One major aspect of your project is the NFT’s and Funding program whereby proposed inventions would have an NFT to represent fundraiser which will require the sales of NFT’s. Presently your NFT marketplace is not readily available. What alternative medium do you utilize to advertise these products and NFT’s? How do you intend to raise more funds for these inventions? Also, according to your workflow, not all projects submitted by members of DAO will be choosen. What are the requirements do you look for in a project before been choosen for funding?
To sustain the goal of bringing technology and scientific innovations to the world, Science DAO aims to integrate scientific funds, institutions and universities together simultaneously. How will this integration help in the creation of Scientific DAO? What relationship does Science DAO share with these institutions? For Retailers and other users, the Science DAO affords the ability to store users crypto holdings in an
adjacent industry that moves in its own trajectory with its own growth cycle. With an expert advisory
panel with access to profound deal flow the probability of finding predictable trajectories for startups
increases. If I get this right, it means as a retailer, if I decide to store my holdings with Science DAO, a third party industry will be involved that will ensure the progress of my assets according to that industry’s trajectory. Meaning if the industry experience an uptrend market, my holdings will appreciate and if it experiences a downtrend in the market, my holdings will depreciate? I would like you to explain more so I can understand well how this works? If my holdings will be stored by an assistant industry, how guaranteed and safe are my assets with this industry? Risk capital refers to funds allocated to speculative activity and used for high-risk, high-reward investments. Any money or assets that are exposed to a possible loss in value is considered risk capital, but the term is often reserved for those funds earmarked for highly speculative investments. I’m quite aware that the Science DAO will enable crypto investors to put their crypto value into a new asset. And this will help funds gain access to new deal flow with the opinion of experts in those related industries without having to seek consultation. It would foster growth for inventors and entrepreneurs that are still in need for RISK CAPITAL. As a Crypto investor, how certain am I that my assets are secured and can you please shed more light on your security? Like is Science DAO Audited? Moreover, an investor needs to ensure that only a portion of total capital is considered risk capital. I read that in order to help shine those brilliant minds that never get the opportunity to showcase or build upon their innovations, one of The Science DAO’s goals is to bring cutting edge technology and scientific breakthroughs to the masses. However, if I’m honest with you, I don’t understand completely how will this be beneficial for them? How will this cutting edge techonology and scientific breakthroughs help those geniuses that can be found in today’s society? How will exactly The Science DAO help them with their biggest problems such as insufficient funding and the inability to bring their ideas to fruition?
I noted that members of Science DAO will be able to submit projects for funding but not all projects submitted will be chosen. Nevertheless, I was made to understand that projects that don’t receive funding directly from the DAO will have the potential to garner support from individuals within the DAO. What standards must be met in order for projects to be chosen? What do you look out for in projects? Is there a certain number that must not be exceeded when choosing projects? How will projects that don’t receive funding from the DAO gather support from individuals within the DAO? And in what ways will the support of community members within the DAO be of benefit to projects that don’t receive funds?
I read on your website that The Science DAO will be focused on different areas of research among the Health, Technological and Natural Science fields. But, what caught my attention about it, is that there are a certain amount of deparments where you plan to focused on. So, this made me wonder, will it be possible for other kinds of scientific researches outside those areas mentioned on your website to get funded and support by The Science DAO? For example, if someone within the Health industry wants to conduct a study about new dentistry techniques and innovations, which is an area you didn’t mention to be focusing on, will they be allow to present their project and even receive the support they migh need from you?
You mainly focus on three areas, Health and Environment, Computing and Technology, and Natural Science. Is there a special reason to select these areas? I am asking this because I could not see your project has paid any attention to social sciences. Are social scientists not allowed to submit their projects? Your main goal is to empower inventors. Then why don’t you consider them as “inventors”?
Reading about your tokenomics, I noticed that you have not allocated any portion of your token supply to offer funds to the inventors. There is a 35% allocation for the Ecosystem and a 18% allocation for the Treasury. Do you utilise those funds to distribute grants to the inventors? Or do you only connect investors and inventors to distribute investors’ funds to inventors? Please clearly explain about the income sources that are relevant to distributing funds to the inventors.
You have compared your project with Venture Capital and Grants. Is there a special reason to select these two competitors? According to the comparison, you are the only platform that has no geographical restrictions. Does this mean that ScienceDao is the only place available for inventors accross the globe to apply for funds? Or are there any platforms that have not been mentioned there? In addition to your strengths, didn’t you find any weaknesses compared to Venture Capital and Grants?
I read that on The Science DAO, those projects that want to recieve funds and support by The Science DAO must be vetted first by “The Advisory Panel”, so, can you give us more details about this said Advisory Panel? How many members constitute the Advisory Panel and where do they come from? Are they choosen by the Science DAO’s community or are they selected because of the knowledge they have? What kind of vetting process do this new possible projects have to go through? What kind of aspects does this Advisory Panel evaluate on them? Going by the name of your project (TheScienceDAO), one would expect that your project activities are expected to be governed by a Decentralized Autonomous Organisation of ecosystem users. The First question is about anti-bot and blacklist snipers, even though the contract and the name are unknown, the project will most likely be sniped or botted, in this case what measures will be taken? (such as blacklist, etc.)

I went through your 7-man list advisory panel and after researching on each of the names mentioned, their qualifications and fields of study, I have no doubts about the panel. My Question: How did you choose the team? how will you ensure fairness and transparency in decisions made by the advisory panel? How is the operations of the advisory panel conducted? In addition, it is not possible to say that every scientific research has reached a result that will enable to earn money. I think institutional investors can allocate funds for scientific research. However, most retail investors make short-term investments and turn to a new crypto project if they don’t get the profit they hoped for in the short term.
