DAC(Decentralized Autonomous Corporation) for every single IP community and its corresponding Fan Token are the most important features that we will provide in Overeality Metaverse. Every fan token holder is actually the shareholder of the DAC for the IP, who enjoys benefits in the form of dividends out of the profits the IP DACs make through sales of NFTs, other consumer products and different exclusive online or in-person events. The fans can become direct marketing salespeople for the idol’s NFT to make money, essentially a DAC(Decentralized Autonomous Corporation), imagine 50000 salespeople for James Rodriguez all trying to sell NFTs for him. As for the governance in overelity, it is always a DAO-driven process. Users can own a small fraction of an NFT which gives them the right to join and take part in that community. Could you explain who does the process of acquiring a fraction of NFT take place? But, we know that ETH has immense network issues that prevent adoption in many cases. With this layer 1 technology, how does Overeality manage to avoid high gas costs and network congestion from interfering with protocols and operations? Do you plan to adopt other technologies in the future? Thank you!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are EVM compatible but we are a separate layer-1 chain\nfrom Ethereum, which is customized and optimized for low gas fees. However,\nadmittedly Ethereum is now the largest and most successful ecosystem for NFTs,\nwhich is why we choose to build EVM compatibility into our chain. In the\nfuture, we plan to adopt cross-chain bridge technologies for NFTs and tokens so\nthat we could better interact with other ecosystems. However, from recent community feedback, it was discovered that there had been issues with waitlist Bugs and numerous bug reports were subsequently submitted by the community. Taking this into consideration and examining the general security features of Overeality can you briefly explain the issue as identified, and how was this managed? As a way to better improve security while also, getting the community fully involved, do you have bug bounty programs or reward schemes available to users, and how do you handle critical issues of user privacy, how secured are user information on your platform?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since Overeality Chain is a layer-one EVM-compatible\nblockchain, the risk of the underlying consensus layer is fairly controllable.\nThe realization of our PoS consensus mechanism utilizes the Tendermint\nconsensus framework, which has been relentlessly tested by various blockchains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As for the application level of our chain, most of our smart\ncontracts were migrated from existing contracts in the community. For instance:\nERC20, ERC721, and ERC1559. The level of security of those contracts is\nunquestionable. A very small portion of our smart contracts will be customized\nand they will be audited by a formal security company before being deployed to\nour chain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The recent bugs are more of a front-end & back-end issue\nfor the server we are using for signup events as there were over 30,000 users\nregistered within a few hours, which caused an unexpected heavy burden for the\nserver. We do have a program of bug-reporting bounties where\neveryone will be able to submit tickets when they find bugs on our products.\nThe tech support team will get back individually.
