As I was scanning to your website I came to know about Crystal point (KP). Can you give more information about crystal points and what are the various utilities of cryatal point. One amazing feature of Krystal is the referral program where a users gets to invite their friends to download the Krystal Mobile App, and enter their unique referral code when they create/import their wallet. Every time the friend trades on Krystal, one will earn Krystal Points! This is really nice. My question is that is there a limit to the number of friends one can invite? How much of Krystal point is earned when an invited user trades on Krystal?
You have launched a referral program that distributes rewards when referrals create a wallet using our code. To earn referral rewards, do we have to trade on Krystal or is creating a wallet enough? Referral programs can be misused by creating multiple accounts. How do you avoid it? You are paying referral rewards with Krystal points. What can we do with those points? Do they have a market value? Can we exchange them for tradeable tokens?
According to your audit report prepared by Verichains Labs in July, 2021, three vulnerabilities were discovered by the team. In the report, you have marked the issue regarding transferred amount calculation as “mitigated”. Other two issues were marked as “no-fix” because their severity is low. After making these changes to the report, did you contact Verichains and re-audit the platform? It is true that any platform is not 100% secure. However, when an audit report says there are issues with low severity, investors may need more security measures. What have you done to ensure the security of KRYSTAL?
It is not advisable to put all the eggs into one basket. When we use KRYSTAL, all out wallets are linked to one platform. Is it safe? Using your app on my mobile device is a convenient option. However, what will happen if I loss my phone? Can anyone access the KRYSTAL app and withdraw funds from all the wallets linked to it? After installing the app, how can I use it securely? Please give a brief guidance for using the mobile app.

Krystal is a new platform and in crypto space, it is very difficult to trust a new project because of lot of past scam experience. The gas fee will depend on the function and status of the blockchain when I make the transaction. But Krystal does not intervene in the variations of the gas fee when making transactions? Krystal wallet is non-custodial. So if I have a wallet in Krystal, my key of password will only be known by me. If I ever lose the access, how can I get my funds back? Because in case it weren’t possible, I would be scared of holding big amounts in the wallet knowing I could lose access to it any time. In other scenary, could I connect an existent wallet to crystal? If so, the key or password would have to be typed in the platform, so where would that information be stored?

When users conduct any trades on Krystal (on any supported chains by Krystal), they can earn Krystal Points (KP). How much amount should user trade in order to earn 1 KP, I mean what is the worth of Trade that user should do to eligible to earn 1 KP? When I try to download Krystal App in Playstore, since my phone is android,it says does the item is not available in my country and it may not be optimized for my device. So,what is your solution for this issue especially to some country that are restricted to download your app? Why does some countries are restricted to download Krystal App? Before I install Krystal App from Play Store, I read some reviews, posted by Krystal App users. Some users said that they can’t add custom tokens on Krystal App (wallet) & assets didn’t load well. Earned KP can then be converted to native currencies of the chain we earned it on and transferred into our wallets. Interestingly KP is not pegged to a stable coin, instead 1 KP is equivalent to 0.0001 ETH (on Ethereum), 0.0001 BNB (on BSC), 0.0001 Matic (on Polygon) and so on. I’d like to learn how do you manage to keep their prices so wildly different, won’t this be an excellent opportunity for arbitrage bots to profit by bridging cheap polygo KP points to Eth and selling there? And lastly, are there any other ways to obtain KP points other than trading on Krystal ?
