  1. Your Defi Token Engine of Finminity allows SMEs to raise funds in a decentralized manner and create regulated tokens on ERC 20 or ERC 1404 standards for the companies that are raising funds. What is this Token Engine and as a cross-chain platform, why is the token creation limited to these two Ethereum token standards? What mechanism is used by the Token Engine to map token and onboard SMEs onto blockchain? How does the Defi Token Engine generate regulated tokens and at the same time allow investors to raise these token in a decentralized manner, i.e how does it marry token regulation and decentralization together?

  2. Finminity functions like an escrow that will only release the users investment to companies after some milestones have been achieved by those companies. What parameters do you consider when setting achievable milestones for companies or are companies allowed the liberty to set these milestones? What approach will you use to monitor the companies and determine when exactly a milestone target have been met? Will it be through a quarterly audit of companies or through voting? And in case of company failure, what resolution procedure will you use to determine the partial investment return and interest that investors gets as compensation?

  3. You have said that you a not a strong supporter of token burning approach but you believe in developing real utility for tokens in order to ensure a constant demand for them. Apart from using $FMT to pay onboarding fees, what other use cases and real time utilities will $FMT have which can help drive a constant buying demand for it? And if you are not going to implement a burn system, how then do you intend to strike an equilibrium between a constant demand pressure and ensuring a deflationary token supply as a continuous demand for token may cause the circulating supply of $FMT to keeps increasing?

  4. Can you do online monitoring of the most important ecosystem indicators? For example the number of connected Internet sites, the total number of burned tokens, the number of users per day, etc.

  5. Are there any plans to bring governance or staking options to the request token in the next 6 months? Year?

  6. With the upcoming bridge. How does that effect the total supply on the two different networks? The total supply is much higher on Ethereum. Will the total supply increase in Binance Smart Chain and decrease on Ethereum if i bridge from Eth to BSC network?

  7. Question 1: Pre-Sale projects are often in early stages. Would you say Finminity Community members should be proficient in doing research themselves or will be provide sufficient information on the projects?

Question 2: For one project you offer a lot. However I think the main part is the pre-sale Launchpad. How do you see your main task in a coming bear market? Do you think you will still fokus on pre-sales or will there be a different focus?

Question 3: Marketing is crucial, not only in Crypto Space. What are your upcoming marketing plans for continuous growth?

  8. DeFi and crowdfunding-based investment services are made for each other. With Finminity’s Token-Driven Ecosystem (FMT), the platform will help you raise funds in a decentralized way from the investment community. If I want to invest in a Finminity project, what would be the risk? Is it at my own risk or does Finminity offer a system to protect investors’ assets?

  9. Its goal is to facilitate fundraising for startups with comprehensive investor participation through ETH powered by DeFi. As we well know, ETH is very popular at the moment due to the high costs of gas, apart from the Ethereum network, do you have another platform that allows you to carry out fund-raising? What are the security protocols applied for this network? What is the release of funds based on?

  10. Finminity has a decentralized investor services platform with built-in participation rewards powered by Finminity DAO. What is the authorized community? and investor voting for resolutions and other legal obligations. How do I get involved in investor voting? The more FMT token, the more can I vote?

  11. Finminity is an innovative cross-chain investor services platform powered by Polkadot. What can be done with the staked $ FMT tokens? What uses does the token have within the platform? What benefits does it bring to the community in general?

  12. My understanding is that $ FMT token holders get an early supporter slot and preferential price for all token sales. Can you tell us a little more about this? Wouldn’t this cause early purchase and future loss of value? How to control the real value of the token?

  13. Currently in the market there are many platforms that promise one thing but as a result of the same community end up in another. What is Finminity made of? What is your market really based on? What percentage of rights does the community have?

  14. DeFi and crowdfunding-based investment services are made for each other and Finminity has a finminity architecture mapping to DeFi layers. Explain us the step by step that Finminity implements to achieve alignment with the DeFi layers? What are the functions that each layer brings to the overall ecosystem?

  15. Like most projects, DeFi Finminity has implemented government rewards on its platform for token holders who have staked their tokens. Can you tell us how this voting scheme will work? What profile must be met to participate in governance and vote?

  16. Finminity owns an agricultural production. In how many parts does Finminity pay for what is produced? Do you leave a reservation in the guarantee deposit? How are the returns achieved and in what term?

  17. In the world of decentralized finance, Finminity tries to bridge the real-world capital market needs of startups and SMEs. What benefits do I get from staying at Finminity as SMEs? What are the services that I can request in Finminity? Are the benefits the same for both categories?

  18. Finminity tries to focus on decentralized technology to solve the problem instead of focusing on crypto-based exchange and other DeFi buzzwords and paradigms. Can you tell us about Real World DeFi and how they implement the hybrid token model? Does security fit into this model?

  19. As noted in the blockchain world and also DeFi, many projects have been in charge of giving the decentralized world a bad name because they end up being scam projects, thus causing mistrust. What custody structure does Finminity implement to avoid carpet projects? Is this means of security applied equally for both large companies and SMEs?

  20. On the Finminity bridge platform, when I tried connecting my wallet there is only Metamask available. My past experiences on Metamask is very bad (the dapps drag so badly and even makes you loose attention) and that allowed me to dump the app but please do you have plans of connecting more wallet to your platform later and what wallet do you plan to connect.

  21. Fiminity is said to work in the HYFI that means taking the best of CEFI and marrying that with DEFI and decentralization, thinking of it this would be the first time i am hearing of HYFI and i did like you to explain how you want to achieve and bring together the CEFI world with the DEFI world.

  22. Fiminity (FMT) tokens plan to help companies who are raising funds against their own token by using the FMT token as fee. Logically we all know that a company will want to use an extra reliable or maybe stable coins for fee but how do you plan to assure companies that they can rely on the token even in a dull crypto market and integrate it to their architecture.

  23. When i visited your website i saw your recently launched cross chain, which help your users transfer your token from the ethereum wallet to their Binance smart chain wallet. I will like to know why the idea is brought up because if you try sending from the ethereum wallet to the bsc wallet, the transactions fees still remain the same and very high.

  24. I really like the new bridge created by Finminity; the FINMINITY BRIDGE”. Can you explain a bit about how it works and we can use it. Presently, you only allow crossing $FMT token between the ETH and BSC network. Will $FMT be the only default token that can be crossed between platform or will you later add supports for other token(tokens that exist on both network like USDT,e.t.c).
Is there maximum or minimum limit on the amount i can cross? I tried crossing from $FMT BEP20 to $FMT ERC20, i had to pay Eth gas fee also since i am using metamask. Please would you add support for other dapp supported wallets like trustwallet soon?

  25. You listed $FMT on Uniswap and pancakeswap but i tried getting $FMT on Uniswap, i got more token with higher gas fee while on pancakeswap, i got smaller token with lower gas fee. What is the reason for that difference? Do you have plans to list on any CEX? What are the benefits if i hold $FMT in the long run?

  26. Fiminity seems to be mainly recognized in the united arad emirates capital, what are your plans of extension to other regions of the world or are there ways my company can patronize you without some required regulatory go ahead.

  27. In the process of helping a company crowdfund, do you have the requirements for people to pay through fiat currency and which type of currency do you accept if you do so.

  28. Investment based crowdfunding and peer to peer lending is always done under supervised regulations. As a decentralized platform that anchors fund raising, investing and End to End Investor Engagement, are you regulated and fully licensed. Before any invwstor invest in a project, they consider the regulatory compliance of the project, how do you make sure that regulations are followed on Finminity?

  29. Some of the the features of the Finminity ecospace is fundraising support, the launchpad with support on both bsc and eth and also a bridge to cross between both network and also a investor and company engagement services. Can you explain some of this
features?. You also said that platform is an HyFi(hybrid finance). How is this platform an hybrid of the defi and the cefi? which features do you extract from both? And what functions do they perform.

  30. Security token and utility tokens are two different digital assets used for crowdfunding and investment. Is $FMT a utility or security token? What are the use case of the $FMT tokens? How can investors control the activity of a business outside Finminity?

  31. We have seen a lot of instances where most investors are just after the short term profit instead of the real purpose of a token. What have you done to prevent such a scenario to the favour of a business? Also, how would you prevent a business from mishandling and going away with funds invested? Are this solutions from Finminity applicable to the real world? Is Finminity more of a brigde between DeFi and traditional finance?

  32. With your ETH-BSC bridge it is inevitable to worry about the cost of high gas rates, something that of course is beyond Finminity, however the application has some way to warn users when these rates are too high or the network is congested? What solutions do you have to give users a bridge friendly and easy to use option?

  33. Currently, your bridge solutions work by using your token $ FMT, is it possible that in the future other tokens and this type of swapping may be incorporated? Or will it be exclusive to Finminity and its token?

  34. Hosting 3 such powerful ecosystems Polkadot,BSC,ETH, in a single project and the good management of their technology positions Finminity in a coveted project for investors, they present themselves as the bridge builder of the real world capital market needs, Through tokenized fundraising, my question is: due to the incorporation so powerful as an asset for both real world and crypto and relying on their ecosystems and technology do they not plan to incorporate NFT ?

  35. It is extremely impressive all that the Finminity project can host, Not only it proposes a high liquidity production, it also presents itself as an escape valve for companies and investors who need to sell their tokens to generate liquidity, make private and secure transactions, this set of tools are necessary at present DEFI, my question is: in search of obtaining more users and achieve greater fundraising, what expansion mechanism they plan to use to bring it to countries that do not speak the English language? Do you manage multilingual versions of the website, along with multilingual telegram/discord communities?

  36. That is wonderful journey Finminity has so far from the start to this day when $FMT listed successfully at pancakeswap and uniswab. Would you please tell us about economic model of $FMT token?

  37. REGARDING COMMUNITY DISTRIBUTION SALES, WHAT ARE THE MAIN REQUIREMENTS THAT EACH USER MUST MEET TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR COMMUNITY DISTRIBUTION?

    THANK YOU VERY MUCH SIR.

  40. Having visited your site, I saw a small text with an asterisk: * Current ETH framework to Polkadot porting will be done by Q1, 2021.
What was the reason for the postponement and did it somehow affect Finminity?

  41. I found a fairly large list of Finminity investors in Medium. This allowed you to raise USD 1.13 million during the funding round for your multi-chain platform DeFi Investor Services. At the moment, do all investors continue to cooperate with you? Is everyone confident and determined to have a positive outcome for Finminity? After all, an investor seeks to reduce his risks and always tries to foresee all possible scenarios and calculate his risks in advance.

  42. Finminity has regulatory compliances for KYC process, can you tell us the difficult level of your KYC process and what regulations and restrictions do we have to take in account?

  43. You describe on your website a Yield Farming integrated in business model feature, it says something about an Escrow by Custodian Contract, is it some kind of locking? How does this feature work and to whom is addressed?

  44. I was interested in regulatory compliant fund raise through token.
Companies who tokenizes on Finminity can raise funds in a regulatory compliant manner by selling their tokens through a watertight KYC AML process. Can you tell us about this, please, what regulatory requirements must be met? And what is this STO License for Middle East?

  45. Finminity has made it mandatory for any company doing token sale to set aside a fixed liquidity of Finminity token pairs when listing on exchange and also every company that comes into Finminity for token generation & funds raise needs to have 15% of their Uniswap liquidity in FMT Tokens, as these measures set to drive demand and price of FMT tokens. Will these measures be extended to DEXs apart from that stated above where such companies prefer to list or conduct TGEs, what other ways or through what channels does Finminity aim to drive a stronger liquidity for FMT?

  46. A greater proportion of Finminity’s token offerings (about 80%) would be Utility and DeFi Tokens with Asset-based tokens (security tokens/NFTs) making up the rest numbers. Why are the token offerings disproportionally concentrated this way, and do we expect these numbers to change as the project progresses and customer preferences shift to other adoption and use case models?

  47. What makes Finminity better or unique than competitors such as polkastarter? Why would people choose finminity over other more stable launchpad?

  50. Startups will have to submit KYC applications in order to launch their token sales on Finminity platform. This and the Due Diligence will be a great filter to prevent scam projects from launching on the platform! But in the unlikely case that one of the projects tries to do a rugpull – what plans do you have to prevent them from draining liquidity and making sure investors do not lose their funds?

  51. How strategy do you implement to compete with other lauchpads both on ERC20 and BSC? compete or partner? Cuz the others change their strategy for partnership eg. PAID x SUPER

  52. What are the key advantages that Finminity has over competitors, from the perspective of the companies seeking fundraising opportunities?

  53. Every company doing token sale has to set aside fixed liquidity of Finminity token pairs when listing on exchange. How many campaigns have you succesfully launched? Have they added token pairs as per agreement and which exchange can we find trade it?

  54. As a differentiated Investor services platform which provides comprehensive investor engagement, post investment services. How will you be able to attract more investors in each project? Can you explain how this “smart contract-driven milestone-based payment release” ensure that companies will have no options to do the rug and pull stunt which is frequently happening these days?

  58. The new projects have to build a community and create an investor engagement. After this agreements and smart contract preparations comes. As a cross chain launchpad and providing defi investor services, how do you solve these time consuming problems? What do you bring for both investors and defi projects?

  61. Finminity as a DeFi project, also have feature for Staking and Yield farm. I just wonder how are the stake and yield farm work in Finminity platform? How is the calculation reward that user can get if they staking? What is the requirement?

  62. This is the second AMA Finminity held on Satoshi Club, the first was held October last year. What are the major updates that takes place within few months of your project? And you announced DEX listing, do you have any news when is the CEX listing of $FMT? Have you already submitted CEX application?

  63. Finminity already doing IDO on Zendit and Zeroswap and also will launch on Uniswap & Pancakeswap, can you tell us a little about your IDO, how is it going? And i see that you launch on many platform for token sale, is this one of marketing’s strategy so Finminity project can grew and spread fast?

  64. Seems on your whitepaper you are also building a DeFi Investment Bank on Blockchain, for Startup and SME’s. So you are also fundraising and crowdfunding for defi projects and companies for both startups and SME’s. Where do you keep the money you are getting from the investors? Are you converting or keeping them with your token FMT? And what happens to investor’s money, if a project fails to fill the required investments?

  65. 1: Could you share a more detailed roadmap, with more specific ongoing and coming steps to take.
