  1. As I see in your website there is an ongoing testnet. How does it go so far? Did you get any feedbacks from testnet participants already? Is it still open for new participants? People do more their best when there is a reward for bug hunting and system testings. Will there be any incentives for testnet participants?

  2. As stipulated in your website, transfer of assets across various major public chains is available. How do you assure that your subscriber’s assets won’t be invaded by any hackers/scammers in the process of transfer?

  3. According on your website regarding community autonomy, the project allows complete community autonomy,
HOO holders determine HSC’s direction. How do you cater these wants of the HOO holders if they have opposing wants?

  4. In your website, under the Ecological Alliance, overall support to developers to reduce costs & improve efficiency is projected. How do you make sure that in the conduct of this proposal, your services is still efficient?

  5. PoSA is the mechanism HSC is currently operating. It combines the characteristics of both PoA and PoS. Why did you choose to build these combinations in your ecosytem? How can you be a fully decentralized platform when POA lacks decentralisation. How will these mechanisms gives benefits and advantage in your network?

  6. One of the the advantages in HOO Smart Chain is Users can build digital assets and decentralized financial products based on HSC. So how do you filter developed digital assets in your ecosystem when there are so many token rug pull and exit scams? Do you have mechanism in place to carry out those actions? Do you require digital asset developers to pass a Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure?

  7. How old is your project? can you tell us the background of your project , team and investors ?Taking about partnership which is very important. Have you ever partner before since it was not found on website or you did not believe in partnership?

  8. Recent news from the crypto market
Is a real scare to look on

In this kind of bearish market how can u show resistance many news saying there will be a dump in entire market ,how u can avoid these do you have any plans to withstand even In the hardest of the times !

  9. There are a few questions I would like to ask. How do you convince investors? and how does Hoo Token protect investors? and please step up what Hoo Token will do in the future. convince us all and other investors to join HOO. Congratulations to Hoo Token, I wish you continued development and success.

  10. Nowadays trust is so important in organizations, we see a lot of phishing scams and project rug-pulls in the cryptospace these days. In what way is Hoo Smart Chain used to attract potential investors?

  11. The most important concern is transparency. What technological mechanisms and strategies do you plan to employ to ensure your platform’s transparency to its users?

  12. Can you explain the key features of the Hoo Smart Chain? How many partnerships do you have in your project? Do you intend to add more?

  13. There are many consensus mechanisms such as Proof-of-Work (PoW), Proof-of-Authority (PoA), Proof-of-Stake (PoS), Delegated-Proof-of-stake (dPOS) that are being deployed in various blockchain technology but HSC will introduce a new consensus known as PoSA which will combine the attributes of POS and POA. Since one of the reason why you didn’t adopt POA fully was its lack of decentralization, why do you still design PoSA consensus of HSC to have limited validators? How decentralized will HSC chain be when it will only support maximum of 21 node runners which is far below the likes of Ethereum that has over 8000 mining nodes? How are validators selected and how do they reach consensus before blocks are generated?

  14. Hoo Smart Chain will introduce a meta-transaction function which users can utilise to reduce gas fees step-wise. But from your website your gas fees is 0.001 USD which seems to be very low. Are you anticipating a surge in gas fees sometime later which may require users to use this service or is this function meant for DApp developers who will use it to minimize the migration costs of developed cross-chains DApp? Under what circumstance can the meta-transaction function be used? And since you said that HSC will cover the payment of the reduced part, how are step-wise gas reduction carried out and how will HSC be able to determine the appropriate quantity of reduced gas to cover?

  15. Many projects rug pulled and exit scam recently. Why should investors trust your project not to do the same?

  16. HSC is said to adopt abstract modular design ideas and your protocol comprises foundation network, data storage, transaction processor, virtual machines e.t.c. Can you provide some details on these components and how they offer unique benefits for both users and developers better than other blockchains? Since virtual machine ensures the portability of softwares by creating a level of abstraction between executing code and executing machine, what type of virtual machine do HSC chain uses and how does it allow easy development/deployment of smart contracts and DApp? How possible will it be for HSC to boast a smart contract functionality that is compatible with Ethereum Virtual Machine which is necessary for cross-chains interactions?

  17. Going through Your project some of the mentioned characteristics of the HSC(Hoo Smart Chain) is that it is a decentralized, high-efficiency, and energy-saving public chain… So how is the HOO smart chain designed to be an energy-saving public chain, how is high efficiency achieved in the HOO smart Chain while also maintaining a minimal negative environmental or ecological impact…

  18. It is stated that HSC is technically not a Lay-2 Solution but a side chain of ethereum and that HSC will improve the efficiency of Ethereum by Layer2, supplement and empower the Ethereum ecosystem…in what ways and how does the HOO smart chain operating as a side chain of ethereum, improve and empower the Ethereum Ecosystem.

  19. One of the most common issues of Public chains is the difficulty with which an average user can build and deploy Dapps and Digital assets on them, as this will require a certain level of skills on most of these chains.. so how simple will it be to build and deploy a Daap or digital asset on HOO smart Chain, what level of skills will users who intend to build on HOO smart chain possess and will building on HOO smart chain be relatively easier and rewarding than building on any of the already popular smart chains available.

  20. In your whitepaper you say that HSC (Hoo Smart Chain) is a decentralized, high efficiency and energy saving public chain and the first product of the Hoo organization. I was struck by the energy saving protocol that Hoo Smart Chain adopts. What does this protocol consist of? How is it possible to save energy? What are the benefits of this protocol? And does it have any limitations?

  21. It caught my attention that on your website you say that only 21 nodes are supported at most. What does this mean? Only 21 nodes worldwide will be able to mine in Hoo Smart Chain? Also, I saw that HSC adopts the consensus mechanism called PoSA, what does this consensus mechanism consist of? Does it bear any similarity to other mechanisms? Can you tell us why you chose PoSA as your consensus mechanism?

  22. Users can join your community either as a user or as a developer, what is the difference between these two roles that each person assumes? What is your role in the Hoo Smart Chain ecosystem? Are there requirements to take on a role? What are the steps to become a user or developer?

  23. According to your whitepaper Hoo Smart Chain is a decentralized, high-efficiency, and energy-saving public chain and the Hoo organization’s first product. It caught my attention the fact that is a chain described as “energy-saving”, can you tell us more about this and how does Hoo Smart makes it possible? Wouldn’t this energy-saving feature be counterproductive for the chain and it’s efficiency comparing it to other chains? How will you manage to be energy-saving but also high-efficiency?

  24. I read that HSC adopts ahighly abstract modular design ideas and divides the system into foundation network, data storage, consensus algorithm, transaction processor, virtual machine, API, etc. Can you tell us more about this? What kind of highly abstract modular design ideas are implemented on HSC? Other blockchains such as Ethereum or Solana didn’t adopt this design ideas, why did you decide to do so? What kind of benefits will this bring to Hoo Smart Chain over them?

  25. One of the characteristics Hoo Smart Chain claims to have is “Community Driven; Complete community autonomy, HOO holders determin HSC’s direction”. But this made me wonder, are there any other terms and conditions besides the holding of HOO users must follow if they want to decide HSC’s direction? Also, what is the min. of HOO holders need to be part of the governance? Will all holders have the same voting rights or will there be different privileges within the governance of HSC depending on how much each user holds? Most importantly, if users can totally decide HSC’s direction, aren’t you worried about this being misused by bad actors to take the complete lead of the platform and use it as whatever it please them? How will you avoid this from happening?

  26. Hi Hoo!

I read that Hoo has recently started the Hoo Smart Chain Unicorn program. Please tell us what is it about, is it kind of a hackathon for developers? Who do you aim to invite to your platform and what incentives are you going to offer to the participants? As for the VC investors, what will be the perks depending on the contribution level? Thank you!

  27. You have said that Hoo Smart Chain works as a cross-chain gateway. How we can transfer assets across the chains? For example, do you mean we can send ERC20 USDT to a BEP20 USDT address on Hoo Smart Chain? Or is it about sending any type of tokens on your chain? However, this is a new concept. Did you examine the technical aspects and future issues related to this kind of procedure? What are the chains you currently support? Do you hope to expand the Hoo Smart Chain by introducing more options in the near future?

  28. Hi Hoo!

I’d like to learn more about the new consensus mechanism PoSA that Hoo is introducing. If I understand correctly PoSA is a combination of the Proof of Stake and the Proof of Authentication consensus mechanisms. Why did you decide to go with this combination and not one of the established mechanisms? What benefits does PoSA bring to Hoo Smart Chain architecture? Thank you!

  29. Hi Hoo!

Hoo mentions that one of the reasons for not choosing the Proof of Authentication consensus mechanism was its lack of decentralization. Could you please explain why Hoo Smart Chain is designed with support of only 21 limited validators? Doesn’t it make PoSA not much more decentralized than the PoA consensus mechanism? I’d also like to ask who can become a validator, with such a low number of them this will probably be extremely difficult to be selected, right? Thank you!

  30. You have indicated “low gas fee” as one of your key features. What have you done to lower the fee? Do we have to avoid congestion to enjoy that feature or can you assure that any transaction on Hoo Smart Chain does not cost a higher gas fee? Unlike in the present, ETH gas fee was also low in the past. When your chain becomes popular, do you gradually increase the gas fee like ETH or do you have a proper mechanism to keep the fee lower in any situation? Did you study about the causes for increasing ETH gas fee and how about your preparation for a similar situation?

  31. One thing that is really popular right now are NFTs, as we know they can have different use cases and they can be created on different chains such as the Polkadot chain, Binance Smart Chain and the most popular ones the ERC721 type from Ethereum. What I would like to know is, will this Cross-chain compatibility of HSC will be available for NFTs of different chains as well? Will users be able to have NFTs on Hoo Smart Chain?

  32. According to you, your project is community driven and $HOO holders are important for the future of HSC. Due to volatile market conditions, holders may sell their $HOO without keeping them for a long time. What have you done to promote long term holdings? Do you offer bonus rewards for longer time periods? However, if a sell-off situation occurs in the future, what are your plans to avoid any impact on Hoo Smart Chain? By the way, why did you decide to design this kind of project as community based? Don’t you think a company structure is better here? By choosing the community driven option, what are the advantages you have experienced so far?

  33. I saw on Twitter that Hoo Smart Chain has launched a Volunteer Recruitment Program, could you provide us more information about this program? What do we need to do if we want to be part of this program? What functions do these volunteers have on the HSC’s ecosystem? Also, are these volunteers any kind of HSC’s ambassadors or will they be different roles? What benefits do we get from being volunteers on your platform?

  34. NFTs have been a trending topic in the DeFi industry and has been speculated to be the future of DeFi; what are your thoughts on this and do you have plans for the NFT marketplace?

  42. In your whitepaper it is stated that The meta-transaction function is supported, allowing users to reduce gas fees step-wise,and HSC will cover the payment of the reduced part.I don’t really understand this meta-transaction,can you please break it down to our understanding,What are the procedures of this Meta-transaction on HSC ?How does this really work without compromising too much decentralization?

  43. Providing cross chain functionality, Hoo Smart Chain (HSC) would allow projects and assets circulate freely and stably while maintaining efficiency, convenience and a high degree of cost effectiveness. With performing these functions, HSC would also ensure the safety of digital assets in transition. As cross functionality features are critical to a developer or investor’s decision, how would Hoo Smart Chain guarantee the circulating freedom and stability of products and assets, how does the security feature of HSC allow users to monitor the transition processes of their assets, and what critical role would the HOO token play within the bridge?

  44. Many projects launched on Ethereum network but due to high gas feed they changed this and migrated to BSC network. 45. One of the unique characteristics that HSC has is located in the consensus mechanism that you will use, in your whitepaper it is stated that you will use a mechanism called PoSA, which combines the functions of Proof of Authority as a validator mechanism, and the Proof of stake or PoS, however among the most well-known consensus mechanisms there is also the Proof of work or PoW. I would like to know why you decided not to use this as part of the now PoSA, and how will this consensus mechanism that you have developed for users help to make their experience on your platform even more pleasant?

  46. I would like to know a little about your token called $ HOO, in your whitepaper it is mentioned that the role of $ HOO on the HSC chain is equivalent to the position of ETH on Ethereum. However, you managed to maintain and even increase the benefits that users receive in HSC, with the particularity that the gas fees are extremely low, so I would like to ask you, in what way do you make the $ HOO token profitable for The company, as it has many benefits when used, however will it generate enough profits to maintain this extraordinary project in the long term?

  47. I see Hoo Smart Chain is looking for developers. Do you also have an ambassador program which will help Hoo Smart Chain to spread to regions where people English is not the main language?
