Let me count it here<\/p>\n\n\n\n 1. The most\ncommon among them is excessive overcollaterization. Since most lending\nprotocols require heavy over-collateralization there\u2019s a usual situation when\nusers need to pledge $200 in order to borrow $100.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2. The second\nis liquidations. It is always done via auctions which is risky. Currently 90%\nof collateral locked on Ethereum is subject to possible auctions.
