Smartlands DEX utilizes the liquidity of smartlansa digital tokens? Further you said MFT license will be required to operate an exchange for digital securities,even if it is a DEX,as per my knowledge getting an MFT license is a time consuming and costly process and this might discourage investors from investing,what will Smartlands do to fix this so investors can operate exchange without stress? Lastly,what is the other form option that Smartlands will support for the liquidity of it’s token?

    Earlier this year there have been lots of talks about a T1 exchange. But I hadn’t really heard anything about it as of late. Could you give us some information on that?

  12. Currently almost all traders and investors use mobile apps due to the inconveniences. Although you have plan to launch a mobile app, it has been scheduled for the second quarter of next year,as per when your project was initiated and the time the mobile app will be launched is quite too much difference,why did you postpone this target? Have you already done any designing work? Will your mobile app be less convenient than the web Version? Please briefly explain about your app and the features? Also in your roadmap i noted instead of Q1 you preferably used H1,we are much familiar with Q and this H is a total new concept to me, how is the H calculated,what quarter of the year or month does the alphabet H1 represent?   14. In the last AMA (April 2021) you said we shouldn’t expect SLT to be listed on a T1 exchange before platform and staking launch.
    Now that those requirements are fulfilled: Can you estimate when SLT will be listed on an exchange (and can you name a few exchanges you are in contact with)?

  15. The Trillion dollar question is of course what other specific markets you are in the process of exploring?

    Do you have any further details regarding secondary markets, specifically fees, you can share or confirm and what sort of volume do you envisage will eventually trade on this market?

    Do you have any plans to create a stats page as part of the staking wallet. It would be great to see things like total SLT staked, number of staking wallets with perhaps a top 100 or so and breakdown of staking?

  16. So I might be getting ahead of myself but I feel like this might be something that has potentially not been discussed yet. With Definder as the new holding company and with plans to expand tokenization across many different avenues has there been any conversations about tokenization within the metaverse? I know the metaverse is kind of a buzz word and there has yet to be a definitive project that has stamped its place as the overall front runner within this ecosystem. Does this seem like a good idea for Definder which clearly aims to be the king of tokenization to get out to a head start within this realm and try to establish itself as a top tier asset moving forward?

One part of every project that Brings values to investors is the liquidity of thier digital tokens, hence Smartlands network will support the secondary market in two form which is in form of exchange which will be powered by Smartlands DEX and Multilateral Trading facility (MTF). can you elaborate more on smartland powered DEX and Multilateral Trading facility (MTF)? How wlll the Smartland DEX work to improve liquidity of digital tokens? you mentioned that listing of a security token on MTF will impose a lot of restrictions and a price tag, can you elaborate more on These restrictions associated with listing a security token on MTF? How does Smartlands Platform plan to resolve these issue so that users will be able to trade their digital securities?

  18. Your big goal is to become the largest tokenisation platform globally and your primary target is to tokenise a trillion dollar worth of assets. Can you share with us how much of assets you have been able to tokenize so far and how much of your goals you have been able to achieve? How will Definder as a holding company, can create a unified basis for the multiple products and business directions of the company? In what way do you plan to retain a lasting value and democratise access to real estate investment for global investors and how will the adoption of stellar network assist you to deliver in this regards?

This rebranding has raised questions and concern about the revenue sharing component of Smartlands Platform and SLT staking; and whether or not this revenue sharing component will expand through other digital investment options that will be created under the Definder group of companies. Can you please clarify for us if the revenue sharing will expand beyond Smartlands Platform?

  20. You launched an alternative investment project in Ukraine and this program is designed to enable users become a fractional owner of profitable assets. What does it mean to become a fractional asset owner and is this going to benefit DeFi investors? What is required from interested users who may wish to register and become a fractional asset owner and is this opportunity limited to Ukrainians? How do you identify lucrative assets suitable for investment and how do you intend to lower the buy-in threshold so as to ensure that it is accessible and affordable by many?

As a real estate investment protocol, you will generate a solid stream of revenue from closed deals and you have created a fee pool which is intended to demonstrate your commitment on premium sharing with your qualified token holders. Can you explain what it required to be a qualified token holders in order to enjoy this premium sharing feature? Will the sharing be done at a specific interval, randomly or on a project to project basis? What amount of generated premium from the fee pools will be shared to qualified holders and how do you determine the amount that each will person will get?

  22. One of the services you render is “fundraising projects/Issuers”. Can you explain how your branded fundraising Online Marketplace is used for the purpose of raising fund? Once the Liechtenstein fund is finalised and the licences are approved, do you plan to first use this fund and the laws under which it operates to offer tokenised assets based in Ukraine or in another jurisdiction? And I know we’ve been waiting for the Virtual Assets Law to be signed off before your network of HNWIs will be ready to participate. Do you get the impression they will be ready to proceed once the President signs the bill or will they decide to wait until the Law comes into effect once the Tax Codes are amended some months later? Can you elaborate on how you think the Draft Law on Tokenized Assets and Cryptocurrencies currently being considered by the Committee on Digital Transformation will impact business operations and revenue generation for Definder/Smartlands Platform in Ukraine.     1. You launched the Smartlands app platform in April 2021 in beta mode. Currently this platform still sits with a beta tag on it 8 months later. What is the reason that this application has not been able to be put into a final state yet? Can Smartlands/Definder process live deals on a beta platform to generate revenue for the token holders? So far the only revenue generated has been from a technical deal that was used for testing the system.

  30. The Smartlands ecosystem wallet shows that you intend to have a secondary market launch, support third party wallets, integrate interoperability accross the Stellar ecosystem, as well as you mobile app launch, all within the periods of Q1-Q2 2022. With the knowledge that the timeframe for the expected roll out of these services are within reach, can you briefly elaborate on them, what should we expect from your secondary market launch, and why is this beneficial to Smartlands? Also, since other wallets would be supported to complement your native SLT wallet, will these wallets support some of your DeFi functions? Finally, can you briefly explain the benefits of the planned interoperability support on the Stellar ecosystem, how does it enhance operations and service delivery?

  31. To better help with issues around Assets and Compliance, Smartlands will employ the use of Compliance Oracles, tasked with performing all the required checks for assets. Can you properly elaborate on the general working procedure of the Compliance Oracle, and what happens if an asset doesn’t require a Compliance check, how is it then issued?   32. SMARTLANDS announced few days ago the changes of it’s brand name to DEFINDER to better reflect the company’s move into more different spheres of business and new geographical areas. Prior to this change you have established leadership in the real estate and agriculture tokenization market. So my question are what are the specific reasons you decide to rebrand and why did you choose DEFINDER as new brand name? Which other business directions are you expanding to and which specific opportunities does such businesses offer your platform and users? Which new geographic area are on your rader for expansion?

  52. Greetings from El Salvador! My question is: Are there any plans to scale up the team? provided enough investment supports the expansion (economically of course), whether that inclues getting more devs, marketers, PRs, ux designers, etc.

    I’m sure that marketing plans have been in hold for now, and also I know that adding more people is not as easy as it sounds (especially with the added complexity of blockchain shenanigans).
