  1. $WSN was built on binance smart chain as BEP20 standard with more utilities as your whitepaper states. One of the usecase of $WSN is decentralized governance. So should a user stake $WSN to unlock the governance functionality features? How much should users stake $WSN minimum to get a entry for the governance? Most platforms use voting system for community governance. What kind of systematic functions will you integrate to the governance of community? Do you have any idea to make the Wall Street Ninja as a DAO? Will you renounce the ownership in future after Wall Street Ninja are well established or will you contribute your interference when needed?

  2. Wall Street Ninja was incubated by DARKPOOL Ventures. Can you tell us how was the contribution provided by DARKPOOL Ventures? Why did you choose DARKPOOL Ventures while there are lot of Incuabting platforms exist nowadays? How did DARKPOOL Ventures help to make smooth and successful process during the token listing process on top-tier exchange such as Binance? And can you give us a sneak peek about the current progress of your platform with the cooperation of DARKPOOL Ventures?

  3. Lending & borrowing function is to be launched in Q4-2021 according to your roadmap, integration with the AAVE platform using API protocol. Can you tell us how the Lending & borrowing function works in Wall Street Ninja with the $WSN tokens & NFTs? Why should users select Wall Street Ninja lending/borrowing feature while they can interact with AAVE lending/borrowing system directly? Most NFTs platform use NFT Collateralized lending/borrowing to enhance the exposure of their NFTs on their community. So will you allow the users to pledge the NFT collectibles or digital assets as Collateral for the borrowing purposes? Which benifits can Wall Street Ninja users aquire as a being lenders? What about the interest rate & procedure of borrowing function? Will it incur per month or per annum?

  4. Normally when trying to use the characteristics of a project, the user is requested to install a browser extensions or a smartphone wallet apps, this is usually quite annoying at times, although of course it has its advantages. As of today there are already a multitude of protocols within the DeFi ecosystem, but largely inaccessible to the average person. I would like to know how will WallStreetNinja provide accessibility to people to the project infrastructures in a more user-friendly way, so that the greatest number of people can access your platform, what is the solution with which you plan to solve this problem that tends to distance new users?

  5. On your website it is mentioned that you will use the innovative WEB3.0 which connects multi chains to expand the possibilities of cross-chain and composable DeFi products, however complex application user interfaces can create barriers and slow access to using a growing choice of interoperable DeFi services, I would like to know how WallStreetNinja plans to fix this so that the experience on the platform is incredible and unmatched with other projects that also use WEB 3.0?

  6. When looking for information about this project, I read that one of the features that you plan to implement is the Staking of the WSN token, with which users can access new features of WSNS, however, in addition to staking WSN, users will have to pay a Monthly subscription fee in WSN to unlock this advanced features. I would love to know how much will be the cost of this monthly subscription to be able to unlock these features, what will be the advantages of users who pay this monthly subscription compared to those who do not, and could you give us some hint of what these features are and how will they help evolve, grow and develop the WallStreetNinja platform?

  7. You mentioned in your website under your Tokenomics that users are required to stake WSN tokens to access various features of WSNS, now could you tell us a little bit about your WallStreetNinja Suite (WSNS)? What are its characteristics, and how will it benefit users? And how does it differ from the DeFi ecosystem’s multitude of protocols and liquidity?

  8. Wall Street Ninja is a complete decentralized finance, meaning to say transactions will be held responsible by blockchains and smart contacts instead of the traditional human handling. Therefore how can you provide efficiency, since one of the disadvantages of blockchains are its low transaction per second?

  9. As stated, Wall Street Ninja is a DeFi and it’s activities revolves through blockchains which are more secured and harder to tamper by hackers. But for the security of the users in transactions, are the users anonymous or confidential?

  10. It caught my attention that one of the features that WallStreetNinja will have is “Single sign-on using Internet ID (Dfinity)”, can you tell us more about it? How will this single sing-on work and how secure will it be? For what will this feature be needed? Why will you use Internet ID (Dfinity), what advantages does this provide to you and to your users?

  11. Team is the driving force of a project. Even for a great concept, an educated and experienced team is needed. You have indicated your team consists of blockchain engineers, project managers, crypto marketers, community managers and experienced finance business operators. However, the whole team remain anonymous. What is the reason for that? Users are willing to see their profiles, qualifications, experience and past projects. Can investors rely on an anonymous team? How can we trust on their capability of handling the project?

  12. I read on your docs that one of the features WallStreetNinja will have is a Launchpad service, can you tell us more about it? How will your Launchpad work? What kind of projects will be able to use your launchpad and from what chains? What requirements will projects need to meet if they want to enjoy this service? Will KYC be needed? Also, there are a lot of Launchpads out there, what will yours offer to new projects that other Launchpads aren’t capable of?

  13. It caught my attention that on your whitepaper says that WallStreetNinja has implemented on its platform as a Core Technology “Pocket Network”, which is the technology used on Bitcoin and 1inch. Can you tell us more about this? Why did you decide to implement this specific technology on your platform? What advantages will it bring to the project and to your users? Are there any special benefits it gives to WallStreetNinja that other technologies wouldn’t have been able to do?

  14. Burning is important to increase the scarcity of a token. You have listed “Burning” under “Token Utility”. However, the burning procedure and the frequency are not clear. Do you allocate a pre-determined amount of $WSN for burning? How often do you conduct the burning process? Do you have a fixed circulation supply? According to your tokenomics, subscription fees paid in $WSN will be used for burning events, rewards and developments. Among these three utilities, what is the allocation for burning?

  15. Your aim is to create an Unstoppable Finance Suite where users can access an entire Defi solutions in the simplistic manner. But I discovered that the simplification you are providing will not come cheap as users will have to stake $WSN and pay subscription fees in order to access your Defi Solutions. What is the least required amount of token that a user must stake in order to access your features? How much does subscription costs and what categories of platform services do you classify as advanced or premium which require subscription? You also said that your generated revenue from subscriptions are meant to incentivize holders. Apart from the access to your Defi features after staking or subscribing, in what way are users incentivized or rewarded for staking or purchasing subscription? Do you give cashback or are there any profit sharing mechanism?

  16. We are in the third quarter of 2021. According to your roadmap, you are still in Q2 and prototyping is still in progress. When will this be completed? What is the reason for the delay? Did you face any issues in prototyping? Further, introducing the spot trading and the farming of $WSN is scheduled to the next quarter. Will you actually be able to introduce these two by this September? Did you plan about some CEX and DEX to make $WSN available for trading and farming? As it was indicated in the road map, can we expect DAO by the end of 2022? Do you have taken any steps to avoid further delays?

  17. WallStreetNinja will provide Unstoppable Finance Suite that will not require any form of plugins or browser extension. There are many general Internet hosting providers and others that offer blockchain related services. However, WallStreetNinja decided to host its Finance Suite on Dfinity Internet Computer. Why did you choose Dfinity Internet Computer to host your all-in-one financial platform? How does this choice allow you to provide stack decentralisation and financial infrastructure in a more friendly fashion? How are user data managed by Dfinity Internet? And apart from the single sign on option through Dfinity Identity and password, don’t you think it is necessary to include 2FA in order to further secure users data and financial information?

  18. WSNS remains in line with the decentralized nature of DeFi, but takes it to the next level by decentralizing computing and blockchain relays via the Internet Computer and Pocket Network. Can you explain to us how these two projects are going to be used to achieve your goal? What is the role of the Pocket Network and the Internet Computer?

  19. In your whitepaper you say that you are currently developing prototypes and an MVP. Can you tell us a bit about this? What function will these prototypes have? And also, who is an MVP and what will he bring to the project?

  20. I read your full whitepaper but I did not see what the meaning of the ninja theme that your project adopts is, is there any reason why you use this theme? Is there a story that can explain this?

  21. WalletStreetNinja has Interoperability with some Multichain Support. My question is Does your platform aim to create an ecosystem that will enable different blockchains to easily communicate with each other? Can you tell us where Interoperability is especially needed in your platform for you to have such multiple networks and what specific value do each provide for your project? Will WallStreetNinja rely on Validators to provide Interoperability? Thanks

  22. WallStreetNinja is a decentralized financial solution that will provide multi-chain functionality by making use of the Pocket Network (POKT) to provide Interoperability and multi-chain solutions. Can you provide some details on Pocket Network and how it assist dApps to interact to create DeFi services with interoperable functions and assets? It is stated in your whitepaper that if no native APIs are available in order to add functionality to your project, you will opt to building your own application API.Developing and implementing an API in-house is expensive and takes time and resources to ensure it’s functioning properly at all times.Don’t you think building such API requires constant upkeep and time spent on it so as to keep your API up-to-date and able to be used, how do you plan to meet up to this demanding task?In one of your Features you also plan to Integrate Third Party API ,which of the API will WallStreetNinja go for?
