  2. Talking about Staking it is found that The value creation for content creators and SWAY stakers in your project is interdependent since staking drives value and value drives staking. What makes the Staking your poject ecosystem more attractive to investors & coin users of the Staking ecosystem like me?

  3. With the assumption that staking is positively correlated to the economic health of content creation. How do plan on maintaining and sustaining the health of all possible content to be utilized by clout art, to ensure you come out with the best output given no room to any error funtionalities?

  4. In the first step Clout.art is concentrated on Instagram content offering users to make their photos unique by NFT. Is your system able to create NFTs out of videos too? Please explain why each post trasformed into NFT must be deleted from the sourse? Thank you

  5. I read that cloud.art can possibly turn my most valuable content such as most successful Instagram post into NFTs.
How does Clout.art turns people’s most valuable content, such as most successful Instagram posts, into unique NFTs?
How will my content become part of a valuable collection of assets and a source of income?
What do I need to do as a cloud.art user to achieve this amazing opportunity?

  6. From your medium, I have read about how much you appreciate LucidBlue VC, which based in China, because they has been active in ecosystem and venture building in the crypto space since 2017. They were also instrumental in developing the Polkadot ecosystem in China, investing in and incubating around 15 Polkadot projects.
Since 2020, they have been actively researching and venture-building in DeFi and NFTs and have taken the lead in building the Polygon ecosystem in China.

So my question is,how have this development affected cloud.art positively, that make cloud.art conclude that LucidBlue VC is a perfect fit for Cloud.art?
Is there any other interesting benefits you have gotten from LucidBlue VC that have help grow Cloud.art?

  7. I noticed that cloud.art are elated to offer the first $SWAY allocations to the Launchpool members and the $LPOOL holders.
Please what are the requirements for each member to get this offers? As a $LPOOL holder, how much $LPOOL do I need to stake before you offer me $SWAY?
Is it for any $POOL holder?

  8. To eliminate bias and promote fairness and transparency among all of your users, May I know, what will determine the price and value of an social media post NFT in your platform? Do you have some sort of price discovery mechanism to generate the true value of a certain content? What are the factors that influences the quality, rarity and uniqueness of a content? How do you measure them?

  9. Can you tell us your policies to what will happen if a user’s social media account got deleted/reported/banned from the social platform itself? Will the minted NFT degrade/decrease its value and price? Will the NFT be burned also together with the deleted social media account? How does Clout Art deal with these scenarios?

  10. Would you care to explain Clout Art’s “Lazy Minting” service? It says that it allows users to create NFTs in your platform without paying any amount of gas fees upfront. What the main difference between an NFT which was minted in an ordinary/traditional way when compared to an NFT which was minted through your “Lazy Minting”? Also, does it still require my post/content to be deleted upon minting through this way?

  11. Clout.art turns your most valuable content, such as your most successful Instagram posts, into unique NFTs. Your content becomes part of a valuable collection of assets and a source of income. This is exactly what I read on your website. While this is a great idea, I wonder how possible and feasible it will be to do this. Can you please explain how this is going to be possible? Since you said “Your most successful Instagram post”, what exactly does it mean for an instagram post to be successful? Does this entails that contents are given preference on the Clout.art platform?

  12. Generally, seed and private sale tokens are distributed to recipients’ wallets after the events. Contrastingly, $SWAY will be deposited into your staking platform, XPORTAL for automatic staking. You have indicated that “their owners” will redeem and transfer them to respective wallets. However, it is not clear to me who are these owners. Who have the responsibility of sending tokens to the respective wallets? How do you assure that there won’t be any third party interventions to your XPORTAL? Further, what is the reason for choosing this model instead of distributing tokens directly to the recipients? What are the advantages from your side and from the recipients’ side?

  13. It caught my attention that you are planning to integrate with TikTok in the next quarter. Partnerships can determine the direction of a project. Can you please let me know what are the mutual benefits of this collaboration between CloutArt and TikTok? How does TikTok impact on the future developments of your project? Further, your roadmap ends from the first quarter of 2022. You have planned to begin accepting voting proposals from token holders within that quarter. It indicates that you have more future goals. What is your ultimate target? Please explain about your future plans to achieve that target because they are not included in the roadmap.

  14. I noticed that your private sale is ongoing. Although private sale waitlist is currently open, I need more information on the sale before applying. Is there a minimum and maximum amount that we can invest? Is it a must to join the waitlist if we want to participate in the sale? Does everyone who register to the waitlist get an opportunity to purchase tokens from the private sale? If no, how can I increase my chances of winning a slot? Further, do you have a KYC policy? If yes, please explain the procedure. Please let me know the deadline to join your waitlist. If I miss this sale, what would be the next option to purchase $SWAY?

  15. I have read that celebrities can make millions off of their Instagram posts. But they are the ones with hundreds of millions of followers, and average users like myself cannot enjoy any of the benefits. Will Clout.art work similarly? With the most click-attracting posts taking most of the rewards? Or are there ways in which the platform helps their community members gain an audience? What are the minimum engagement numbers needed to convert our posts into NFTs?

  16. According to your roadmap, in July, you launched the first version of your platform to investors and early adopters. Would you tell us what were some of the benefits you gave the early investor in particular? How many people participated? Are there any special airdrops coming soon? What would be the requirements?

  17. I’m asking to understand. There are already many projects that allow content creators to make money through NFTs (arts, sports, etc.). Clout.art wants to enable users to monetize their social media posts by presenting their NFT content. What is your difference? What is the layer above social media platforms in crypto?

  18. I read that Clout art allows users to convert their most successful posts into NFTs! The concept of success is subjective to each person, right? When you say “most successful posts” do you mean posts with a lot of likes and comments? Is Clout Art focused only on influencers? Or even if a post has few likes and comments, can it also be converted into an NFT? Is it the user who decides the definition of “successful” or the Clout Art team?

  19. Clout is working on market verticals such as mainstream and extreme sports, influencers’ moments, and popular culture, and you seek only a limited number of these one that you can manage. My question is, how many of these market verticals do you currently have on you platform?Does that also mean that you will allow anyone to absolutely own and monetize any content they put up online that falls within these verticals?

  20. Each NFT listed your platform are graded by a system called the Clout.art score. It is governed by an algorithm that determines a post’s value based on metrics such as age, likes, comments, and others. My question is,What is the age range of a post that will determine its value? How many likes and comments should an NFT have that will also determine its value? You also mention that once an NFT is minted, all pertaining data stored with the post will be forever locked on-chain,can you tell us your reason for that extensive lock?

  21. To mint a token, users will have to use the NFT minting tool,Is this minting tool the same as the one that will notify content owners of a new bid and update done under their contented posted in Instagram? And to use this NFT minting tools, users will need to have certain amount of $SWAY tokens from their wallet, what then is the amount of $SWAY token users need to purchase before minting an NFT?Can you tell us how minting is done on your platform since only post from Instagram are minted?

  22. What makes an NFT such a technologically and financially valuable element, do you consider that NFTs will be the form of visual and auditory artistic expression of the future? 23. The implementation of the blockchain will be optional in Clout.Art through the Release of a version 2.0? Tell us a little about the relationship of the SWAY and Clout.Art protocol and how the adoption of mining works through them, how is the basic process to create an NFT from Tik Tok, Twitter and instagram and how the transfer is executed of value from the old world to the new?

  24. What value or meaning does “influence and art” have for Clout.Art, what is the importance of the minting and tokenization of the NFTs, do you consider that the blockchain is really necessary for the development and evolution of the NFT market, for many it is a mystery the nature of NFTs, is it among Clout’s plans, does Art function as a bridge between new crypto and non-crypto entrants and cryptography?

  25. They say that Clout.art turns your most valuable content, such as your most successful instagram posts, into unique NFTs. Your content becomes part of a collection of valuable assets and income streams. It can be seen that NFT is undeniably a big deal in the blockchain space right now. More and more NFTs are being created across platforms like music, art, games, and collectibles. So how is the Clout.art platform different from other NFT platforms? What is your biggest advantage for attracting investors? Some NFTs are rich in artistic value, however, how can you ensure that the NFT displayed in your platform can reach the needs and “needs” of your customers? So, can you elaborate on how you can evaluate NFTs and connect artists with clients?

  26. Clout.Art is not, nor does it intend to be, a social network. Most of NFT’s social projects are trying to become the next social network that will kill Facebook and Instagram and everyone. What is the key differentiator of Clout.art from other projects? Do you think creators would abandon their platforms and communities that they have built for 10 years because of NFTs? How Clout.Art is developing to coexist with traditional social networks?

  27. For IG, even if you put an image there, you still have full ownership over it. Instagram too, but you’re free to do whatever you want with it – the moment an NFT is minted through a decentralized system, it’s stored in your wallet. So if you initially owned that content on IG, for example, it means that you have the right of ownership. For what Clout.Art will allow to convert any type of content to NFT? How do you classify the content to be converted to NFT on the platform? Ownership is 100% of the creator?

  28. for creators / influencers, even more so for micro influencers, they have a real problem of making money with these platforms; The payoff is often sacrificing your creativity to get well-paying brands involved. How through the dd Clout.Art platform influencers manage to monetize their content in a good way? Do you estimate the profit percentages to be higher than that of classic platforms? Will the requirements to access the earnings be easy to meet?

  29. The initial issuance of SWAY is 100 million with a further 100 million to be distributed as incentives for platform adoption. This means that there will be continuous issuance of new tokens, up until the 200 million cap. Since content creators join the platform and create pools while users stake $SWAY into the pools, who gets the platform adoption token/incentive among the two adopters? If the two platform adopters gets the token/incentive, how is the token allocated/split to them? Is there anything a content creator or SWAY token staker do to increase his allocation if the incentive?

  30. Clout.art through the SWAY social protocol are establishing a ‘Shareconomy’ model where the fans also get rewarded when supporting their creator. Can you explain the ‘Shareconomy’ model through the SWAY social protocol and how it works in your ecosystem? In what ways can fans support their creators? What are the rewards fans get for their support to creators?

  31. You mentioned that Clout art starts with turning the most successful Instagram posts into NFTs and continues with content on TikTok and Twitter. There are other social networks that are also widely used and famous globally, such as Facebook. Have you thought about adding Facebook to your list soon? Among all the social networks that currently exist, why did you decide to start with instagram posts first?

  32. Clout.art turns successful Instagram posts into unique NFTs. I became interested in the technical side of this process. What does he look like? What actions are required from the content author? And does the content have to meet any requirements or the author can monetize any of his publications? And what should be his next steps, how can an author sell his content converted to NFT?
Clout.art helps to monetize content only on Instagram or some other social networks?

  33. Clout.art encourages users to turn their most prized posts on NFTs, but is it necessary to be an influencer with thousands of followers to be able to monetize our content? What requirements do you ask to start the monetization process?

  34. I see that in the steps to connect the posts with the Clout.art service it is necessary to delete the original post on the source channel, so it would be impossible to continue gaining likes and comments in the original source… can you tell us what benefits this brings? Why don’t you allow your users to keep their original posts?

  35. For your minting process, a user is to provide a URL address of their post and such post must be at least 48 hours old. Also, only creators with at least 150 followers and whose posts achieve a certain minimum clout.art score can be minted. I would like you to elaborate on the points raised. Why does minting of that special user post only allow a limited timeframe of 48 hours and 150 minimum followers, and what criteria does your scoring system follow? Finally, may I know why a user must delete the selected post from their social media account before the minting process commences, isn’t there a better way to achieve this?

Can you let us in on the distribution formula for this, how much tokens will each eligible creator get, and how often will this tokens be airdropped? It is also stated that special xSWAY tokens are used as the specified airdrop tokens and this tokens can be redeemed later for $SWAY tokens.
