At this point of time we don’t need Investors. We are 9 times oversubscribed and have way more investors reaching out to us then we would like.

These media partners are typically there for brand exposure and user interest

They usually cover whats happening with Nifty and get us more user interest. We are focussed on early clients at the moment and making sure our dev is on track

1 sometimes a very expensive NFT may not sell for a long time and it is easier to pawn it, knowing that the price may drop soon.

So, I collateralize you a well-known NFT at the peak of its popularity, at what price do you get it?

At what price do you get it? OpenSea market price or at yours own price?

Vinshu Gupta: Great one. So we typically monitor all our NFTs which are collaterized for their position and give you a margin call to pay the loan back if NFT value is falling

If however there is a bad loan then we compensate the lender of money via our Reinsurance pool. So you as a user is protected in every case

According to your whitepaper, I noticed that NiftyPays have integrated a fractionalized NFTs within their ecosystem & NFT marketplace. Firstly, I need to know How are you going to evaluate a fraction of a NFT? In which manner will the ownership regulations be implemented for a fractionalized NFT? How will this feature be impacted not only on Artists but also on buyers? Can we use fractionalized NFTs for the lending & borrowing purposes within NiftyPays ecosystem?

Vinshu Gupta: So we will fractionalise NFT on the euler’s bonding curve. Each subsequent fraction of NFT would be higher in price then the previous one and pay royalties to previous ones. This will ensure that early buyer of fractions are benifitted and hence fractions are sold faster.

Once fractionalised you can then use the fractions as mini NFTs within the ecosystem. This will ensure greater liquidity and better volumes for trade-in hands

Vinshu Gupta: Yes you can reinvent or re-collaterise them

Vinshu Gupta: So we want to ensure early participants on the network are incentivised. Once you put your NFTs on the platform for staking, we airdrop you promotional NFTs from our partner projects

Vinshu Gupta: Listing partner Don’t have to pay anything but would have to stake $NIFTY tokens for getting rights to list. This will ensure that $NIFTY tokens are always in demand and the buy pressure is maintained

I am interested to know more details on your feature of NFT Renting. You have indicated that the rent will be paid in $NIFTY based on an agreement between two parties. What will heppen if the borrower breaches the agreement? Do you intervene to the process and help to get the rented NFTs back? What will happen to $NIFTY payments? Are you liable to pay them on behalf of the borrower if he stops paying? Please explain the legal background of this feature of NFT Renting.

Vinshu Gupta: The multisig features ensures that NFT is always secure and tenant can’t just run away with your NFTs. So if they stop paying we just forwarded you the one time termination cost and relist the NFT for “available to rent”

Cool question @Billz120 yes Sator aims to become the first global streaming platform fully blockchain native, fueled by its native token and NFT-led content. Our 2022 roadmap does a good job laying this out.

Then to answer the other parts of your question, as far as types of tv series: Sator will feature scripted tv, films, music and other content on tbe global scale of YouTube though UX more like a streaming network.

And then yes, there will be child/family settings soon so that the onboarding of kids programming partners can be segmented out. Sator users can choose to filter either way.

@Ask4Unik hi Eunice, yes in the proof-of-attention economy model I think you are pointing out the far lower cost in terms of energy and computing power right. Sure it’s a nice aspect. We arrived at this model based on asking the questions of how far has blockchain progressed to date and how can the latest edge of innovation apply to solving the biggest challenges and pain points in traditional media in a way that grows crypto overall. Sator was the result. Traditional content always struggles toward audience growth and retention—especially in today’s post-must-see era of TV. Traditional content rights holders compete for subscriptions bc that’s become the primary form of monetization for them. Meanwhile, at the end of the day, is it fair that billions of viewers create value and all that value gets centralized. No. Thus, Sator built a platform to solve contents challenge of growing and retaining viewers/subscribers while diffusing value back to the people who create the value by viewing. The referral program you point out is a further example of precisely that.

“Realms” are how we refer to the mini-metaverses of each tv show, film or music video in Sator.

Download the Sator app and enter Realms based on content, artist, streamer, etc. Inside of these realms, trivia will be directly tied to the content you are watching/have watched, and by answering everything correctly, you are rewarded SAO.

Rewards on Sator are all in the form of SAO. Amount of SAO is set by the content partner. The content/tv/film/music partner decides the SAO amount they stake to support their content and select the engagement activities such as trivia or other games (many incredibly fun games are in development rn with Sator engineering team). So those become the ‘predetermined conditions’ to be fulfilled to unlock the rewards smart contract. Yes, only viewers engaging in the content are able to win the rewards bc that is how the rewards are designed.

Conditions are entirely dependent on the content at hand and our content partner – a cool example – we partnered with a music festival Welcome To Rockville. Conditions of proving engagement at a music festival are quite different from one of our television partners/artist/streaming partners. At a music festival, people in attendance will follow treasure hunts directly at the venue and scan the QR code’s from the sator app to unlock collectibles, VIP tickets, and/or SAO tokens. The metrics at which our users receive rewards are entirely customizable based on the level at which we / our partners tokenize engagement and what that means in each realm 🙂

Players will be exposed to $dark energies represented as BSC which can be used within the game and are needed for performing actions and quests within the game.

In a first instance, it helps them forge and own land plots on the moon’s surface that are represented as unique nfts. Dark frontiers is powered by the $dark (BSC) energy token that will be used to forge land nfts.

The storyline of dark frontiers is actually really cool!

Dark frontiers is based in 2051 after a nuclear explosion destroyed the earth and the only people who survived were those who were in space at the time of the explosion. Now with humanity on the verge of extinction, players have to rebuild a civilization on other planets where they will face many challenges including ancient creatures who do not want to share their space.
