  1. Avastarter you did said is a decentralized protocol incubating and funding the future’s ideas and as an incubator, it’s technology could also be used by players to launch it’s very own incubated projects. Could you please explain to us enthusiasts how a player could exactly launch it’s own incubated projects using your incubator technology under Avastarter?

  2. AvaStarter consists of many features which include; “Launchpad”, “Farm”, “DEX”, “Liquidity” and “ENMT”.
-Have all these features been launched already? If no, when will the remaining features be launched?
-I have an idea of all these features except the “ENMT”. Can you explain what this feature is about? What are the use cases/functions of this feature in the AvaStarter ecosystem?

  3. Due to the low survive level of projects in a year cause of low and static improvement with no suitable development platforms and not carefully screened before been launched, is Avastater a creating a platform yo scrutinize the improvement of these projects and longevity after a year and more?

  4. What would be the Avastarter alternative route to users outside Binance, FTX, Gate….even when users are expected to have an exchange account like Binance, FTx, Gate…

  5. For a start up project, is your diverse fundraising platform dependent on their project improvement, like would there be a pull out?

  6. “Our mission is to select and support the most promising teams and projects, giving them prominence across our
    entire launchpad ecosystem”.
-How do you know “the most promising teams and projects”? What are the parameters used to determine the most promising teams and projects? What are the minimum requirements that teams and projects must meet to be able to be selected and supported by AvaStarter?
-Can you mention some of the forms of support that the selected teams and projects can receive from AvaStarter?

  7. According to your tokenomics;
-AvaStarter token($AVAS) is the governance token for AvaStarter Launchpad. Is there a minimum number of $AVAS tokens that users must hold to have governance rights?
-31% of the total supply is set aside for Airdrop(1%), Private sale(25%) and Public sale(5%). When are these events taking place and how can interested users participate?
-I learnt that there is a 3% fee on all token sales and early unstaking fee of up to 20%. Can you give a detailed explanation on the distribution of these fees? How long do users have to wait to be able to unstake without incurring the 20% early unstaking fee?

  8. Introduce and grow the token economy of multiple blockchains, leading to an interoperable token economy across known chains. So my question is, how much is the blockchain,

  9. I noticed that you charge an early unstaking fee of up to 20%. It does mean that the maximum fee is 20%. Can users know the exact fee in advance when they place a request to unstake early? How do you calculate the percentage? Does it become lower when the unstaking date becomes closer? You have stated that there will be no fee if users wait for 6 weeks to unstake. Does this mean that users have to place an unstaking request before 6 weeks if they do not wish to pay a fee? Normally, stakers unstake their holdings when the market condition is good. Then they can sell them and earn a profit. Thus, placing a request before 6 weeks seems to be impractical. Don’t you think that users will refrain from staking due to this rigid rule? What do you expect from it?

  10. It caught my attention that you have designed four tiers, Starter, Standard, Extreme and Super. Required amount for the Starter is 25, 000 whereas 200, 000 is needed for the Super. My question is, how you prevent whale activities and protect small investors? When there are tiers with huge differences, whales can easily choose the highest one, invest, withdraw and sell all the holdings creating a selling preasure. This will negatively affect on investors who put their funds in the Starter tier. What kind of solutions do you propose to solve this issue? How do you assure the protection of small investors?

  11. You have promised to offer some advantages to users including low transaction costs, safe and fast swaps, a user-friendly design, and the ability to buy and move assets between different Blockchain chains. Although these features are extremely important for users, they are common to many platforms. When reading about these advantages, I could not find a special reason to choose AvaStarter. Can you deeply explain your differences when compared to similar platforms? Why should users choose AvaStarter rather than other platforms?

  12. in you media you said that you focus on building a launchpad with a variety of fundraising products from simple that anyone can participate in creating and selling tokens on the platform to censored and quality-assured projects driven by the strongest Kols team in the industry. How effective is this launchpad? And how long will it take to get this investment working?

  13. AvaStarter possesses great advantages in comparison to other NFT marketplace. Some of these advantages includes: NFT purchases with a low fee where the creators of the NFT work will receive 1% license payments from all subsequent transactions. How will you trace and make licence payment for original NFT creators? Another advantage is that, Current NFT Marketplaces all use ETH to create, buy and sell via the Ethereum blockchain. However, with AvaStarter NFT Market, you can completely buy NFT with many other coins such as BUSD, USDT, BTC,
ETH, AVAS. Does this entail that AvaStarter is a multichain platform and will you support multiple bridging in the future?

  14. While reading about AvaStarter I saw that you aim to help new projects in more that one way, from legal advices, token design, marketing, development support, to even extended invaluable industry connections. That being said, can you tell us more about all of this extra help you will give to this startup projects? How do you plan to help them with all of this? How can this projects and possible future investors be sure they are getting advices and help from people who actually know and is qualify for it? Will you partner with expert companies and attorneys in order to give them the best helping hand they can possibly get? Also, do projects need to pay or do something if they want to receive all this benefits or will it be something AvaStarter will do for everyone?

  15. It caught my attention that AvaStarter is said to have an “outstanding technology and high adaptability”. With that in mind, can you give us more details about the outstanding technology that builds AvaStarter? How does it really work and what makes it so outstanding and at the same time allows the project to have such a good adaptability? Also, why did you decided to implement this technology on AvaStarter and how does it make the project different and better from other Launchpads? What does this extraordinary technology allow you to provide to startup projects and investors that other kind of advance technologies wouldn’t have been able to?

  16. I read that in order to be a predictable and fair platform for everyone, AvaStarter will work in a different way from how other Launchpads usually work; AvaStarter will implement “AvaStarter Tiers”, which will be a system constituded by 4 levels; Starter, Standard, Extreme and Super. So, that being said can you tell us more about this system? How will this Tiers system help you on your goal of being a fair and predictable platform? How will this AvaStarters Tiers actually work and what kind of advantages can users get dependig on the tier they are in? Also, as a Launchpad platform, how does this system provide you and users benefits they won’t get on any other platform that functions in a more traditional way?

  17. The market price of Avalanche’s $AVAX token has surge to almost a hundred dollar a piece. Because of this, most people are now using the Avalanche blockchain. Was this price surge that main reason for creating this project? Was the “Avalanche Hype” was a factor for developing Avastarter?

  18. Avastarter is a multi-chain capital raising platform that supports AVAX, BSC, ETH, DOT, MATIC and SOL networks all of the same time. Will Avastarter consider adding more chains to this list in the coming years to come? If so, what blockchain would you start supporting next?

  19. In Avastarter, users are encourage to create and mint their own personalized tokens through the Avastarter “E-MINT”. Would you care to elaborate the process of this feature? Do users havs to have suffecient knowledge about programming and coding to actually create personalized tokens? What is the scope and limits of this feature?

  20. Avanlanche is one of the fastest growing blockchains with many large cap projects last year. Having Avalanche blockchain as a starting point, how will AvaStarter manage to use this ecosystem to promote the development and funding of future innovative projects based on Avalanche, Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Solana, Polygon in the most fair and decentralized way? Why have you chosen Avalanche Blockchain as a starting point?

  21. I read that AvaStarter is focused on building a launch pad with a variety of fundraising products. My question is, what are the different strategies you have developed to strengthen and facilitate access to financial capital to foster the development of new ecosystems? How do you intend to ensure the quality of such funding?

  22. Rocket Launchad, SafeLaunch, Super Launcher and AvalancheSwap are just a few projects that I can named as AvaStarter’s competitors. Having that in mind I would like to know, what will be different on AvaStarter comparing it to all those Launchpads I previously mentioned? Why should projects and investors choose you as their best option? What kind of unique features and benefits will you be willing to offer to them so they will consider you as the best platform?

  23. Hello AvaStarter

I noticed that from the first quarter of next year, you will launch Avas Gaming platform. So can give us a sneak peek of it?What kind of game will it be,will it be adventurous like saving the planet? How far have your team gone with the projects? Please can you kindly share with us how exciting it will and will users have to pay before be accessing? Will the game will be available on Mobile both Android and iOS,and PC? Thanks

  24. AvaStarter is described to be a multi-format Launchpad platform that aims to become an incubator for top potential projects. Having that in mind I was intrigued about what is considered as a “top potential project” and what kind of characteristics make a project worthy of this title? So, could you please tell us how are startup projects evaluated in AvaStarter to be considered as a top potential one? What kind of information do they need to give and what kind of process do they need to go through to qualify and be able to launch on AvaStarter’s multi-format launchpad platform?

  25. Hello AvaStarter

Avastarter’s mission is to bring high-quality projects to individuals worldwide in a public and decentralized way and to do this you aim at bringing trusted projects that won’t scam/defraud users unlike many launchpad. For that I noticed for projects to list on your IDO, IAO platforms they must have gone through a rigorous testing process. So what does this rigorous testing process involves? Some times even after going through such process some projects devs/team members are sometimes dubious,if a project that is launched on your platform still rug pulls how can you still keep the trust of users or to avoid blames from them? And how do you plan to bring high-quality projects to your launchpad? And for this projects to succeed,do you have any mentorship and marketing plans for them? Thanks

  26. You mentioned that dozens or even hundreds of projects will be raised every day on your platform, you are confident that this is a very good form of marketing to attract the community to know about your other products, especially AvaStarter IDO, AvaStarter IAO, AvaStarter Dex.So what strategies will you put in place to manage the influx of projects launching on daily basis? You also plan to charge a smaller fundraising fee on Avaslaunch than AvaStarter IDO and AvaStarter IAO.So what is your reason for charging fees on Avaslaunch, AvaStarter IDO and AvaStarter IAO even though the IDO and IAO AvaStarter don’t have same charges fee? Will this fees be charged from your community members or from projects? What will the fundraising fees be used for?And will there any form of incentives given to those who participated in the fundraising? Please Explain Thanks

  27. An intial AVAS offering (IAO) is a fund raising vehicle utilized to launch new tokens and bring liquidity to those tokens, and it help reduce AVAS Deflation in the market and also reduce whale activity. Can you please elaborate more on IAO. What are the requirements for a user to participate in an IAO? How does IAO help reduce AVAS Deflation in the market? And also reduce whale activity?

  28. I could see that one of the main goals of AvaStarter is “Helping Token Economy Mature”, could you please tell us then, how will AvaStarter make that possible? How and on what ways will AvaStarter help tokens economy mature? What kind of help will you provide in order to achieve this maturity? Also, if a project wants this help from you, what will they need to do to receive it?

  29. I understand that there are four tier system and three levels of lottery allocation for AVastarter Participants allocated based on the number of AVAS tokens they own. Can you Elaborate more on each of this four Tiers. What is the minimum amount of $AVAS token a user must own to belong to each of these 4 tiers? And lastly Can you briefly explain the 3 levels of lottery allocation and how they are allocated. Thank you

  30. In the current ecosystem, early investing in blockchain projects is not available to the
average retail investor because Large Venture Capitalist (VC) Funds still dominate the pre-seed rounds of top DeFi projects and suck up initial token supply before the public even knows about these projects. In this case, if this is what is happening to the capital allocation that might causing problem, How will Avastarter provides an alternative route for projects that may wish to provide fundraising allocation in a decentralized way? Will you encourage user to have Cex exchange account? What will happen if users are allocated very low?

  31. With the uniqueness of AvaStarter launchpad unlike traditional ones based on who clicks a button first, Avastarter is building a platform that is equitable and fair for every user while still rewarding token holders. But you provided three Rounds for this solution which information is not well given about them, can you share with us how you will make use of these three rounds? What is the minimum requirement of Avastarter token users can stake in order to participate in the raise for a given initial distribution offering of a project? Then what will be the interval between the three rounds?

  32. While reading your Whitepaper, I saw that your token price in the public sale is 0.008$. Surprisingly, the listing price is also 0.008$. Generally, public sale is an opportunity for early investors to purchase tokens at a cheap price. Why did you plan to offer tokens for the listing price? I noticed that there is also a vesting period for the public sale. If tokens can be purchased for the same price when listed on an exchange, why should investors buy from the public sale and wait for 6 months to receive the full amount?

  33. You have planned to launch Avaslaunch at the beginning of the next year. It has been introduced as “the simplest platform for a project.” Since the community is not familiar with this feature and there are less than two months for the next year, can you give a sneak peek of this feature? What type of techniques do you use to make the platform simple? What are the complex things attached to similar platforms and what have you done to avoid them?

  34. I am interested to know more about your lottery tiers. According to your Whitepaper there are three tiers, 1 ticket for 1,500 $AVAS, 2 tickets for 3,000, $AVAS and 3 tickets for 6,000 $AVAS. Why should users get 3 tickets from holding 6,000 $AVAS rather than getting 4 tickets by separately holding 4 lots of 1,500 $AVAS? Further, can you explain the winning percentages of your lotteries? In addition to winning rewards, are there any benefits of receiving a lottery?

  35. For all members who decide to stake AVAS, they will be able to receive guaranteed allocation to AvaStarter-IDO. Will we have the opportunity and the right to participate in all projects launch on AvaStarter-ILO only by staking our AVAS tokens? Are there any other requirements that we must meet? How many AVAS tokens do we have to have in order to have the right to participate in all projects launch? What will be the advantage that we will receive compared to those users who do not stake the AVAS tokens? What benefits will we receive in each project launch on AvaStarter-ILO?

  36. AvaStarter is set to become the first Multi-Chain launchpad, and you will be launching Avalanche, Solana, Ethereum, Polygon, Cardano, and BSC according to your website. However, I read there is no launch date or public pre-sale date set, so as of now how can we invest, or get whitelisted, and how much should we wait until launch? Most importantly, will you be available on all of those blockchains simultaneously right at launch? Or will it come gradually? Are all smart contracts and codes ready and audited?

  37. AvaStarter is building a multi-format Launchpad platform. It was created to become an incubator for top potential projects, how does the team of AvaStarter decide what projects have potential and are worth to invest in? How can a project apply to have AvaStarter as it’s Launchpad?

  38. Besides being a Launchpad, AvaStarter supports with more experience and capacity for the project to have a long-term development plan. How involved does the team of AvaStarter get in the projects that use the services? How can you help with the development plan?

  39. With AvaStarter, projects will be able to raise and exchange capital at low cost, fast speed. Users will be able to participate in a secure, compliant environment using a variety of digital assets that are distinct and far beyond current trading standards. What features of AvaStarter allow it to offer low cost and fast speed in their exchanges, does it affect other features like privacy and security?

  40. A lot of starters or Incubators have been appearing, so can you tell us what are the features or unique capacities that Ava Starter have over its competitors?

  42. Unfortunately there exist so many users that doesn’t understand the potential of a project and they just sell all tokens instead hold them, so do you have any incentive to prevent that new or inexperienced users will not sell you token?

  43. Is very important have a good economic plans to prevent the failure of the token, so can you explain us how the economics of the token works? Also why did you need a tax of 10%?

  44. AvaStarter has a different way of working than other Launchpads, it is a system formed by four levels, Starter / Standard / Extreme and Super. Could you tell us how this system works, what are the benefits and advantages of this level system? What kind of advantages can users obtain depending on the level they are in?

  45. From my research I could see that you charge an early termination fee of up to 20%, can users know the exact fee in advance when they make a request to stop betting early, how is the percentage calculation determined, does it get lower as the stop betting date approaches, does this mean that users have to make a request for a refund before 6 weeks if they do not want to pay a fee, what would be the proposals to attract investors also in the short term, what would be the proposals to attract investors also in the short term, what would be the proposals to attract investors also in the short term?

  46. What strategies would AvaStarter employ to strengthen the value of NFTs, what are the different ways it estimates to use NFTs, can users earn revenue from these uses, how does AvaStarter drive the value of its NFTs, is there a limit to the ownership of AvaStarter NFTs, and is there a limit to the number of NFTs AvaStarter owns?

  47. In thousands of projects calling for capital, AvaStarter guides investors to the projects they should choose to bring about a huge asset value in the future. How can AvaStarter guide investors in this journey, knowing that investing in aproject is always a risk? What happens if an investors trusts AvaStarter and the project ends up being a rug pull or never taking off?

  48. Besides advising investors and serving of launchpad for startup projects, AvaStarter also advises projects on suitable launch methods that would help them reach their funding goals and making the most of the capital in hand. How is this role of being a tool for the projects developed, what are the precise helps that AvaStarter gives to them?

  49. I read that AvaStarter will operate as an incubator for potential projects, as well as a screening, connecting system, and give opportunities for Investors to participate in these projects early. Will you only support Avalanche network projects or can it be from any network such as Binance Smart Chain, Ethereum, Solana, Polygon? In case you support multiple networks, will those projects that are in the Avalanche network receive priority? Would a project in Avalanche be more likely to be supported by AvaStarter? Or do you focus on all networks equally, without giving preference to any particular network?

  50. Even here, in Satoshi Club, we see lots of projects launching IDOs daily on different platforms. AvaStarter claims to be offering a particular vision for its customers. Please reveal the benefits for launching IDO on AvaStarter. Is AvaStarteк plans to be crosschained to offer easy access for IDO throughout the crypto world? What is your very first IDO and how did it pass (or how do you see it passing in future if it is not done yet)?

  51. AvaStarter states to be a multitasking fundraising platform that offers a wide range of fundraising products from premium to casual and accessible. Each fundraising product will have its own fundraising fees and support form. In this sense please explain what is Initial AVAS Offerings (IAO) and Initial Liquidity Offering (ILO) and what benefits it will bring both to token holders and projects promoted through AvaStarter?

  52. You recently announced a new partnership with Tether, probably the stablecoin most used by everyone, it would be interesting to know if Tether will be used as a benefit for your users … could you tell us if it will be possible to use it in farming or DEX to exchange our currencies more simple? Maybe make withdrawals at Tether? What benefits will this have for the growth of the platform?

  53. Talking specifically on investments, partnerships and collaborations, AvaStarter recently announced its newest addition to its growing list, and it has opted for Dreamboat Capital. Talking critically on the essence of this wonderful partnership, what does AvaStarter hope to get with this latest investor and how will this partnership improve and positively impact on your project? Finally, can you briefly give us a load down of your current and future investors and partners, how has these alliances been beneficial and what does AvaStarter consider most before going into agreements with projects and firms?

  54. A visit to your social channels, I was amazed by the sheer number of members and followers, with your Telegram and Twitter channels alone accounting for almost 150,000 members. These are really remarkable and a good pointer to the quality of services provided. On the heels of this, can you talk on your growth and expansion strategies, how has AvaStarter been able to grow such a large following and recognition, and how do you leverage on community numbers to put out rewarding products and services? Also with such large numbers, comes the activity of fake accounts and groups. Been that this problem has been previously identified by AvaStarter, what are your plans to critically mitigate this?

Where will that giveaway take place? Please guide us how to win? Will there be more giveaways in addition to this one in future within AvaStarter platform?

  56. I would like to know about the incubation side of the AvaStarter Platform. What kind of incubating services will you offer to the new born projects in order to raise within multi chain ecosystem from zero stage? Do you have professional Blockchain experts to consult & guide the projects list on AvaStarter launchpad? Some incubating launchpads facilitate the fundraisings for the projects to initiate the path of their journey. What about the opinion of AvaStarter incubating launchpad in this matter, are you ready to invest in some good projects if needed? And also tell us the way of applying to request the AvaStarter incubating & launchpad services?

  57. AvaStarter aims to be a predictable and fair platform that incentivizes AVAS token
holders to leverage and support new IDO projects on the platform through four different tiers ( Starter; Standard; Extreme; and Super), Can you explain these tiers to us? You still have some two tiers which no information is given about them (guaranteed and lottery tiers) and very soon you will start to be supporting new IDO projects on your platform, how many percent of IDO will be allocated for the tiers? Please enlighten us more concerning Avastarter tiers?

  58. AvaStarter will launch AvaGames in Q1-2022 and to the Roadmap. What is the reason that you manipulate to focus on Gaming events? Will you use Play to Earn concept in AvaGames? What kind of characters will there be in AvaGames & give a snapshot about the upcoming AvaGames event? In order to play this game, What will be the requirements that players should fulfil?

  59. In order to provide Avastarter ecosystem longetivity, you plan to make sure that participants in the ecosystem are long-term participants in the platform and not simply short-term traders who wish to come in and out of pools. Will the implementation of a time-locked period to make a user eligible for entering into an IDO round and a similar time-locked period to unstake serve as longevity for your ecosystem? If the pool weight metric describes the proportion of the entire raise for a given IDO that all members of a given tier equally share, what is  your allocation mathematics?

  60. AvaStarter uses a tier based system to determine the guaranteed allocation for each participant in a pool and the lowest tier is the tier 1 which we need to stake 25,000 $AVAS tokens to be eligible for the pool so why did you required a higher amount of tokens to stake just to enter the pool for tier 1? Do you plan to reduce the required tokens to stake inorder that many people can afford and will be able to participate the pool especially the newbies in crypto, considering the price of $AVAS token is unpredictable to be high or low? Speaking of staking,is there a locked-in period for the staked tokens in your platform? How much would be the highest APY for staking tokens to enter the pool? Thank you

  61. For the IDO application process, you aims for projects which demonstrate novel utility in the Defi Ecosystem in which they are not in the idea stage but have made substantial
progress either in terms of finalizing the concept (whitepaper), have a development team, having public code repositories, and are close to either a test-net or main-net implementation. In order to apply for IDO, what are the standard to meet? I read that interested project must undergo your intense vetting process, What are the required vetting processes to take? What will be the percentage Avastarter foundation will take from a project after a successful IDO? What are the features you have to convince project for launching IDO on Avastarter?

  62. Avastarter’s IDO is fast approaching and I found out that after IDO,you plan to list $AVAS token in Pangolinswap. So,why do you choose Pangolinswap to be the first exchange for $AVAS token to be listed, considering that Pangolinswap is not so popular unlike Pancakeswap or any other popular swapping tools? What advantages that you have found with Pangolinswap for $AVAS token? Does Avastarter have any partnership connection with Pangolinswap? So,aside from Pangolinswap which other CEX or Decentralized exchange you plan $AVAS token to be listed? Thank you

  63. You will charge 3% of sell fee & 20% of early unstaking fees. What will you do with these fees? Will you burn all of the fees or Will you redistribute them? I think, 20% is higher fee in unstaking $AVAS. So is this fee suitable for the AvaStarter staking protocol? Tell us more details on fees related with $AVAS token?

  64. AvaStarter have a lottery draw with different 3 tiers. To elegible for the draw, users should have Lottery ticket 01- Stake 1500 $AVAS, Lottery ticket 02- stake 3000 $AVAS & Lottery ticket 03- stake 6000 $AVAS respectively. Could you please give a specific details about these different three lottery pools? How much is wining Prizes for each lottery category? What are the terms & conditions of the lottery ticket draw?

  65. Main fundraising events of AvaStarter are Private sale- 25% & Public Sale- 5%. So only 30% can be extracted through the private sale & public sale. Why the amount is too low? Is 30% enough to raise the AvaStarter project? The community is the key to every successful project. So why is the only 5% for your community even though your team has allocated 10% of total supply?
