Projects face a severe dilemma in the pre-IDO phase of their fundraising journey,they resort to Vesting assuring investors that the project is not a pump-and-dump scheme and that its developers are committed to long-term goals but at the same time, though, vested tokens are illiquid; they can neither be traded nor collateralized the locked token remains out of the market’s reach.So what tools and protocols are available in Waggle that will enable project founders to access capital from their illiquid vested tokens?Also,due to lack of appropriate marketplaces projects owners have to rely upon OTC(Over the Counter) platforms that are often shady, putting themselves and their potential investors at risk.So how will you mitigate the concerns related to unsolicited OTC platforms so that early stage project can generate liquidity before their intended IDOs?   12. We know that including the community in the governance of the project is beneficial as it adds value to the community’s opinions and suggestions. Will the Waggle team accept the community to participate in the selection process for projects to be launched on the Waggle platform? Will your governance system allow the community to vote for each project in a transparent and secure way?

Can you explain how this type of marketplace work and how waggle community will be able to trade project locked tokens at a discount in your marketplace? Who will be willing to buy locked tokens from these projects when the tokens are locked and unavailable for immediate trade?

  26. You point out that the projects and your team will go through strict procedures in order to guarantee the credibility of their counterparts, but could you really tell us more about these “strict procedures”? Will it really be impossible to overcome by scam projects?

  27. You say that by staking $ WAG we will not only obtain a reward with performance, but it also unlocks more opportunities to invest, does that mean that much more attractive tokens with APY will be available if we stake? will it only be that?

  28. I could see on your blog that they will launch an Airdrop, so could you tell us more about it? What should we do to participate in it? And really what will be the prize that the 1000 winners will share?

  29. I understand that last quarter they would achieve the launch in the Eth, BSC and Solana networks, could they have already been integrated? If so, were they also audited for each of these networks? If not, when will they do it?

  30. I could read that with Waggle you can get more benefits from locked assets, but really, what locked assets do you mean? will it just be a higher APY when locking assets for a stake? but could you really explain well what they refer to?

  31. I could see that there is a lot of emphasis on retailers participating in primary market investments, but could you really explain a little why these investors cannot participate in these markets outside of Waggle? and how do you do it?

  32. I could see that they will implement on-chain trading of blocked tokens via NFT among Waggle token holders, but how will they do this type of trading with NFTs? Could it be that only NFTs can be exchanged since they will be backed with blocked assets? or am I misunderstanding?

  33. Could you really tell us what the end goal Waggle wants to achieve is? is it simply that retail investors can benefit even more from primary markets by better diversifying their investments?

  34. You point out that the projects that wish to participate in Waggle should pass written procedures for both the project and its founders, but do you really complete this procedure perfectly? but how will we trust them if we don’t know that you fulfill them?

  35. It caught my attention that you do not show your associations or who are the founders and the project team, so could you tell us about them? And also, how specialized is your team in this type of product?

  36. Waggle has provided nine conditions for projects to meet, inorder to raise funds on it’s Market. However taking a critical look at three criterias of; Team Experience, Token utility and Technical efficiency; how will Waggle effectively verify the experiences and expertise of prospective project teams, since KYC verification on projects are also necessary, will that mean Waggle wouldn’t necessarily consider projects whose members choose to stay anonymous, also considering token utility and technical breakthrough as key factors, is it safe to say Waggle will not work or provide services to meme projects, and how will you help projects who which to incorporate any of the nine conditions?

  37. Recently, the project Cover Protocol went under because of the lack of devs’ interest to pursue on the project itself leaving investors, traders and believers of Cover Protocol into a devastating financial loss. Given that, Waggle Finance caters and supports new and emerging projects within the cryptospace, how would you ensure that the projects you host guarantee a return-of-investment and ensure that the project will stay in the long term? Aside from the due diligence you conduct, does Waggle Finance has insurance policies for its clients and investors? Will it be the responsibility of Waggle when a certain project in your platform went bankrupt and under?

  38. The mode and basis of purchase of tokens within the Waggle Market will be a first-come-first-serve basis. Oftentimes, platforms that utilizes this approach basis are full of bots and automated buyers that take advantage of the sale, leaving some potential investors behind and with minimal token allocation. Do you have any means of eradicating and avoiding bots and bot-usage within the Waggle Market? How would you ensure that each interested investors will be given the chance to buy new tokens with their desired amount and quantity? Will there be a minimum and maximum limit buy for each user in the Waggle Market?

  39. Before Waggle features and hosts a project into its platform, due diligence is done in order to keep the quality of the project and ensure the funds of the retail investors. May I know the coverage of your due diligence process? Does this include sophisticated technological support, analysis and complex researches about the project? What are the characteristics and qualities of a project do yo require to have before listing them on your platform?

  40. At some point during the Waggle project development, you plan to implement on-chain trading of locked tokens by means of NFTs among Waggle token holders. This feature seems pretty interesting and from available information, is expected to kick off Q1 2022. Can you briefly talk on this, how would this token to NFT trading process be done, what particular NFT assets are $WAG holders allowed to use while carring out on-chain trading, and since this type of trade is strictly restricted to locked tokens, how will the volume of these tokens on your Market affect trade activity?

Waggle has the vision of having primary markets for everyone, and for that it enables retail investors to participate in primary market investments while providing project teams additional liquidity for the continuity of their innovations. How small can be an investor to be considered as a retail investor? And as one, what benefits does the primary market have over any other markets to invest in?

  42. Waggle believes in providing opportunity for all investors to have an exposure to primary investments to generate supernormal returns for their portfolio. What are the opportunities investors can find in primary markets that aren’t in other crypto markets?

One of the biggest events on your platform is the integration with Solana in the next few days, we all know the great scalability that this implies for the project, but will there be specific adjustments to adapt to the Solana network? What additional benefits will there be with this integration?

  44. You announced the close of your private sale, and $3 million was successfully raised. However, there is no information on the total token allocated to private sale as well as the total sold. Can you share your token distribution? What percentage is given to private and public sale, and how are they vested? Also, you said your project is currently being built for BSC, Solana and Ethereum. However, you have only announced Solaium (a Solana based launchpad) as your IDO partner. When will public offering on Solana take place and what are the procedure? Is this the only IDO that is planned or are there plans to organise multiple IDO especially for other network?

  45. It caught my attention that you have four investment tiers, Mini bee, Worker, Drone bee and Queen bee. However, you have not provided information on the minimum investment amount and the time frame relevant to each tier. Can you please share these details with us? By the way, whale activities has become a major threat to fresh projects. By introducting this type of tiers, don’t you encourage them? For example, if a whale invest as a queen bee and withdraw all his funds after a particular time, it may create a sell-off situation and there will be a negative impact on small investors who hold their funds as mini bees. Therefore, how do you assure that small investors will not be discriminated in Waggle?

  46. The whitelisting for Post IDO of Waggle Network is to launched on Solanium io on 28th of September. Why did you select the Solanium io for your IDO as the launchpad though there are lot of reliable launchpad in crypto market? Can you tell us more details on this event? Are there any ongoing Whitelist competition/contest along with the upcoming Whitelist event in order to get a free whitelist spot? Will you make the KYC as a compulsory process since lot of platforms follow the KYC as necessary? How much amount of $ WAG tokens will you add to the IDO pool? What is the IDO price of a $WAG token? Which Currencies will you accept in the upcoming IDO, Can We use $SOL or USDT? Will there be a special chance/offer to $SLIM holders in Participating $WAG IDO? Will there be a token vesting Schedule in your IDO? Will you use the funds coming from your IDO for marketing purposes of the Waggle Network platform?

  47. On your website and in Medium, you have announced about media partners and strategic partners of Waggle network. When examining those partners, I noticed that there are many renowned projects across the globe. What made them to build up partnerships with you? Since the collaborations help to design the future of a project, can you please explain the benefits that Waggle network receive from these partnerships? On the other hand, what do they get from Waggle? Do you hope to build up more partnerships in the future? What is the method of applying for a collaboration?

  48. On 15th of September, You have announced a strategic partnership with BASICS CAPITAL platform. As I know, BASICS CAPITAL platform is specialized in developing early stage projects. Can you give more details on this strategic partnership? Did the BASICS CAPITAL platform support to the Waggle Network platform in building the ecosystem from intial stage to growing stage? How about the BASICS CAPITAL’s contribution for the upcoming IDO of Waggle Network platform? In return, What kind of privileges that BASICS CAPITAL platform expect from you? Will there be more strategic partnerships with Venture Capitalist platform & incubation platforms in future?

  49. You have plans to integrate vaults, yield strategies, and further cross chain expansions in the next year. I am curious to know about the types of vaults, investment options that will be available in yield strategies, and new cross chain integrations. Can you please give a sneak peek about these three expansions? With aforementioned developments, will your market also have new features by 2023? Please explain about the milestones you have planned to achieve regarding the market. By the way, to achieve all these targets, what are your revenue streams? Do you have some external sources of profit?

  50. I noticed, You are going to implement on chain trading of locked tokens via NFT among $WAG token holders in Q1-2022 according your Roadmap. Actually How will this feature get in to work? I meant, In which manner will we trade locked tokens via NFT since the tokens are locked already? What is the point of NFTs that take place on trading here? Will users be able to trade tokens or NFTs through this feature? Please explain this feature which is scheduled to implement in throughout the first Quater of 2022?

I want to know, Will you focus only on the networks mentioned above? What about Polkadot, Cardano networks? After you add the cross chain integration with Polygon, Will users be possible to Stake & engage in yield farming with multiple currencies within Waggle network project?   56. I could pay attention on staking of WAG tokens in Waggle network project & I found four kind of Bees named as Mini Bee, Worker Bee, Drone Bee & Queen Bee. Could you please explain how this Bees system exactly operates with Staking protocal? Is it a tired system which will be able to unlock by the amount of staked WAG tokens in Waggle network project? What is the way to unlock these Bees for receiving some extra rewards? If a user stake WAG tokens & unlock the all four types of the Bees, What are the ultimate benefits that Waggle project offers him?

Which type of projects Will you introduce to the retail investors through the Waggle network? Do you consider always about the safety of Waggle users, avoiding them from being scammed by unpolished projects? What are the priority criterias, do you care when selecting a project for investments of retail investors?
