Welcome to another episode of our AMA\nseries. Today we are glad to tell you about the AMA session with our friends\nfrom Drops<\/a>. The project is created with\nthe aim of connecting digital collectors with creators, while adding more\nutility to NFT assets. The AMA took\nplace on April 22 and our guests was Alpha Noder (Founder).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The total reward pool was 500$ + 2\nwhitelisted addresses and was divided into three parts. In this AMA Recap we\nwill try to summarize some of the most interesting points for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gold Rocket | Satoshi\nClub:<\/strong> Btw introduce yourself. How did you get to be involved in crypto\n& Drops? Tell us please about yourself and your position in Drops.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alpha Noder:<\/strong> My\nname is Darius, I’m founder of Drops. Have a background in mobile and web apps\ndevelopment, in 2017 founded crypto development agency, in 2019 created a CRM\nfor medical clinics and in early 2020 got back to crypto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My friend and cofounder Nick has financial background,\nworked at Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs, our product team consists of 7\nseasoned developers with background in cybersecurity and fintech. In last year\u2019s\nOctober we fair launched Node Runners NFT game, things we\u2019ve learnt about NFTs\nand DeFi we\u2019re now implementing in Drops.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Andr\u00e9s M. | Satoshi\nClub:<\/strong> Great background, it’s an honor to meet you, so what is the essence\nof Drops and how did the project come alive?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alpha Noder: <\/strong>Drops\nbrings DeFi solutions to NFTs, enabling holders to obtain a loan and earn yield\nwith NFT assets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For each purchase, I\ncan get up to 5% cashback in DROP tokens. Does cashback accrue instantly from\neach purchase or after a certain period, for example, a week or a month? What\ndetermines the% of cashback accrual and are there any situations when it is not\ncredited at all or burns out? And where can I then spend my cashback? <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alpha Noder:<\/strong> Cashback\nis obtained when users buy NFTs from the NFT Drops, the reward is sent after\nthe purchase transaction, it’s controlled by the smart contracts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 The level of cashback\ndepends on how much liquidity the user is staking, so the more liquidity is\nstaked, the higher cashback plan will be, up to 5%.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Andr\u00e9s M. | Satoshi\nClub: <\/strong>So, what are the main use cases of $DROP?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alpha Noder: <\/strong>It\ncan be used as payment to by NFTs. Get whitelisted to rare NFT drops. Additionally,\nfees collected from the platform are used to buyback tokens from the market and\nincrease liquidity. so DROP gives you access to rare NFTs and has a buy\npressure coming from platform fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Andr\u00e9s M. | Satoshi Club: <\/strong>How do you deal with fees? How much is\nthe fee for each purchase?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alpha Noder: <\/strong>20% of purchases is allocated to treasury. There are\nalso fees on NFT fractionalization, loans and vaults.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Drops deck mentions plans of bridging NFT assets from other chains.\nCross-chain support is a huge step to becoming a global project IMO! What\nchains do you plan to expand to? Do you already have some planned partnerships\nbased in other chains?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alpha Noder: <\/strong>We already have partnership in Polygon, we are also\nbig believers in their impact on NFT space, gaming industry, second chain we’re\ngoing to integrate is BSC, that’s for the nearest 3 months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Andr\u00e9s M. | Satoshi Club: <\/strong>Do\nyou have other current partnerships?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alpha Noder: <\/strong>We’re partnering with NFT projects, there is a number\nof them in the pipeline. Some names to mention is Doki, Eth-Men, Cometh\nspaceships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
