Lol<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Joe Grech &#8211; $CHZ: <\/strong>Well, big clubs aren&#8217;t likely to give\naway that much control, since we work directly with the clubs in a commercial\npartnership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It&#8217;s up to\nthe clubs what they ask the fans, but at the end of the day, we hope to have\nsome smaller clubs who are more &#8216;experimental&#8217;. Also, esports teams are much\nyounger, fast moving and innovative compared to football clubs. So, esports\nteams can do some fun stuff on our platform with what they ask their fans also.\nThere is still rather limited utility of Fan Tokens, we are an ever expanding\nteam of now over 70 people. I can&#8217;t really talk much about our\nrelationship but CZ is watching what we do carefully on Twitter. We are fullllllyyyyy independent. But,\nobviously we consult with our advisors and investors about certain products and\nideas. If I buy Barca tokens for example, who\ngets the money? a part goes to the team and a part to Chiliz? Also, if I buy\nit, do I have a real vote like in real Barca socios? can I elect the president\nof the team? or is it just for symbolic stuff?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Joe Grech &#8211; $CHZ: <\/strong>We have a very talented business\ndevelopment team with years of experience with working with clubs. After we\nsigned the first teams, we started to get more and more interest from other\nteams, so that became a lot easier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In terms of\nthe tokens and where the $ goes, it depends on the club. For some clubs we paid\na guarantee, so we would get all of the $ from Fan Tokens up to a certain\namount before revenue share. I can&#8217;t go into the numbers to protect our\ncommercial interests though. Also, it&#8217;s not the same as the real barca\n&#8216;socios&#8217;, we have basically just taken that idea and expanded on it to provide\na solution for clubs to engage better with their fans and monetize their\nfanbase more efficiently. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Q4 from Telegram user @dominiksss<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>My club is not listed. Also, our marketing activities\nand sales numbers combined with biz dev which makes us attractive to clubs. Mainly based in Malta, but some in France, Korea, Sweden, London,\nArgentina.
