  1. You claimed in your AMA from other group that SmartCredit.io is a DeFi lending platform with low collateral ratio for the Borrowers, with fixed-interest-rate, with-fixed loan term and it offers the Fixed Income Funds for the lenders. Clearly, all are in fixed-values, does this mean there is no minimum or maximum amount to borrow? How do you compute Fixed-interest rate and Fixed-Income Funds that you will offer to the Borrowers?

  2. SmartCredit.io offers Fixed-Income Funds to the Borrowers and In the traditional finance the Fixed-Income Funds are way way higher compared to that of money market funds which most DeFi today is following, so what makes you complementary against the money-market funds?

  3. How did you connect traditional Finance’s Fixed-Income fund in the DeFi sector (and as well in the crypto sector), how SmartCredit.io beneficial and gives win-win ROI to both investors or users and to the platform?

  4. question:

Whether we like it or not, Defi and Non-Custodial Lending Platform like SMARTCREDIT is still at the Baby Stage and has lots of room to improve. so, Can you tell us What are the needed improvements in DEFI that SMARTCREDIT possesses or trying to possess in the future?

  5. On numerous occasions, Investors find security in their investments in Centralized Platforms or the Custodial Wallets lending/Borrowing.
so, Do you see the Centralized Platform as your competition or Can you work with them as well to bring mass adoption?

  6. In the Money-Market-Fund common with most Defi lending platform, interest rate fluctuates as it is determined by the forces of demand and supply which is in tandem with general economic principle. Interest acruall to lenders can increase if an asset value goes up and when there are more borrower’s activity on that asset. However, From your Fixed-Income-Fund model, the interest rate for lending is already fixed or pegged to a given predetermined percentage. How is this percentage determined? Also, don’t you think this approach tends to limit and shortchanged a lender income acrual especially when the value of the lender’s locked assets in your smartcontract has increased significantly over the lock duration?

  7. Smartcredit makes use of the Fixed-Income-Fund finance approach which is similar to the traditional finance model. This implies that you are going to lock both borrowers asset collateral and lenders lending assets in a smart contract for a fixed period of time. There can be a serious financial risk if there is a smartcontract hack or breach. Kucoin recently lost over $280 million as a result of a security breach. How is your smartcontract protected? I have searched your website but the articles published there majorly centre around credit systems, digital models and wealth distribution. I can’t find any news on your smartcontract audit or any audit report. Is your smartcontract tested or audited and by who?

  8. 1. Smart.credit project needs to do to be better known and accepted?

  11. How does the crypto asset management work? Is there a team of professionals that manage this assets, like in the regular finance world? Also, what is the fee for this service and do you provide any insurance regarding the results and the security of the funds?

  12. As I see most of the financial markets only borrow or lend stable assets, I see that SmartCredit.io too, you lend ETH but Eth usually has an unstable price, for example I want borrow 10 ETH from you but when I borrowed only 300 $ for 1 ETH, but when I pay, the value of ETH is 600 $, what will happen? So how will you adjust the value of your assets when there is a high difference in asset value between the loan period and the settlement?

  13. One of the areas your project prides itself over other project is low collaterization. But having deeper look into your project, I discovered that your collateral requirements are not always low as generally acclaimed since you have tied it up to a borrower’s credit score. Credit score implementation in Defi project can be a subject of manipulation by borrowers. A honest borrower who is concerned about personal data will have to pay a very high interest and provide higher collateral requirements while the one who provide over-bloated information may secure a favorable credit rating. What system do you have in place to verify borrower’s information when giving them credit rating? How do smartcredit derives or calculate it’s collaterization utilization ratio and ensure it reflect fairness and objectivity?

    2. In what form would the collateral be?

  17. What benefits are on the SmartCredit platform for the following categories of users:
    (1) An active borrower on the system
    (2) A lender on the system

Later, the functionality of a government token (a voting mechanism) will be added, my question because they did not make the governance system all at once so that the community has the power to vote and decide on the system’s roadmap and so on. improve together at the same time and not wait for system migration as this takes time?

  21. In point number 6 of his medium he says We believe in customer-centric innovation, we believe that community proposals can better guide the development of SmartCredit.io (as in Ethereum Improvement Proposals – EIP). We will implement the mechanisms for clients to decide the future of SmartCredit.io my question why did they create a mechanism and not a token under governance from the beginning?

  22. SmartCredit is like a traditional bank under an Etherum smart contract, so I, as a borrower or lender, how do I get guarantees for my credits or loans to protect my assets in case of loss?
