Welcome to another episode of our AMA\nseries. Today we are glad to tell you about the AMA session with our friends\nfrom GamyFi<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

GamyFi is a Gaming and E-Sports Platform Powered by Elrond. The AMA took place on March 28 and our guests were @SPJ_GamyFi<\/a> and @rbhrd<\/a>. I have multiple years of experience in Blockchain technology and\nFintech. @rbhrd is my colleague Rahul Sharma. He’s also a co-founder and Head\nof technology. He has 7 years of experience in software development and\nmanagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We like cricket, football and other sports very much.\nFantasy sports allows you to be a part of the sports, get in the seat of the\ncaptain. But there are multiple problems with the current applications\nproviding such services. They are bound to County restrictions and also use\nfiat payments making them slow and highly taxable (up to 50%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We were aware of blockchain technology and also the good\nuses. Therefore, we decided to build a fantasy sports Platform where anyone\nfrom any country can play with any person on earth. Without County restrictions\nand smooth payments while also being able to withdraw earnings within a minute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SPJ | GamyFi: <\/strong>It’s\nbeen 5+ months. We have been developing since November.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I saw on your medium\nsome details about rules to join IDO on GUMPad, but anyway I\u2019m a bit confused.\nIt is written you will have there 3 pools. But I don\u2019t quite understand why\nthere are different formats for each, what\u2019s the idea? in the 1 pool, there\nwill be 50 slots, but it\u2019s not clear how they will be allocated. In the second\nthere is a whitelist, but the format is \u201cfirst come, first serve\u201d. Does it mean\nthe firsts one who fills the whitelist? Ok, but how many slots are there (there\nare not indicated)? The 3rd\u2019s one format is a \u201cLottery\u201d \u2013 but again, no slots\nindicated, not the mechanism of lottery, and so on. In order to all this, can\nyou give us details? And another question regarding GamiFy IDO \u2013 will we need\nETH or USDT in order to participate in IDO on GUMPad?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

SPJ | GamyFi: <\/strong>you\ncan confirm whitelist details from GUMpad, this is a whitelist FCFS, you need\nto reach certain criterias to get whitelisted. The IDO will be with USDT. If\nyou can’t get whitelisted. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the attractive\ncore feature of Gamyfi is having a Community incentive in which 51% of the\nCompany Profits go to the GFX token holders. Hold GFX on the platform to\nreceive Quarterly Incentives. Is there a minimum amount of $GFX to hold to be\neligible for the incentive? Why do you decide it to be quarterly but not\nmonthly? So aside from this incentive given to GFX holders, do you plan to add\nother incentives for the Community especially to early adopters and the loyal\nsupporter of Gamyfi? SPJ | GamyFi: <\/strong>There\nis no minimum limit. We considered Quarterly distribution better to Reward the\nlong term holders and to bring more stability. We are\nalways looking for features we can integrate to our platform for the benefit of\nusers. We have partnered with Crust Network to bring IPFS storage security for\nour user’s data and NFT marketplace. We have also partnered with Elrond to\nbuild the fantasy sports with a team and action explorer. Users can scan their\nselected teams, wins without any centralized control. We are also working with\nmultiple other partners to deliver cool games and products for our community.\nMore will be announced soon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What types of NFT\u2019s are there in GamyFi?\nAre they useful in a certain game? Can a user create their own NFT\u2019s? Does\nE-Sport provide NFT\u2019s to the platform?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

SPJ | GamyFi:<\/strong> We\nare Launching our own NFT marketplace in Q2. GamyFi and multiple other BEP721\nNFT’s can be traded on the Platform. GamyFi Platform brings more usecases to\nNFT’s. On GamyFi Platform, users earn NFT’s for reaching certain achievements\nand winning leagues. These NFT’s can be used to get power-ups on the platform,\nget discounts on fees and also can be sold out in marketplace. User’s will be\nable to create own NFT’s on GamyFi in Q3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can you explain why they are called\n\u201cHybrid Fantasy\u201d if they only have sports-type games? Do you plan to include\nthis type of Hybrid Fantasy game later? Also, how does this protocol work to\nensure that non-cryptographic users can join? What will happen to the rewards\nor the handling of crypto in GamyFi? Do you have any strategy for new users to\nlearn about cryptocurrencies?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

SPJ | GamyFi:<\/em><\/strong> Hybrid Fantasy Sports means\ncombination of Blockchain and off-chain technology to bring the best. We use\ntraditional strategies with the help of Blockchain (Elrond) to bring up an easy\nto use, secure and scalable Platform. Users don’t need to learn uniswap,\nEthereum, Blockchain etc……. We will do that for you.  You just need an e-mail to sign up. But a\nblockchain wallet is required if you are interested in NFT’s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SPJ | GamyFi:<\/strong> No\nother Platforms has this kind of services and also no Platform provides\nfeatures as much we do. That’s why we are the first Blockchain Fantasy Sports\napplication. Users can understand that when they use the platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SPJ | GamyFi:<\/strong> The\nFantasy Sports Android app will be Launched in Q2 and then we’ll Launch the iOS\nversion in Q3 or end of Q2 if possible. Users can play with GFX tokens on the\napp and swap GFX \u2013 USDT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

RS | GamyFi:<\/strong> So\nwe will start with the prediction market for Sports and then move to economy,\nentertainment, real events. And for lottery fairness we will use randomness\nusing Chainlink<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Will each proposal\ntaken into consideration go through a voting process by the community for final\nacceptance or rejection?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

SPJ | GamyFi<\/strong>: Yes,\nGamyFi is Community driven project. A minimum of 10,000 GFX (0.1% of max\nsupply) is required to make a Proposal on governance Platform. Any proposal\nwith more than 500,000 GFX in support will be taken in consideration and\nimplemented as long as it doesn’t hurt the project<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
