  1. I think ArtSmiley is also planning to expand the ecosystem to many regions. Will Asia be the best choice? What areas will be the next choices?

  2. Im interest to learn more about ArtSmiley , do you have any local communities I can join to learn more about you and also be able to stay updated about your project?

  3. From your website, we can submit problem, suggestion, idea or bug report and get reward, where we can submit that?

  4. Is ArtSmiley a global project? Is there a plan to cover Korean, European and African communities? will you launch multiple language lines for non-native English speakers?

  5. Could you explain some of the Recent Major achievements of ArtSmiley , partnerships and long-term plans?

  6. I saw in your website that ArtSmiley started way back to 2017. During the early stages of the company, did you already considered implementing cryptocurrency and blockchain technology into ArtSmiley’s ecosystem or did you just had this idea recently during the NFT boom?

  7. According to your roadmap in your website, why is there a 5th quarter in your yearly roadmap, is it supposed to be just 4 quarters in a year?

  8. For the convenience of the users and your customers, will ArtSmiley develop a simple mobile/tablet application of your platform?

  9. Hi Art Smiley!

Art Smiley has an impressive exhibition history and an amazing art collection both on the main site and on the NFT platform. I noticed that some art pieces have an unusual Rent/Month parameter, could you please explain what it is? Do you allow customers to rent pictures without buying them? How do you guarantee the pristine condition on return in this case, surely not everyone will display art in proper conditions without the direct sunlight etc.. Thank you!

  10. Hi Art Smiley!

I wanted to ask if the art displayed and sold on the main site is radically different from the art on display in the NFT marketplace? Have you noticed any trends in what types of art, maybe specific artists’ work, sell better in physical form and what sells better as an NFT? When accepting new collections do you recommend artists the best venue, NFT or traditional paintings, that you think will sell best according to the artist’s style? Thank you!

  11. Hi Art Smiley!

I understand Art Smiley has been selling physical art for some time, right?. Now you also open an NFT art marketplace that will allow you to expand into the digital world of blockchain. Good thing about the NFT technology is that not only does it allow the sale of art, it can also be natively used as a proof of ownership of the digital art. Do you plan to also sell a digital NFT ownership certificate when selling physical art pieces? If so, could previous buyers reach out to Art Smiley to generate NFT ownership certificates for the art that was sold before the NFT marketplace was opened? Thank you!

  12. Is your market place open for everyone? Some users may try to sell copyrighted materials. How you deal with copywrite issues? Is there a special team with you to identify and to solve these problems? Do you have a procedure to take legal actions against that kind of cases? Further, what is the cost associated with listing items on your site? Do you allow reselling and dropshipping? If you allow them, don’t you think it will be unfair to the original creators?

  13. You have indicated that $Smileys are necessary to buy NFTs available on the platform. Is this applicable to your art also? However, don’t you think introducing fiat options will be beneficial in the long run? During a volatile market, your token may be undervalued and overvalued. Users can buy low and sell high on your platform just to earn some tokens. It will not help artists and will change your platform from a gallery to a betting place. In my opinion, fiat transactions are better for this kind of project which has a social value. What are your future plans about payment options? Are you going to use both fiat and $Smileys? Or do you offer one option? What are the reasons for choosing the particular option/ options?

  14. 35% of your funds have been used for sales and marketing! What kind of activities you have done with this allocation? It seems you have many local and global competitors and you have to spend a lot to fight with them. Do you try to make your platform popular just by marketing? Can you please explain about some points which make you unique? There are so many globally accepted market places to buy art works and NTFs. Why should we choose you? What are the unique services you offer? Further, on your platform, I cannot see a section for reviews. Reviewing is a vital part of online selling and good reviews boost sales. Why didn’t you include that kind of section? Without seeing any positive experience of past buyers, how can we trust you and do payments?

  15. One of the uniqueness of Art Smiley that you said will give you competitive advantage in the already saturated NFT space is that you will be the first NFT marketplace that will introduce “Phygital” works, a new lexicon that means Physical and Digital in NFTs. You also said that you can also take custody of physical traditional Artwork. In what regions do you have physical gallery and how do you obtain these physical art collections? How will you bring these physical asset into digital NFT? What will be the process of authenticating these traditional art piece and tokenising them when creating a digital version? And if a user buy a digital representation of a traditional art piece, will this grant such user the opportunity to get the physical artwork?

  16. Looking at your NFT Flowchart Value chain and roadmap, I saw that you are going to have NFT vaults. Generally in Defi, vaults are used to securely hold custody of deposited and locked assets in farming or staking pools. Hence, am curious to know the role that will be played by your NFT Vault within the ArtSmiley protocol. What will be the functions of NFT vaults and how will it be used? What type of digital collectibles can be deposited in the vaults and what are the procedure for depositing and accessing collections in these vaults?

  17. I was studying your Tokenomics and I found out that out of the 100 million maximum supply of $SMILEY that you have, the highest distribution which is 20% of the maximum supply is allocated to foundation and another 10% allocated to team. Whom or what do you refer to as foundation and why do they deserve the highest allocation? Also, based on the information you made public, your project is made up of 6 team members which include 4 core team members and 2 advisors. Why do you allocate 10% of your 100 million maximum supply to team while only 8% of this supply is allocated to the larger public to purchase in public sale? How will the team token be released and used?

  18. In Art smiley, artists can register into the community and upload their artworks. All the contents placed in art smiley are said to be curated by experienced art industry professionals and the selected art will be traded through the platform.. Artworks could be in different forms portraying different messages, what do you look out for in art works of community users before allowing the artwork to become tradable on the platform, how is the price for the artwork arrived at, and how do you select the professionals that will curate the art work…

  19. Going through your roadmap I read that Art smiley intends to build a “Smiley AR/VR Platform” which will have an Immersive AR/VR. on the roadmap, there is also a plan to implement Gaming Integration with NFT’s, as well as Artwork Proofing services.. so how will your AR/VR platform work, how will your gaming integration be implemented, what types of games will you be integrating and how will the proposed Artwork Proofing services work.

  20. As I see on the website of Artsmiley, there is a segment for “Recommended Art”. How do Artsmiley choose these arts to recommend to the users? Are these arts sponsored by creators or is there a community voting system which determines it?

  21. Artsmiley has a very wide range of NFT offer! How do Artsmiley choose these arts to publish in its system? What are the steps you take to keep high quality work your shop. Do some experts or specialists decide the value of these arts or do content creators simply choose a price for their art?

  22. What are the ways of buying arts in Artsmiley? As I see in your website traditional payment methods such as Visa, MasterCard and PayPal are accepted but do you also accept payments with crypto coins? Since art is expensive, will you ask KYC or some kind of identity check for people who want to buy art with crypto?

  23. With NFTs marketplaces being as popular as they are right now, I’d like to know the marketing strategies you will have to ensure you stand out from the huge crowd. Also, what are the main advantages you have over other already established marketplaces and why should investors pick *you*?

  24. Artsmiley is a platform that resides in the United Arab Emirates, and on its website i observed that when a user buys or rent a piece of art you are in charge of all the logistics and installation of it, I would like to know if these benefits and the platform are only available to users who reside in the United Arab Emirates, or if on the contrary, anyone in any part of the world can buy or rent a work of art through this platform and receive this logistical help, and in case this is not possible at the moment, do you plan to expand globally to other continents such as Europe, North America or Latin America? Or will you focus only on the Asian market?

  25. One of the characteristics that makes ArtSmiley unique is the fact that it offers only high quality works of art selected by professional curators, however I can’t help but wonder, if this is the case, most of the published works will be by artists already famous and recognized worldwide? For this reason, I would like to know if you plan to also offer opportunities to independent artists who may not be the most recognized or famous, but that have an extraordinary talent to be able to publish their pieces of art on the platform and thus grow both the community of artists, as well as that of the art lovers?

  26. In his Pitch Deck I could see that ArtSmiley has many achievements including that “ArtSmiley was established in 2017 and in operations since 2018 as the LEADING art market in the Middle East” and in 2020 it won the “Digital business of the year award” at the Gulf Capital SME Awards, this shows us the great successes that ArtSmiley has had in the Middle East, which is surprising and that makes ArtSmiley a great project that has a stable and promising future ahead of it. I would like to know what are the new projects that your platform has to continue innovating in the world of Art and cryptos? What other parts of the world are planning to expand to make the ArtSmiley community grow much more? Latin America and if so, in which countries do you plan to start? What new methods are ArtSmiley trying to use to call more users, artists and buyers, to increase the growth, expansion and development of this incredible platform?

  27. Something that caught my attention about ArtSmiley is that you have advantages over your competitors, among them are, the knowledge of the art market, its technology and End to End Process, which among them highlighted me very much that you have recognized brands in the Middle East , you have NFTs assigned to RealWorld artworks (both digital and physical), and they have Community Vote through ArtsDAO that allows community participation, and all these characteristics make ArtSmiley a pretty strong platform in the face of market competition. As Art Smiley plans to expand its market beyond the Middle East, Do you plan to implement an auction system that allows the greater participation of both artists and buyers, and in this way generate a greater impact on the community, which would allow increase the participation of new artists, users and buyers?

  28. I have read that very soon you will have your ArtSmiley IDO, can you please expand the information, tell us, how many addresses will participate in the whitelist, how many NFTs will be available, if there will be an initial price and at the end of this IDO, what can users expect next?

  29. Among ArtSmiley’s features is an NFT tokenization Engine service that can be used to tokenize both physical and digital art … this is very interesting because we are already used to digitized art NFTs, but how do you tokenize physical art? Also, can you explain to us how Smiley Tokens are used throughout the process?

  30. The staking contract of your platform allows NFT holders to receive rewards, can you tell us the details about this staking system and how it works for NFTs? Can rewards be received passively just for being a holder or is it necessary to invest Smiley tokens or other assets to obtain the rewards?

  31. Nowadays the competition with the NFT is fierce and every day there are more projects that join this great competition, so I believe that only projects with really strong bases prevail over time, knowing that trends change fast and that only those who know how to innovate and adapt, are those who remain and grow, as ArtSmiley is preparing to compete, what elements make you unique and innovative, what are your strategies to promote and make successful the NFT that are developed and marketed on your platform?

  32. How are ArtSmiley’s NFTs and digital art characterized, how can users differentiate them from similar projects, what is the unique value they offer to users that makes it worthwhile to support this project and/or be part of it?

  33. As a Smiley token holder, we get a preferential price of all artwork (NFT or non NFT) listed in the ArtSmiley marketplace. Do holders receive exclusive access to art exhibitions?

  47. Art smiley multi sided NFT market place established with more artists, collecters, investors & crypto lovers. So how do you offer unique Phygital artworks, brining traditional art into NFT ownership? How is it differ from other NFT market places? And I discovered that you can buy gift cards. It’s great! So, you have instructions on how to choose and buy a gift or gift card. But somewhere you can find information about the gift card itself: what card denominations do you offer to choose from, how to present and send it to the recipient, how to activate it, and does the card have any terms for activation at all?
