  1. I understand that the Braniac farm is yet to be launched, and
the project will introduce high yield farming by staking LP, with a mechanism that increases staking APY as TVL, please, for most of us that have little knowledge of crypto, can you please tell us the functions of the TVL? When are you planning to launch? And how would users gain rewards through the emission rates of farming? How much fee are buyers and sellers charged? And lastly, would there also be Withdrawals fee in your platform?

  2. Brainiac Farm – I understand there is BONDING in Brainiac Farm which gives discount to users who will purchasers vested $Brains by paying ETH and farming is Staking Uniswap LP Tokens, as users are incentivized to add liquidity and stake
Their tokens to receive $Brain Tokens and incentivized to bring in other farmers. How much of ETH would a user pay to purchase vested $BRAINS? Please explain to us how a user would be able to bring in other farmers to be incentivized? What is the use case of BONDING in Brainiac Farm?

  3. Brainiac envision to become the next evolution of high-yield farming and Single Asset Staking LP platform reducing risk exposure along with a mechanism that increases staking APY as TVL increases. What are the features you have implemented to reduce risk exposure associated with high APY like high inflation rate and sell pressure? How does the increase in APY mechanism work with increase in TVL? Lastly can you explain how emission rate of farming rewards is dependent on both market price of tokens, as well as TVL?

  4. Taxes and fees – I understand there is a
3% tax on the Token transactions of which 1.5% goes to the Treasury for buyback and burns ,1.5% goes to the marketing wallet (as eth), a 5% fee for unstaking LP and unstaking & BRAINS and for the LP, the fees will be unpaired and ETH goes to the buyback Treasury wallet and the tokens are burned directly while $ BRAINS unstaking fees are burned. Could you please explain to us how exactly you mean by unpaired fees? I understand to save on gas, it’s best to just claim it after 5 days, could you detail us enthusiasts how to claim it to be able to save gas?

  5. Bonding is said to give a discount to a user who will purchase vested $BRAINS by paying ETH used as backed value in treasury and the amount of discount will vary. How can users bond and what is the discount thy get? What are the factors that determine the variation of the discount? What would this money termed backed value in treasury be utilized for? Is there plan to use other assets for bonding in the future?

  6. At launch, your project proposes to introduce high yield farming by staking LP with a mechanism that increases staking APY as TVL increases. Could you please tell us when your launch would be? Your Audit seems to be in progress, could you please tell us when exactly are you likely to conclude with your Audit certifications? And which of the Audit companies are you working with? Please tell us.

  7. In every organization it’s important to keep tract of their financial records to ensure a fair and accurate representation of transactions. While going through your project,I realized that Brainiac currently don’t have an audit, and it is said that the audit is in progress, the year is gradually coming to an end and the audit report is not yet out.
Can you tell us when the audit will be released? Is the audit conducted by members of the Brainiac protocol or it will be conducted by a certified public accountant?

  8. Brainiac is a yield farming and staking protocol on Ethereum chain,And it’s goal is to become the next evolution of high yield farming and single asset staking to earn both more tokens or partners/new projects . Thereby reducing risk exposure but maintaining a high APY.From what I’ve seen Brainiac has great potentials for reaching it’s goals
Currently Brainiac is partnering with Ethereum, and you have a high target of earning both tokens and partners/ new projects. There are other blockchains networks like Bitcoin, Binance smart chain, this blockchains networks are actually solid and recognized by many, are there future plans of forming a bridge with them? thereby attracting more investors to invest with Brainiac?$Brains is the present token on Brainiac, apart from uniswap are there other forms of exchanges?

  9. On their website everything is at zero (0), where and how we can obtain relevant financial information that allows us to do our own analysis, for much the level of risk is associated with the APY, as they plan to maintain a high APY reducing the presence of risks Why is the emission rate of agricultural rewards not defined, and why have they decided not to establish a maximum supply?

  10. What is the function of ETH in the purchase contract, how do they encourage users to add liquidity and contribute their tokens to receive $ Brains tokens, what will the price of the token be at launch, what happens if the link is not made , the entire farming process will be carried out in ETG, how will the rewards distribution be?

  11. I really find your literpaper quite nice because it includes the links and demonstration videos, please tell us how you plan to stay active and attract users once its launch is over, you can explain in detail the real essence of Brainiac, what are your goals and milestones, and why among so many chains with similar and cheaper advantages and properties did they choose Ethereum, what are their farms and active pairs and what are their integration plans for other chains?

  12. From your twitter post on November 12, you explained that $BRAINS will have a maximum supply of 1 billion and half of it is allocated as farming reward. However, while reading your litepaper, it was written that there is no max supply for $BRAINS and the emissions rate of farming reward will depend on both market price of tokens, as well as TVL. Can you explain which one is an accurate description of your token supply? Also, it is said that you will charge 5% from every LP withdrawal, unpair the ETH and use the unpaired ETH for manual buy back and burn. If you are only using the unpaired $ETH for buyback, what will you use the unpaired $BRAINS from the LP fee for? And since you will do manual burn after certain price drops, can you tell the price drops percentage that can trigger burning actions and the amount of token you intend to burn during each event?

  13. As I go through the story BRAINIAC I found out that’s about Bitcoin, wallet, and so more . What is the relationship between brainiac, farm and online trading ? Thank u

  14. What is brainiac farm all about ?
Is it good and eligible for youths to practice??
Is there a very good return after investing in it ?
Is it reliable and doesn’t perform any form of fraud ?

  15. There was an initial version of Brainiac (v1) that existed before you decided to relaunch your protocol and created Brainiac V2. Can you explain the deficiencies you identified in v1 and why you needed to relaunch it not too long after it’s launch? How is Brainiac V2 designed to offer an effective rewarding model and what additional features have you added to enhance staking or farming experience?

  16. According to the documents that Brainiac have, you are a staking and farming protocol on Ethereum network, so as you know this chain is the most expensive chain of the world right now, so that’s a barrier that not all users can affront, so so you have plans to expand to more chains?

  17. One of the most interesting elements that I read about you is that Brainiac doesn’t have a max supply, the tokens are minted according to the market demands, but how do you prevent the inflation ? Do you have planned do buybacks or Burn tokens to keep the a stable supply?

  18. Brainiac is said to be a fork of $SMRT with an $OHM like treasury DAO. Can you explain why you fork these projects and the way you have combined their peculiar attributes into $BRAINS so as to make it a superior project? And since you intend to create an $OHM like treasury DAO, does it mean that you plan to hand over the governance of this project to the community? If so, can you explain how they will be able to suggest and opinions on how $BRAINS should be run?

  19. The token $Brains looks that is very important in your ecosystem, so can you tell us what are the most important roles that this token can takes? Also I read that Uniswap is the only place to buy it, so do you have any particular plan to list this token is other exchanges?

  20. The service of Brainiac is focused on farming and staking, but Brainiac will offer more services like lending, borrowing or NFTs?

  21. In most yield farming projects, APY reduces as the TVL increases and the farming pool becomes saturated with users. This won’t be the case in Brainiac farm as I read that your APY will consistently be increased with increasing users and TVL. How will you be able to ensure sustained high yield over a long period of time? With $BRAINS yield from pool increasing with more users, how will you create further token utility for farmers enable them to further lock their $BRAINS and prevent a situation where profit seeking farmer will harvest yield from farm and later dump back into circulation

  22. In the farming feature of Brainiac, users are incentivized to add liquidity and stake their tokens. Can you give more information about this? Is there a minimum and maximum amount of tokens that users can stake? Will users be required to lock their tokens for a particular time in order to receive their yield? How is the APY for users who lock their tokens determined? In what currency will users receive their APY? Is there any guide which users can refer to in the case of any confusion?

  23. What problem did Brainiac really present at the beginning for the developers to join forces and solve all the problems in v1? What differences can we find from v1 and v2? Why the intention to keep trying? And why now everything will be successful?

  24. I learnt that users will incur a 5% fee for unstaking their LP tokens and unstaking $BRAINS. Can you give more information about this? Will users be able to avoid this fee when they lock their tokens for a particular period/length of time or will every unstake transaction incur this 5% fee regardless of the the period/length of time that the tokens have been locked? Can you give a detailed explanation on how the 5% unstaking fee will be distributed or used in the Brainiac ecosystem?

  25. What are the advantages of being an innovative, high-APY self-feeding farm? How does everyone benefit from high APY? You can tell us; What is the global convenience of being part of the Brainiac project? Why is it really useful for me to acquire the $ BRAINS token? Many tokens come and go, if I am looking for a solid project, am I in the right choice, for what reason?

  26. What are the next steps we can expect from $BRAINS? I would like to be up to date with the updates that this v2 has, in what sense will we have possibilities of multiple benefits? What would those benefits be? Have you thought about how to step up and take this project to the next level, perhaps allow other communities to be a part of Brainiac? Allowing more people to join this great journey and great experience.

  27. Greetings Brainiac, My question is in which chain is developing the Brainiac Farm production protocol? what is the main objective of the project in the long term? What is your plan for the future, what do you think to become? you are offering to reduce risk exposure, but maintain a high APY. How do you plan to achieve those goals? What are the functions that Brainiac Farm will introduce at its launch? What is the mechanism they would be using to increase the APY? You can explain us about these functions.

  28. Greetings Brainiac, Why don’t you have a maximum supply of the $ BRAINS token? Can you explain to us where the rate of issuance of agricultural rewards depends on? not having a maximum supply of $ BRAINS, what would be the LP withdrawal fee and what percentage would be used for buybacks and burns? In the mix, what percentage will be unpaired and where will the ETH from the unpaired LP be sent? can you explain these points to us.

  29. As I understand, on Brainiac there is a feature called Bonding, which will give users discounts for purchasing vested $BRAINS with ETH. This ETH is then made into “backed value”. How does this protect the value of brains? What mechanism do you use for that? Also, how big is this discount? Does it also apply to new investors who purchase $BRAINS, or only for those already holding it? Is the process automated and transparent?

  30. Brainiac is a yield farm and staking protocol built on Ethereum Chain. However, both of those functions are meant to be a sustainable way for users to gain rewards, and it would be a shame if a great percentage of those rewards or tokens are taken away thanks to Ethereum’s astronomical gas fees. So, does your project have a way to reduce such fees when withdrawing our gains? If not, why did you decide to build on Ethereum? Will you be introducing a cross-chain bridge soon?

  31. I read that in BRAINIAC there is a 3% tax on token transactions, where 1.5% goes to the treasury for repurchase and burn and 1.5% goes to the trading portfolio (as eth), but, could you explain us how are users guaranteed that these funds are used in the way they are mentioned, also, what systems are used to maintain adequate security in the treasury and in the trading portfolio?

  32. there are few projects that mention what is your plan to maintain scalability, this is why I would like to know, what are BRAINIAC’s plans to multiply all revenues and achieve greater benefits for its users, I would also like to know what is your roadmap, I tried to search on the website and in the Litepaper but I did not find it, so, if this is in your hands, could you share your plans for the rest of the year 2021 and at least tell us your plans for the first three months of 2022?

  33. I know that we can perform Staking with $BRAINS, but could you share with us, how much is the blocking time that we would have to maintain the Staking and what would be the APY, also I would like to know, in the case of not being able to fulfill the total time of the Staking, how much is the percentage of penalty that the user should pay?

  34. How is Brainiac different from other yield farming and staking protocols, tell us what are its unique features, what makes it more profitable than its competitors, what are the problems that only Brainiac solves and why its platform is the most reliable, secure and one of the best options for the user?

  35. in terms of security how would you describe Brainiac, tell us, how many audits have you already performed or scheduled and why do you consider that your platform meets at least basic security standards, i.e. tell us a little about, the anti-attack systems you have implemented to protect your platform and prevent your users and image from being harmed by such attacks?

  36. Brainiac is generous enough not to impose high taxes on its users. Currently the new $BRAINS token has a 3% token tax. 1.5% going to the project funds for development expenses, marketing, listings, etc. The other 1.5% goes to the buybacks contract. The 3% fee doesn’t take too much from buyers but also deters frontrun bots, which might cause some issues with buyers/sellers in the first version. Do the first 1.5% fall into governing power of $BRAINS holders? Are the users impowered to vote for selecting the way your project should develop or participate in helping to resolve any issues? Thanks!

  37. It is mentioned in your litepaper that buybacks are funded by half of the token tax and are done manually when there is a big drop. It is also funded by the withdrawal fees from farming. The tokens in the LP pair are burned and the ETH goes to this contract. Team chose not to automate it to avoid abuse/gaming of the system. If the process is not automated, then is it Brainiac team who takes decisions on buybacks or you’re planning to introduce a governing body? Do the buybacks also serve to keep token’s inflation level? Thanks!

  38. Sir my quistion is,
I understand, on Brainiac there is a feature called Bonding, which will give users discounts for purchasing vested $BRAINS with ETH. This ETH is then made into “backed value”. How does this protect the value of brains? What mechanism do you use for that? Also, how big is this discount? Does it also apply to new investors who purchase $BRAINS, or only for those already holding it? Is the process automated and transparent?
    That’s it sir.

  39. powerful is your BRAINIAC project? Many project’s start with a good impression & then abandon of the project? your BRAINIAC project different from others so that investors will be interested in investing?

  40. I discovered that BRAINIAC will adopt Buybacks as a measure to mitigate any inflationary tendency on $BRAINS and also to avoid issues of trust amongst team members. Since these Buybacks are automatically burned, may we know how often this operation is periodically programmed to occur? Asides the stated instances, are there other conditions that can trigger a token Buyback to occur? May we know how BRAINIAC’s Buybacks operations are funded? Also, why are decisions of Buybacks and Burns left under the sole discretion of the BRAINIAC team, wouldn’t it be better if such decisions where taken by a general concensus such as a DAO, in other to totally eliminate trust issues amongst team members, as previously identified?

  41. BRAINIAC has really had a rough and patchy past steaming from your v1 and v2 launch to incidences of been heavily FUD’d resulting to project abandonment and losing some of your top advisers. Even as the new team is on a mission to rebrand and revive the BRAINIAC project and its defining products, can you kindly elaborate more on the journey so far, how has it been picking up and building from the ruins of the past? Can you share your remarkable progress story, how has BRAINIAC upgraded its products and services to deliver long-term sustainability? Above all, what are the overall projections for BRAINIAC in the coming year, how will the project position itself to be more community aware and rewarding?

  42. You have mentioned that $BRAINS has a 3% tax. It is not clear that the tax has been imposed on which type of transactions. Do users have to pay 3% when they buy, sell and withdraw $BRAINS? Further, you have stated that this tax will deter frontrun bots, not the human users. It seems you are using the tax as an anti-bot policy. Can you clearly explain how does this tax deter bots? How does Brainiac keep bots away from the platform with the help of this tax? By the way, 50% of the tax funds have been allocated for development purposes. Please let the community know what kind of developments will be done in the future.

  43. You audit is still in progress. Are you waiting to apply for an audit or have you already applied and waiting for the report? If you have applied, can you inform us about the service you have chosen. Is it a popular platform like CertiK and TechRate? To invest in the project and purchase tokens, investors have to make sure that the project is secure. Will you be able to complete the audit, publish the report and rectify issues if any by the time of conducting sales? Generally, audited platforms also turn into scams. Therefore, explain about your addition security features.

  44. There is a 5% fee for unstaking $BRAINS. 5% is not a negligible percentage for small investors. I noticed that this funds will be burned instead of utilizing for a project-related task. Why did you decide to burn a considerable portion of 5% of the staked funds when users are unstaking them? Can’t you make it lower? Some projects do not charge an unstaking fee if users send the unstaking request before a particular number of days. Don’t you offer that kind of feature? Some users may hesitate to stake funds on Brainiac due to this unstaking fee. How do you encourage them?

  45. I learned that Brainiac was being relaunch last November 26. So,can you tell us what is the reason of relaunching your platform? Can you tell us more about the relaunching of Brainiac? While your platform was being relaunch, what are the enhancement and innovation being made in Brainiac network? Is there any additional features being added in your network? Any good result and good impacts of this relaunch brings to your platform and to your community and investors? thank you

  46. I found out that your audit is still on progress,so can you give us some idea about the progress of your audit? How many auditing firms audited your platform? Can you tell us what auditing platform audited Brainiac network? When can we expect for your audit to be finished? If ever there will be any discrepancies found out in your platform while in audit, are you considering for re-audit? Thank you

  47. You claim that users of your platform can became the best of themselves. Can you elaborate more about it? In what ways could #brainiac will help users became the best of themselves?
