The current world situation has forced people to confine themselves to their homes, but CEEK.COM<\/a> provides us with the opportunity to fully experience virtual reality and attend a wide variety of events. On July 26 CEEK<\/a> conducted an AMA with Satoshi Club. Our guests were @JustAC4t<\/a>, @Ceeker1<\/a> and @T3brown<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The total reward pool was $800 and it was splitted into three parts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CEEKER1: <\/strong>I’ll start, I\u2019m a Deep Space Engineer. I\nstarted out working on satellite design for companies like Boeing, Intelsat,\nAerospace Corporation etc. I created several streaming protocols for satellite\ncommunication including 4 novel satellite live streaming innovations that I\nsold to the Boeing company. I worked with Boeing to develop the Digital Cinema\nTechnology used by Lucas Films, Universal Pictures and most film studios. So\nstreaming isn\u2019t new to me, I\u2019ve been doing it for a while, it\u2019s just that now\nam applying blockchain technology to streaming to ensure trust and blockchain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019ve worked with probably all top 10\ntech companies. I created CEEK because I saw an opportunity to democratize and\ndecentralize knowledge transfer and also open up a new revenue pipeline for content\ncreators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ceek\nproject has partnered with universal music. Can you clarify how remuneration of\nthe token holders occur, if there is an event; part of the money of this event\ngo to holder? For example, in stock market the holder win dividends from the\npart of profit of the company.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

CEEKER1: <\/strong>Users buy the ceek token to use for events and\nalso digital assets, the value increases as there is supply and demand. It\u2019s\nsupply and demand. Artists have billions of fans, entertainment is ever green\nso people will always be looking for concerts, performances and the like if you\nhave billions of tickets to sell and limited supply the value continues to\nincrease, that\u2019s just economics. So we are not paying dividends to buyers of\nthe token. All events on the platform, livestreaming, VR 2d etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CEEKER1: <\/strong>For sure. Last Quarter alone the industry has\nlost billions. What does a global multi-billion dollar industry based on live\nevents do when there are NO live events? THEY COME TO CEEK. Now you can imagine\nwith Covid things have gone through the roof as people can only attend mainly\nvirtual events and CEEK\u2019s VR platform allows them to experience the communal\nenergy of attending a live event virtually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019ve had Bon Jovi, Ringo Starr, Dwyane Wade\nand much more using the CEEK platform in addition to the other megastars\nalready on the platform. CEEKER1: <\/strong>We did a Beta test of the cryptoshop platform which accepts Eth, Ceek and other coins. Currently the focus is on the Virtual streaming since the demand has sky rocketed. The store will be back again towards end of the year, though currently we have a few items you can still get through the app and on www.ceek.com Our main App is the Blockchain based streaming App.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CEEKER1: <\/strong>Sound that you can hear above below and all\naround. Even behind you. IN gaming audio cues are very important and the Ceek\nheadphones allow you to hear in every direction. We recently optimized for\nFortnite and are one of the few that is highly compatible with the game’s 3D\nmode. So it’s like watching a 3D movie without the glasses, the 360 headphones\ncomplete the experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ethereum has a scalability problem, and high\nTPS is required to deliver VR content. How will you solve this problem for mass\nuse of CEEK?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CEEKER1: <\/strong>The challenge was building a solution that\nwould scale on the Ethereum network and is fast enough to record transaction to\nthe Blockchain in the matter of seconds without exorbitant gas fees and costs.\nIn order to combat latency from bottlenecks on the Ethereum Network we created\na CEEK custom sidechain solution that makes it possible for users to instantly\naccess content without having to wait minutes depending on congestion on the\nEthereum network. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We’ve partnered with Microsoft Azure. The\nAzure Blockchain provided tokenization and transaction signing which helped\nspeed up development, reduce latency and ensure security since we are storing\nuser private keys on their network. We are working with the Azure Blockchain\nteam to develop the Streaming Token template and custom solution for\nSubscription Access Control and Viewership Tracking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Serg | Satoshi Club: <\/strong>You’ve found a great solution. Hopefully ETH 2.0 will be released soon to\nmake it easier for all projects on ETH. 😁<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Irina K.|\n@Satoshi_Club: <\/strong>So is it a custom\nBlockchain or it’s still built on ETH?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CEEKER1: <\/strong>Yes, it’s still on Eth the custom chain allows\nus to offer instant access to the content without any latency. Users want to\naccess content right after payment not wait for few minutes they are not used\nto that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Irina K.|\n@Satoshi_Club: <\/strong>And the solution\nthat allows this is still decentralized? Or is some hybrid?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CEEKER1: <\/strong>I shouldn’t 100% since it’s a bit of a\nvariation, necessary to bring mainstream adoption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do you plan\nto work with movie directors\/Hollywood, to implement the movies of the future\nin VR? There is no need to go to the cinema in my opinion if you have a VR\noption which is viable.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

CEEKER1: <\/strong>We have been approached by major movie studios\nsince they really need to rethink physical releases. When you think of CEEK we\nare actually building the gathering places and venues of the future. So there\nwill be movie theatres, Schools as well. We are not just selling virtual\ntickets we are building the gathering places and venues of the future, so it\u2019s\nReady Player One come to life. Not only are people attending events, but they\ncan also hangout, classrooms and more. Here are a few of the venues on CEEK.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Music and education are core to us now, but\nall facets will quickly follow. Sports etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In CEEK’s whitepaper, I see that 60\nmillion concert tickets are sold in the U.S alone per year! Demanding for music\nartists to perform is at an all-time high, yet artists are still unable to\nperform for thousands of the venue requests received each year. Leaving labels\nand artists with missed revenue opportunities and fans without the chance to\nexperience live shows. Does the above matters increase demand for such\nplatforms like CEEK?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

CEEKER1: <\/strong>Yes, it increases the demand. Yeah, this is\nthe crux of why we exist. Each year ONLY about 10% of the BILLIONS are able to\nattend concerts. For example, 10M fans attempted to buy 100,000 tickets. For\nAdele\u2019s 6-Nights at Madison Square Garden. 1% acquired tickets, 99% of potential\nbuyers left ticketless and disappointed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prior\nto COVID 19, there were 3.5 BILLION Live Event Fans Globally yet less than 10% were\nable to attend events due to travel costs, capacity and availability. There was\nno way to monetize the millions of fans who want to buy tickets or attend live\nevents but are not able to do so.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Content rights\nowners such as record labels, movie studios and musical artists rely on\nreporting from streaming platforms as a trusted source of consumption data.\nThis is a point of friction since rights owners have to blindly rely on\ninternal data from distribution platforms that they cannot audit or verify for\npayment of content royalties. Our goal with the CEEK token is to make content\nconsumption tracking transparent for content rights owners as well offer\nautomatic payment of rights owners via smart contracts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This\nisn\u2019t right. Through CEEK I\u2019ve created a platform that enables users to\nmonetize their content fairly, equitably and transparently no matter where they\nare located in the world.  This is why\nmany of the world\u2019s biggest stars are on our platform.
