  7. Investors may invest in real estate products worldwide in fractional stocks. Blockchain enables borderless investments through blockchain. What requirements must I meet to buy Token Labs and what is the payment method?

  31. Labs Group puts in the table solutions to the diffucult access to a global portfolio and purchasing properties because of the regulations and restrictions. Knowing these regulations can change in every country jusridiction, how are you going to solve these problems in a global scale?

  32. Main of the Labs Group mission is to avoid the use of middlemen agents, paper-backed transactions, slow-moving deals, among other problems. Part of these problems come from the human every day labor. How is Labs Group going to aumatize real estate? Is the manual work prescindible?

  33. Could you say that the purpose of L.A.B.S is to create equality between the retail investor and the accredited investor?

  34. Is L.A.B.S going to work with a specific percentage to make a minimum investment, or does the investment percentage vary according to the desired property?

  35. What features of DEX’s and CEX’s systems are the most difficult ones to bring to a hybrid platform and why? Which one would you say was the biggest challenge to incorporate into LABS and which one are you looking forward to add now?

  36. Making a hybrid of CEX and DEX project could be a very risky gamble for many. How are you going to give your users the confidence they need to start investing on LABS? How are you going to make them trust that this project is a good longterm investment for them and they are not going to end up losing everything?

  37. What was the biggest milestone does your project has??what does LABS project plan in the year after?do you have an upcoming event or something for the near future?

It seems similar to timeshare houses which different owners are able to use in different periods of the year. But can the investors use the ones you provide or at least go and see them? Actually the question is how do you prove the real estates are really real? Cause if you dont prove, it will not go further than photos of some random buildings?

  63. Labs is a project that Unite DeFi + Real estate Market, but there exists so many types of Real estate, so can you tell what are the ones that you support?

  64. Through LABS Group crowd funding for real estate investment is possible, while investing can we decide what part of the world we want to invest in? Or is that solely determined by the project? And is there a minimum amount needed to participate in the crowd funding or any amount is welcomed like $20? And the interest from investment solely dependent on the real estate investment or are there more incentives to investing with LABS?

  84. You say that Labs is the first ecosystem that supports the real estate market from “Extreme to Extreme”, could you tell us in detail what characteristics it supports? Will it be everything from design to delivery to the property?

  85. If Labs is in charge of supporting the real estate market, why really develop Labs Exchange to market assets? Wouldn’t the project be deviating from the main vision that is the real estate market?

  86. How strategic is LABS Group’s relationship with RioDeFi really? Will it be important for LABS due to the ease of using financial services and thus taking advantage of them in the real estate field?

  87. Really the real estate field is very delicate, is this why it will only allow users to invest in LABS Group only with modes such as Bitcoin and Ethereum? do you plan to allow investing in any other currency or tokens in the short term?

  88. Could you give us a little more detail on what would be the “incentives” that LABS holders will receive? be greatly attractive? And how much is the minimum number of tokens that I must have to receive them?

  89. I understand that LABS Group seeks to implement “fractional shares”, but will users really be able to choose specifically in the properties of which location they want to invest? Do you already have the locations that are available to market with LABS Group?

  98. So 2020 is a difficult year for Real Estate company. I think not only in my country but also every country already feel the impact of covid 19.The economics become crash, poverty increases and most people selling their asset or house that makes the price of real estate become down and down. Its hard to buy a house even to a company, they cant expand their business because of this pandemic. So how do LABS get through this pandemics? What are LABS action?

  99. Why did LABS change from Ethereum ERC20 into RIOChain? Is it because ETH high fees or do you have another reason? And why not choose TRON? because my opinion trc20 more friendlier to use
