On the one hand, you have said LoLzFinance is a fully decentralized ecosystem which is owned by the community. On the other hand, you have indicated you are a team of community members and veterans. Does it mean there is a seperate team to run your project? If so, how can we call it a fully decentralized ecosystem? You have not allocated any tokens for the team. Do these veterans offer a volunteer service until making your project a success with the aim of handing it over to the community and leaving the team?
You have allocated all the funds for liquidity and community. Although this decision is superficially attractive, can a project be a success without any costs? Don’t you need funds for important activities such as market research, advertising and platform development? If I say you have displayed this kind of tokenomics just to attract the users, how do you defend my idea? What is you plan to cover associated costs with the project? How do you ensure it will not be a flop due to the lack of funds for maintainance?
You have mentioned about charity and donation. It is a good concept. However, which funds will be utilized for that? Also, there is no mention of the burning of tokens except while transactions so do you intend to burn the tokens in the future because burning the tokens increases the price and it catches the eyes of investors.

LoLz Finance currently active on Binance Smart Chain. Do LoLz Finance have some plans to be active on other chains as well in the future? I see in your roadmap, as LoLz Finance, you have an intention of changing your Logo. Why? Is this certain or will you keep it as it is now if your community do not want you to change it? Do you have a plan to create a incentivized competition to decide your new Logo?
Your ILO sale was done on DxSale yesterday, June 28th and from what I read, this was completed in about 4 seconds. You describe this as a fair launch. How many token did you allocate for this event and how was it fairly distributed during the 4 seconds period of sale on DxSale? How much did you raise and how many of this raised fund have you committed to locked liquidity? Also, with regards to the wallet with 28% of token that you promised to burn after launch, who owns the tokens in this wallet and has the tokens be burn yet?
Looking at your incoming products, you plan to launch lolzpad, your own native launchpad by the time you get to Exodus Chapter 2 of your lolzmap. Since you say this is going to be a special launchpad and not a regular one, can you tell us the attributes that your launchpad will have and how it intend to conduct token sale? How will $LOLZ be used in listing and purchase activity on this launchpad and in what way will $LOLZ community benefit from this? You have launched on BSC but one of your project mission is to build and integrate with the best available protocols. I can see from your roadmap that you plan to apply for Polygon and Web 3 grants. Why did you prefer to begin lolz early journey on BSC rather than on other chains? Do the plans to offer cross-chain support mainly dependent on the ability to be successful with the grant application request? It came to my attention that the DAO of Lolz Finance will be created on the Phase two of your project, can you tell us why are you going to wait up till that point to have a DAO? It is pretty normal to see Meme projects being related to NFTs now at days, specially because of how popular they’ve become. But while looking for information about Lolz Finance, I couldn’t find anything related to it, so this made me wonder, will you have any kind of NFT service such as a marketplace, or will you launch your own NFT collection? Can you tell us more about your plans regarding this matter?
It caught my attention on your roadmap, that there is this near point called: “Association Formation, only for LoLzFinance family”. It really intrigued me, can you tell us what is this about? What will this association be about? What will their main functions be on the platform and how can LoLz users be part of it? Besides, what benefits will they get from being part of it?
On your website it is mentioned that LoLzFinance is a fully decentralized ecosystem owned by its community, this can be reflected in the fact that you plan to direct 100% of $ LOLZ to liquidity and the community, as observed in the LoLzNomics. This looks great, however I can’t help but wonder if 100% of the token supply will go to the users, and no profit from the token will be invested in improving the platform or in marketing; How do you plan to generate some type of income thanks to this platform and how do you plan to maintain this project in the long term and make it evolve over the years , since both the constant update of the platform and marketing are one of the fundamental pillars for the success of a project?
Currently many projects tend to promise their users rewards for holding the platform token, however they later reveal that in order to claim this reward it is necessary to meet tedious requirements that end up negatively affecting the user experience. I read that holders will have a reward of 10% distributed token holders on every sell transaction, I would like to know if these reward will be given immediately to the holders after transaction, or if on the contrary they will have to hold a specific amount of $ LOLZ or even hold it for a specific period of time in order to claim this reward?
The vision and mission of your project conveys a hopeful message to me, of a project that really wants to change the game. With this project having such a serious objective , this might be a silly question but , I would like to ask you why you decided to choose the name “LoLz” as your emblem, since this abbreviation tends to be used as “Laughing out loud”, that those who do not read a little about why You decided to start this project, I could mislead them a bit and make them think that you are actually a kind of memetoken or something like that, something that is obviously far from reality, do you plan to update your name or logo in the near future to avoid this situation

This will make it look that LoLz Finance can’t be trusted as it doesn’t reveal any information about their team. Can you give us the reason why you decided to be introduced anonymously? Truthfully, one can’t separate meme tokens from NFTs, and it’s with that purpose that Lolz Finance hopes to launch it’s very own; “LOLZ NFTs Marketplace, Cry LOLZ Collection and RareDrop. From the road map, these events would be launched when Lolz reaches an estimated $75M in marketcap. With such projections comes a pretty aggressive and herculean promotional task, especially for a developing project like Lolz. Therefore why would Lolz set such a high market cap as a condition to launching it’s NFT marketplace and collections, can you talk more about the RareDrop feature, and would the community be able to transact and share their proprietary NFT contents on the marketplace?
Lolz Finance is entirely basing the security of it’s project on the fully locked liquidity of $LOLZ, which amounts to about 100% of the total supply. Also, 4% of transaction fees are added to liquidity coupled with a deflationary burn feature.
