NFTs are the new business model that has come to stay, but in the case of CRYPTO PUZZLES, how can it guarantee its users that their NFTs will not stop being available due to server failures for example or any other error of the that have already been presented in other projects similar to this one?

According to your roadmap, in Q3 2021, you will give influencers and companies the opportunity to create their own Puzzle and Loot Boxes. Can you give us more details on this topic? Do you have concrete plans with influencers and companies to carry this out? What is your vision and perspective of this plan? What do you intend to achieve with this?
It’s interesting you create keys once a puzzle is completed, what happens if I lose my key? Is there any way to recovery or do I have to complete another puzzle from zero?
I could see there’s no refunds when an user can’t complete a puzzle, do you give a time lapse to complete it or does it have an expiration date? What do you do with these funds that are not refunded?
Because you decide to launch two different tokens and in different chains, it is an experiment since the tokens are totally independent do not have the same concept, what would be the takenomic of both and which represent more usecase have each, can you tell me a little more about this in addition to what would be the mechanism for liquidity aggregators and in turn their staking, system of generating tokens and NFT futures?

Crypto Puzzles will have 2 separate IDO’s on the 26th for two different tokens. The CPTE token on Ethereum blockchain and CPTB token on BSC. Why have you chosen Ethereum based token with the unstable gas fees that the chain still experiencing today? Why launch 2 different tokens at the same time?
I just confuse with your token system which is split 2 token into $CPTE under ETH chain and the other is $CPTB under BSC chain and have totally independent prize for each token, what is your expectation by create 2 token with different chain? I read on your telegram that you choose to not create whitepaper because of the simplicity of your product, but dont you think people will hesitate to invest because of this ‘simplicity’ and feel your project not serious?
