  1. Based on my understading of the information on your website, Pledge has the aim to become crypto-asset lending platform for all. Meaning lenders can Deposit stablecoins into the liquidity pool and receive corresponding pTokens to earn a fixed APY for providing liquidity to the protocol. Also, borrowers can deposit BTCB and acquire DAI or USDC at ease. This sounds amazing. My question is, as a borrower, does it mean the only way to receive or borrow an asset is by making a deposit myself? I mean more like providing some form of collateral before getting to the accessing loan?

  2. One thing I noticed from your website is that, Pledge enables each loan term (interest rate, maturity) to be fixed when the loan was made, avoiding interest rate volatility for long-term loans. So my question is, how does this fixed interest rate on loans affect lenders who might want to borrow their asset? Do you think it will encourage more users of the Pledge platform to want to borrow their assets, knowing that interest rate is fixed? Also, wouldn’t the fixed interest rate be of much benefit to borrowers than lenders? How do you balance it to make sure that both lenders and borrowers benefit equally

  3. Pledge Finance provide a financial bridge that will blend the attributes of CeFi and DeFi. How will your platform enable users to enjoy the stability of CeFi structures together with the transformative growth of DeFi financial freedom? You also said that your platform will not place a focus on crypto users but will include applications in non crypto scenario such as in real estate. Can you explain how you explain how your financial application will serve different financial users interest irrespective of economics and social barriers?

  4. The crypto space is renowned for its peculiar volatility nature that all investors passes through in their crypto adventure. However, I read where you said that you will “put an end to market volatility” and I am curious as to how this will be done. Is it that borrowing, lending and liquidation-triggered activities within Pledge ecosystem will be immune to floating price hassles and gyrations? In what way will your protocol be able to put an end to emotional market behaviour and the uncertainty that follows? What innovative system will you put in place that can provide appropriate forecasting or risk management in the pursuit to reform unpredictable and volatile market trend?

  5. Pledge hopes to redefine the Financial markets by introducing the concept of financial NFTs which can act as collateral in your loan agnostic marketplace. Can you describe your concept of Financial NFTs and why it is going to be issued as an ERC-1155 standards? How will NFT users access this loan marketplace? How will NFTs be evaluated and valued to ascertain its proprietary and financial worth before they can be used as reliable collaterals?

  6. Pledge protocol is empowered by governance token PLGR. Your whitepaper states that a certain amount of PLGR tokens will be awarded to borrowers as rewards and similarly, a certain amount of PLGR tokens will also be allocated to lender/liquidity providers. As the total allocation of PLGR tokens is 10.000, could you confirm the exact percentage of distribution between borrowers and lender/liquidity providers? Is there an amount left for Pledge team members? Thank you!

  7. PledgeFinance is now built on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC) and utilizes a dual governance token mechanism called PLGR & Master-PLGR(MPLGR) tokens. How will these two tokens function in your governance system and in yield farming earnings? Do you plan to have a cross bridge to other blockchains like Polkadot, Heco, Polygon, and Ethereum? Which of these tokens will function as your real governance token, and will there be any swap ratio between them? Thanks

  8. Today,Decentralized Finance offers lower interest rates for borrowers as it streamlines the process, cutting out the middlemen of traditional banking while offering more equitable availability through its inclusive structure. Many are leaving legacy banks and seeking more innovative means of preserving true wealth, with DeFi leading the way.In one of your article,i notice that Fixed Rate Lending in DeFi will be the first major use case for PledgeFinance. My question is how to you plan on reducing the risk exposure associated with DeFi loans, and how would you offer a real-world alternative to people looking to maximize their assets? How do you plan to create a user-friendly platform that stands apart from other platforms that may offer low fixed interest rates? Thanks

  9. I read in an article that Pledge Finance has partnered with 247pro.com,a leading construction estimate and management platform with hundred of paying customers. Can you tell us more about this partnership?Do you plan to grant loan to some homeowners,if yes what will these home owners use as a collateral to borrow money? And what will these loan accomplish when granted, will these home owners fill out any loan applications or any credit check and underwriting? What is the time period like to payback loan?

  10. While traditional financial markets and Ce-Fi work well, they are imperfect in their transitions for users. They are susceptible to being hacked Malicious intentions in the form of bad loan deals, high transaction fees (capital gains tax). Pledge finance protects its users from hackers through what features? Has the Pledge smart contract been audited yet? Pledge, can we consider it a very safe platform?

  11. Pledge’s goals are different, Pledge aims to be the crypto asset lending platform for non-merchants. Pledge responds to the need for longer term funding in real world applications, primarily serving crypto asset holders to diversify their portfolio with non-crypto assets. Through which assets pledge allows the diversification of the portfolio of non-cryptographic assets to its users? Does a pledge have a marketplace for asset trading?

  12. There are three types of users that can interact with the Pledge Protocol: Borrowers, Lenders, and liquidity providers. How can these three types of users interact with pledge? What advantages does pledge offer to each of the types of users that can interact with the platform?

  13. The Pledge protocol features a special liquidity curve designed to minimize slippage when trading pTokens based on the logit function, which greatly reduces slippage and can create an upper / lower limit of the exchange rate. What is the special liquid curve designed per garment? How does this special commitment cash curve work? What are the advantages of the special liquidity curve?

  14. Pledge ecosystem will play host to two governance ecosystem tokens: PLGR and Master-PLGR (MPLGR). Why is it necessary to introduce two separate tokens that perform similar governance functions? Also, MPLGR holders will be able to override PLGR decisions when exercising governance functions? How do users obtain PLGR and who are the ones that are granted access to MPLGR? And does it means that holders of MPLGR are more esteemed and valuable within your protocol? How will governance be done without creating unfriendly friction between both token holders?

  15. Your token sale is scheduled on 5th of October and you are using Token Soft for this sale. Due to the high volume of participant, users are having difficulties receiving verification and passing Token soft KYC. How can we successfully register for this event before the end date? Why didn’t you use other popular IDO platform that can handle massive volume of presale participants? How many tokens will you be selling and at what price? And lastly, will you perform sales on other platforms so that users who are unable to complete Token Soft delayed registration verification can still have a chance to get your token on IDO?

  17. I recently learned that interest rate swaps have become a good solution to curb the rampant instability and risks associated with variable interest rates. How does an interest rate swap convert the interest on a variable rate loan into a fixed one? do you use a benchmark interest rate or something similar?

  18. You mentioned that the most common examples of interest rate benchmarks followed in the world in financial contracts include the London Interbank Offer Rate (LIBOR), the Euro Nightly Average Index (EONIA), etc. Does a variable rate loan come with a prepayment penalty? can investors secure a rate that would start in the near future?

  19. Traditional interest rate mechanisms work well for short-term loans, and DeFi has focused on those mechanisms. Now, however, Pledge is changing this with the introduction of interest rate swaps, how is it possible to lock in a fixed rate that will start on a specific date? How can future rates be secured through these swaps?

  20. Many projects are incorporating the NFTs into their main activities, even now they are assigning financial functions and uses to it a lot, in the Pledge platform, which is the main function of the NFTs, since you attribute that dynamic and adaptable nature that these assets possess. fungibles, what do you consider to be the importance of tokenizing the NFTs, is the BLOCKCHAIN necessary for the best use and development of the NFTs?

  21. Because their need to create financial NFTs, as ERC-721 tokens influence the creation of financial NFT assets, among the objectives of Pledge is to be a loan platform for non-merchants, because they have placed that barrier and excluded that sector of the market, as they plan to attract non-merchants, according to their documents Pledge users fulfill the roles of lender, borrower and liquidity provider, but personally I would like to know how a liquidity provider and a lender differ (financially they are not the same?), how do you envision Pledge in the future?

  22. What is the promise of Pledge Finance to the decentralized financial community, do you think it can close the gap that exists between the traditional and decentralized financial systems, how can Pledge reduce exposure to volatility of interest rates for borrowers? / lenders, plan to incorporate new blockchains Etheteum, Polkadot, Polygon maybe?

  23. You mentioned in a past article that due to the overwhelming and unexpected volume of registrations, more than 12,000 users were not able to receive the verification email that enables people’s participation. What solutions has Pledge Finance implemented to prevent this future congestion from recurring, and how will they manage the following volumes of records?

  24. The Pledge Finance platform announced that it will be releasing an additional PLGR of 10% to the first 1,000 PLGR token purchasers on October 5, 2021 (up to 2,000,000 PLGR will be available). What are the rules that your platform has established so that the winners can acquire this additional rewards for buying PLGR tokens and how will you manage these winners for a fair distribution?

  25. You recently said that one of the shortcomings of a floating rate bond market is the common and critical unpredictability, in addition to the associated need for constant monitoring. So how can Pledge Finance bring stability to DeFi on interest rate assumptions if any change in interest rates will have a negative impact on borrowing costs?

  26. I read this news: “Smart contract of Pledge Finance successfully audited by CertiK”, it is good news that the Pledge Finance platform collaborates with CertiK to improve its current security standards, what were the results that Pledge obtained about the security of its contracts And what other integration or collaboration will you do in the future to improve the security of Pledge?

  30. I have recently read that only verified KYC users will be able to buy PLGR tokens. You said that you will continue to process KYC only for users who already have the status ‘Documents in review’, does this mean that no other user will be able to participate in the sale if they do not have their documents in review status? Some KYC processes omit the participation of American users. Are there restrictions for countries in the American continent?

  31. I have read recently that before the sale I can enter a “waiting room” at any time before the start of the sale to prepare for what is coming, taking into account that everyone in the waiting room will be given a place in the row. What will happen to users who have not had time to enter this waiting room or have had problems with the generation of the queue number? is there a solution for those people who arrive after the sale begins?

  32. You said on your website that after the wonderful escalation of your Strategic Round, the Pledge Finance platform will begin with the registration for your Public Sale on September 14 at 11 am EST, what was the total amount of PLGR that was available for those sales of public rounds and what is the reason why you established a South American schedule for this activity? Does Pledge Finance have Hispanic roots or influences?

  33. One of the crucial use case of Pledgerfinance is to be the most utilized financial tool for the world. In application/ real world use where one can borrow money without going through a third-party intermediary. This sounds interesting and could make you the biggest project on BSC. Borrowers in traditional finance could runaway with the loan. Then, how do you address the issue when there is a prolonged payback time for borrowed assests, in your platform. Will the assests/money be borrowed with/without collateral?

  34. I can read that a while ago you started your testnet, but couldn’t find details if it’s still running or not. Can we still participate in the exercise at this moment?. Is this solution of yours influenced by the crypto market in general? What makes it an innovative solution?

  48. It caught my attention that regarding your borrowing feature people can deposit BTCB and acquire DAO or USDC, precisely this, why not use your native tokens to favor the adoption of your stablecoin in this function and in your ecosystem in general? Do you plan to increase the usability of your coins beyond the governance method?

  49. Unlike most DeFi lending protocols, Pledge is not
based on Ethereum but on Binance Smart Chain.Ethereum is the largest DeFi platform for smart contracts,Then why was Binance Smart Chain, the obvious choice for the @PledgerFinance ?What are the advantages of it over Ethereum?

  50. A user can become any of the 3 roles, namely,Crypto Asset holders,Borrowers and Lenders/investors in the platform.

  52. As rightly stated, Pledge isn’t one of the first DeFi lending protocols, but it has been able to learn from existing projects over the last 5 years. 5 years is quite a long time in cryptocurrency especially DeFi. Therefore, can you kindly explain the Pledge “learning process” what noticable shortcomings and solutions were you able to identify and offer within this time span, and why do you think your solutions will stand the test of time? Will you introduce own your NFTs within your ecosystem? If yes, please give a well detailed description on the Pledge Finance NFTs & their real world benifits such as Collateralization, abilty to trade etc..?

  58. On the subject of interest rates and how it affects loans, it is stated that Pledge will look to better the offer of traditional interest rate mechanisms, by offering interest rate swaps, which makes it possible to lock in a fixed rate that will start at a specified date. For purposes of better investor understanding, can you kindly elaborate on this solution as offered, will Pledge allow investors freely choose a time and fixed rate that suits them, or will they have to choose from specified timeframes offered, and asides this, can you let us in on other advantages of Pledge’s interest rate swaps, how is it a better option for investors?

  59. Hi Pledge Foundation, a lot of the lending protocols focus on crypto traders borrowing digital assets. I would like to know what is the strategy and the main function that the Pledge Foundation uses, to be different from those protocols? do we have the opportunity to receive loans financed by Pledge for a longer term? What does it offer to holders of crypto assets? You can explain these points and functions to us in more detail.

  60. Pledge Foundation, are you looking to solve the core component that is missing in the DeFi world, what kind of loan market do you plan to create? would it be decentralized loans? 64. According to my investing experiences on projects, I used to investigate about the partnerships & the platforms behind the scene since partnerships add reliability & transparency to the projects. How do you go forward step by step in DeFi world without any VCs partnerships? Can we see more partnerships before your public sale on October month?

  65. I could read that “Pledge aims to be the platform for crypto asset loans for everyone”, but will it really have all the necessary facilities so that any user both knowledgeable and non-knowledgeable of crypto can enjoy their loans?

  66. It caught my attention that Pledge has introduced a new liquidity curve based on the logit function, but could you really tell us more about this curve used as a “logit” function? Really how this will allow them not to have liquidity problems?

  67. Could you really explain why Pledger focuses solely on long-term loans? Could it be that these are the most beneficial and that is why they seek to improve their operation? but really why?

  68. I read on your website that to be able to borrow it will be necessary to Deposit BTCB, in order to acquire DAI or USDC at ease, but is this really the only alternative to be able to request a loan? If so, why use BTCB before any other tokens?

  69. Pledge answers the need for longer-term financing, mainly serving crypto-asset holders to diversify their portfolio with non-crypto asset. I was very interested in this fact. Which non-crypto assets are taken into account in this case and how are they valued? Can you tell us more about this?

  73. I could understand that loans are necessary for DeFi, but is it really the only limitation that DeFi has to be more attractive and scalable? Or in addition to the “loans”, will Pledger offer other products to DeFi to achieve this?

  74. I read on your website that they will have the utility of a pTokens, which will work as a backup and guarantees of the money bet, right? If so, will those “pTokens” be available for any tokens? or only for stable coins?

  75. Will Pledger Finance offer its decentralized loan products only for BSC’s assets and wallets? If so, then why do they say that Pledger is “The decentralized lending protocol for EVERYONE”? shouldn’t these for ALL networks?

  76. In one of your tweets on Twitter, you invite your community to participate in the #ArtContest. “Showcase your creativity and grab $ 1000 USDT worth of PLGR tokens!” Extended date 29th September, 2021. Who can take part in the competition, what requirements must the participants meet and what works are accepted for the competition? How many prizes will there be and what awards will the winners receive?

  77. Pledge Foundation, I need to borrow but what currency should I deposit in to get started? How much would be the minimum deposit and what currency would you receive in return? What would I gain by providing liquidity to the protocol and where should I deposit? you can better explain these functions to us. Thanks

  78. Pledge Foundation my question is: what allows us the pledge? Can you give us more details and explain a little better about this function. 79. I would like to contribute to the pledge finance ecosystem as a LP. As you said, I should provide stablecoins & p tokens as the liquidity pair in to the pool. Though I can deposit stable coins, How may I add p tokens in to the liquidity pool? Where Can I buy p tokens, Do you sell p tokens via pledge finance app? Will there be a routing mechanism so that I can convert some of my stablecoins in to p tokens & add them directly in to the pool? Can’t we use the native token $PLGR in liquidity providing? What kind of privileges will you offer to the LPs in addition to the rewards from the transaction fees, incurred by the pledge finance ecosystem?

  80. Every project have a care on their Roadmap since it is the main key to attract more users towards the project. But the pledge finance have not distinguished a own their Roadmap. Instead, you have said in Twitter, You will discuss about your Roadmap in Satoshi club. Can you share more details on your Roadmap? What is the reason for not updating the Roadmap in your website? Could you please list the upcoming special events in Q4-2021 & in 2022 year respectively?

  81. Could you please explain Why didn’t you audit pledge finance smart contract yet? Because I couldn’t found audit report of your smart contract. Surely this may cause to degrade the user interaction with your project. How do you assure that there are no bugs in your smart contract? So do you hope to do an audit in future & publish it on relevant sources? Which audit institute will you hire to audit your smart contract?

  82. You mention in the WhitePaper. Ethereum is the largest DeFi platform for smart and secure contracts. Then why did you choose BSC?

  83. To borrow stable coins from Pledge, borroweres have to keep a collateral. You have mentioned that the collateralized amount should be higher than the loan amount. Is your borrowing option confined to this type of over-collateralized loans? Further, how do you calculate the credit line? When we need to borrow stable coins from Pledge, which percentage from the borrowing amount should be deposited as a collateral? Currently, there are plenty of platforms that offer over-collateralized loans. I am a frequent borrower of Nexo and Celsius. Why should I shift to Pledge? Compared to your competitors, what are the advantages from borrrower’s side on your platform?

  84. Although $PLGR bought from public sale options 1 and 2 have a nine month unlock schedule, option 3 allows participants to purchase tokens with no lockups. Why did you introduce this option 3? Since it has no unlock schedules, investors may tend to use option 3 and sell their tokens as soon as $PLGR is listed on an exchange. How do you prevent that type of sell-off situation? It is true that the token price is 0.05$ in option 1, 0.07$ in option 2 and 0.10$ in option 3. However, we can see more than 50% dumps in value when a token is listed. Therefore, option 3 will be beneficial for investors. From your side, what are the advantages of this option compared to the possible selling pressure when the token is listed?

  85. Stability is what we all looking for in the blockchain space.Pledge believe Fix-rated lending is going to be the ultimate way to get more people’s involvement in the space. So,as a fixed-rated lending, what advantages and benefits it would bring to crypto industry especially in terms of lending? How much is the fix rate that Pledger Finance offer to users? When we say fixed rate,is there a possibility that the rate will change after how many months or years? What is the minimum and maximum term for fixed-rate offers in Pledge Finance? If you offer fixed rate in lending, what kind of collateral you are accepting to reciprocate the fixed rate you offer in lending? Thank you

  86. You have listed your contributors with their designations and qualifications on your website. I noticed that there are entrepreneurs, academics and also a private lender are in your list of contributors. Could you please explain how did they contribute to Pledge? I am asking this because I could not find any information on your “team” on the website or in the whitepaper. Are these contributors considered the “team” of Pledge? If yes, can these seven people handle the whole project? If no, since the team is the driving force of any concept, where can we find information on your team members before we invest in Pledge?

  87. I found out that one of the advantages of Pledger Finance is Low-slippage & Stable rate in which it has a novel liquidity curve based on logit function which is relatively flat in the middle to greatly reduce slippage. So,can you explain clearly how logit function works? What are the better advantage while applying logit function in setting up slippage? Can anyone use the logit function from doing any transaction in your platform? Thank you

  88. What coins are accessible in the pools, and how can you join Pledge Finance as a liquidity provider? Is it a profitable activity in terms of competition, and how much money does it bring in?

  89. Many people see CeFi and DeFi as diametrically opposed concepts that cannot coexist. What is the state of Pledge in terms of being beneficial for both financial models?

  90. The Pledge Platform is built on pTokens, which are transferable tokens that represent a claim on a positive (entitled to receive) or negative (obligated to pay) cash flow. What’s the difference between owning a token and assigning it a pToken? What would be the benefits of holding pBUSD instead of BUSD?

  91. Pledge will not focus on crypto traders borrowing digital assets in real time for day trading, unlike the majority of existing lending protocols. Pledge, on the other hand, caters to the need for longer-term financing, supporting crypto-asset holders in diversifying their portfolios with non-crypto assets like real estate. What are the specific needs of long-term investors or traders that aren’t satisfied by day-trading platforms?

  92. Pledge offers traders a number of benefits, including frictionless and cost-effective transactions.  In terms of these characteristics, how do they compare to similar platforms on the market that provide the same benefit?
