  1. I found out that Cere Network is hiring suitable individuals for certain open positions in the Cere team. How many vacant positons are available? Can you mention the various positions in the Cere team that are open and the requirements that interested individuals must meet? How can interested individuals contact Cere Network to apply for available vacant positions? Can you mention some of the incentives/perks that Cere team members get to enjoy?

  2. About the Cere Network’s Council; “Cere Network’s Council serves as an elected body of network participants that are intended to represent the passive stakeholders of the greater Cere Network”. Can you mention the main functions/tasks of the Cere Network’s Council? I learnt that users have to be elected to join the Cere Network’s Council. Can you explain more about this process? What are the requirements that users must meet to be able to run for a spot on the Council?

  3. -There are two main features on the Cere Network. They are; “Cere Explorer” and “Cere Bridge”. Can you list and explain the use cases and functions of these features in the Cere Network? Will all users be able to access these features or the access of these features will be limited based on some factors?
    -Is the name “CERE” an abbreviation? If yes, what is the full meaning?

  4. The future of blockchain is interoperability where there’re no borders for fast and easy workflow between multiple blockchains of any type or category. I know that Cere Networks shares this vision by putting interoperability on the top of its’ goals. Please explain what will it bring in terms of user experience to your customers (large businesses and their clients)? How will it facilitate daily duties? Please provide some examples. Thank you!

  5. With the Decentralized Data Cloud one of the main challenges is security and data privacy. Please share what instruments does Cere use to protect data from thousands/millions customers enabling the privacy of their information to 100% percent? You’re also using the term “differential privacy” in your litepaper. Please explain how it works. Thank you!

  6. I Understood that The CERE token primarily serves three purposes on the network which are SaaS-DeFi utility, Proof -of-Stake consensus, and network governance and Under consensus participation, CERE token can be staked by Validators and node operators. Who are the validators and node operators? how can a user become a validator and node operators? and what are the Benefits/ rewards a user recieve for being a validator or node operators? What are the minimum CERE token requirements for user Participate in consensus participation?

  7. CERE is a polkadot inspired, next gen distributed network that consists of several modular inter connected layer; you mentioned Cere layer-1 core, Cere Layer-2, and the distributed ecosystem. Can you elaborate more on these modular inter connected layers? What are the Features of each modular interconnected layer? What are the effects of each of these layers to the CERE ecosystems?

  8. You recently graduated as one of the beneficiary of Binance Labs (the venture capital arm of Binance) incubator program. Can you share with you how the experience was? What are the exciting features of Cere Network that got the attention from Binance Labs and how were you able to scale off competition from other participating projects in order to emerge as a winner? How has the participation in this event helped the developmental strides of your project and what mentorship, influencers and investors have this event afforded you? Lastly, how upbeat are you that you can match the success records of similar winners of Binance Incubator event such as SafePal, Perpetual Protocol and Polygon?

  9. The vision of Cere Network is to allow enterprise to start establishing their own data ecosystems and first-party data strategies. What type of enterprise can enroll for your Data Cloud service and what are the requirements for an enterprise to get onboarded onto your Data Architecture? What data integration service will you provide for users and enterprise associates? How will your protocol enhance effective data management and what data optimisation strategies will you offer that can provide enterprises with enhanced data insight, real-time predictive analysis and fluent data design in order to enhance efficiency and cost saving in business process?

  10. You plan to operate a decentralized Open Data Marketplace (ODM) where developers from all over the world will be able to work with any dataset they want at any time. Can you explain how this marketplace will ensure direct access to business dataset? How will Cere ODM marketplace enrich, filter and anonymize individual enterprise business data when it is open? Also, 20% of Cere SaaS fees will be allocated to the Cere Open Data Marketplace to stimulate activity between enterprises and data engineers. What is the difference between data enterprises and data engineers and how will this marketplace stimulus be shared?

  11. Currently, there are plenty of storage solutions such as Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud. You have stated that Cere Decentralized Data Cloud is the world’s first blockchain-based storage solution. What type of advantages do the users receive due to the decentralization of your Cloud? How does the blockchain technology add something new to the Cloud? In other words, how does the user experience on your Data Cloud may differ due to this new approach?

  12. Although I am familiar with staking, slashing is a new concept for me. You have indicated that it has been introduced to discourage validator misbehavior. What type of activities are considered misbehaviours? How do you track them? If any misconduct is reported, will the validator be prohibited from joining with Cere again? Is this your own concept or have you noticed any other platforms which have this feature called “slashing”?

  13. Generally speaking, cross-chain asset transfers is a common concept. We all know that plenty of platforms offer this feature. You have stated that Cere will use a substrate runtime components and cross-chain smart contracts for this purpose. Can you deeply explain this? How does your project offer a better experience in cross-chain asset transfers?

  14. Tell us a little about your NFT royalty contract and how you can make a direct distribution of income from stakeholders in the real world through them, is Cere a public or private network, who and how can be part of your platform?

  15. How does the expanded development program work and what is its role and importance within the platform, can Cere through its products influence the consolidation of the NFT space, what does it mean to have a currently patented NFT platform?

Which countries will be the first to have the products and benefits of their network, to what type of public or users are their services directed, only to the business sector or is it equally adaptable individually, how they plan to achieve the incorporation of users and what are the cross-platform incentives and rewards that they will use to further drive user engagement and loyalty through interoperability?

  17. It caught my attention that Cere’s SaaS-DeFi smart contracts, all tariffs, B2B2C contracts and invoices from Cere Marketplaces can be easily mapped to the DeFi scope. This is really impressive. But how do they effectively manage to merge traditional business operations with decentralized finance? Cere SaaS-DeFi enables companies to better utilize their marginalized capital, optimize their financial operations and create frictionless payment experiences for their customer base and leverage DeFi’s supercharged liquidity?

  18. Reading their website, I noticed that Cere has an enterprise-grade interoperability model based on three main networks – BSC, Polkadot and Ethereum. My question is, what are the interconnected modular layers that through Polkadot, and in combination with other networks, can come to provide the interoperability necessary for each order and transaction to be executed quickly and without delay? How are they different from other SaaS-based models?

  22. Greetings Cere Network, my question is what does the Cere mainnet provide? I would like to know if the consolidation period will remain the same for investors who are not from the United States? Have your smart contracts been built and by whom? How secure is your contract and how many audits you have passed, you can give us more information on these points of the question.

  23. Users being able to access a Decentralized Data Cloud is extremely necessary in times where major corporations (who own most of the internet) like Google and Facebook have shown that they do not care about users’ privacy. However, most crypto protocols are centralized until they renounce their ownership in the contract. This process sometimes takes months after launch, so how will Cere Network go about this? Is the platform decentralized since the beginning, or will it happen afterward? If so, how can we trust that our data will be safe? Please elaborate, thanks.

  24. I read that Cere Network is backed by Binance Labs, and I’d like to know what is the experience like, and what are the benefits you’ve seen from this? Does it help you gain more investors, or is there a team that guides you regarding the concept, and technical aspects of your platform? How is it like? And how can we as investors benefit from it?

  25. How does Cere Freeport work, what is the difference of Cere Freeport + DDC, from others like Filecoin and Arweave? Is Cere Freeport totally focused on plug-and-play storage? I read that Cere is a next generation distributed network inspired by Polkadot that consists of several modular and interconnected layers, so firstly, could you tell us what you have taken from Polkadot, secondly, explain each layer, i.e. its main use cases and opportunities and thirdly and lastly, tell us what unique features Cere Network would have?

  27. Can you give us an example why Cere technology is so powerful, what happens when a user buys an NFT? What function does the smart contract fulfill? How does it act at that time? Will it automatically deliver the NFT to the new owner through the Cere bridge? What is the function of the CERE tokens? In this case, would they be unlocked at the public address of the new owner? can offer us more details of these functions

Alliances are important, because nowadays they generate more confidence in the project among users, so, I understand that Cere Network has allies, so, could you tell us, how these allies help Cere Network, how important are they for you and if you are considering looking for more alliances to not only generate more confidence, but also to attract more users through them?

  29. You have mentioned that your Treasury gets funds from slashing and transaction fees. However, you have not mentioned about exact percentages of the funds that the Treasury receives. For example, what is the % of transaction fees allocated for the Treasury? Since this reserve is an important part of the finance of a project, team members should have a proper plan about the funding sources and utilities of the funds kept in Teasury. Could you please give a detailed explanation about it?

  30. It caught my attention that Cere helps media enterprises to improve long term user retention and content engagement. Have you already initiated this procedure? How should a media enterprise contact Cere for these purposes? What are your charges? How do you guarantee long term user retention and content engagement? What kind of actions do you take to achieve those targets?

  31. You have allocated 4.9% from the total token supply for “grants”. Could you please explain what are those grants? Do you mean any donations to external institutions as a charity work? Or are these grants allocated for community members? If they are for the community, please explain the process of applying and the methods to increase the winning chances.

  32. Traditional CRM’s currently face many limitations, they are outdated, expensive, hard to integrate with today’s AI and data-driven solutions. New data cloud solutions like Snowflake are disrupting these traditional CRM’s by offering much more flexibility and faster integrations. Similar to Snowflake, you are building tools to extract and virtualize enterprise data with near real-time event-sourcing into customized datasets for Machine Learning (ML), analytics, or partner integrations. So, since you have a similar approach, what are the competitive advantages of Cere over Snowflake?

Cere SaaS-DeFi enables enterprises to give a better use to their sidelined capital, optimize their financial operations, create frictionless payment experiences forgot their customer base, and tap into the supercharged liquidity of DeFi. I read that on your website and I am amazed about the potential this platform has to empower and help enterprises to take off andakecthe best of what they have. But I also wonder, what are the advantages for customers, not just of Cere, but from the enterprises that use the platform? As a customer how could I benefit from Cere?

  34. Cere is a Decentralized Data Cloud (DDC) that raises the bar for data ecosystems to a whole new level, specially in terms of privacy, compliance, interoperability and agility. It forms the cloud for the 4.0 industry, and allows enterprises to fully harness the power of their most valuable asset: their customers. What are the innovations that are part of the 4.0 industry, what in the design of Cere helps industries to take more advantage of their customers? And in this context, how is the customer protected, what is the advantage for them?

  35. I read that you are currently in the process of launching an NFT platform in collaboration with Polygon. How far have you gone with this plan and what attributes will your NFT have? How do you plan to deploy NFT data cloud storage and optimisation? How will your Decentralized Data Cloud plug and play feature enable business data to be tokenised as NFTs and how will it be able to capture critical event data relating to the issuance, transfers, and access of such tokens? How are these data carrying NFT monitored for changes and how will you ensure their automated verification and value validation?

  36. Cere Network has The Cere Layer-1, which is a core ecosystem, optimized for enterprise use, so how does this core work, what exactly does it offer to enterprises, what are its use cases and what makes it a good partner for large enterprises?

  37. Could you tell us the use cases of Cere Network, what exactly does it offer to the users, what are the problems they can solve through its platform and what are its most outstanding advantages that allow Cere to be competitive?

  38. How important is security for Cere Network, tell us a little about this fundamental issue, what has been done on the platform to ensure adequate security for the user and companies and to prevent malicious attacks from damaging your image and end up making you lose users?

  39. Most organizations that manage customer’s database has made a huge business out of that by selling customer’s data without their consent and without any kind of incentives. How will Cere ensure customers get benefits from their being shared with other enterprises?

    Since Cere solves so many complexities 9f blockchain processes,when it comes to staking of tokens, how can a newbie like me stake on this network? what’s your staking period?It also deals with data processing and lots more.
    You say stable transaction fees are charged,can you tell us how many percentage you charge per transaction?How can an interested business join the Cere network?

  41. As You mentioned, The NFT marketplace of Cere Network will be directly integrated with Social media. But the Copy righting issues will rise because the Social media are open sources for any one. So how will be the ownership & Loyalty be working in NFT marketplace of Cere Network? What kind of drawbacks & Pros will it result by integrating social media in to your NFT marketplace? Can users make NFTs using the Social media contents within Cere Network NFT marketplace?

  42. Cere Network is backed by Binance Labs, Republic & Arrington XRP Capital. It seems that great potential Platforms are behind the scene of Cere Network. So how was the contribution from your Sponsors so far? Do Binance Labs incubate Cere Network in order to reach out the Ultimate Stage of Cere Network, What about the other two backers? In return, What are their demands on behalf of backing your platform?

  43. During I read your Whitepaper, I found strange word called DDC node. What is the meaning & Purpose of it? Further my reading I noticed that DDC node can be added in to smart contract. In which manner will it be done & who have the authority to do so? Please explain this technical problem as we can understand?

  44. By the Cere Bridge, $CERE tokens can be transferred from Ethereum to Polygon network. When I tried to connect my wallet, It shows only Metamask wallet. So are Other wallets like trustwallet not allowed in Cere bridge? What about the fees per one transaction? Currently You have only allow $CERE token within Cere Bridge. When can users transfer other tokens also? Will you integrate other blockchain networks like BSC, Avalanche in future?

I just discovered that Cere got mentioned on CityA.M. as one of the successful graduates from the Binance Labs Incubator program and you are still reaping the benefits of your incubation on a daily basis. So,could you explain more about this Binance Labs Incubator program? How does it works? How did you become part of it and what are the main purpose of this program? As one of the successful graduate of this incubation program,what are the positive impacts and advantages it brings to your networks and to your community and investors? Thank you

  56. Almost every investor holds the token for the short-term without understanding the long-term value. So, how can you ensure for us $CERE Token holders that holding this token is more beneficial for long-term and what is your plan to increase the demand and scarcity of the token?

  57. Are you working on the possibility of listing on Coinbase? If so, is there any time frame for when the listing will be possible?

  59. If I was a company who are new in crypto and whant to implement DDC or Freeport into my buisness, how can you help me to do it in few steps?

  60. Even with a team this experienced, there probably were some obstacles along the way. What were the biggest obstacles since you have started the project, were you able to overcome those obstacles and how??
