Max Soldex: Soldex.ai is a first-of-its-kind base decentralized exchange (or DEX, for short), that is non-custodial, which means that unlike centralized exchanges. For Soldex it is not necessary to have a token, you can trade them without having them.

Instead, Soldex.ai allows users to trade in a secure and safe manner, utilising peer-to-peer connection with liquidity that is supplied by other users. It is a third-generation crypto exchange that looks to solve the issues faced by centralized exchanges. Its biggest advantage is that it is using AI bots for trading, it does that by employing advanced machine learning and neural network algorithms. Soldex.ai is being built on SOLANA blockchain

A few weeks ago you announced that on December 9th, you are looking to list SOLX across multiple launchpads via an IDO (up to 1% of the total tokens), and on December 10 list on Major exchanges. That article was published on September 6 in the Soldex medium. Is the start of stage 3 still maintained for those dates? Has this schedule been modified? When will the whitelist to participate in the IDO be launched?

Will Soldex only focus on achieving the most used DeFi exchanger on the Solana network only? Or in addition to this, do you plan to incorporate many more DeFis products? including among them Derivatives and Dex Futures?

Max Soldex: As for now we are planning to stay only on Solana. Soldex.ai governance is very similar to other DEX governance, it is based on Community Governance. Token holders can establish consensus by voting on governance proposals or introducing new proposals for a vote. Soldex, like many other networks, will use its native token SOLX for protocol governance. As for now there is no minimum limit for staking.

D. | Satoshi Club: will Soldex have its own liquidity pools after DEX launch? or you will be use liquidity from other DEXs on Solana?

Jonah 🏅🎹 | Satoshi Club: I also want to ask that when it comes to governance is there a minimum required number of Holdings, and a maximum number of voting power a user can have to prevent the system from being controlled by those with bigger holdings?

This system allows the project to be managed by the community according to a constitutional code of conduct.So can you please highlight the principles of the code of conduct to be observed by all members and participants of Soldex community?Also, are voters granted a vote proportional to their financial participation to the network or does each vote requires a minimum of $SOLX from those who participated in the community votes? Max Soldex: Soldex is implementing the proportional voting right scheme in order to avoid monopolization, but to a certain degree the more tokens you have, the more voting power you have

Max Soldex: Yes, SOLX can also be used for staking and bot feeding

Is it an alternative to normal trading or a feature similar to copy trading? Can you give a sneak peek of this feature? Further, what is your estimated time frame to achieve the stage 3? I am asking this question because your roadmap does not include any time frames.

Max Soldex: Shadow AI trading is, as you mentioned, is copy trading, stage 3 should be Q2 or Q3 of next year, however we always hoping to achieve our goals earlier

Soldex is characterized as an DEX, This is a great feature it is important to attract liquidity and create a large pool, the more liquidity there is in the pool, the less slippage the orders will have. My Question is What strategies will you use to attract enough liquidity and thus counteract the slippage of orders?

Max Soldex: Soldex utilises peer-to-peer connection with liquidity that is supplied by other users. Liquidity pool trading is predicated on having enough assets in each pool in order to facilitate instant trades. Soldex addresses this requirement by incentivizing users to deposit assets and provide liquidity.

I have gone through your whitepaper, and it is stated that KYC will be mandatory to all the users and after completing our KYC users will get a verified tag. So, can you tell us about this verified tag? Why it is? And, what’s the benefit of having a verified tag in your platform? After getting verified, the users can upload their photos and videos and gain followers. Now, could you tell us how a user can experience your platform without uploading his/her photos/videos or gaining followers? Are the users allowed to view others content without completing KYC? What is the role of other users of your platform who are not interested in uploading sexual content? Is HORNHUB only for the adult content lovers or it will also encourage normal investors towards its mission? Thank you.

Just to clear any confusion, the KYC aspect is actually only for Talents. For fan users of the platform, all that will be required is the standard box check to prove legal age by entering their date of birth. The TAG’s only usage is to guarantee that the TALENT went through the full KYC verification successfully. A regular user just needs the required funds to subscribe and enjoy!

The reason age verification is required and that Talents must perform extensive KYC is to ensure that the platform is always fully compliant with international laws. It is our intention to create a fun but safe and secure platform, where everything going on is legal and not representing untoward. We are very serious about this.

Hornhub welcomes all investors and you do not have to be in any way involved in the adult content at all. Our social media groups are all SFW and very friendly and professional. Any bad behaviour or graphic imagery is not tolerated at all. So in that way for investors who like the project, it is no different to investing in any other fantastic project! To re-iterate the actual Hornhub platfrom is in that way separate, and investors need not interact with it.

As we know HornHub is a platform that will “allow adult artists and actors to build and run their own fan hub while securely earning for their content”, but if I’m completely honest with you, that concept sounds to me like OnlyFans, Patreon or any other platform where creators can share their content with others. So, I was wondering and having that in mind, what is different in HornHub from conventional adult platforms that we currently know? What kind of advantages and benefits will the blockchain technology that has been implemented on HornHub provide to creators and fans that they won’t be able to receive in any other of the conventional sites I previously mentioned?

Of course there are a few subscription based platforms out there, however the difference is that with a project based on the blockchain technology, there is the use of dynamic NFTs that immediately create an asset that can gain value over time and pay in royalties for ever!

Also being a cryptocurrency project allows the platform to be more lenient with its charges to talents (sitting at a very reasonable 10% only, compared to 15 or even 20% in comparables). This means that it presents a more attractive opportunity for those who might be looking to join a subscription platform as a talent.

This can add up to a 5 or even 6 digit increase in earnings for performers based on their popularity!

You do not need to have any crypto experience as a fan to use the site either, as you can simply use a credit or debit card, and all the conversions are done behind the scenes.

Will this distribution be made after each transaction or will they accumulate until a certain time and then make a single total distribution? In order to be part of the group of holders that will receive this distribution, how many HH tokens should I have stored in my wallet? Must I press a claim button to claim my rewards or will they be automatically added to my wallet?

The rewards are automatically reflected across all current holders at the point of each new transaction.

They will be automatically sent to your wallet. There is no minimum number of HHUB Tokens to hold in order to receive them!

As mentioned above:

3% is redistributed in rewards across all HHUB Token holders. They can literally see their Token balance growing everyday in their wallets!

3% burn that is completely removed from the supply. Not transferred to a ‘dead wallet’ but rather completely removed from the Blockchain.

5% goes to the Marketing wallet, which we use to market and promote the project.

1% transactions goes to our charity wallet with the sole purpose of donating to great causes. We have currently accumulated a good amount ready for our first few donations that will be announced shortly.

Firstly yes it absolutely does allow those who wish to engage with a talent directly the opportunity to do so. In which way they do depends on what is offered, but will usually involve, tipping, live cam and of course direct personalised messaging between the fan and the talent.

Onto the next part of the question – the platform takes inspiration from popular social media sites that are renown for their ease of use. We will be implementing similar functions, which will mean it is an extremely streamlined, relaxed and fun experience for the fan. Interacting with their favourite talents has never been so fast, easy, simple or enjoyable!

In order for a new talent to join the platform, they have to be fully vetted through the KYC system before they are allowed to create their fan hub.

So firstly we need to let you all know something very exciting. The Platform and NFT market place are being designed by none other than the OpSkins’ designer and coder himself, who created a platform to sell/exchange skins for the beloved Valve game Counterstrike! They are going to be beyond stunning, trust us. The seller that will re-sell the Talent’s NFT has the choice to price his art more expensive at the moment of selling it, but will not make any royalties back as this feature is only available for NFT creator.

We will be starting to collaborate with restaurants and food brands from December onwards once our Mainnet goes live.

So we have created a beautiful playground, which will feature mini games that will utilise these NFTs.

Our first two launches will be HippoFull and Foodtruck Wars.

HippoFull is the world’s first NFT slot machine – a very hungry hippo needs to be fed by Ingredient NFTs. When the Hippo is very very full, it will vomit out a reward which will go to the last person (wallet) that fed the Hippo!

Our second launch is Foodtruck Wars, which will be a three-way face-off between 3 dish owners to earn the most for their foodtruck. This game will be P2E, so you will have to strategize to beat your competition!

For proper understanding of these dishes, may we know how OneRare decides on the rarity of a dish? What features will classify a dish as rare within your Foodverse, and what specific steps are required of users to claiming them? Also, since the Rarest of All dish is said to be minted only once, with special collaborations from seasoned professionals within the food/beverage and blockchain industries, can we then say that this dish would be the most valued item on your Foodverse? What roles do these professionals play in making this dish unique?

Rare dishes will have multiple copies, but will get harder to mint with every unlock. That gives early players a very, very big advantage because they can unlock the first dish with just 1 of each ingredient. For the first French Fries NFT, the player needs 1 potato, 1 cooking oil, and 1 salt. But the 2nd French Fries NFT needs 4 potatoes, 4 cooking oil, and 4 salt. So the first player’s NFT has already become more valuable because now players will spend more time and money to claim an NFT.

Rarest of All dishes will be one-of-a-kind, unique NFTs of which only 1 copy will ever exist. These dishes will be our special chef and celebrity collaborations, as well as, some very very unique dishes from different cultures across the world – they could be a festive recipe made only by a small region of the world, an exotic ingredients dish, or something completely whimsical like our Web3 project recipes.

As for the role played by professionals, we will be tokenizing their special signature dishes, and as we go along, we will also try to bring the NFT to life and claim a meal with it.

The Farmer’s Market, where farmers can sell their harvested crops, as well as, exotic ingredients. The Kitchen, which is the soul of OneRare, you can read recipes and claim Dish NFTs. And lastly, our Playground where you can play mini games using ORARE tokens and your NFTs.

I have already spoken about the mini games above so I wont repeat that 🙂

To claim a dish, your wallet needs to have all the ingredients needed to make a dish. The dishes will be listed in the OneRare Kitchen with pre-set recipes. Each recipe is a list of ingredients with which you need to make the dish.

Once you have all the ingredients, you can go to the kitchen and combine them – watch the magic as your ingredient NFTs disappear and the Dish NFT is delivered to your wallet.

All our ingredients and dishes are NFTs.

We are very conscious of our responsibility to build this and so our team has 20%, which will only begin to unlock after 6 months.

So, this made me wonder, how many dishes will players be able to make in OneRare exactly? Will users be able to decide whether they want to add more dishes from certain countries and cultures? If so, how will they be able to do so? Also, I saw that players can farm and buy the ingredients to make these dishes, but how will they get the recipes? We will be uploading new recipes every week for our players, so no one feels disadvantaged for coming in late. Our community will get to vote on which recipes they wish to see next – so their voice is very, very important to us.

The recipe for each dish will be listed on OneRare itself – it will be a list of ingredients you need to collect to claim a dish.

What we call a recipe is simply, a list of Ingredients that go into making a dish.

So players must traverse the Foodverse and collect all the Ingredients, and once they have the right quantity, they can head to the kitchen and combine them!

Our Farmer’s Market is akin to a real market with a supply-demand equation.

Farmers have a right to ask for the price they desire and market supply will tell them if their seeking price is great or not! If there are too many potato farmers, of course the potatoes will go cheaper. If the potato farmer moves to cheese, he might make a bigger profit. So the prices in our market will be set by the farmers.

We will also have a OneRare Shop to sell some exotic ingredients, which will be a fixed-price shop set by us, and later moderated by our DAO.

Supreet | OneRare | Admin will never PM first: Being a blockchain project, we are extremely conscious of our responsibility to do everything with full transparency. We have spoken to some key funds in the crypto space, like Crypto Relief Fund, headed by Sandeep from Polygon, as well as, Unicef Crypto Fund.

In cases where we are partnering with chefs who are already aligned with a charity, we will be donating the proceeds to their charity, or one of their choice.

We will be spending an active part of Q1 2022 in identifying genuine charities that can benefit from funds and do something tangible.

To create awareness for this, we are planning crypto events, as well as, real life campaigns.

We will be hosting charity auctions where we’ll highlight how the higher powers in blockchain can contribute in helping others. And we will also auction real-life meals by celebrity chefs, and hold on-ground events to raise funds.

As a food project, we will be using every medium we have to amplify this message.

Food is important to us, and it’s imperative we focus on how we can give back and make the world a better place.

The primary gap we saw in the market was that while NFTs and gaming was on the rise, projects were very niche and limiting in their themes and ideas.

The current barrier to entry is too high in crypto, and being an educator myself who teaches design, I felt that the industry needs to become more open and friendly to first-time users, women and people who are interested in crypto.

So we felt we can cover this gap by engaging in a simple world of food, where everyone can identify something they like to eat and connect their food tastes to blockchain 🙂

Ass you know, The SubDAO Network consists of four parts: SubDAO Node, SubDAO Airfone SDK, SubDAO Smart Contract, and SubDAO App front-end.

The SubDAO Node is a blockchain node developed using Substrate. It carries the blockchain node capabilities and also provides off-chain data access, and is the foundation of the SubDAO Network

SubDAO Airfone SDK is a set of SDKs to provide developers with links to the DAOs in the SubDAO Network, providing a DAO governance interface wrapper that allows developers to easily and quickly integrate DAO governance capabilities into applications on the web, iOS/Android mobile devices, and PCs.

SubDAO App Front End is the plane for users to interact with the DAO, and participants of the DAO through the SubDAO App Frontend can directly participate in the governance of the DAO.

SubDAO Smart Contract is the core of the DAO’s governance capabilities. Through smart contracts, the governance behavior of the DAO can be guaranteed in a loose schedule without worrying about human interference in the governance behavior. There are several components in SubDAO smart contract, namely Template Library, Asset Vault, and SubDAO Guard.

• Template Library is the core component of SubDAO smart contract, which consists of the main smart contract and several smart contract modules. Its main function is to provide and manage a variety of DAO organization templates for various common organization forms and provide modules that can be customized to allow DAOs with certain R&D capabilities to define new modules as needed.
• SubDAO Guard is the component that manages the functionality in the SubDAO Network. All governance actions for the SubDAO Network are performed through the SubDAO Guard component, such as modules added to the SubDAO Network, and adjustments to the functionality of the SubDAO Network, etc.
• The Asset Vault component is the asset management component that provides the DAO within the DAO. All assets coming across the chain via Polkadot and other chain bridges and other assets on the chain are managed by Asset Vault.

Please advise if PolkaSign can be embedded into any document creation or approval tools? Has it been audited and confirmed to provide more flexibility compared to Adobe Sign for ex.? Thank you!

PolkaSign is a reliable Web3.0 application providing an electronic agreement signing service. PolkaSign uses the Substrate Framework based on the SubDAO network to develop, featuring both blockchain and decentralized storage. All details including signature, signer, agreement files list, etc. of the agreement are written with a smart contract on the blockchain, and can’t be maliciously tampered with.

The PolkaSign provides a dapp to handle agreement files(PDF only), co-signer, and links, to interact with decentralized storage and smart contracts on the blockchain. The smart contracts of PolkaSign are based on ink! and any substrate-based chain can adopt these smart contracts easily.

We invite two users, Alice and Bob, to help us to show the workflow of the PolkaSign. The main task is that Alice wants to sign an agreement with Bob

Alice compiles an electronic agreement with the PolkaSign, making the electronic agreement files are stored in the decentralized storage system.
Then Alice adds Bob’s wallet address as co-signer and signs the contract with her private key.
Alice shares the information of agreement with Bob.
When Bob launches the PolkaSign with his wallet, he will find the very agreement waiting for him to sign.

Everything is done when Bob approves and signs the agreement sent from Alice in PolkaSign.

GOV, short for “Governance”, is the native token of the SubDAO network. The total supply of GOV is 1 billion, with an annual inflation rate of 5%.

Functions of GOV token
Gas
GOV will function as a means of satisfying network fees natively. It will be required to execute DAO creating, voting, transactions, and other on-chain behaviors on SubDAO network.

Governance
GOV holders will each have the ability to vote on all aspects related to the management and administration of SubDAO Network, through governance, including governance action, referenda, network upgrades, council elections, and parameter adjustments, integrations, changes to incentives, and all other managerial functions.

Staking（Mining）Rewards / Network Incentive
GOV will be used as a token to incentivize users to try out our products as part of the Governance Mining program.

Payment for Service / Product
SubDAO will launch the General and Professional version of the Template Library for simple and complex DAO organizations of different types (Including decision-making mechanisms and management mechanisms). DAO Template requires paid GOV to use. SubDAO Treasury will support and reward developers to develop templates and allow them to charge the public for different GOV fees.

The SubDAO platform provides APY subsidies to pools in its native token GOV. The subsidy is based on LP tokens generated from pools. Meanwhile, LP token and the native token can be combined to farm in the GOV pool with a high APY, thereby realizing multiple reward sources.DAO organizations will continuously attract High APY so as to realize the cold start of the project and to establish a user base.
SubDAO will introduce the Defi farming mechanism for Genesis Farming with its APY continuously decreasing within the 6 months during farming.

Architecture

With state-of-art technology, SubDAO Labs can achieve the goal based on Substrate 2.0 and the Polkadot. The SubDAO project contains SubDAO node, Template Library, SubDAO Guard, Asset Vault, SubDAO Airfone, and Front End. Front End provides a Web UI for everyone to interact with the SubDAO network. Front End will provide such functionalities as creating a new DAO, defining a new DAO template, withdrawing personal assets, voting in DAO, and so on.

SubDAO Node

SubDAO Node is the customized chain node for the SubDAO network built by Substrate 2.0. It’s the fundament of the SubDAO network that contains the basic functionality as a normal chain node but also provides the ability to fetch external data needed for DAO governance with the OCW (Off-chain Worker) from Substrate 2.0 Framework

Template Library

Template Library consists of multiple contracts. The main functionalities of Template Library are managing and providing various DAO Templates for different types of organizations. Everyone has the right to define new DAO Templates according to their needs, while the SubDAO network provides some default DAO Templates such as Voting Template, Fund Template, VC (Venture Capital) Template, and so on.

SubDAO Guard

SubDAO Guard is the original DAO of the SubDAO network. It provides basic management functionalities. Every member of the SubDAO network can get involved in the SubDAO network governance through SubDAO Guard.

Asset Vault

Asset Vault is the smart contract to provide the basic features of managing assets for each DAO. Working together with DAO Template, the Asset Vault manages all kinds of assets, including the assets needed by creating a new DAO, the assets deposited by the governors of a DAO, and other assets.

SubDAO Airfone

SubDAO Airfone is the SDK for developers to connect their DApps with the DAOs created by themselves or others. It will be provided as a Javascript library at the beginning, and in other languages later. Developers can use the SubDAO Airfone to interact with the SubDAO network directly or build their DApps with the connection to DAO.

Front End

provides a Web UI for everyone to interact with the SubDAO network. All the users need to do is open the webpage deployed by the SubDAO Labs team or by users themselves to click the buttons following the manual. What are the use cases of the $GOV token and the benefits for long-term investor retention?

GOV, short for “Governance”, is the native token of the SubDAO network. The total supply of GOV is 1 billion, with an annual inflation rate of 5%.
Functions of GOV token
Gas
GOV will function as a means of satisfying network fees natively. It will be required to execute DAO creating, voting, transactions, and other on-chain behaviors on SubDAO network.
Governance
GOV holders will each have the ability to vote on all aspects related to the management and administration of SubDAO Network, through governance, including governance action, referenda, network upgrades, council elections, and parameter adjustments, integrations, changes to incentives, and all other managerial functions.
Staking（Mining）Rewards / Network Incentive
GOV will be used as a token to incentivize users to try out our products as part of the Governance Mining program.
Payment for Service / Product

The IDO for Ex-sport that was scheduled for early last month in partnership with FLY received a huge amount of entries before it(IDO) was canceled and moved to October 30th at 6:00 a.m. UTC. I just read on your telegram page that it has been moved again to the 15TH of November. So, how did you select users who participated in the first IDO with a fly? Were there compensated for the assets they used in participating in the IDO? Why has there been a recurrent shift in the IDO so far? Are we to expect that this newly assigned date will stand?

Toli Makris:
A: The IDO users are from the FLY community. FLY chose the users who can participate in the IDO based on their own internal processes.

We use the Ethereum Network, but the majority of the FLY community requested that we operate on a cheaper network. Since the delay in the IDO, we have now bridged onto the Polygon network which is a lot more cost-effective.

We are expecting everything for the new November date to be on track.

Right, unfortunately, the current gas fees a literally killing Ethereum’s Network usability 😓

I read that EX-Sports plans on rolling out “an integrated wallet that enhances user experience by simplifying the process of gathering collectibles.” Could you please deeply explain this concept? How does this wallet offer a better user experience? What techniques does it use to simplify the process? Further, almost all platforms create their own wallets now. Is your wallet also similar to those wallets? Is it only for the users of Ex-Sports?

Toli Makris:
The wallet is integrated within the EX Sports marketplace. It is able to contain the EXS token. Using the integrated single wallet users can buy, sell and trade NFT’s more efficiently within the ecosystem. They can also use EXS tokens to redeem for experiences with athletes and other services like merchandise.

Experiences with athletes? Do you mean it could also be possible to meet your favorite athlete?

Yes Meet & Greet, private sessions, video calls, signed merchandising, access to seminars, and whatever the athletes feel to offer their fans..

Legal compliance is one of your top priorities, which is why EX Sports will follow Singaporean authorities’ regulations regarding the token offering. Both collectibles and our EXS ecosystem token are classified as utility tokens under Singaporean law. Even though EX Sport’s location is in Singapore, it is an online global e-commerce platform that people from various countries trade on. So will you also seek out more legal compliance from various countries? Or does the license under Singaporean law covers any regulatory compliances? And are there any restrictions on countries that can’t use your platform? If yes, can you please us which? Thanks.

It is on a global front and not limited to Singapore only, we have legal advice regarding the utility token too. As there will always be changes to the legal compliances across countries, we will review our legal processes with our legal team on a country by country basis…

At this event, you will mint 10 NFT treasures from the Maradona estate which will be opened for bidding. Can you explain more about this event and the type of Maradona NFT treasures you will mint? Is it going to be a physical event in the Dubai location or can users join the event and the bidding process virtually from any geographical location? Since the name, Maradona is a brand, do you have any official partnership with Maradona or his family, and are the memorabilia such as Maradona uniforms, Jersey, or other items that will be won by participants directly gotten from his gallery and store?

The Maradona Exhibition and NFT Collection pre-launch was a great success in partnership with the World Football Collection and CV Labs. We minted 4 platinum edition NFTs of Maradona Memorabilia that was connected to actual physical items. So, with that in mind can you tell us more about each one of the benefits and advantages do you offer for each one of these groups? What can I as a fan and NFT collector of a certain sport do in EX-Sports that I won’t be able to do in any other platform dedicated to NFTs about Sports? And what benefits will you offer to the Athletes themselves and Federations so they will launch their collections in EX-Sports? How will you also verify the identity of these people signing up as famous Athletes and Federations?

Toli Makris:
As mentioned earlier, EX Sports is a platform that brings together fans and athletes from grassroots ‘underdog’ sports.

As a fan, you will be able to support your favorite athletes by buying their NFTs, as a majority of the revenue goes directly to the athlete. As many of the smaller sports do not have the same infrastructure for fans globally to support athletes through buying their memorabilia, EX Sports will help bridge this gap by bringing together fans and athletes from anywhere in the world.

For athletes, as touched on earlier, will directly earn income from the sale of their NFTs.As the athlete’s demand goes up, so will the value of their NFT, increasing the earnings they will receive. This also will incentive athletes to perform better and at a higher level, improving the overall development of the particular sport.

Additionally, athletes will also earn EXS, the platform’s native token, as a prize for winning real-life competitions.

The federations also receive a percentage of the NFT sale.

Verifying the athletes is the role of the federations. We have signed exclusive agreements with several sports federations like the JJIF (Ju-Jitsu), who will verify and validate all athletes registered to their sport.

Been that you want to offer some experiences to wider crypto and decentralized market, may we know how much of a collaborative effort and alliances you have forged with all of the respective sporting federations, how do these alliances transcend to profitable rewards for all parties including the ardent collector of your NFT sports cards? Can you also enlighten us on some notable events and sporting workshops planned within this quarter and Q1 2022?

We have many exclusive agreements in place, but the ones we are happy to share now are:

JJIF – Ju-Jitsu International Federation
IFMA International Federation of Muay Thai Amateurs
IPF – International Powerlifting Federation
WAKO – World Kickboxing Association

Each of these federations will verify the athletes from their sport, whose NFTs we will mint.

The federation directly benefits through receiving revenue from the sale of their athlete’s NFTs. They will also benefit through having their athletes more motivated to improve their own image and performance, leveling up the reputation and competitiveness of their sport.

Yes through sports. The goal of EX Sports is to support athletes and bring them closer together with fans, no matter where they are in the world. The only element of crypto is for is more in the blockchain element and currency used to transact. Through sports will reach wider communities and people across the world who are not yet involved in crypto.

$tita token used for summon NFT items, audit items, convert coin to tcoin, staking & governance participation, buy NFT items in marketplace. Tcoin token is utility token with no hard cap on supply

$tcoin token used for in game activity and in game upgrade.

Coin is ingame currency, it have same utility with tcoin. But coin is not token, it can not trade on exchange. Coin will be converted to tcoin if you want to sell to earn. You only need a email to create the game acc and play, that is all

No upfront cost needed to play the game. Regarding to chars. Indeed, we have ten of million chars for you guys, all of them are unique. Moreover, almost all projects reserve some tokens to release in case of emergency. I cannot see that type of allocation too? If you have to face any financial matters, how do you find funds to settle them? Why does your tokenomics differ from other projects?

Indeed, we have reserve for the team and foundation for futher development already as stated on the picture above

However, we raise enough fund for our team to focus on making the game in the next 2 years. So most of our revenue will give back to user. We are not greedy publisher. We’d think that best way to make our game to be love by huge community is give back properly to user.

Interesting question! We’re working on mobile game industry for many years, we know each game structures/models always have the strengths and weaknesses. That’s making the co-op mode well designed & balanced is our duty, titan hunters will make sure that the match making works perfectly to have a perfect combination of a team that fully applicable to defeat the boss in certern levels.

The system of titan hunters will also help to give the chance to join the boss fight with all types of users (pro & non-pro, newbie & verteran) then our community will have chance to growth together in the world that full of titans.

Players will have chance to know in advance what type of boss (elements, levels…) They will face to be prepared. The surprise parts is actually the other players just to keep the gameplay experience always fresh and fun each time we play. Titan hunters don’t want to create a game with 4 friends playing forever in the same battle and farming for rewards, leaving peoples that don’t have friends/experiences alone to move to other games. We care about the community in overal.

And yes, the co-op boss battle is a real time interation between players to players to the boss. This could be really interesting experience that we can’t wait to show to you guys. We’re all great fan of monster hunter, we really want to ship this awesome feeling into titan hunters too.

We don’t have the barriers in content between crypto & non-crypto users beside the fact that only crypto users are the one who really own the NFTs and is the only one who could sell it via the marketplace.

Loots and daily quest rewards will give materials & coins:

– materials will help users to summon gears which they will mint into NFTs if they want.

– coins will be the main currency to play titan hunters, but only that players can use it, if they want to trade those coins, they will need to mint it into tcoins so they can trade for money.

As i said above there’re only 2 types of tokens (tita & tcoin) & 1 off-chain currency coin. In fact, there’re 2 ways that you can adopt an NFTs in Titan Hunters

First Way:

You play the games and collect materials & coins, then you can come to the Smith and ask them to craft the items in the exactly rarity as you want. Indeed, higher rarity items demands more higher materials that you will need some works inside the game to have it. Once you have the items, you can decide to mint that item into NFT anytime that you want. However, higher rarity items need more $TITA to mint into the same level of rarity of the NFT.

Second Way:

You only need to pay $TITA to open the NFT Chest, we will have 3 types of Chests with different prices that will help our players (mostly crypto players) to instantly have a fair amount of NFTs item to play the game instantly. This is the early benefit of crypto players too.

Before Quidd, I have spent 3 years in The Topps Company which is best known as a leading producer of sports and pop culture trading cards and collectibles. I’ve also spent a total of 7 years in Nokia and Microsoft as Head of Product and Lead Product Manager respectively.

Quidd is the world’s first – yes first – marketplace for digital collectibles…

On Quidd, collectors can buy, hold, and sell their digital collectibles – off-chain – or they can choose to mint their digital collectibles on-chain, to their blockchain of choice…

It is a marketplace and you can download and use the app on iOS and Android — just visit your App Store or Google Play Store, and look for Quidd. You can also use Quidd on the web (our website is in beta and only about 20% of the full functionality of the native mobile apps), at https://market.onquidd.com…

Basically, on Quidd, you can create an account, get a wallet and a collection, deposit funds into your wallet to buy new packs of new digital collectibles content; of the collectibles you receive, you can either hold them and use them to “complete sets” in your collection, or you can sell them to other collectors….

Much of this happens off-chain today (in order to keep technical hurdles and costs low), but in the near future, you’ll be able to take your most valuable digital collectibles and MINT THEM to your blockchain of choice….

In this regard, collecting on Quidd reflects how physical trading card collecting works, whether it is basketball cards or Pokemon cards. You have fun opening packs, but only about 5% of what you own is super-valuable; it is that 5% you want to authenticate, grade, insure, and vault (for safe-keeping) …. to us, that’s where NFTs and the blockchain comes in because, really, it’s the perfect application of blockchain technology — e.g., “own a very valuable digital collectible? Move it on-chain to protect it and own it forever!”

I found out that with Quidd that there are over 100 brands to collect on Quidd, including:
Disney, Steven Universe, Adventure Time, Game of Thrones, Naruto: Shippuden Archer. So, how can we collect those cards or stickers? Is there any minimum amount of cards or stickers to collect? Since your cards are from different brands, do you have any permission from those brands to be able to sell those cards in the Quidd app? As a new to your platform, can you tell us how we can utilize those cards and stickers? If we buy many cards or stickers, can we get a discount or promotion price from Quidd? Thank you

Thank you for the question; let me unpack the answers for you…

1/ All brands available to collect on Quidd are officially licensed by the original rights owner. For instance, if you see a Naruto Shippuden digital trading card on Quidd, it is because we or our publishing partners had a contract in place that definitively stated, “you can make Naruto digital collectibles.” So, everything available to collect from Quidd is official and authentic and the real deal…

2/ Now, these digital trading cards and digital 3D figures — these collectibles — are available to buy in two ways. First, you can buy them in packs from our storefront. Second, you can buy them directly from another collector at a fixed price. You can purchase these collectibles, off-chain, without having to hold a crypto-currency. If you have an App Store account and use IAP on your iPhone, you can easily deposit fiat into your Quidd wallet and use those funds to buy collectibles. It cuts out a TON of steps in the NFT buying process by doing this!

Andrés M. | Satoshi Club:
Are the NFTs only for collectors or do at least some of them have different use-cases?

Michael Bramlage:
3/ In terms of the number of digital collectibles to collect, we’ve released over 70,000 unique digital collectibles into circulation over the last 5 years. Each of these collectibles receives a serial number (e.g., #1, #2, etc.) AND, as you can imagine, the low number of collectibles are super valuable. We have #1 items selling for thousands of dollars. You can collect a lot or a little, but be aware there is a lot of value #1 items available on Quidd…

Great question…

Some of these items will have future capabilities. You could imagine us selling 3D voxel figures on Quidd that you can mint and use as accessories or outfits or avatars on the Sandbox metaverse…

But for now, most of our collectibles have collectible value — you buy them because you like the character or the brand because you want something rare that only you own, you want to complete a set in your collection, and you want to have status in the app.

NFT IS the future of any scarce digital object — whether it is a trading card, a game piece, or a piece of art. The NFT format helps ensure permanence and portability, which are all rights of “true ownership” — we are thrilled to have been, really, the first to DO digital collectibles over 5 years ago and also thrilled to offer our collectors the ability to mint their off-chain collectibles ON-CHAIN. As a result, we think we’re the best “front door” for newbs and no-coiners to learn about NFTs. Our adoption model is: get an awesome collectible off-chain, fall in love with it, and decide to mint it on-chain, to your chain of choice, because you want to own it forever!

I think our approach will win over crypto haters. This is why we’re so excited about the project.

Do you have copyright protection? At what point do you consider copyright violation? for example, if I make a copy of famous NFT Bored Ape or Crypto Punk etc., and post it on your marketplace, will you block such a sale? After all, in this case, if I add a few small very subtle touches of my own, it will be my work, with my creativity and it will be impossible to say that I violated the rights. But at the same time, it’s up to you, the owner of the market.

Another great question…

Some marketplaces are working like the Google Play Store (everything submitted is auto-published and only taken down later) while some work like the Apple App Store (everything submitted goes through developer review and only the authentic stuff gets approved and published) … Quidd is just like the Apple App Store. Everything in circulation is reviewed and approved, by licensors, before it is published into the marketplace….

So yes, we would not allow counterfeit or modified punks or apes to appear in our marketplace today.

There is an interesting case here that isn’t quite covered. What if you, owning a digital collectible in Quidd, could “draw on the card” thereby making the art truly, truly unique — what happens then? Well, in our construct, you could sell it to another collector and earn your proceeds (gross sales price minus sales fee equals your proceeds) and from the sales fee, we’d remit payment to the licensor. In effect, your “marking on the digital collectible” doesn’t block the underlying rightsholder from collecting their royalty; your “marking” should enhance the value of the collectible, which is captured by the owner via the gross sales price).

Hope this makes sense. Think of it as an autograph “on top of” a card. The alteration of the item doesn’t make this new “derivative work” something to voids the original piece, it just enhances it on top of the original.

What impacts did these backings have on the development of Quidd and what happen soon? From their backings, are there any win-win benefits that you will also give back from their backings? For this platform that shares their support in your platform, did you consider them for future collaboration or there is already an ongoing partnership with those platforms? Thank you

There are ABSOLUTELY win-win benefits. I’ll explain…

I like to think that Quidd being in the Animoca Brands family is like combining the best of “real-world collecting” with “the world of crypto”…

You see, I came up in the world of trading cards and have been fortunate to learn a little bit about real collectors. Think of the millions of people that collect basketball cards, or Pokemon cards, or sneakers, etc.

This group knows of NFTs — how could they not!? — but they haven’t fully embraced NFTs. It’s a new technology, it’s new terminology, and it’s a new format that kinda renders their old collection unusable or irrelevant (e.g., all this cardboard I bought over 10 years isn’t relevant in the world of apes and punks and axies, etc.)…

This is where Quidd comes in, with the support of Animoca Brands. We have — and will continue — to reach out to the newbs and no-coiners and get them comfortable, first, with digital collectibles, and then from there, we’ll migrate them into NFTs because they will see beyond the “NFT hype” and into the real value of NFTs — e.g., I bought this digital collectible, I love it, It’s worth something, but ‘oh crap’, how do I ensure I can own it forever and hand it down to my son or daughter in 15 years!

So, from an audience standpoint, Quidd is the front-end, Animoca Brands is the bridge to the back-end (crypto, blockchains, NFTs)…

But it is more than that.

Everybody talks about interoperability and Ready-Player-One metaverse scenarios.

Because the Animoca umbrella encompasses marketplaces (like Quidd), games (like Gamee), and metaverses (like The Sandbox) is it far easier and encouraged to great these on-chain interoperable tie-ups — e.g., buy a 3D figure on Quidd, mint it, and use it on your plot of land in The Sandbox. We’re not announcing anything today, but you can probably see where this is going. 🙂

Great explanation, talking about it, have you considered implementing physical versions of the NFTs? Some collectors still love the feeling of having their favorite collectible item on their hands.

Is coming, definitely, your answers are so complete, that’s what our community loves👏😁

We have, though haven’t announced anything. Ultimately, all of us in the NFT space need to recognize it isn’t “just us” — there’s a big world out there. In order to grow NFTs to a billion holders and for us to realize all this potential we see, we can’t stay in our own world, we have to go out to newbs and no-coiners and skeptics and bring them in, but bring them in on terms that THEY, not WE necessarily understand…

That’s why it’s a bit disingenuous when other NFT companies talk about reaching the next billion, but then build features for the diehard NFT whales. In other words, “one NFT selling for $1,000,000 isn’t cool; selling 1,000,000 NFTs at $1 apiece is cool.” That’s our motto.

And to get there, you’ve got to engage with the skeptics and most physical trading card collectors are skeptical. So, to your question on physical…we have nothing official to announce today, but in the future, we are very keen to ingest physical collectibles and turn them into digital collectibles, fully tradeable on Quidd and mintable on-chain…

Absolutely. But first some context. We’ve spent the last 2.5 years heads-down building, building, building. We have NOT been marketing, at all. The world does not know about us yet, which we think is a good thing as this makes Quidd a hidden gem, and very “early days.” Starting next year (Q1 2022), you’re going to see a significant ramp in our marketing and community efforts, allowing us to truly reach 10s of millions of collectors. To get there, we’ll be activating our existing community via ambassador groups, referral programs, etc….

What kind od advanced features will you integrate on Quidd Mainnet version? Most platforms conduct events, contests along with the beta versions with the aim of getting higher interaction of users. Thanks. First, download the mobile app first. You can buy packs and compete in collecting metagames in there, while on the web, you can only buy/sell for cash with other collectors. Eventually, the full features of the app (buying packs, viewing leaderboards, unlocking awards, displaying collectibles, etc.) will be mirrored on the web and the web will “catch up” to the apps.

Second, we’re actively working on testnet and expect to deploy our first audited contracts to mainnet very soon. That, and allowing our collectors to associate their wallet addresses with their Quidd accounts will happen very, very soon. These are both precursors to off-chain-to-on-chain minting of digital collectibles AND for doing airdrops of the QUIDD token to our community of collectors! So, create an account and in a matter of days you’ll be able to associate your wallet and mint into it as well as receive QUIDD token in a few weeks… 🙂

• Burning/Bulk Sales: burn digital collectibles out of circulation or sell them, in bulk, to other collectors

Currency

• $QUIDD: the release of the QUIDD token!
• Wallet Integration: QUIDD token becomes primary transactional currency in the marketplace

Storage

• Minting to Ethereum: escrow, delete and transfer your item off-chain into an ERC-721 on Ethereum, tradeable on OpenSea, with full collection layer integration (so you can view off-chain and on-chain collectibles all from a single collections interface)

The primary transactional currencies on Quidd in the future will be QUIDD token (ERC-20) and USD.

I think what is nice about the QUIDD token is it is not a meme coin — it has utility in our marketplace that is in the app and will eventually live across a network of third-party apps and games and metaverses (that we interop with, on-chain). That said, it’s very early days for us. I can’t imagine what this will look like in Q2 when we turn on the marketing in Q1! 🙂

As Quidd is a multi-chain project what will be the blockchain that will you implement to bridge with your tokens?

MULTI-CHAIN … this is very important to us. Our role is to be the most collector-friendly place to collect digital collectibles and NFTs. As a result, our approach is to integrate with all the major chains and educate the collector on which chain to choose, but ultimately, it is their decision because it is their collectible! Perhaps a collector would be fine with high gas fees as long as it gave them access to a very large ecosystem of interoperable apps, games, and metaverses. So, our role: provide as many chain integrations as possible. Collector’s role: decide. The chains we like and are prioritizing are Ethereum, WAX, Flow, Solana, BSC, and Harmony…

I read that within Quidd we can win an award, which is a special item that is earned by completing sets of tasks. How does this work? How often are these tasks published and assigned? Will all users who complete the tasks receive the award or are there limited quantities?

Great question. We believe in COMPLETIONISM. Basically, we all love to “collect them all”, which means getting all the items necessary to complete a set. As a result, all-digital collectibles on Quidd are released in a set, of which there could be 8 items or up to 80 items. Collectors find it thrilling to open packs and buy/sell on the aftermarket in order to complete the set. But, we do more. We will score your collection of the set based on the serial numbers on the items you own and use that score to rank you versus other collectors. If you rank high enough, say “top 10” you’ll unlock an even more rare “one of 10” award item. It’s pretty fun! 🙂

Quidd seems to serve mostly off-chain works and collectors. How do you plan to attract fans who don’t have money or don’t understand art but want to invest and make money?

Michael Bramlage:
This is very important to us. The extreme success of NFTs is almost a problem because as NFT prices rise, they become inaccessible to a newb or no-coiner. Like, if you didn’t buy ETH in 2016 or 2019, how do you “get into NFTs” without taking out a mortgage on your home. This, we feel, is an advantage we have in selling items first off-chain for post-ownership minting on-chain — it allows no-coiners, you know, like 6 billion people — to buy their first digital collectible cheaply and easily, say in $0.50 packs. And then, from there if they pull something amazing will naturally find their way on-chain to the power of NFTs. Net-net: we will fight to keep pack prices very low to appeal to the mainstream…

We’ve been around for 5 years and intend to be around for another 95 more. The roadmap is sick for 2022, but the best part is, that is only our 6th year and there are many more to go. Long-term, I think we’ll be the de facto “collection interface layer” for all your collectibles, regardless of format (physical, digital, NFT) and regardless of the chain.
