Regarding item amount you can use in battle, its pretty

Well it actually came naturally. We have quite a bit written on the backstory of where the players begin and why. What happened to the world. And what is yet to uncover. So in short – the Engine is the central point of the game’s history, which is used to upgrade and forge weapons and armor so that the humanity could take back the world. We are going to be releasing the full lore of the game gradually. Its not going to be as complex and deep as Game of Thrones, but it will definitely come sooner than the promised books haha!

an algo trader. After working there, I transitioned into the crypto space and
was an early member of Alameda/FTX as a trader. I graduated from UC Berkeley

Can you please tell us more about how the deposit and withdrawal of funds in your liquidity pools will take place? What are the main benefits for Swim pools users?

Yes, both BUSD and USDT will be supported by Swim on the
Binance Smart Chain network! To deposit into our pools, users simply need to
connect their respective wallets for any of our supported chains (ex. Phantom
for Solana, Metamask for BSC/Ethereum) and select the intended network to
receive their Swim LP token. We allow the option for users to receive their LP
token on any of our supported networks! At launch, liquidity providers will
collect trading fees proportional to their allocation into Swim’s pools. After
our Alpha launch and shortly after, users will also be given the option to
stake their LP token to earn additional yield.

According to the brief description you have provided, users can bridge easier by only using native assets, native gas tokens and wallets. How does it differ from other bridges that use bridge wrapped assets? Please explain about the benefits of choosing your platform in terms of convenience, cost and user experience. Is bridging with native assets a unique concept of Swim? If yes, how did this idea come to your mind? Have you done any research before introducing a whole new concept?

we just do AMA with Avalanche yesterday they are also great chain

Swim ensures a bridging experience that provides users with
a native asset that is fungible and has utility on the destination chain.
Bridge UIs can sometimes be confusing and small missed steps can lead to a
wrapped version of the token on the destination chain that has either no
liquidity or no utility, leading to a suboptimal user experience.
Swim provides a seamless process with minimal steps involved
to ensure that the user can easily bridge assets in native asset form which is
indeed unique to Swim. In our view, a cross-chain token bridge should allow
users to receive the canonical, or most commonly used, form of that token, and
not a proprietary wrapped version that may or may not be canonical. Our goal is
to build such a protocol, paving the way for true interoperability between all
blockchains.

Given that our team has been in the DeFi space for a while
and has been witnessing an influx of new users to the ecosystem, we found that dealing
with wrapped assets can be a barrier to entry for lots of new retail users.
After thoroughly analyzing and using several other bridges, our team designed
Swim as a comprehensive platform, improving upon any hurdles and optimizing for
the best user experience in mind.

Can you tell us a little more about the Swim Protocol governance process? Will there be a token whose exclusive function is governance or will the SWIM token be used for this purpose as well? In order for users to have the minimum required voting power, how many governance tokens must they have? On what aspects and parameters of the Swim Protocol ecosystem will the community have a vote?

We’ve largely taken inspiration from Curve and Sushi’s
governance models. There will not be another token solely for governance, the
SWIM token will be used for this purpose as well. Almost all aspects of the
protocol will be governed. Features to prioritize: bounties for features, fee
parameters, slippage curve, various details around the buy and burn model etc.

The listed bridging mechanisms are not all necessarily
integrated with Swim. We listed these in our whitepaper to juxtapose and
provide a holistic assessment of the existing ways to bridge assets across
chains.
Swim is built on top of Wormhole, a Proof of Authority (PoA)
bridge. This means that Wormhole guardians are selected by Solana and borrow
trust from the main chain, making it virtually as secure as Solana itself.
Security is an integral part of any bridging experience and we felt it was
necessary to ensure safe transactions as a vital first step in creating the
protocol.

Like some other platforms do, do you offer any discounts on fees if users hold your platform tokens or pay fees with them? When compared to similar protocols, does you charge a lower fee? this is largely similar to stableswaps. Likewise, the fee parameters are not
designed to be user specific and the same fees will apply to every user. We
charge the standard fee that most stableswaps charge.

Have you secured some important partnership regarding these features already? Our team is working hard to integrate and improve
composability within the DeFi landscape. In doing so, we have reached out
within our network to integration partners we think would make the most sense
to simultaneously expand and grow our respective protocols. While we have a
bunch of integrations lined up with different types of protocols, we think that
all partners are important for us. We have thoroughly discussed on ways to
partner and are confident that our integrations are best in space.

We view wrapped assets as a hurdle for retail DeFi users as it is difficult to navigate. By eliminating this barrier to entry, Swim allows users to avoid the hassle of wrapping/unwrapping assets to arrive at a version of the token that is both fungible and has liquidity on the destination chain. This way, users can simply swap assets across chains, providing for a seamless user experience

That’s a very good question. Our product was built with the mindset of a defi-power user as well as someone who is branching out to another chain for the first time. A lot of our user experience design takes into account these feedbacks. Our goal is to build a swap that users feel comfortable using because they’ve done something similar rather than a piece of technology that looks foreign to them. On a protocol level, we are partnering with KOLs whose audience spans through both non-crypto natives as well as power users. We hope that as more users are onboarded to our platform, they will find utility and added benefit from our product that will eventually translate positively to our token

Avocado Guild started off as a project to help lend NFTs to
scholars and profit share whatever is earnt. As we continued to scale this, we
got to know our scholars and the members of our community. We realised we were
in a position that could really make a difference to alot of people’s lives. We
identified that the market of P2E was at its infancy and there was a huge opportunity to play a part in
growing this market. I gathered my team, people that I have worked with
previously, and we started building, scaling and developing the tools required
to really make an impact that giving providing p2e to as many people as we
could

In Avocado Guild, we don’t just lend you the NFTs. We also
educate the scholars on how to play the games, and the exposure they now have
to crypto based on their activities and contribution in these games and digital
economies. We look after the scholars by educating them and giving them

invite those in need to join our scholarship program.

scale our scholars into. Axie is the first that has opened the doorway to play2earn,

And this Private round was led by some renowned investors such as Animoca Brands and QCP Soteria Node(QSN) etc. So tell us before the private funding round begins,was there a kind of valuation of Avocado? What will the revenue generated from your private round be used for? Why did you opt for the Series A funding? Are your investors from traditional venture capital firm? Do you also have plans to make it to Series B, Series C etc? Please tell us the allocated % that will later be given to your investors. Thanks

The investors that came in on the 218m valuation round gets
tokens pro-rated to the investment amount. We gathered majority of our
investors for their strategic significance, it was not just capital. We
actually started the round much smaller than 18m and we were over subscribed to
22m+. Prior to the raise everything was funded by the team itself. We had over
3k scholars at the beginning of the raise. The revenue generated on that
private round was used to scale our operations in axie infinity, build out
better tech to help with scaling and managing that scaling. We are currently at
over 10k scholars in Axie. We are still hiring talent from all over the world
and also investing as we build up future p2e games and various platforms that
benefit the blockchain p2e space.

We also have traditional VC firms as well, but generally
opted not to go with them. Crypto based investors understand the space a lot
better.

We see that Play-to-Earn games and NFTs are the most growing markets in crypto world for the moment with fantastic perspectives in future. However, the idea of gaming guilds is not so popular. Could you explain the specific mission and purpose behind “Avocado Guild”? Why would it be beneficial to invest in your platform? Besides of that, what does the presence of such partners as Elpis Battle, Cyball, Sipher or Thetan Arena provide you in a long run?

I actually beg to differ. The idea of gaming guilds is very
popular. It’s not understood, because of the early development of such a
concept. Gaming guild popularity can be seen by the amount they’ve raised and
the valuations of their token market cap. I personally see guilds having the
ability in future to capture and grow huge communities that are able to earn
significant money, be educated about crypto and have access to DeFi and many
new exciting Crypto based technologies. Guilds themselves might even be seen as
index funds for investing in many different games and their genres as well as
the gaming market as a whole

The purpose behind Avocado Guild is to build out the
ecosystem of this new exciting market. I personally see it as the new internet
in combination with the release of a huge social platform that is able to

Avocado Guild purchases in-game items of different P2E and NFT projects and lends them out to play-to-earn game players in return for a share of rewards earned by the players. Also you run a “scholarship programs” where a manager of a guild lends in-game assets to a scholar for Rewards split between the manager and the scholar. What are the requirements for players to access your in-game items lending service and what are the advantages of lending these in-game items from your platform over purchasing them directly from their games platforms? Which P2E in-game items do you currently supports? Can you elaborate on the scholarship programs, who can be a guild manager and how the rewards split will be implemented?

Not everyone has the means to purchase these items and NFTs.
Currently in Axie NFTs can cost anywhere between $250 usd to 1k usd for
something decent. This may be affordable to people in rich western countries,
but to some other communities this is life changing money. As the industry scales
and triple A games enter we might be expecting game playable NFTs to cost
upwards of 10k to buy to 100k? 1/2 a million? At that stage.. it would make
more sense to borrow. We facilitate the lending of the NFT so the scholars
don’t have any upfront cost and therefore exposure to risk.

I see a world where NFTs will become even more expensive and
gameplay will become more complex and rewards much more rewarding. When that
happens. Even the rich might consider borrowing NFTs if it makes economic sense

better NFTs in other games such as Thetanarena on top of Axie. When they have
better NFTs in some games you can earn more! Our guild members are so close
with each other that they’ve formed great friendship bonds and through bonds
they can even help each other out in games like Thetanarena which compounds the
amount of fun they have as well as cohesively helps them work together to
achieve a higher win outcome and therefore earn more again.

disclosed. We also have very interest staking contracts which we are developing
that can benefit the community and the token holders ofcourse. This will be

exciting. We plan to sign more amazing partnerships in future to benefit the

I used to manage a guild in world of warcraft. We had 200 people in our guild and I was the guild leader. That was very difficult because of the time zone difference. Coordinating a raid was hard. Therefore we chose PH and IND because geographically they are close together, but in terms of crypto based P2E knowledge, they are already partially onboarded and understand this opportunity better than other parts of the world. Start with the lowest hanging fruit and slowly then grow our operations to cover a larger area is our plan.

We have used all the yielded SLP to reinvest and grow our scholarship hence the size. Market being depressed happens. Markets go up and down, but as a builder this shouldn’t affect me as much because I plan to be around for a long time. Our scholars will benefit from many different games not just one. It will all just take time.

Currently we can only do offline events in areas where we have scholars. In future as we expand we want to be able to facilitate larger scale disaster relief in terms of funding and actual ground support. This is really close to our hearts. For now, Indonesia and Philippines already needs a lot of support. I think we can dedicate a fair deal of time helping them there then slowly move towards other areas.

Avalanche is a top smart contracts platform in the industry.
It’s a multi-chain platform that allows for many use cases. So far we’ve seen
typical use cases like DEX’s, NFT platforms and the like built on Avalanche.
We’ve also seen novel use cases starting to be built on us including ILO’s,
short for initial litigation offering. A way for defendants in court cases to
crowdfund their litigation cases. Anyways, Avalanche is built for the speed of
finance and is blazingly fast (under 1 second finality), low cost (most
transactions cost ~$0.25 USD), and it’s eco-friendly (using about a 1000x less
energy than Ethereum).

Thanks for your question! Avalanche is great choice to trade on and use the full suite of dapps avaliable. First things first, I’d recommend checking our defi dapps here: https://ecosystem.avax.network/marketplace?tag=defi
You’ll find that the user experience is almost matched to
web 2 from the perspective of how fast transactions finalize. For instance if
you were to use a DEX on Avalanche you’d find your transactions will go through
and finalize within 1 second. Try for yourself and you’ll see, it almost feels
like magic
The same goes for withdrawing/depositing/sending funds,
transactions will finalize within a second and you’ll be ready to move on with
your crypto journey.
As far as restrictions on Avalanche. There aren’t any,
Avalanche is completely open-source and allows anyone to build and use
Avalanche no matter where you live, no matter what your income is, and no
matter how long you’ve been using the platform. It’s approachable whether you
are a novice or a crypto veteran.

Wow! A lot here, let me try to get to it all. I think we’ve made tremendous progress in the just over a year that Avalanche has been on mainnet. The platform has gone from top 50 to top 10. The platform gone from 0 users to 10’s of thousands per day. The platform has gone from 5 integrations to now almost 400 (https://www.avax-projects.com/). From $0 TVL to almost $20B TVL. From 0 community members to over 1.3M community members. From a handful to over 1,200 validators. I could go on forever
I think this growth is more than we even dreamed about when
Avalanche first went to mainnet, however we are still just getting started. The
new year is right around the corner, and we are excited to deliver the best
products in crypto and give Avalanche users an edge over other ecosystems
through the benefits that Avalanche inherantly offers.

Yeah, the Avalanche Bridge is one of Avalanche’s cornerstone
products. It allows users to transfer liquidity from Ethereum to Avalanche. It
is also one of the most secure bridges in the industry because of the
underlying technology. I’d encourage users to give it a try if they have
liquidity on Ethereum to bridge it over to Avalanche and try some of
Avalanche’s dapps. We find that most people once they bridge over, they never
bridge back
P.S. If you bridge over $75+ of assets, you’ll get a small
AVAX airdrop for gas to try out some Avalanche dapps.

cap is set at 720M. So AVAX is naturally deflationary. You can see that
Avalanche has already burned $56M worth or 530k of AVAX since Avalanche went on
mainnet. That will reduce the overall cap as time goes on.

One of the interesting and unique feature of Avalanche blockchain is that out of any proof-of-stake protocol, it is said that you have the highest number of validators securing your operational activities. While it is necessary to incorporate more validators into blockchain validation operations, it is equally necessary to keep them as decentralized as possible in order to remove instances of bias. Can you explain haw your validators are formed or aggregated and who can become one? What is the difference between your Primary Validator and Subnet Validators? Also, I saw that you will not implement any punishment or slashing. How then do you intend to ensure your validators are of good behaviour at all times if there is no punishment check? What methods are you using to incentivise good behaviour and discourage any form bad behaviours of validators within the Avalanche ecosystem?

We currently have over 1,2000 unique block-producing validators. These validators are highly decentralized runnning all over the world on different setups from cloud setups to custom setups. Validators are vital to the proper function of the network so it’s not just important that they are physically decentralized but also decentralized from a hardware and software perspective. All validators have to validate the primary network and in
the future if they opt to validate subnets they can choose to do so or not
depending on the the permissions/rules set by the subnet.
Avalanche platform doesn’t have slashing because we think
it’s a bad method for running the network. The only type of punishment that the
network has is that if a validator behasves badly or have uptime below 90%,
they can lose their staking reward and so can their delegators, so they are
incentived to act properly and provide exceptional uptime.

is it expensive to run a validator node on your network? how
many coins person should hold for this? and im wonder if these coins have to be
locked in some period of time?

It is not actually. You can run a validator well on
something as simple as a Raspberry Pi (costs <$40). That being said, the
platform has a high threshold with regards to staking requirements per
validator. That number is currently 2,000 AVAX minimum that needs to be staked
to each validator in order to be included in validation/consensus. Someone can
choose to validate for as short as 24 hours or as long as one year. After the
validation period ends, one can choose to restake and begin validating again or
choose to perform another action on the network.

Avalanche’s core is the Primary Network, composed of 3 interoperable blockchains, respectively known as the Exchange Chain (X-Chain), Platform Chain (P-Chain), and Contract Chain (C-Chain). The X-Chain is used to mint new digital assets, while the C-Chain is primarily used for smart contract execution and interaction, similar to Ethereum’s Virtual Machine. La sección de Pool-X es un servicio que ofrece KuCoin para generar ingresos pasivos a través de staking, ya sea mediante productos de staking fijo, es decir, que tienes que bloquear tus monedas por un periodo de tiempo determinado.
O mediante productos de staking flexible, en los que no hay necesidad de bloquear tus monedas, y recibes recompensas diariamente solo por tenerlas en la parte de Pool-X.
Sin duda, esta es una excelente opción para todos aquellos que son holders y van a largo plazo, para sacarle un mayor rendimiento a sus monedas, mientras llega el To The Moon

El KYC en KuCoin no es obligatorio y se está trabajando para que siga así.
Uno de los cambios que se ha realizado para evitar guerras ha sido bajar el límite de retirada diaria sin KYC de 5 BTC a 1 BTC, cuantos de aquñi retirais más de 1 BTC diario ????
De todas formas algo importante, si comenzais con el KYC, ya teneis que terminarlo, ya que la plataforma se queda pendiente del KYC. repetimos, no es necesario, pero habrá servicios que no estarán disponibles si no lo haceis:
