You explained ” shroomz” as a collection of 10,000 animated trippy mushrooms ( with face tats) growing on the blockchain. And again that, all shroomz are priced at 0. 0420 and would be sold directly on your website. Now, could you please, tell us the extent of the personal integrity of your staff officials you have engaged for the sales of the shroomz that could sustain public trust in your company? Again, are there no adverse challenges that could undermine the retentive nature of algorithmically generated millions of shroomz as they undergo possible multiple combinations?
What is the term “SHROOMZ”denote? And, SHROOMZ feature 6 visual traits which are background, shroom gradient, tattoo, eyes, socks and sock stripes. I want to ask you that, how do you assure your minters or NFT holders that the demand of your NFT’s will increase just by changing the colors of their traits? Or beside colors, what changes will be made upon the 10,000 NFT’s with those traits?
I can see that apart from drawings/animations SHROOMZ also include tunes composed by musicians in their NFT’s. So, could you please clarify us that, alike your drawings the tunes are also provided by your musicians who are working for your project? And, will each NFT item of SHROOMZ have different tunes? Lastly, do you think that adding tunes in your items can make a difference in your NFT item beside others who doesn’t have tunes in their arts? Thank you.
You have mentioned that shroomz are stored as ERC721 tokens on the ethereum blockchain and can be downloaded in .mp4 and.png. This is something I am not familiar with. Can you explain how to download a token as a .mp4 or a .png file? What is the process of converting the token into these file types? After downloading it as a file, what does happen to the value of the token? Does the file also have the value that the token had? Can anyone download a token as a file or is it a special privilege for your team members or the community? Moreover, can a downloaded file be re-converted into a token?
Your target in the first phase was to mint 10k unique shroomz and sell them. Since they are currently sold out, it is clear that you were successful in that stage. What is the reason behind that success? I noticed that we can purchase shroomz on opensea now. Please explain the use cases of shroomz and the importance of purchasing and holding. Do you believe that you will be able to maintain the same success in the long run? There are no descriptive details on your website and I could not find the whitepaper too. Where can I get more details on the background of the project and future plans?
It caught my attention that you have a plan to burn shroomz to mint rare NFT artwork from legendary artists. What is the legal condition of accessing artwork by legendary artists? Don’t you need to get the consent of their relatives? Moreover, it is not clear whether everyone will be able to burn shroomz to mint NFTs. What is the process of choosing artists? Can shroomz holders decide which artist to choose? After minting NFTs, can users sell them on any NFT marketplace? What is the procedure of making money with these NFTs? Is there a special reason to choose the theme of rare NFT artwork from legendary artists?
I like your shroomz very much and I like to support your project. Does your project have something to do with LSD and do you also provide information for people who have a problem with overconsumption of psychedelics?

I just found out that your NFTs contain 800 million possible audio-visual combinations. Surely, mixing large quantity of data like that, systematically and algorithmically, requires a large computing power and codes. Can you share with us how did you and your team pulled off something big like this? Did you use special computers for this feature?
The first thing I noticed on your project is not on the technicals, but rather, on Shroomz’ community engagement. Why is your project do not have a community Telegram group? I understand that Shroomz has a social groups in Discord and Twitter but why not on Telegram? Do you have plans on creating a Telegram group in the future?
On one of your previous AMA, you mentioned that aside from appreciating the value and artwork coming from your NFTs, holders will be granted access to a new NFT drop in the future. Can you tell us more about this initiative? When do you plan to release your second NFT series?

I find it wonderful that you are involving the community with the development of the Shroomz ecosystem. How was your experience with this activity? If Charles LP gathered all the music for acidheadz – he wrote a ton of tracks, brought in guests, ran the community music competition, and ended up with 21 tracks for this release, could you give us details of well-known tracks and artists that participated in this NFT release?
Could you give details of how the Python generation process was executed and how they created the 10k shroomz set and its achievements?

It says on your website that Shroomz is deflationary and that it will have a utility, so could you explain more deeply about what will keep the token afloat in the long term and what current and future profits will the token have? What benefits will holders receive in the future?
When I research a project there are two important points where I focus: roadmap and whitepaper. It is important to know the goals of the project. Are you working on a whitepaper right now? On the Shroomz website, your roadmap is divided into phases, which phase corresponds to this Q4 of 2021?

In the cryptocurrency NFT space today, i have noticed that many of the NFT projects do not focus on quality NFT animations. Going through your Shroomz website i saw that many of your animations are of high quality,What brought about this unique idea of minting this high quality animation? Minting an NFT directly on the Ethereum blockchain requires a large amount of electricity. Other blockchains are already deploying technology that doesn’t require massive energy usage like Solana, Flow blockchains and others. I have noticed that your project is using the Ethereum blockchain. My question is What is Shroomz plan in making sure that NFT’s that will be minted will not consume too much electricity? How do you plan to solve the problem of high transaction fees as you are using the Ethereum blockchain? Do you have plans on moving to other blockchains in the future? Thanks

I noticed that Shroomz currently has daily twitter NFT giveaway which ends tomorrow October 28th 2021. As you have set eligibility requirements to barest minimum of just completing simple follow, like, retweet and tagging action from members, may we know how Shroomz selects these daily winners, also what varieties of your NFTs are available to be won? Also, talking extensively on community engagement and marketing campaigns, may we know your plans towards growing and expanding your community, how do you plan to keep the community engaged, what future events should we look out for? What are your concerted long-term marketing plans?
From the rather brief information contained in the roadmap, it is stated that Shroomz will look to fully launch it’s “shroomDAO” as part of its Phase three project development stage. Been that the DAO would most certainly function as an administrative and governance arm of Shroomz when fully operational, can you kindly provide us with details on how the DAO structure will be constituted, what categories of persons, artists, creators or investors will make up the DAO? Also since no specific date is provided for this, may we know when the DAO is expected to be fully functional?
Once of the innovation of Shroomz is deflationary NFT and with deflationary NFT concept, you said you will have the potential to burn 25% of total NFT supply in one go. Can you explain how deflationary NFT works and how this burn is carried out? We know that burning Fungible tokens can have a way of improving their value, but how does burning improve the value of NFT when in most situations, NFT values are difficult to arrive at, since NFTs sellers are the one that decide the sell price they deem fit to their NFTs?
According to the STAGE II of Lysergic lab roadmap, you will allow users to mint AcidHeadz NFT, therebh making AcidHeadz as your first NFT project where Shroomz currency will be burned thereby ensuring that Shroomz becomes deflationary. I found out that you will have a total of 2690 AcidHeadz. Hence I will like to know how users will be able to mint their own AcidHeadz NFT. Also, it is said that users must pay 0.69 ETH before they can mint AcidHeadz NFT and they will they be required to burn Shroomz. Is this not too expensive considering that users will still have to pay fees? What will be the benefit of minting one AcidHeadz NFT expensive rate and what privilege does it offer? And since your AcidHeadz NFTs ranged from common to super rare, how do you decide the rarity that a user will get after paying the minting fees?
As an NFT project that work with various various artist, I will like to ask about your artist onboarding and selection process. What type of artist can work with Shroomz and what conditions or talent will artist require to be able to work with Shroomz? Are these artist given a predefined layout, description, rules and format of work or do artist have with free hand to express their ideas and use your platform to drive their creativity to reality the way they want? Are these artists incentivised and do they earn a percentage commission for the services they carry out especially when these works are monetised for profit?
I found out that Acidheadz is the second drop from Lysergic Labs and “Phase Two” of the shroomz roadmaps in which there are 2,690 total acidheadz and there will never be any more minted, ever. 190 will be reserved for marketing, partners, giveaways, and team and 2,500 will be available to the public and can be minted one of two ways — by paying 0.69 eth or by burning one shroomz. So,why you only produce a limited supply of Acidheadz? What if those all Acidheadz will be all minted and sold,do you plan to produce an additional Acidheadz NFT?
