Welcome to another episode of our AMA\nseries. Today we are glad to tell you about the AMA session with our friends\nfrom Hyper Meteor<\/a>, an\nexciting and comprehensive business project that is made up of three separate\ncomponents: Community Platform, hub devices and Xchange.  The AMA took\nplace on September 11 and our guests was Aadon Crouch (Director of the\nproject).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The total reward pool was 500$ and was\ndivided into three parts. In this AMA Recap we will try to summarize some of\nthe most interesting points for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Don Crouch | Hyper\nMeteor Ltd: <\/strong>Yes of course, I have prepared some information about myself,\nthe company and what to expect over the coming years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My name is Aadon Crouch and I\u2019m the Director of newly\nfounded Hyper Meteor LTD. My personal background is in logistics, currently\nworking for the largest music and events haulier in the UK and EU as the\nOperations manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For many years I have traded Crypto on a variety of\nplatforms (had a dabble), my forte is in processes and bringing all pieces of\nan operation together to work effectively. This skill and others are what I\nbring to the company, to ensure we can systematically execute the projects we\nhave laid out before us. We have a great starting team, some of which have\ntheir own successful businesses and have the initial knowledge we require to\nmake a start. Over time our team will grow as we bring in the expertise\nrequired. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hyper Meteor LTD, is a company born from the love of space\nand all of the research and development that will become available as we begin\nto rapidly grow, as a species, within these industries and as we make our way\nto becoming a multi-planetary civilization. As a company we have decided to\nfully embrace the power of blockchain technology and to begin to position\nourselves to capture as much of the coming potential in growth and discovery as\nwe can. In doing so we hope to make an impact in the lives of everyone who is\ntouched by us as a company, in a positive way. A Hyper Meteor impact if you\nwill!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have structured our company around three tokens and to\nmention them briefly here; Hyper Unity, our core community token, Hyper Hub,\nour utility token designed to be used in conjunction with our night sky capture\nproject and lastly Hyper Exchange, which as the name suggest we aim to\neventually become our own in-house token exchange platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At this stage there are two really important factors that\nthe team at Hyper Meteor LTD want people to understand about us and what we are\ntrying to achieve as an organisation. That it is our continual focus on\ninnovation and our determination to set a new standard in what it means to be a\ncompany in the 21st century. In the short term we are looking towards raising\npeople\u2019s awareness of the idea that we are in a position, for the first time in\nhuman history, to be able to literally reach for the stars and to take an\nactive part in the unfolding of one of the most important chapters of our\ncivilisation to date. Over the long term we are looking to build a\nmulti-national company that will set the standard in all aspects of industry\nconnected with making us a multi planetary company by way of making us all a\nmulti planetary civilisation. In the future we want to build academies,\nresearch and development projects, global public access observatory networks,\nVR and AR games that are deeply educational as well as highly entertaining and\nthe list goes on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have our foundational three token projects, however we\nare a company of innovation and consideration. There are many buzzwords people\nare hearing in the world of Crypto right now. Decentralisation, Tokenomics,\nInteroperability etc. There are so many projects and tokens our there and its\neasy-to-use words to convince people that your project is a good one. Our\nbiggest buzzword after innovation is transparency. We may not be decentralised\nto start with however it is our goal to become fully decentralised in the\nfuture. We want our platform to be as interoperable as we can make it, with as\nmany chains and partner projects that wish to work alongside us, but we are not\nthere yet. I could go on, however the point I\u2019m ultimately making here is that\nwe will always let our community know who we are, what we are doing and how we\nintend to do it. Furthermore, we will always be open to listening to our\ncommunity both as a whole and right down to individuals who wish to submit\ninnovative ideas. We sincerely hope that people will view us as an opportunity\nto try something new, to test and idea, to offer a perspective we as a company\nmay be lacking. This ethos along with others we have adopted as a company is\nthe innovation that will allow ever more innovation. We want to start the wheel\nin motion and were here today to let people know that they are welcome to join\nus at the wheel anytime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over time you can expect;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A social platform where users can interact (chat rooms,\nforums etc), create, and share content, learn, play games, trade NFT content\nand even buy creative services. This platform will keep on growing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In due course we will commence our first prototype Hyper\nHub. We will be creating a network of sky scanners where users can rent time\nslots to observe and capture footage of space and celestial bodies. We will\nprovide this footage in NFTs and provide options for the user to monetise their\nNFT or keep it for themselves! In each location we will use one HyperHUB for\nour community to enjoy and study findings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our hyper Xchange will be a place where projects \/ companies\ncan come and seek assistance with the launch, we will be offering media\ncreation packages, advertising, along with pre-sale tools similar to DXsale,\nwhere we will launch the token for you after pre-sale, locking liquidity\nstraight away and helping secure a safe and successful launch for both owners\nand investors a like.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mary | Satoshi Club: <\/strong>I\nknow a lot of examples where projects tried to build social platform on\nblockchain but currently they didn’t reach noticeable success, what different\nyou want to offer?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Don Crouch | Hyper\nMeteor Ltd: <\/strong>So we have Andy who is my CFO, me and Andy have been family\nfriends for over 10 years now. We have Clive who is our CCO, he looks after all\nour imagery and videos and is also our NFT artist. We have Miquel who is our\nCIO, we have known eachother just under a year and he is forever popping\nfantastic ideas for us to work towards. We have freidrich who is out CTO, he\nwill be assisting us with token launches and intergrations in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Don Crouch | Hyper\nMeteor Ltd: <\/strong>Our community is going to be super fun, we will have lots of\nactivities for people to engage with, completions, gallery walls of the stars\nbut also educational for all ages. As you want to maximize\nthe 100% of human potential,do you have any training or seminar offered to your\nteam to enhance more of their skills and knowledge towards work? Don Crouch | Hyper\nMeteor Ltd: <\/strong>Good question, I wish I had a document with an exact\nmethodology on how to maximise human potential and transparency. Transparency I\nfeel is the easiest, especially when everything you are doing as an individual\nor organisation is driven purely by desire to anyone and anything we engage\nwith as a company will accelerate and amplify to the benefit of all. .. It may\nseem like a simplistic tenage answer however, when you are not doing anything\nwrongand what you want is for everyone to see what you are doing is right,\nwell, then transparency is just second nature. As to how we are going to\nmaximise 100% of human nature, I am certainly looking forward to finding out!\nWe want to establish academies, run lecture serioes with master of their\nfields.. fund research and in the process of doing all these things and more,\nwe want to get ever better at answering this very question. We will as the\nyears go on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Don Crouch | Hyper\nMeteor Ltd: <\/strong>Through the whole process of our first token launch (starting\npublic sale next week), I keep everyone informed of where we are at. What we\nhave and will spend raised funds on. I like to make sure all cards are always\non the table. And when it comes to our projects, we will ensure everyone is\naware of what we are doing in the background to bring it to life for everyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hyper Meteor has\nrecently announced that about 60% of allocated amount was sold meaning the 40%\nwill soon go to public sale. My question is if you plan to set any amount limit\nfor public in acquisitions and what is your forecast for Hyper to grow? Do you\nsee it as a long or short term ascension? When and where the public sale is\nplanned to be held? Thank you!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Don Crouch | Hyper\nMeteor Ltd: <\/strong>We had a great private sale given the fact we didn’t showcase\nit to much. Not all allocated tokens got sold so with what we had left over, I\nput aside 7 million tokens to distribute across our board and loyal moderators\nwho have been doing a sterling job. The remaining will infact be added to the\nrest of the tokens we put on uniswap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mary | Satoshi Club: <\/strong>How\nmuch did you collect during private sale?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Don Crouch | Hyper\nMeteor Ltd: <\/strong>The public sale will commence next week and an announcement will\nbe made in our Telegram and across our socials. We will carry this out on our\ncommunity platform. I would need to check but off the top of my head, from the\n780 million we put aside, we had just under 200 million left.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Refinable is the\nOfficial Marketplace for HyperMeteor NFTs. What are the main features of this\nplatform that your community can benefit from? I was also interested in the\ndistribution of profits: 50% of sales will go back to the token split 25% to a\nSpace Charity and the other 25% will purchase the token and then burn to reduce\nsupply. Can you also tell us more about each part of the distribution? What is\nthe purpose of this particular distribution?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Don Crouch | Hyper\nMeteor Ltd:<\/strong> The content on our refinable will soon be coming down and\nreplaced with some brand new NFTs created by our own NFT artist Clive. The\ndistribution of profit details are outdated and not what we will be proceeding\nwith, all fund will be going into our projects to start with. Our first partner\nwill be Adopt A Star! and we will be trial running the certificates and\nscientific data the customer would normally receive on email… by NFT! Over\ntime we will be looking to attract fantastic NFT artists to showcase their\ncreative work on our very own NFT marketplace once it has been built and we\nwill reach out to various companies to see if our new NFT service (like what we\nwill trial with Adopt A Star) is something they would like to try.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mary | Satoshi Club: <\/strong>Do\nyou have any examples of your NFTs to show to our community?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is the reason for\nintegrating a merchandise store only for trading clothes though your visions\ndirectly focused on Space & Astronomy Science? Can retail traders enter to\nthis Merchandise Store to sell their Clothes? Will you Extend this clothing\nMerchandise store to Space Components trading store in future? What will you do\nwith Collected funds coming from merchandise store?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Don Crouch | Hyper\nMeteor Ltd: <\/strong>Great question, we intend to look at how we can develop this\ninto an avenue for exploring questions like, ‘will there be a certain fashion\nfor space travel as it becomes more commonly available?’ And if so what\nmaterials would we use and would we start to see integration of technology into\nfashion as a result of a greater preference for for function as well as form.\nThe items right now that are available are based on TALU Things Are looking Up.\nI personally just liked how it looked and wanted to see if it appeals to\npeople.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mary | Satoshi Club: <\/strong>If\nit will succeed where funds from sales will go?)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Don Crouch | Hyper Meteor\nLtd: <\/strong>And the clothes do look good, our moderator sirdizzydub bought a hat\nand it looks great on him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Again funds go back into the projects. You see, at the start\nof this I new we needed a business plan and that’s what I got. A 5 year\nbusiness plan for us to work to and financial projections. This business plan\nis out with a company who are head hunting investors for us. We can\nsystematically execute our plans straight away with with an large influx of\nfunds, however until that time, we take steps at a slower rate and get it right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Most exchanges usually\nenable the swap or trading of assets from one to another but the Hyper exchange\nwill function differently. According to information provided, this exchange is\ntargeted at business startup and they can use it to buy advisory services. Can\nyou explain the type of advisory services provided and how they are bought? How\ndo these services provide alternative funding options for projects? Also, Since\nyou said business startup will be able to list new tokens for crowdfunding\ncampaign on this platform, does it mean that Hyper Xchange will also double as\na launchpad?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Don Crouch | Hyper\nMeteor Ltd: <\/strong>Our Hyper Exchange is going to be aimed at, but not limited to,\nnew token start ups, low market cap projects or companies if you will. It will\nbe a place where said projects \/ companies can come and seek assistance with\nthe launch, we will be offering media creation packages, advertising, along\nwith pre-sale tools similar to DXsale I would say eventually where we will\nlaunch the token for them after presale, locking liquidity straight away and\nhelping secure a safe and successful launch for both owners and investors\nalike. All of this will be intertwined with out community platform, where there\nwill be advertising for new projects launching and dedicated pages to the\nexchange projects listing etc. When it is time, our team will sit down and\nthrash out all avenues for our exchange and bring in the talent required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mary | Satoshi Club: <\/strong>Which\nblockchains will you support?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Don Crouch | Hyper\nMeteor Ltd: <\/strong>Good question, at this stage I would be thinking of the\nblockchains our own tokens live on. So that’s Ethereum for Hyper Unity, Cardano\nfor Hyper Hub and Hyper Xchange token. TBC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 In an effort to develop and grow the Hyper\nMeteor brand, you have set out a plan to Launch your Constellation app, Launch\nthe first AR\/VR game space game, as well as expanding Hyper Hub to 6 countries\ncomprising of 30 Hubs. Even as these plans are expected to be available within\nthe first 36 months, can you carefully talk more on them, how will your\nConstellation app work, what explorative functions will it provide users, and\nwith your AR\/VR games, what should players expect, and what sort of gears will\nbe needed to play them? Also, as Hyper Hub expands to 6 countries with 30 Hubs\nin total, what specific regions do you target?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Don Crouch | Hyper\nMeteor Ltd:<\/strong> Ah yes, the constellation app. We are discussing internally now\nif we make this app or go straight to the AR\/VR. When the time comes, I will be\nbringing onboard a team to get to work on this. We will be researching what\nothers are doing in this space, maybe an opportunity to collaborate with\nanother team that are aligned with our vision for it. My vision for our VR and\nAR games are to be educational, to browse constellations and learn. Of course,\nat this moment in time I cannot go into great detail until we arrive at that\npart and dig much deeper and decide our direction. To answer the Hyper Hub\nquestion, the soul of the Hyper Hub project will be its community of\ninstitutions and individuals that have an interest in astronomy and space. Our\npurpose is to grow that community, while intertwining it with the Hyper\nCommunity project. We choose El Salvador to pilot our Hyper Hubs for many\nreasons. One of which of course is that they have recently become a Crypto\nadopting country, but we want to launch an Innovation Academy program, as a\nbranch of the Hyper Hub project. With support from the El Salvadoran\ngovernment, we want to organise educational programs around the subjects of:\nBlockchain, Investing, Artificial Intelligence. We will see an opportunity to\nretain the talent we train. The medium to long term plan is to extend the\nnetwork to other countries, encompassing both the northern and southern\nhemisphere. Having a network that extends in both hemispheres matters because\nyou can see different parts of space from each hemisphere, as can be seen in\nthe diagram below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What will our users be able to do with our Hyper Hubs? Users\ncan capture unique footage or study areas of space that are intersting to them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mary | Satoshi Club: <\/strong>So,\nguys, can you tell us when we will be able to try at least one of your\nproducts?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Don Crouch | Hyper\nMeteor Ltd: <\/strong>The concept is meant to keep the user engaged in a never ending\nsearch for the most beautiful and unique space footage. Their unique footage\nwill be provided to the user by way of NFT and from there, Hyper Meteor LTD and\nthe NFT owner can choose to keep it as a collectible or share it with the Hyper\ncommunity and even sell it on our own NFT marketplace once built.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will be starting to build our first prototype in about 2\nmonths time. We have our initial schematics. Im really excited about this, to\nprovide NFTs of space objects, that potentially only that very hub captured..\none of a kind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For any\ncrypto project, 1% of its success comes from the idea itself. 99% comes from\nexecution. I have seen many projects fail due to lack of expertise &\nunderstanding of how the cryptosphere works. Does  have the qualified team needed to fulfill all\nyour goals?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Don Crouch\n| Hyper Meteor Ltd:<\/strong> Hadia, I fully agree with you. Through\nbuilding our business plan, we have identified what kind of individuals we will\nneed to bring onboard. Come the right time, we will seek out those individuals\nourselves or through an agency. You see our team will grow and our projection\nis that by year 5 we will have approx. 200 people working for Hyper Meteor LTD\nin some capacity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why did\nyou choose the ERC20 chain to launch the token despite its having high gas fees\nwhich may stop many people to invest?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Don Crouch\n| Hyper Meteor Ltd:<\/strong> When we made the decision on this, the fees\nwhere not at the level they are right now. We had a discussion approx. a week\nago about this and to decide… do we stick with this or change chains. Of\ncourse, I couldn’t see that changing chains would be a good move at this stage\nnow. We expect over time that these fees will go back down as its not\nsustainable for them. Those that purchase Hyper Unity will get benefits for\nholding them on our community platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do you\nhave any Coin Burn \/ BuyBack systems or any Token Burn plans to increase the\nvalue of Token & attract Investors to invest?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Don Crouch\n| Hyper Meteor Ltd: <\/strong>Our CFO Andy has suggested that over a period\nof 10 years we buy back Hyper Unity and burn the tokens we buy. I think this is\na great idea and something we will implement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Hyper\nMeteor business will operate in El Salvador as the pilot country, and you’ve\nsaid you will have an impact in areas like education, wealth inequality, and\ntechnology adaptation. Would you tell us how exactly you will accomplish these\nfeats? Also, have you gotten the necessary permits to operate safely and\nlegally in El Salvador?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Don Crouch\n| Hyper Meteor Ltd: <\/strong>Our CIO Miquel has made initial contact with\nthe consulate and they liked our ideas especially given the direction there\ncountry is going with Crypto. Once we have our prototype ready, we will be\nheading to London for a meeting to discuss and go from there. We would like to\nbe backed by them and work together so we will proceed down this avenue and see\nwhere it takes us. As mentioned earlier, the academies and educating and\ninvolving their communities will be how we start to help them.. help them build\nbusiness in the Crypto space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I noticed\nthat your project has been abandoned by a team recently, what did you do to\nbring this project back to normal or revive the dead? What was the most\ndifficult thing for you while reviving the project? What is the biggest factor\nthat makes your project turn towards space exploration?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Don Crouch\n| Hyper Meteor Ltd: <\/strong>There is a token called HyMeteor and this was\nran by another team (I dont no them personally). I came across the token and\ninvested $50 myself.. over the weeks to follow, these guys started arguing,\nbanning each other, it was a right mess and so me being me, I wanted to help\nand so did a few other community members, after all we had an investment in\nthose guys. To cut a long story short, the token was renounced, the dev\nvanished, we had no funds.. so unfortunately we couldn’t do much with it… But\nfor sure, that whole experience brought my new team here together and what an\namazing journey we will now take together! TALU!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will have a\npart of our ‘Hyper Zone’ which will showcase in the form of gallery walls\ncontent and images submitted but people around the world of the stars. It will\nhave categories like, mobile uploads – pictures taken on your phone, and\nMystery… what is it? These will be linked to Pinterest and our forums so our\ncommunity can enjoy and discuss them. I suspect our NFTs will be space related\nof course, however we will see a nice array of ideas and themes over time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
