  1. Oasis Network utilizes two components, the Consensus Layer and the ParaTime Layer. We all know that every network and blockchain requires a consensus layer/mechanism for it to run, however, this will be the first time I’ll be hearing a network using a ParaTime Layer. Would you be please familiarize us with your ParaTime Layer? Can you discuss with us how it works and how it made Oasis Network run efficiently? What makes your ParaTime Layer unique and different from other network’s technology layers?

  2. I noticed that besides from being a blockchain network, Oasis Foundation also offers an educational feature under its “The Oasis University Program” program. What would be the courses and subjects under this program of yours? Will it be open for everyone or only selected few? I would also like to know if there is an initial payment/fee for applying on your Oasis University Program?

  3. I’ve found out that Oasis Foundation, together with “Metamind”, has an accelerator program under its nest. Firstly, can you please discuss with us the structure of your accelerator program/platform? How is this different from the launchpads/fundraising programs and platforms we see in the market everyday? Aside from the funds, are there additional benefits/perks that an application project can get for collaborating with Oasis and Metamind under the accelerator program?

  4. From the first segment of the Oasis documentation, I read that The Oasis Network’s impressive scalability is achieved through a cutting-edge set of features. Can you please tell us what these cutting-edge set of features are and how do they work hand in hand to provide the Oasis Network it’s impressive scalability? what are their other use cases and benefits to the Oasis Network? Can you also elaborate some other benefits which the Oasis Network provides to its users compared to other platforms? Thank you.

  5. From your documentation, you mentioned that The Oasis Network has two main architectural components, the Consensus Layer and the ParaTime Layer. Can you elaborate more on these architectural components which are the Consensus Layer and the paratime layer also telling us how they work/function in the Oasis protocol? What benefits do they provide to users of the Oasis protocol platform and how do they make the Oasis protocol standout in performers over other platforms? Thanks.

  6. Oasis emerald aims to solve the typical issues of DeFi 1.0 by developing DeFi 2.0 and also aim to introduce GameFi and P2E gaming DApp into Oasis and as such are looking for capable, brightest and boldest developers to build DeFi 2.0 and P2E gaming DApp. As many developers are waiting for this opportunity, can you please tell us the requirements they must meet or possibly credentials needed to apply for this position? Where and how can interested ones apply? How may developers are you looking for at the moment? Is there any geographical restrictions to who may apply? Also tell us what typical issues of DeFi 1.0 will your DeFi 2.0 solve? Also tell us the kinds of P2E games you aim to introduce into Oasis and how players earn while playing these games?

  7. Hi.. I’m African and i have discovered Almost All AMAs done talk about community building and strength of the community but these projects only focus on communities in Europe and Asia and the middle east.. My question is this. Is there any plan to engage The African community in your project? as there are lots of crypto enthusiasts and a wider community you just might be missing on.

  8. Hello Sir Do you have any plans for late comers??? Can we still get tokens? If yes. On what exchanges have you listed on and can we stake Tokens??

  9. can you mention some big partners that are in partnership with the vision of your project and do they have a say in decision making?

  10. I learnt that Oasis have it’s own swapping services called the YUZUSWAP built by community developers that allows users to participate in liquidity pools, swap, trade and earn rewards with high APY. Can you elaborate more on this Oasis swapping services(YUZUSWAP) What exciting features does it provide compare to other swapping services we know? Does it allow users to exchange crypto while retaining total ownership of the user? What is the minimum exchange fee your YUZUSWAP charges it’s users? How can we trade and earn APY using yuzuswap?

  11. Looking at the Paratime Layer, I observed on your documents that there are three Paratimes built by the Oasis core team already on the network. They include; Emerald Paratime, Cipher Paratime and Parcel Paratime. Knowing well that the Paratime layer speeds up the rate of transactions, what then is the difference between the Emerald, Cipher and Parcel Paratimes? How does each of them work?. Which problems/issues does each of the three Paratimes aim to address?. How can I build my own Paratime on Oasis?

  12. The Oasis Network’s impressive scalability is achieved through a cutting-edge set of features that provide faster transaction speeds and higher throughput than other networks. Can you tell us more on the cutting-edge set of features Oasis Network is introducing and how it will solve the problems plaguing there competitors?could you briefly explain what Consensus Layer and ParaTime Layer and how the solve transaction problems?

  13. I know of “Parachain” but going through your documents, I observed that apart from the Consensus layer, Oasis utilizes a separate layer known as the “ParaTime Layer”.. In terms of functionality, what are the similarities between the known “Parachain” and Oasis Network’s “Paratime”?.. What additional advantages will the ” Paratime” hold for Oasis network.? Unlike the Parachain, will the Paratime be easier to develope and integrate into the network as a whole?.. “Parachain” relies on Database Sharding and the disadvantage with Sharding is it’s complexity.. Considering this, I will like to know if the “Paratime” will also rely on Sharding. If not, how will the general performance of the “Paratime” be improved to ensure linear scalability and complete fault isolation?

  14. learned that Oasis users can earn rewards by staking their data. This data gets staked for users that want to analyze that information. User analytics are valuable and the Oasis Network enables you to unlock that value in a secure peer-to-peer manner. how can an interested user join the staking program and what are the requirements to be eligible to join? can you elaborate on how to unlock the analytics in a secure peer-to-peer manner? what’s the minimum duration of time a user can stake his data to earn rewards?can a user unlock the data before the staking duration elapses?

  15. I saw that Oasis network made provision for the “Oasis Ambassador Program”. Can you give us full details on the Program?. Persons with skill sets in what areas will be able to participate in the Ambassador program? What are the sort of task that users will be given to do and how will they get announcements on these tasks? How will the metrics of every users’ participation and performance be tracked and updated? You had mentioned that a KYC verification will be required for users to redeem their rewards.. How will the KYC verification be?..Apart from being rewarded in $ROSE, what other benefits will the Ambassadors have?

  16. I understand that With “ROSE bloom grant”, I could receive funding for my project on the Oasis Network. You had mentioned however that the funding will cover development of projects in some key focus areas. What are the key focus areas that a project must be based on to be eligible for funding by Oasis.? What will be the criteria/requirements that the project should meet up with in order to get the grant? How can I currently submit a proposal for the grant? What will the amount given if the proposal is approved?

  17. The Oasis Network has a reputable, decentralized pool of validator nodes running the consensus layer and supporting the growth of the network. And an important step to follow in becoming a Node is to follow some Prerequisites. So can you tell us what this Prerequisites are and why are they important to follow in becoming a Node in your protocol? To become a validator node on the Oasis Network, one need to have enough tokens staked in their escrow account. So is 100 $ROSE the maximum amount users are to stake to register as a validator node? And you also said to be among the top 110 entities by stake so that their validator will be elected into the consensus committee enough $ROSE needs to be staked,so what is the least or maximum amount entities can stake to be among the top 110 entities? How will you penalize nodes that go against the rule or regulations of the nodes code of conduct/involve in a dishonest act? Please explain Thanks

  18. Oasis Foundation I understand supports two (2) forst-party non-custodial wallets,a web wallet named Oasis Wallet-Web and a browser extension Wallet named Oasis Wallet- Browser Extension and both I learnt seamlessly connect to the Oasis Network and makes it easy to hold, send, and receive ROSE Tokens. Could you please tell us the distinction between the Oasis Wallet-Web- and Oasis Wallet-Brower Extension? Could you please explain to us the NEXUS, relationship between ROSE And Oasis Foundation?

  19. The Oasis Network designed Cipher, the first-ever confidential ParaTime with support for confidential smart contracts. In a confidential ParaTime, nodes are required to use a type of secure computing technology called a TEE “Trusted Execution Environment”and this TEEs act as a hypothetical black box for smart contract execution in a confidential ParaTime. So can you tell us why is a “Trusted Execution Environment”more trustworthy? So if the TEE boot or service signature checks fails, what will the node do in such case?Recognizing the fact that not all devices host the same “Trusted Execution Environment” ,can you specify which technology a nodes can use that can give them the overall architecture expected of a TEE and the standard to help them if they wish to remotely manage a TEE?Aside from TEE,what other computer technology can a node use? Please explain Thanks

  20. Looking at the “delegation & staking feature”, I understand that I can delegate my $ROSE tokens to a network Validator and start earning a slice of the Validator’s staking rewards. Here comes my question; What is the minimum and maximum number of rose tokens that can be delegated?. You mentioned that there are 110 active validators. So I am eager to know; what factors should I consider in deciding which Validator I should delegate my tokens to?. How can I get information about each of the network Validator?..What is the percentage of staking rewards that a user gets? Furthermore, talking about the ” Validators”; Will the consensus voting power of a validator be proportional to it’s stake?

  21. Lets talk about “Data Tokenization”.. According to my understanding, the Oasis Network’s combination of confidential computing and blockchain enables a new paradigm called Tokenized Data. Can you explain this concept of “Data Tokenization”? How will this concept of “Data tokenization” ensure that data remains private during computation and cannot be reused without permission?. Reading further on your document, I observed that many projects have started building apps that leverage “Data Tokenization” on the Oasis and that is a very notable development. Some of these projects includes; Binance Crptosafe alliace, Fortune 500 healthcare providers and Nebula genomics. Can you brief us on how leveraging “Data Tokenization” has been beneficial to these projects so far in their various fields on concentration?
    Thanks

  22. I took out time to go through you materials and the Oasis Network’s “Governance Model” caught my attention. In order for the community to balance distributed ownership and participation with speed and quality of platform development, Oasis Network proposed a hybrid model of off- and on-chain mechanisms, organized around the following key components; Minor Feature Requests, Major Feature Requests and Bug Fixes.. What exact features does Oasis Categorize as “Minor” or “Major” features? How will the Decision making process for these three distinct components be like?.. Can you explain the concept of “lazy consensus” as related to the decision making process?.. How about the voting power, will it be dependent on the staked and delegated tokens of Network validators as well as users?

  23. While reading your documents,i came across Oasis ParaTime Layers with its 3 features which are “Emerald ParaTime”,”Cipher ParaTime” and “Parcel ParaTime “.So I noticed that the Emerald ParaTime was formerly known as the Oasis-Eth ParaTime,so why did you decide to change Oasis-Eth ParaTime to Emerald ParaTime, what new features are added to to the Emerald ParaTime? And how easy will it be for users to build on the Emerald network, any guideline for that? How does the Parcel ParaTime functions when attached to the Oasis Labs’ Parcel SDK?The word “Cipher” is an Arabic word meaning “nothing” or “zero” and you said that the Cipher ParaTime will continue it’s traditional features or the meaning behind the name.So can you tell us how that will happen? Thanks

  24. I read that the Oasis Network separates consensus and execution into two layers, the Consensus Layer and the ParaTime Layer. Can you elaborate more on this dual layer system? What type of benefits do users get from this mechanism? Doesn’t this dual layer system reduce the efficiency of Oasis Network? Moreover, please briefly describe about the features and functions of each layer.

  25. You have recently announced about the Oasis Bloom Hackathon. I noticed that submissions opened on 10th of March and close on 2nd of May. Fortunately, I am not too late to participate. However, will the possibility to receive better rewards be reduced due to my entry after 20 days from the opening? When preparing an application for this event, what type of factors should be considered? How can we grab more rewards from the 200,000$ prize pool? There are two categories, DeFi Mover Awards and GameFi Master Awards. Can you please briefly explain about these options?

  26. You have allocated 20% of the total supply of $ROSE for core contributors. Who will be considered “core contributors”? Can anyone invest more funds in Oasis to be a main contributor? Moreover, in addition to the portion of 23.5% which has been allocated for staking rewards, there is a 18.5% allocation for community and ecosystem. What type of activities are available for the community to get these rewards? A long time ago, there was a token with the same ticker symbol, $ROSE. Why did you choose an old symbol?

  64. Hi Oasis team,

Currently ROSE token can only be stored in Ledger-backed web wallets and Bitpie wallet, which many blockchain users
probably do not own or use, and the idea of having multiple wallets to store different tokens can be inefficient.

Do you have a plan to integrate ROSE token into other more familiar and widely used non-custodial wallets, such as
    Metamask or Trustwallet?

    Thank you.

  65. Hi Oasis,

I see that you have many community programs going on, from Oasis Bloom Hackathon, Ambassador program, and
