104 thoughts on “AMA Satoshi Club x IX Swap, October 6th

  1. Today, projects progress well at the first stage, but die due to factors such as team members and investors who leave early. So my question is what makes you believe that the IxSwap project can stay in the market for a long time and survive strongly? How will IxSwap constantly renew itself and constantly improve by keeping up with technological developments?

  2. Today, communities can not only provide interesting ideas to projects, but also bring them in large partnerships. What is the importance and value that IXSWAP project gives to communities? What ways do you follow to increase the awareness of IXSWAP in different regions and spread your project more? It is a big market for non-crypto and non-English-speaking projects, IXSWAP is from this market. What are they doing to benefit?

  3. In today’s traditional markets, there is very little volume of exchanges offering STOs due to a lack of market makers and overall volume. So IX Swap is platform and blockchain independent. What does it mean for IXSWAP to be platform and blockchain independent? What are the advantages of IX Swap being platform and blockchain independent?

  4. Mentioned on your litepaper that. IX Swap is built by a team of capital
    markets and blockchain experts; both
    necessary skills and experience to
develop product market fit.The problems you solve are:

(Lack of Market Makers. Non-Scalable Distribution. Lack of real asset exposure
    in decentralized protocols. Illiquid Market
    . Strict licensing
requirements) Can you explain how you will solve these problems and what technology you will use to solve them.

  5. NFTs provide a single use case not only for games and defi, but also for traceability and authentication of financial products. Right now, even the SEC is talking about the fractional classification of NFTs as possible securities due to their nature. How is your team working hard to explore these possibilities while building and launching your platform?

  6. The IXS token is a utility token, NOT a security token. It will be freely available to trade on any crypto or DEX exchange. Can you list the characteristics of IXS tokens? What is its usefulness within the IXS ecosystem? In what kind of governance activities can the IXS holder participate? Where can I buy IXS?

  7. Having a security in terms of paper or as a Token, does not change its underlying, in which they still have to be within the limits of the current legal frameworks. IXSWAP builds the bridge between traditional finance and cryptocurrencies, since both worlds must be understood to be able to integrate towards the improvement of each industry. Will IXSWAP be built online within regulatory constraints to allow the financial sector to grow into the future of finance?

  8. Mentioned on your litepaper. Prior to the introduction of AMM and liquidity pools to the cryptocurrency industry,
decentralized exchange volume was almost non-existent. However, since the
introduction of liquidity pools and automated market makers, the total monthly
DEX volume increased from $39.5m to $43.5b in a year growing by 110,100%. Do you expect IX Swap to deliver similar or even better results for the STO industry.

  9. Security tokens is regarded in some quarters as the big awaiting surprise in crypto. However, tokenised Stock (TSO) and security tokens (STO) have not been prioritised by project developers as most of them are unable to devise a reliable solution that can tackle liquidity shortage and regulatory concerns. How will IX Swap enable effective trading of these STO/TSO asset by providing reliable trading liquidity for these type of special assets which are mostly illiquid? Which licensed custodian or security broker will you partner with, that will provide real ownership for your tokenised assets thereby enabling sufficient trading liquidity for various forms of STO/TSO asset?

  10. What are the features of your project that can keep the Ixswap project ahead of its competitors in the current market and which are not among its competitors? What are the features of your project that you like and what is the difference from other projects, what are the competitive advantages? Do you think there are any shortcomings, negative aspects or aspects of the Ixswap project that you do not like? How transparent is your project, can you tell us a little bit?

  11. IX Swap plans to provide borrowing and lending platform to allow STO/TSO holders to unlock the value of their idle assets. Traditional finanical institutions (banks) guarantee themself the value of each borrow (credit). How will it be done by IX Swap in case I’m an ordinary user who would like to borrow my assets. How would IX Swap guarantee the return in case the lender is no more able to pay it back or being bankcrupt? Thank you!

  12. IX Swap uses the AMM market model system that requires liquidity provision which often expose providers to Impermenent Loss. However, I read that IX Swap protocol is structured to include IL insurance mechanism that can protect users from IL loses. Can you describe how your IL insurance mechanism works and how it protect users from changes in prices that often protect lead to IL? How will your insurance vault receive continuous funding that will be sufficient to provide cover for the any losses resulting from IL losses? How will traders who might be exposed to IL access this vault and what modalities will you use to distribute IL insurance fund to them?

  13. How can people generate income with the IXSWAP project? Can you tell us about the advantages of holding the IXSWAP local token? What are the main functions and utilities of your local token? How can you make your local token gain an important place and increase its value in the current market? You have programs such as token burning, staking and redemption If there is, can you talk about it? If you have tokenomics, would you share with us?

  14. Who are the users targeted by the IxSwap project? Can only professionals use the IxSwap project or can novices benefit from the advantages of your project? What kind of way does IxSwap follow so that people can trade STO/TSO easily and comfortably? Do you think the IxSwap project is an understandable and easy-to-use platform? What are you doing to make the IxSwap project easy to use and accessible?

  15. Today, people focus on short-term income returns instead of understanding the features of the project in the long run. What does IxSwap do to change this feature and focus on the feature of the project in the long run? What will IxSwap offer or can offer to its users in the long run? Do you think IxSwap is a long-term and long-term project?

  16. You plan to introduce On-chain governance capabilities for managing and implementing changes within the IX Swap protocol using $IXS. As a regulatory conscious and licensed token focused project, to what extent will users be able to vote for changes and implement proposals on your protocols? What are the decisions that you will allow holders to directly influence, suggests, manage and vote on? How will your governance be carried out and how will you ensure a fair representation of every ones opinions in the execution of platform policies?

  17. As per your Litepaper, IX Swap will be creating the first liquidity pools by allowing CTO token holders to stake their tokens to become liquidity providers. This means that the success of the whole project depends on the community, as much customers you get the more sophisticated and powerful IX Swap system we get. What is your “Plan B” once the number of CTO token holders is not growing or even drops for a certain period of time? How would you fullfill your “tanks” with liquidity? Thank you!

  18. Projects in the market die when they cannot provide sufficient financial means. Can you tell us about the current partners and investors of the IXSWAP platform? What are your marketing strategies? Can you talk about IxSwap’s ecosystem?

  19. Hello IX Swap team. I read that if we deposit ETH and IXS into the IX Swap liquidity pool, we will receive ETH-IXS LP tokens. Will the tokens we receive represent our portion in the liquidity pool? Can we redeem our funds at any time? And I have another question, could we also stake our LP tokens on the IX Swap platform for additional rewards? Thank you.

  20. I read with curious concern when you said IXS is not a security token but a utility that is expected to power security tokens and tokenised stocks. Can you explain how a non-security token, IXS, is expected to effectively enable seamless trading of security tokens without clashing with regulatory interest? Why did you make $IXS a non security token when your project focuses on tokenised Stock and security tokens? What are the utilities of $IXS without your protol? And since you said that your liquidity solution service is platform agnostic, does it mean you will have multiple network version of $IXS that will serve each of the blockchain network you will operate on?

  21. IX Swap has set up an IL Insurance mechanism to reduce the effect of Impermanent loss on liquidity providers. This include 8% from ecosystem fund, 5% from trading fees and 50% from penalty. How is this insurance shared among individual Liquidity providers in situations where Impermanent Loss actually occurs?
What happens to the fund if IL does not occur?

  22. How can Swap guarantee investors and suppliers the total recovery and scheduled return of the capital contributed for loans, how do they plan to maintain their AMM model without exposing the solvency of their investors and suppliers, what is the market or potential users of this project, their system Market demands a lot of liquidity, what are its alternatives to cover it and maintain funds that stabilize its evolution, can its users obtain short-term performance, and if so, what is the strategy?

  23. IXSWAP has achieved an excellent portfolio of partners and financial sponsors, which is the one that has given the most trust and commitment to its relationship with IXSWAP, as it plans to remain active in the market without losing that attractiveness and compatibility with the community and investors that It is common, the projects become very routine and stagnate in the same actions, do you consider that the unification of the financial system is necessary and Ixswap can be a link bridge to achieve a common objective?

  24. Taking into account the trend that the prices of the currencies have registered, do you consider that your token can revalue in a timely manner and achieve resistance in the market, recently they announced the balance of what happened during September, now you can give us a preview of what you have Prepared for this last quarter of the year, how do you see the activities and evolution of IXSWAP for 2022, do you consider that the cryptocurrency system is losing its stability?

  25. I read that IX Swap has partnerships with Umbrella and Supra Oracles, both prominent oracle protocols. Are they the only sources you use for your data? Recently, we’ve seen huge mainstream companies like Facebook go down without notice, so it wouldn’t be impossible for blockchain oracles to present technical failures. What would you do in that situation? Many protocols develop their own oracle, do you have plans to do so too? Wouldn’t that be safer, faster, and more secure?

  26. I went through your website and Medium articles, but couldn’t find a roadmap. With the current crypto situation, having multiple sources of info and a tangible timeline of a project’s plans is key for investors, so I found it weird that a project like IX Swap did not facilitate one. With this being said, would you give us an idea of the plans you have for the rest of the year? Also, what are some of the goals or milestones you are trying to hit before 2021 is over, and how will it benefit your community?

  27. In your introduction on your website, you wrote that “IX Swap” is World’s AMM and Liquidity Pools for Security Tokens and Tokenized Stocks.” I find this statement rather paradoxical. STOs are known to be susceptible to regulations which is against the tenets of Decentralized Finance.
    How do you reconcile this?
Also, can you tell us about trading pairs for the AMM? What stable coins will be available?

  28. IX Swap’s mission is to use blockchain technology to build liquidity solutions. 48. IX Swap is the first DeFi platform to facilitate the trading of security tokens through licensed custodians and security brokers who will provide real ownership and claims to real world assets. So what are the assets covered by real world assets and is tokenizing these assets really a simple process? Considering that even users in crypto are technically challenged, how will you ensure that IX Swaps are simple and understandable for everyone? How will you provide support to asset owners for this?

  49. I understand that the most important contribution IX Swap will make to the DeFi ecosystem will be to provide liquidity pools and automated market making functions for the security token (STO) and tokenized stock industry (TSO). How will you facilitate the trading of security tokens through licensed custodians and security brokers who will take real ownership and claim on these real world assets? Could you tell us about the technological infrastructure that IX Swap has in order to provide these functions? Has your team developed a unique technology or will you be using different service providers in crypto?

If there will be a link between NFTs and security tokens in the future, how will it be possible for NFTs to be accepted as security tokens?

  54. For the first quarter of 2022 you have planned the IXS Phase 2.0 Launch, where the IXS Governance Functionality will also be launched. This catches my attention because I love the idea of involving the community with the project. Regarding governance, what aspects will be subject to change by the IX Swap community? How many tokens must we have at least to have the minimum voting power required to participate?

Or will users who have the largest IXS token bags have higher priority? Or will those users who have been holders for a longer time receive more priority?

  66. There are a number of vaults within the IXSwap ecosystem, and they all serve different functions and are sustained on taxes and fees accrued from platform activities. They are the moon vault, solar vault, insurance vault and reserve vault. Considering the economic and financial activities carried out within the platform, don’t you think that these vaults are too many, and since their major revenue source are platform fees, how is this economically viable for an ordinary investor? Also can you briefly explain the individual functions of these vaults, and how will IXSwap look to improve the revenue sources of it’s vaults aside fees and taxes?

  67. As part of the many problems associated with security tokens and tokenized Stocks trading, IXSwap has particularly identified Strict Licensing Requirements as a major issue. However, this got me wondering, since these assets are classified as “security tokens”, strict regulations and compliance would certainly be a given. 72. TSO and STO have been known to be less volatile, hence the slow adoption of security tokens, what incentive can be offered that would make investing in STO as profitable as an utility token?

  73. From your medium I read that Before one first stake in IXswap, there is an allowance approval required. And he will have to wait for ETH transaction approval before proceeding to stake. What is the allowance approval that is required before staking? How long will it take for the ETH transaction to be approved? What if I stake in IXs vault and my transaction is rejected, is they any way I can recover back my tokens? What is the maximum token size per vault in IXswap?

So, How will IX Swap & Alpha Impact achieve their common goals through this Partnership? How will the Alpha Impact platform help to enhance the usability IX Swap within DEX industry? Please tell us more details about this strategic partnership & share with us about the upcoming events along with collaboration?

  75. I frequently borrow funds from several platforms including Celsius and Nexo for business purposes. It caught my attention that I can borrow from you by depositing STO assets as collateral. Do you offer under collateralized loans? Compared to Celsius and Nexo, what type of benefits I get from borrowing on your platform? Further, please let me know the method of calculating the repayment. Do you have a fixed interest rate or does it depend on individual credit history? I am familiar with paying the interest monthly and settling the capital at the end of the period. Can I use this method on IX too? What is your policy regarding market fluctuations? You mentioned that STO/TSO issuers themselves will be able to create their own liquidity pools. How will this affect STO/TSO ecosystem positively? Why is it important that STO/TSO issuers really need to creat their own Liquidity pool?

  78. According to your roadmap, you are launching the platform as three phases, Phase 1.0 and 1.5 in this quarter and phase 2.0 in the next quarter. Is the IXS phase 2.0 launch your ultimate milestone? How does it differ from 1.0 and 1.5? Please give a sneak peek of new developments we will able to see in phase 2.0. What made you to launch IXS in three phases? As the community, can we share our experience of each phase with you as suggestions for future developments? You have planned to conduct a smart contract audit prior to phase 1.5 and 2.0. What aspects will be audited? What is the time gap between the audit and the launch? Will it be sufficient to rectify issues if any?

  79. From the free distribution amount of $IXS, 40% has been allocated for reservers. I noticed that there are four types of reservers, IXS Moon Vault, IXS Solar Vault, IL Insurance Vault and IXS Reserve Vault. How do you distribute 40% of funds between these vaults, 10% each or is there another plan? Please explain the purpose of creating these four types and the utilities of each vault seperately. Who are the beneficiaries of these funds? After allocating $IXS for these vaults, who is responsible for that funds? How do you assure the security of these vaults?

  80. Every Swap platform says, that they are the first DeFi AMM & Liquidity pools in order to gain more user attraction towards them. How is IX Swap differed from other alternative DEXs & will you able to provide a Secure DEX environment for tokens & tokenized stocks? Most liquidity pools integrate routing system to increase the ease for users. What about IX Swap liquidity pools in this matter? I want to know, will IX Swap be able to achieve a higher trading volume than the Pancakeswap & Uniswap in someday with the help of IX Swap’s unique features?

  81. Your native token is $IXS & it can be used in Swap fees, paired pools, Insurance & payment token. Can you elaborate these utilities of $IXS in details? How will you gain a Mass entry for the $IXS token? Are there any emerged solutions to enhance the $IXS in future not only within IX Swap ecosystem but also in entire crypto space?

  82. Security is the most important thing to a project,What actions did you got to protect your platform from hackers?

  83. I read a medium article that introduce the personal identity about Mr. Vincent Ho- Head of engineering, IX Swap. Why is Mr. Vincent Ho so much important to IX Swap? What is his background? Will Mr. Vincent Ho’s involvement in IX Swap project lead to rapid growth of the ecosystem? What type of products will he present to the crypto market through IX Swap? But the issue is, he is working as the head of engineering in InvestaX project currently. So will this reason cause to degrade the growth of IX Swap project in future? In What way will he give his priority to the IX Swap project as well as InvestaX project?
