Can you explain more about how syndicates are run and how they acquire $sPOWER which are used to have access to DAO? Why is the governance Committee limited only to top 7 syndicates rather than opening it up to various rank of players? How do they make and ratify decisions and how will you ensure that such decisions reflect the overall interest of majority of players?

In the #MaaD section, you can be
the leader you have always wanted to be by creating, taking charge, and leading
a group of degenerate syndicate members. Commit crime, layout strategies,
expand your crews, and collect tax. There can be multiple syndicates in the
game but only the 7 top syndicates will comprise the Committee:
Players stake $SYN to generate
$sPOWER and delegate that to the syndicate leaders
Only the top 7 leaders with the
most $sPOWER will be allowed to join the Committee to manage the governance
committee
Syndicate leaders could offer
benefits in assets, special events, and many others to the members of their
syndicates for recruitment, engagement, and loyalty
Syndicate leaders can tax their
members for the benefits offered. SYN CITY platform charges a tax to the
syndicates, part of which goes to the treasury and the rest goes to the overall
community as Universal Basic Income (UBI)
The top 7 syndicates on the Committee
overlook the metaverse and help to shape Syn City and the Syndicate Protocol.
Each syndicate has an uncapped amount of crew members and they can create
develop strategies to attract more syndicate members.
We already had 130 syndicates
(gangs) on our Discord server and many big ones formed alliances. The game is
already very active even before we released our product! It is an amazing space

crypto space. We saw crypto space something very exciting and thought of

Chingari happened in 2020 around
May-June. When TikTok was banned in India, our CEO Sumit Ghosh suddenly saw a
huge surge in our user base. In Jan 2021, Sumit came across web3 and DAOs and

Focused on utilities of GARI
There will be no restriction in
the app for tipping $GARI to the creators. Users can use the Gari tokens in
their in-app Gari wallet to tip their favourite content creators directly from
the video feed as well as from the Creator’s profile. These transactions are
completely on-chain.
$Gari holders will be able to
stake and earn yield as well as vote on proposals to decide the future
direction of the platform. There will be certain number of tokens to be staked
in order to participate in the governance based on the holders.
For the staking, there will be 7%
APY earned.
These features will be soon
integrated with Chingari App.

Definitely, we will be keeping a
certain minimum amount for folks to stake $GARI. Let’s say I find a creator
early in his journey and I stake my Gari tokens to him — these tokens go to a
staking pool and the creator can take a loan from the stake pool and he can buy
a better camera, better equipment, better clothes and become a better creator. One
basically earns 7 percent of all of the revenue that this creator earns in
future from the NFT and the creator economy flourishes. So if one of these
videos goes viral and let’s say that NFT gets millions of dollars of trade in a
month, the user will get 7 percent of that for staking him in his journey.
Imagine you stake 10 creators and overall these 10 creators and they make 10
million dollars in the next one year you will get 7 percent of that. We are
basically bringing staking to the next level on social media. We are calling it
social staking. This is the first time that any social media company is still
thinking about this feature and Chingari is the first one to implement it.

choose if their video is a premium one (for which they’d like only Gari stakers
to have access) or if its a part the of essential feed (available to non-gari

As regards security of investors and users funds.
No minting or burn functions are present; though the circulating supply can be reduced by sending tokens to a DEAD address, if desired. What exactly is this dead address? The funds sent to this address, what is the fate of those funds? Is the dead address dissociated from the market regulation? And aside this means, is there other way you’ve put in place to ensure the reduction of the huge supply of the token since there is no minting or burning function?

are going to send any tokens to the dead wallet but you should know that any
token you send to the dead wallet, you cannot retreive them. With the current
immerging technologies there may be ways to burn tokens that do not have the
burn function but we are not putting that into consideration for now.

Solidus offers several programs to its community: Staking, Lottery Air Drop and Burn program. Can you give us the main aspects of these programs? Where can we learn more about them in order to participate? Are there any other programs that are already running or are just planning to launch?

The AITECH Token is the primary
way to get access to most of the core services on our platform by holding the
Tokens. These benefits are otherwise available to general users. So, in
essence, the Utility Token unlocks a lot of value for its long-term and loyal
users. In addition, the Platform will offer Staking Rewards.
We incentivise clients to use the
AITECH token rather then use Fiat by offering discounts on the price of the
services they purchase using the AITECH Token.
We also plan on burning a
proportion of tokens every quarter until our I-a-a-S platform is live
We’re building a Deflationary
Token Economy, one of our main objectives is to limit and reduce the Token
Supply long-term. Towards that, we’ve planned to take several steps. Key being
using 25% of our Quarterly Profits to Buy-back and then burn tokens. This
process will go on until the Total Circulating Supply comes down to 5 billion
Tokens. We’re also, of course, going to offer Staking right after we finish our
Token Sale Campaign, once again limiting the supply and supporting the price.
The token is Deflationary in
nature and therefore the Price increase benefits, among others will accrue to
the holders.
We have a total token supply of
10 billion, out of which we are selling 4 billion in our crowdfunding campaign.
The remaining tokens are dedicated to the project with the majority being
development, marketing, community building. Tokenomics incorporates a
deflationary mechanism and includes buyback and burning to support the overall
token growth with time.
So, there is a multitude of
benefits for the token holders.
Our mission is build solid
community who will support us throughout our journey to success. Our community
will be rewarded with the following:
Staking
Following our successful launch
we will offer a staking pool which will pay token holders and estimated 7.5%
per annum in our AITECH utility token which can be used to purchase AI services
when our Infrastructure-as-a-Service platform launches or alternatively the
tokens can be held or sold on an exchange for liquidity.
Lottery Air Drop
Stakers will be entered into a
lottery each quarter and the winners will be airdropped AITECH tokens until our

Burn program
Tokens from our launch that have
not have been purchased will be burned. We will then burn additional tokens
from the circulation supply every quarter untill our platform launches. In
addition to this we will burn a percentage of the AITECH tokens that are used

Token Economy, one of our main objectives is to limit and reduce the Token
Supply long-term. Towards that, we’ve planned to take several steps. Key being

process will go on until the Total Circulating Supply comes down to 5 billion
Tokens. We’re also, of course, going to offer Staking right after we finish our

Maximize your profits by staking
Solidus will distribute the
profits evenly to all investors staking their tokens up until our (IaaS)
platform is live. The profit accrued will be based on each investor’s holding.
AITECH token holders will
maximise the value of their tokens by staking for an efficient factor (EF). A
user’s EF will be directly proportional to the amount of AITECH tokens that are
staked multiplied by the number of months (m). Staking will occur via smart
contract. While staked, AITECH tokens cannot be traded, sold, or used in any
way.
To stake AITECH tokens, users
must submit a request and wait for a certain amount of time. Users can reclaim
all staked tokens.
Distribution of Staking Rewards
AITECH tokens will be used to
redistribute rewards to the token stakers who helped to complete the data
centre and (IaaS) platform. The aim is to generate circa 7.5% APY up until the
(IaaS) platform is live.

Problem
A significant problem is the lack of European HPC facilities in the global top 10. The EU consumes one-third of HPC resources while only producing 5% of computer power. European scientists and engineers rely on expensive U.S. supercomputing facilities more than those in the EU by a factor of 10.
Solution
At Solidus AITECH, we have completed the main build of our data centre and are ready to commence the installation of our HPC infrastructure which is based in Europe (Bucharest), which will significantly help to bridge this gap and will enable European companies to obtain their supercomputing power within the EU. We expect this facility to be more efficient and of lower cost than in most of the U.S. By operating in Bucharest, we have the benefit of low-cost electricity and fast internet speeds as well as our Intellectual Property (IP) and expect to run at around 40% less power consumption than the industry average.
We have the capacity to scale up our operations and, as we do so, we expect to quickly become the top EU HPC centre and in the global top 10 HPC centres.

Un problema importante es la falta de instalaciones europeas de HPC en el top 10 mundial. La UE consume un tercio de los recursos de HPC mientras que sólo produce el 5% de la potencia informática. Los científicos e ingenieros europeos dependen de las costosas instalaciones de supercomputación de Estados Unidos más que de las de la UE por un factor de 10.
