After the duration of renting lab expires, what will the user\ngive in return of renting a laboratory? What are the requirements before\ninterested user can rent a desired lab from Monster clan?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\nowner of laboratory will earn $MONS whereas the one who paid rent of laboratory\nwill be able to use this laboratory for creating acids or creating monster\nbabies from rented laboratory. It depends on the owner of laboratory that for\nhow long he wants to offer his laboratory on rent.
