At Mind Music. we want to\nhelp people suffering with depression and other forms of Mental Illness. Using\nthe power of music to relate to sufferers, we want to show them that they are\nnot alone and inspire hope through understanding. We want to provide a musical\noutlet, enabling people to begin their journey to a more stable mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mind Music will\neventually become its own independent record label collaborating with artists\naround the world. The recorded music industry is worth over $20 Billion every\nyear. We hope to capture just a small proportion of this market and make a\ndifference to millions of people suffering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the shorter term, we\nwill be releasing our first vinyl record, setting up a staking platform &\nselling our own range of merchandise! The staking platform, Merchandise and our\nfirst vinyl release will be completed by the end of 2021. 80% of the profits\nfrom Merchandise and record sales will be donated to Mental Health Awareness\nand Suicide prevention charities, while the remaining 20% of profits will be\nused to Buy and Burn Mind Music Coin and increase its value for holders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the early stages of the pandemic when i was struggling with my own mental health this track really helped me focus on something when my life was falling apart. What we are sure about is\nthat we want to give real world rewards to those that stake. We are currently\nsetting up all the merchandise and such, which should be available in a week or\ntwo. \nTo be frank, I chose mental Health because working on this project literally\nsaved my own life. Without this project, I 100% know that I would not be here\nanymore. The unbearable struggle I went through with my own mental health made\nme realise that there will be many others struggling. I wanted to save others\u2019\nlives as I had saved my own. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You may not realise but\nall the songs recorded so far were actually originally written by artists that\neither committed suicide or died as a direct consequence of their own struggles\nwith mental health. That\u2019s why they were chosen to help raise awareness\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When the record label becomes established we will of course be releasing original songs from a variety of artists. We are also in talks with well known artists about collaborations. So yeah, vinyl is making a comeback these days, and we already touched a bit on that earlier, so I would like to reiterate that it is also on youtube, spotify, soundcloud, and will be on CD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So as we stated earlier\nwe havent decided on the exact numbers yet for the APY. We are looking in the\nrange of around 6-12%, but we will not make a deciding factor on something\nimportant like that until all the numbers have been crunched and the code is done.\nWe do not like to announce things until we know we can do it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This code will be custom\nwritten and created just for MND and for our website. We have looked into other\nstaking platforms and code, but we dont want to give up percentages of peoples\ntokens to go to other people just because they wrote some staking code. If they\ncan do it, we can do it as well, and in fact we are pretty close to being done\nwith our own code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What makes MND good for\npassive income is the future real world revenue that can help drive the MND\nchart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

UPDATE TO BUYBACK MECHANISM 📈
I have decided to modify the way that the buy back wallet works from this point on. Currently, the buyback triggers one large 10BNB buy when the wallet reaches a 10BNB balance. This mechanic means that people wanting to sell tend to wait until the buyback happens before they do it. As we have seen, this causes a dump that can potentially start a chain reaction of selling. I want to switch our buy back to a protective system that waits for sellers to sell\u2026 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

From this moment forward\nwhen our buy back wallet hits a 10 BNB balance it will sit & wait for\nanyone selling large amounts and then be used to recover the chart. There will now be no specified time\nfor it to trigger, it will be at a minimum of 10BNB and at my discretion. <\/strong> Yes! Baby Mind is a way to adapt and expand on the current trend of reward tokens, as well as have some slight memes involved with a very serious project. You can hold MND and get 1% MND rewards off transactions based off how much you are holding, but BMND gives a lot more MND in rewards, and can be shilled and shared in different ways than a serious project can, while our actual MND token can be shared in different ways than a meme project can.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This allows us to cover all the basics, and spread ourselves everywhere we can.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/strong>Because at the time, before it was even connected to crypto, Mark was working with a charity in the UK called MIND. It just made sense to keep the same project name as we moved into crypto and call this project Mind Music. It also connects heavily with our intention to raise awareness for mental health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/strong>80% of record sale “profits” will be donated. We have to ensure that the merch and sale businesses are self-sustainable. So of course they need to make enough money to cover themselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once they cover themselves, the rest of the money other than charity goes into the actual coin to increase value for the holders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The PLATFORM is a non-profit organization. We make money by holding the coin and getting marketing money. Holders make money by money being pumped into the coin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That 80% of profits once we pay everything we need to pay to run those parts of the business will go into charities to help raise awareness for mental health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/strong>Great, you bring that up! Yes, that tax is for the buyback wallet, where we can manually control and eat dips. It works pretty well if you have checked the chart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Other than taxes, no we do not have any restrictions on transactions at all. You can buy and sell as you wish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
