  1. Waterfall DeFi is the first true risk diversification DeFi protocol that enables users to carefully optimize their yield farming strategy by investing in different “tranches” of a yield product portfolio. We are living in the advent of YIELD FARMING and Liqiudity Mining, can you share your personal opinion on Yield Farming and also Briefly explain your Liquidity Mining Program??

  2. Almost 83% investors have just focused on price of token in short term instead of understanding the real value of the project. Can you tell us on motivations and benefits for investors to hold your token in long term?

  3. Projects that are not traded on major exchanges remain unnoticed. What do you think about listing the token on the well major exchanges?

  4. Basically Waterfall Bot provides bots with real-time tracking for all on-chain data like: price, trades, liquidity, staking, farming… I’m having quite a bit of a hard time following. Track portfolios that are more profitable than your competitors. Is it possible to use Waterfall Bot for best portfolio tracking today? What functions can we use in the waterfall bot regarding portfolio tracking and copying? Also can you share which blockchains Waterfall currently supports?

  5. Waterfall DeFi is a platform that offers true risk diversification through the creation of profitable DeFi assets. And I know that Waterfall DeFi is not the first platform to do this. You use the Waterfall Bot service that provides the bot with real-time tracking of all on-chain data such as: price, transactions, liquidity, staking, farming… However, some limitations of bot tracking is latency, latency, and data accuracy. How to design Waterfall Bot to ensure that it can provide accurate data every time? What oracle does it rely on and how is the data generated from the multiple threads you said it supports?

  6. I think many people here are quite interested in $WBT, both utility and structure. How $WBT works as a utility token for the network. How it benefits both the network and the owner. Is there any reward mechanism for holding $WBT? What are the benefits of holding? Also what is the competitive advantage of Waterfall Bot? What advantage do you have that other competitors don’t have? How do you plan to compete with similar competitors in today’s market in terms of scalability, security, features and adaptability?

  7. I understand that when Waterfall Defi goes live, the first tranche product to be offered is the “BUSD Falls” which is a portfolio of three BUSD stablecoin lending vaults within BSC namely, Alpaca Finance, C.R.E.A.M. Finance and Venus. Your documents did not stated that contents and assets within the said portfolio. Can you provide us with some additional information regarding your first tranche product? Also, what was a reason why did Waterfall DeFi choose the three lending protocols stated above? Was it a strategic and well-planned selection?

  8. Initially, Waterfall DeFi will be offering its users its own constructed and well-planned tranche strategies, starting from the three-tranche-system. To increase the options and choices of the users, does Waterfall Defi accepts proposals for new and alternate tranche strategies coming from its community? If so, can you tell us how can the community submit their proposals/suggestions? Will the they be compensated/rewarded if their proposal be selected and approved by your team? Also, do the community DAO have a say to this matter?

  9. I see that Waterfall DeFi’s Senior tranche offers a stable APY percentage and stable return of investment. This feature is not new to various farming protocols. Some DeFi projects offer stable return with a low risk of loss. Why not just deposit funds and farm into those trusted and well-known projects instead of using your tranche products and investe in Waterfall Defi? What makes your tranche investment, specifically the Senior tranche, different and more beneficial when it is compared to other stable-returned farming pools?

  10. When analyzing Waterfall concept nad particularly the Re-organization level we can see the priority of the coins are being given to the senior tranche (bucket) first, then followed by mezzanine, and junior tranche. Is this process has the defined timeframes and the distribution ratio? Could you share this if not confidential? Thank you!

  11. Talking about BUSD Falls – a portfolio of three carefully selected BUSD stablecoin lending vaults on BSC (Binance Smart Chain): Alpaca Finance, C.R.E.A.M. Finance and Venus. Could you explain why these particular coins were selected and if they are still a subject of being substituted by more efficient or stable by a certain period of time? How do you protect your investors from the drops of each of them? Thank you!

  12. It caugh my attention that I read that what distinguishes Waterfall DeFi from other similar projects is that you will offer three tranches for users to invest in; Senior, Mezzanine and Junior. With that in mind, can you tell us more about this three tranches? What characteristics about them will make you stand out among similar projects? Also, speaking more of the tranches themself, please tell us how this three tranches system will work on Waterfall Defi? What will you offer to investors on this tiers that other platforms aren’t capable of? What advantages can investors get from each one of this tranches and how?

  13. It caught my attention that there is a reward system on the Waterfall platform called “Risk Reward”, can you tell us more about it? How does this Risk Reward system exactly work? What risks do users need to take to be able to receive this reward and on what kind of characteristics will this reward system be based on? What users can be considered to receive said reward? Will it be available for every user that takes certains risks within the platform and their investments or do they need to meet other characteristics as well? Also, what kind of reward can they receive from this system to make it worth the risk taken?

  14. I read that Waterfall DeFi includes its community in decision making, which is wonderful. You mentioned that governance will allow users to propose a list of DeFi assets to be included in the pool eligibility. How many tokens must we have to be able to submit our proposals? What will be other Governance matters in which we can participate? In what other matters can we submit our suggestions? Can we participate in the voting on the percentage of the WTF tokens that are distributed to different tranches?

  15. Waterfall DeFi is a performance aggregation protocol that aims to bring a true stretch of risk to the DeFi landscape. They plan to develop a portfolio that includes different farms, but instead of simply offering a performance aggregation product, they would actually divide the portfolio into different “tranches. How does the portfolio divided into different tranches work? Each tranche represents a risk / reward combination. which would allow users to select?

  16. Waterfall launched its first product, which would include 3 BUSD farms. In the future, once they are more mature and the community is more informed about the product, they will push not only a safe and sustainable return package with significant farms and a high TVL, but also risk-leveraged products and new farms with an APY. high. What types of leveraged risk products do you estimate to launch? Will they have high returns? When do you estimate these products are available?

  17. Under the variable rate regime, the introduction of risk-related products into the DeFi space will bring further development in the already growing sector, and structured products are the next big thing to emerge on the DeFi horizon. Structured products (options, futures, etc.) allow users to better control their investment portfolio. Does Waterfall expect to introduce high-performance products to the platform? What products does Waterfall currently have for investors to invest their capital?

  18. Waterfall will launch a three-piece product, expanding options for the community. initially establishes a TVL limit for each tranche at the initial launch to ensure clear tranche differentiation. In the future, we will raise the limit, but will introduce a dynamic reward to incentivize optimal user behavior. How does this protocol of sections established by Waterfall really work? What advantages does this approach offer? What characteristics does each section have?

  19. The key feature of Waterfall Defi platform that offers true risk-adjusted yield generating DeFi assets, is it’s MULTIPLE TRENCHES classified as Senior, Mezzanine and Junior Trenches. This multiple trenches slices portfolio of DeFi assets into different risk-adjusted return, enabling both risk-dislike investors and high risk-tolerance investors to generate expected returns from the same set of DeFi assets. What is the difference between the Senior, Mezzanine and Junior Trenches and how do they work? What is the set of unique expected yield, risk, security and maturity each of these trenches offer? Lastly how is the cash flows generated from the underlying yield-generating assets paid to these trenches in a waterfall manner?

  20. You announced that the launch of the WTF token will enable users to better engage with the protocol, users can stake their WTF token into the staking pool and receive governance / voting rights and a share of the platform fees. How many tokens must we stake in order to receive a share of the platform fees? What will be the percentage of the platform fees that will be distributed to the WTF token holders? Will that percentage be decided by the Waterfall DeFi team or can we also participate in that decision?

  21. I have read that each portfolio is “divided” into different tranches, where the principal and yield are redistributed according to the seniority of the tranche and that users can choose in which tranche to deposit funds based on their expected return and risk appetite. could you tell us, how many types of tranches exist, what are their differences and what advantages do each of them offer to users?

  22. I saw on your website that Waterfall DEFI uses The Cascade Concept, so could you please explain and illustrate for those present this concept, tell us why you decided to use it and if you consider it to be fair, transparent and safe?

  23. What is the unique value that Waterfall DEFI brings to the community, I would like you to tell us a little more about your products, why you consider them a good investment and also the characteristics that make this project innovative, profitable and scalable?

  24. Hi Waterfall DeFi team! You mentioned that users with a certain amount of WTF token staked in the protocol will be able to propose their own tranching strategies. How many tokens are required to be able to propose our own tranching strategies? Do we have to stake for a certain time to be able to submit our proposals? Who will evaluate our proposals? Will our proposals be evaluated and approved by the developers or will they be approved by the Waterfall DeFi community? Thank you!

  25. Unlike other tranching platforms that offer only a Senior and a Junior tranche, you slice your portfolio into three tranches instead of two. That’s wonderful! What are the benefits of having a three-tranche approach? I know two of them, the Senior tranche and the Junior tranche. What is the additional tranche included within Waterfall DeFi? What advantages does this bring to the other two existing tranches (Senior and Junior)?

  26. Waterfall Defi divides the users’ portfolio into different tranches, I see that the risk appetite is a factor to consider when you want to choose the tranch to deposit funds, can you tell us then how these risks are classified? How many levels are there and can you participate in more than one tranch at the same time?

  27. hello, I would like to know, what are the most ambitious goals you have in Waterfall DEFI, tell us about the roadmap you are working on right now, tell us why you consider Waterfall DEFI is good enough to compete with the big projects that exist today in the market and that are already established, also tell us one or more of the unique features of this project and how all your goals outlined in the roadmap, will make it a profitable and secure project in which we can participate?

  28. I read that WTF is the native governance token issued by the Waterfall Defi platform and that it plays a key role in facilitating platform governance, rewarding platform users, aligning incentives and capturing revenue from fees generated by the platform. but, could you tell us about the ways in which we can become holders of any of these tokens, on which chains they are compatible, what is the strategy that will be implemented to protect their value and how will you prevent illiquidity around them?

  29. Waterfall DeFi recently completed it’s seed round with some notable partners such as GBV Capital, AscendEX, Genblock Capital, Synaps, CREAM Finance, etc., coming on board. As stated, this round of investments helped Waterfall raise about $2 Million in private investments. Can you briefly talk on this, how will this strategic partnership and investment help improve the Waterfall DeFi project, and what expertise are these partners bringing to the Waterfall DeFi team? Also, you announced the Launch of a new stream of content called “Investor Comments”. Can you kindly share more details on this, how relevant will this series be?

  30. Taking a rather interested look at the recently published Tokenomics of the $WTF token, I noticed that out of a total supply of a 100 Million $WTF tokens, Waterfall reserved the lowest allocation of 2% to it’s Public Sale, whereas other sectors within the project’s structure were given substantive allocations. As a project that claims to recognise the importance of an active and engaging community, don’t you think this allocation is meagre when compared to others, and since your aim is to fully decentralise the operations of Waterfall DeFi, how has your token allocation reflected this, and how will this transition process gradually suffice?

  31. According to your roadmap, there are three main stages in your project. V1.0 will be launched with a few fixed sets of DeFi portfolio assets whereas V2.0 will allow users to construct their own portfolio. Further, more flexible tenure and staking options will be offered in V3.0. My question is, how long does it take you to develop V3.0, the most advanced stage of your platform? Since time frames were not included in your roadmap, community cannot get a clear idea on when you will achieve these three levels. In addition to the structural differences you have mentioned, what are the opportunities available for the community in these three stages? Can you please explain separately?

  32. After reading your Medium article, I thought of investing in your first product, BUSD Falls. Why did you choose Alpaca Finance, C.R.E.A.M. Finance and Venus for this product? I noticed that there are three tranches, Senior, Mezzanine and Junior. In addition to the APR, are there any differences among these three? Can you please explain the features of these three tranches separately? For an investor, which tranche is the most beneficial option? Which one is the riskiest? Will your future products also be similar to this model? Please let us know some details if you are going to introduce new models.

  33. For the successful growth of any project especially those within DeFi’s competitive environment, a lot of effort is put into R&D, Partnerships, marketing and promotions. Though Waterfall has done well in assembling a good number of reputable partners and investors, but can you talk extensively on your marketing and promotional drives, what are your immediate and long-term marketing and growth plans, what structures have you put in place to scale, sustain and improve your services for years to come, and talking R&D, how will you look to diversify your products and services making them more robust and user efficient?

  34. I have been looking for information related to the governance that Waterfall will provide to the token holders and the truth is I did not get anything related, so I would like you to explain a little about what will be the benefits that users will have by keeping the token? Is there a date set for the launch of governance?

  35. On their website in the section “How does it work?” They inform that users will be able to choose their tranches to deposit and also that there will be different types of tranches that will interact with each other like a waterfall. This seems really interesting to me but the truth is that a question arose which I would like you to answer me, if hypothetically we enter the Junior section at the beginning of the project, but then we want to belong to another type of section, there will be the possibility of doing it or I will always belong to the Junior section? Could you explain to me how the change of stage could be made?

  36. Although the token supply of $WTF is 100,000,000, your initial supply is confined to 5,000,000 tokens. This is only a portion of 5% from the total supply. When do you release remaining tokens to the circulation? When releasing those tokens gradually, what is the maximum circulating supply do you maintain? Further, when releasing tokens to the circulating supply, you may need to conduct burning activities to generate a scarcity and to maintain the value of the token. What are your plans regarding this? Do you ensure that $WTF will be a worthy investment with minimised risks among plenty of investment options currently available?

  37. Greetings, what differentiates Waterfall, from so many existing Defi projects, can you tell us what the main functions are and how they work? Can you give us details so that we can create a risk-adjusted return, how the portfolio works, and how are the cash flows paid? In how many tranches are the payments divided and what do they offer? for example the highest sections and the lowest sections? You can explain us about these functions of the project. Thanks

  38. I see on your website when there are yields (coins) to be distributed, it will be distributed to senior tranche, mezzanine tranche and junior tranche in order. Can you explain in more detail about senior, mezzanine and junior tranche? What are their differences and main functions?

  39. I see Waterfall’s management team has 3 people mostly with experience in the areas of strategy and asset management, but no one has a certain expertise in security. While it is important for DeFi projects to attract users to invest and Yield and Pool today is security. In April 2020, Uniswap and Lendf.me were stolen $25m by hackers, or the latest Vee Finance. Can Waterfall confidently tell me if there are any team or advisors who are security experts to support the project?

  40. You have introduced your first tranched product offering called the BUSD falls which is a portfolio of three carefully selected BUSD stablecoin lending vaults on BSC (Binance Smart Chain): Alpaca Finance, C.R.E.A.M. Finance and Venus. So will you invest all the BUSDs in the lending protocal’s pools mentioned above that users invest on Waterfall’s BUSD falls product? If yes why will we invest our BUSDs on Waterfall’s BUSD falls rather than investing directly in BSC lending platform’s pool mentioned above? And also this portfolio is sliced into three tranches: Senior, Mezzanine and Junior. What are these three different tranches? What is the importance of them? How much amount of BUSD should user invest on each tranches? How about the APR system works, In which manner will the yield be calculated & distributed for each tranches holders? Also you mentioned about a BUSD falls deployment cycle. Could you explain about it in more details? Is it like a vesting schedule?

  41. I read in the Waterfall whitepaper and found that Senior and Mezzanine tranches sacrifice a part of their yield to Junior tranche for capital protection, so the Junior tranche receives an APY boost which is higher than just depositing into lending farms. High APY also comes with risk as you said. So what is the risk when depositing money in Junior tranche?

  42. Waterfall DeFi is a new protocol of true risk tranching that aims to bring innovative and structured products to the DeFi platform. You will be be launching with a multiple farm strategy that includes Alpaca, Venus and C.R.E.A.M. How do you plan to fix the maximum TVL for each risk tranches, so that we can ensure the ratio between the tranches is right and users’ risk and reward are being protected? How did you formulate your yield farming strategy, and what type of products will you be structuring for the community?

  43. Waterfall DeFi tranches are structural investment products that package a pool of yield-generating DeFi assets and slices them into different buckets known as “tranches”. My question is how are each tranches classified? How will the cashflows generated from these assets be distributed? Also how will the distribution be done in a case whereby capital loss is incurred on the invested principal? What are the key advantages of Waterfall defi ranches?

  44. Waterfall DeFi secured strategic financing from reputable investors in the digital asset and blockchain space, led by GBV Capital, Divergence Ventures and Ascensive Assets.During the seed round,$2million was raised. My question is, how will these fund be used in your project? What is the Token release schedule, and will the seed round tokens be locked?

  45. In Waterfall platform’s seed round, you have successfully raised $2M co-led by GBV Capital, Divergence Ventures and Ascensive Assets. Do you have any interesting things to say about your seed round which was held in August month? For what kind of purposes, will you use that $2M fund? And I saw that there are lot of strategic partners of Waterfall platform. Didn’t they fund on Waterfall Platform? Or will you hold more seed rounds, private sales for those partners who missed the first seed round?

  46. On your Roadmap, I read that this Platform will first launch a few fixed sets of DeFi portfolio assets, where each portfolio of assets will be tranched up into a minimum of 2 tranches: Senior and Junior. So as a newcomer in your community, can you explain clearly what is this all means? What are these sets of DeFi portfolio assets and how it works? Also, can you explain further about these two tranches “Senior and Junior” and how will they operate in the platform? Thank you.

  47. So talking about your core team, it says that the Waterfall DeFi #Team is comprised of professionals with years of experience from both trades, consulting, fast-growth tech, and crypto/defi markets. Wow, what a great experience, we want to know more about your team, so I would appreciate it if you can introduce to us who are the great people behind the idea of #WaterfallDeFi? Can you tell us the backstory of how did you create this project? And how will each member strive to deliver the best risk tranching product in this ever-changing industry?

  48. Your Roadmap have divided in to three Versions such as V1.0, V2.0, V3.0 without a pre-determined time period. So how will the investors get to know about the events to be carried out at a specific time without proper time scheduled Roadmap? However, you hope to develop Waterfall Platform as V1.0- pre-determined set of assets & tranches, V2.0- DIY tranche origination & V3.0- Variable/Perpetual Expiry tranches. Can you tell us the special events under these versions with a certain time period? When will you finalize the V3.0?

  49. $WTF is the native currency of Waterfall project with a 100 million total supply. But you decide to circulate only 5 millions of $WTF tokens. Why is that? What about the other 95 millions of $WTF tokens? However, It’s a good sign for Waterfall project since you have allocated 45% of $WTF tokens from total supply for the community. In what form will you convey this 45% of $WTF tokens to the Waterfall community? Will there be IDOs, Public sales, incentive programs & giveaways in future to distribute the $WTF tokens to the community? Can you please review the vesting schedule for the $WTF token metric? Is $WTF token a deflationary token? What is the transaction fees of $WTF token & What will you do with the fees?

  50. As It clarified, Users will be able to deposit their investments on portion or slices in the pool, named as tranches. Do you integrate AMMs within Waterfall project’s pools? How will the risk appetite be implemented in the pools of Waterfall Project? The higher tranches pay fixed yield while the lower tranches have higher dynamic yield. What is the reason for different APYs for the three different tranches?

  51. After finding out about the Waterfall Project team, You are from various projects. One person is from C.R.E.A.M. Finance, another one is from Linear finance & other one is from IOSG. Could you please tell me Why did you gather to born the Waterfall Project while you could have the opportunity to improve your previous projects? Does your team include with only 3 team members as your website states? How about the commitment & encouragement of Waterfall team? Will there be opportunities to the Waterfall community to join in the team of Waterfall project in future?

  52. One of the key features of Waterfall Defi is you give a Higher fixed-APY products: By tranching a pool of riskier DeFi assets, the platform offers a safer fixed-yield product that pays a higher yield than traditional vanilla products. As we tranch or divide our pool into the riskier Defi, how can we assure the safety of funds? As you offer a safer fixed-yield product that pays a higher yield than traditional vanilla products,so can you tell us specifically what fixed-yield products you are offering? Can you explain more about the fixed-yield products? Why would you compare your products to some traditional vanilla products? Thank you

  53. I found out in one of your document that Waterfall Defi will give a platform revenue share in which the platform will charge a Redemption Fee at the time of withdrawal. A portion of the redemption fee collected by the platform is distributed to the WTF token stakers. How much is percentage rate of the redemption fee while withdrawal in your platform? Is the redemption fee is the fee aside from withdrawal fee in your platform? As stated that a portion of the redemption fee collected by the platform is distributed to the WTF token stakers ,so what is allocation of the other portion of Redemption fee? As you give a platform revenue share which is the redemption fee,is it only for stakers of WTF tokens? How about the token holders that does not stake how would your platform incentivise or reward them? Thank you

  54. Waterfall DeFi’s MULTIPLE TRENCHE will utilize waterfall manner of capital distribution in adverse scenario where a capital loss is incurred on invested principal, where the senior tranche would be paid first and the junior tranche would be paid last. What are the requirements to be a junior or senior trench? What is the possible cause of such loss and what % of the loss will this feature cover? How many users have benefited from this insurance scheme for capital loss on invested principal in your ecosystem? Which fund from your ecosystem is used to cover for this loss? Thank you.

  55. Many emerging projects today are failed to survive in the bear market, Have you thought about this..What are the plans of Waterfall Defi on surviving on bear market? and how did you ensure secure of your platform safe for Investors?

  56. Asia is a very vibrant market and there are many new platforms under development. So what do you think about Asia and do you have plans to grow there?

  57. A strong community not only brings interesting ideas to the project but also attracts larger partners. So how #Waterfall planning to build its community? And is there a p lan to recruit people with Blockchain experience to the #Waterfall team share ?

  58. Many people want to learn about your project but they have problem with English, so do you plan to spread awareness about your project in different countries where English is not w idely known? Do you have a marketing strategy to develop different communities?

  59. I initially thought the Waterfall Defi model will be a win-win situation for both senior Tranche users and junior Tranche users. But looking at your documentation, I feel you are only trying to encourage the high risk-taking investors.
Considering that both senior and junior Tranche users are both going to be contributing equally to the investment, why can’t both APY from both WDT assets be shared equally among investors so that whether there is a profit or loss to either of the assets, all investors can still have some level of profit from their APY with everyone feeling safe rather than the senior Tranche users alone feeling safe.
I will also like to know how many investors can make up a Tranche (senior or junior)

  60. The Waterfall Defi makes use of a technique where Defi assets are paid out in a sequential manner first to the senior Tranche users before the junior Tranche users. What qualifies a user to be a senior Tranche user or a junior Tranche user?
You explained further that for the waterfall payment model, in situations where the Defi assets incurred loss, only the senior Tranche users are paid their APY while the junior Tranche users are only paid the remaining capital. Why this sharp discrimination? Are you trying to discourage users from being junior Tranche users?

  61. What are the key points of Waterfall DeFi as a service for Decentralized markets? What would be attractive for decentralized environments as customers to want to have Waterfall DeFi in their platform?

  62. The target of Waterfall DeFi are the decentralized financial markets. This type of markets solved several problems that exist in centralized environments. What weak points still exist in decentralized markets, and how is Waterfall DeFi going to solve them?

  63. Do you consider that it is convenient to assign such an important and crucial role to the DAO, being a system that has obviously improved its standards and protocols but has had antecedents that have affected its image, you can tell us about the dynamic section thickness model that certain portfolios of Waterfall DeFi will use, as you personally envision the future versions of the Waterfall DeFi platform?

  64. As the application of the portfolio diversification function and risk tranches of the protocol benefit the community and the performance of the users, which are the most common risks that may occur on your platform, can you briefly explain how the risk tranche works in decentralized finance. How can users participate directly in the protocol?

  65. Hello Waterfall, there is little information on your page, as it says a lot coming soon, soon. My question is: what happens when Defi’s assets enter the clearinghouse (Pool), what function does it perform and how are they reorganized? What would the risk rewards be? You can explain us and give us more details about these Waterfall functions. Thanks

  66. Waterfall can you give us more information about the utility that the WTF Token can be given in your project? what is operation and how to make the best use of it to get the best out of it? How to start your platform from scratch, what is the best recommendation that you give to people looking to start in Waterfall? Where can I get the token at this time it is listed in some exchange and what is its current value. You can give us more information on these points.

  67. can you indicate a feature or features that you like best about the platform so that it can compete with other competitors? What are you most confident about for your platform? Do you have plans to get users to choose your platform?

  68. Can you list 1-3 killer features of Your Project that makes it ahead of its competitors? What is the competitive advantage your platform has that you feel most confident about?

  69. What are the key milestones on your roadmap – both things you have already achieved and things that we can look forward to? Any partnerships and short/long term technical milestones that you want to talk about or bring some attention to?
