  1. What is the key role of blockchain in the rental market? how will blockchain implementation improve this market?

  2. As a blockchain-based open sourced decentralized hosing platform, Cribnb hopes to revitalize the travel industry and put control back in the hands of the users. Such goals at times could be daunting and challenging considering demographics, jurisdictional, and geographical limitations associated with the real estate and hospitality industries. While offering a decentralised solution to above stated limitations, how will Cribnb effectively and conveniently offer solutions that are not only far reaching but also create lasting confidence and an enhanced user experience?

  3. As stated, Cribnb charges 0% commissions to hosts and guests utilising CRB while transacting on it’s platform, taking only a tiny cost for “gas” (a few cents per transaction), in addition to a nominal insurance fee to help cover host liabilities. Can you graciously explain how and why Cribnb would charge 0% commissions on fees, and are these huge discounts offered exclusively only to transactions that utilises the CRB token irrespective of the type and volume? With emphasis to foreign transactional fees which can be a reoccurring nightmare at times, how would Cribnb effectively manage this?

  4. Cribnb is a decentralized rental ecosystem built on blockchain architecture and your aim is to make rental/hospitality process convenient, secure and less costly. The tradition rental peer to peer marketplace is often flawed by lack of trust, frustration, scam and delays between sellers and buyers (host and guest). What model have you design to address this identified problems of general rental places? In what way will Cribnb be able to decentralise its working and ensure a automated market sharing economy? What tools will crib use to bridge the technological gaps in your market target as well as provide transparent user-friendly experience?

  5. The Cribnb architectural layout is designed on the tripod infrastructure of Protocols which are Transaction Protocol, Arbitration Protocol and Andrating System Protocol. I read that these three infrastructure are the backbone of the entire ecosystem and they power the basic resources of the Cribnb network. Can you provide a concise details of how each protocol work and how they are interrelated? What role do these layers have in ensuring a seamless marketplace integration, users identification, listing and bookings? Also, will it be possible to incorporate secondary layers with Cribnb that will ensure a smooth interaction between your protocol and other rental marketplaces?

  6. Cribnb offers an Arbitration service to cater for dispute resolution and crisis mitigation. This is made possible through what Cribnb calls the Arbitration Protocol. Therefore, how does the Arbitration Protocol work, what are the requirements to becoming an Arbitrator on Cribnb, and what are some basic measures implemented by Cribnb to ensure that disputes and crisis during transactions are somewhat avoided and mitigated, to ensure a confident and trustworthy decentralised system?

  7. You have a decentralised dispute resolution system that can resolve issues that may arise between host and guest such as refund claim, damage, additional payments notices etc. How are the 5 arbiters that review disputes selected among the community of $CRB stakers and holders? How will they be able to verify on chain whether a guest actually show up to an apartment after booking, the duration of stay in case an additional payment is needed by the host as well as physical damage claim? How will these arbiters know that they have been chosen to review a case and will there be an appeal window in case a user is not satisfied with their arbitration decision/judgment?

  8. The public sale of Cribnb began on May 17, 2021 at 19:00 UTC, and it was planned to sell a total of 1,560,000 CRB tokens during this event. Following the sale, token will be listed on Uniswap and liquidity will be locked automatically for 99 years. So, tell us about this, please: what is the minimum number of tokens a person can purchase, in what currency do you accept payment, and why liquidity will be blocked exactly for 99 years, isn’t this a very long period?

  9. As I understand it, in the future you will have an application through which it will be possible to rent an apartment, a hostel or even a hotel room for travelers or just for people who are going on vacation? This is a very interesting topic! You have already thought through all the details of the application: how will people who provide rental housing services register in the program, will all regions (countries and cities) support search in the application? Will the reservation be in absentia and free of charge, or will you need to make a prepayment and in what currency? If rent is to be paid with a CRB token, then how will this be organized, will ownership of CRB be a prerequisite for users? And if I rent a house, going on vacation, but at the last moment the trip is canceled (bad weather conditions, illness or other reasons …), will the money paid for the rent be refunded in some way?

  10. Tell us about the role of the CRB token on your platform. What are the use cases for the token and how can people who have invested in the project make a profit?

  11. Early in the morning on the same day when the public sale of the token began, you change the hard cap and soft cap. I also see the information about the burned tokens. What else did you change on that memorable morning of May 17? And what was the impetus for these changes?

  12. I have never participated in a public sale. But your project interested me because I love to travel and know a lot about hostels and their quality. Tell us how to participate in a public sale and what are the restrictions. If you can step by step

  13. The distribution of funds for product development looks very interesting.
    Cribnb dApps — 20%
    Payment Protocol — 20%
    Arbitration Protocol — 25%
    Smart contract — 35%
Explain in more detail each point and how they relate to each other.

  14. CriBNB is a decentralized rental ecosystem using the power of blockchain. But can you explain in simple way how the rent system work inside your platform? For example I want to rent my house, how will I able to use service that CriBNB offer? How is the payment system and verification in CriBNB?

  15. How was the name of the project born? What is “cribnb”? And how did the idea of creating such a startup appear? During the pandemic, the flow of tourists decreased, and there are fewer people who want to live in hostels. Your project can be insanely useful for travelers, but what are you ready to oppose to competitors in these harsh conditions?

  16. CriBNB claim to have zero fees for all of your service in CriBNB platform, so my question is how CriBNB get fund to maintain project and create new development? How is your business model to get income for project?

  17. I understand that the primary goal of your project is to create a convenient and useful product for travelers. Tell us what you are creating now and what you plan to add in the future. For every traveler, mobility is important, that is, in most cases, using the phone and applications. Will there be an application and what features will be available?

  18. good afternoon, how do you see the future in CRIBNB token? How has the market dealt with this fall in the price of BITCOIN (BTC)?

  19. I read that CriBNB will operate on Polkadot chain and ETH, can you explain the reason using those chain? And do you have plan doing integrate with other chain, maybe with BSC, matic, or cosmos?

  20. Cribnb will be the first decentralized home-sharing network built on top of a set of Crib Protocols on Polkadot that connects hosts with guests. How this system can provide the trust between host and guest? Do you have any reputation system? Are there any DAO that act as middle man for building trust between hosts with guests?

  21. The level of a large number of people owning and being able to use crypto for payments is not as high compared to fiat money. The token itself is subject to market manipulation, which can greatly affect the value of the service and as a negative consequence lead to an outflow of users to platforms using fiat, and crypto only as an alternative.
    Question:
Your opinion on the stability of the price of the service. Will the prices be linked to a stable currency and change dynamically in accordance with the market?

  22. The allocation of funds is indicated in the Ether. But it does not seem to me to be forward-looking. If Ether drops to $100 then 40 ETH (in your plans CEX Listing) is only $4000. You understand very well that it’s impossible to make promotion with 40 ETH reserved and it’s impossible to make a listing with 40 ETH reserved as well. Changing the price of ETH has already served to redesign your tokenomics. Finance loves accuracy and stability. So it wouldn’t be a good move to redesign your tokenomics often.
    Question.
Why does financial planning count in Ether and not in stable coins? Maybe you know something that we ordinary users don’t know and Ether will grow and never fall?

  23. What CRM (Customer Relationship Management) program will be to attract users to your platform? Will a branded style of service approach be created? For example, for those who have 1000 CRB in their staking account, there will always be free hotel service. For those who hold 10,000 CRB to provide a club vacation once a year for free. This is just my made up example. And what will you prepare for Purchasing Custumer Power Management?

  24. When I look your website on ongoing public sale, you have meet your softcap already with 40investors but the hardcap amount is very high compare to softcap? why have you such a big gap and can you provide more details how long will be the public sale continue?

  25. COVID 19 has slowed down many economies around the world, but as a cryptocurrency business, has it affected your project negatively or positively?

  26. Could you please elaborate more about your tokenomics?
What’s the total supply and what kind of plans do you have regarding the token unlocks in the future??

  27. There are 3 major issues dominant in crypto and blockchain:
    Security, Interoperability, and Scalability. so
How does Your Project plan to overcome and solve these issues?
