What are the roles and duties of Arbitrageur in ALEX? in line with this, I found out that Arbitrageur works to ensure smooth running of pools on platforms, Can you explain on how they work to ensure smooth functioning of pools at ALEX alongside Liquidity providers?

  7. Alexgo.io – I learnt from your end Whitepaper that one of the aims of Alexgo.io is collateral Rebalancing Pool ‘CRP’ which uses weighted Equation and dynamically rebalances between Token and collateral to the effect it ensure that any Token minted remain solvent especially in an adverse market environment, and this dynamic Rebalancing, together with a careful choice of key parameters including LTV and volatility assumption which allows ALEX to eliminate the needs for liquidation thus, any residual gap risk which CRP cannot address entirely is addressed through maintaining a strong reserve fund. My question now is, could you please explain to us to a layman’s understanding this dynamic Rebalancing you meant? Detail us about these key parameters mentioned here as it relates to (LTV) volatility assumption? Finally, what is the Use Case and essence of this mechanism (CRP) collateral Rebalancing Pool? Thanks

  8. I learnt that liquidity Bookstrapping pool(LBP) on Alex platform uses weighted equation and is design to facilitate a capital efficient launch of a base token relative to another target token. I understand that the LBP to be achieved, a two-token pool is set up with the project and a collateral token ,so what is the the collateral token of the project?,can you briefly explain what the Bookstrapping pool ( LBP) is and it features?,how does LBP works to facilitate capital efficient launch of a base token relative to the target token?,can you explain the difference between the base token and the target token?,how can a user acquire the base token and what is the prerequisites to acquire the base token?,Furthermore ,it was stated that LBP is used to initialize all yield token pools with aytoken being the base token and the target token, can you shade more light on that?

In ALEX, Pools handles the logic of dynamic trading strategies, whose token rebalancing are then handled by VAULT and you mentioned 4 pools in ALEX, which includes Yield Token pool, Liquidity Bootstrapping Pool, Collateral Rebalancing pool and fixed weight pool. Can you explain more on Pools in ALEX? Can you explain on the four different Pools aforementioned above? Can you also explain on design of each of these pools and how they work? In line with this, I noted that separation of Pool and Vault has many advantages, can you explain on benefits of separation of Pool and Vault in ALEX? in conclusion, you mentioned that aggregating the assets of all ALEX pools into a single vault allows for offering of flash loans, which are uncollateralized loans that must be repaid in same transaction, can you explain more on your Flash Loan services and how users can access it?

  12. I learnt that liquidity Bookstrapping pool(LBP) on Alex platform uses weighted equation and is design to facilitate a capital efficient launch of a base token relative to another target token. 15. Alex has completed its IDO on January 10th following a several days of openess for all tAlex token holders that could have been exchanged to lottery participation tickets. Please tell us more about the event. Are you planning to organize a second part of IDO in case the requested amount for project development has not been collected yet. Once the IDO is closed, please share the next steps for Alex community to follow. where and when tAlex token is planned to be listed? Thanks in advance!

  16. Alex is providing possibilities for holders to earn instead of just holding tAlex tokens by introducing farming and staking programs. Could you tell us more about the principles and the main pools designed for farming and staking? What are the categories of holders for whom farming would be preferable than staking? When do you plan to make both options available for public? Thanks in advance!

  17. As I understand it, $ ALEX IDO goes through several stages? What is each of the stages, what time frame do they have? At the moment, what stage is it going through now? Is there an opportunity to take part in the event for those who have already missed at least one stage? Where can we learn more about the conditions and features of $ ALEX IDO?

  18. On your site, Security Audits includes CoinFabrik, Immunefi, and Least Authority. Can you tell us how they contributed to the development and protection of the data and assets of the ALEX community? And where can we get acquainted with the audit results?

Does such a Faucet really exist, since I did not find information about it on your site? If this topic is real and relevant, please tell us more about it. On what conditions can we get ALEX and why is Hiro Wallet offered for connection?

  20. I was reading that one of the main features that ALEX offers, that other projects do not, is that it uses diversified collateral pools instead of single collateral, my question is what will be the result of diversified portfolios and how high is the risk and benefits with this modality for the users of your network?

  21. One of the main features of the Alex ecosystem is the ALEX Launchpad which is said to be a gateway for emerging projects on stacks. The ALEX Launchpad is a decentralized platform for projects on Stacks to access community funding and the resources of the ecosystem. How can projects apply to be incubated in the ALEX Launchpad? What are the requirements that must be met by projects that want to be incubated in the ALEX Launchpad? Can you mention some of the features of a project that you look out for before incubating such project in the ALEX Launchpad? Can you mention the benefits/advantages that projects will get as a result of making use of the services of ALEX Launchpad?

I also found out that the maximum bounty for this bounty bug program is $50,000. How do you determine the amount of bounty a participant will receive?

  23. There are plenty of platforms that offer lending/borrowing facilities. Then why should we choose Alex? It is true that you will be using fixed-rate and fixed-term to avoid the risk of liquidation, but liquidation will not be an issue for those who have enough funds to keep as collateral. Compared to other platforms, do you offfer lower rates for borrowing and higher rates for lending? What are the requirements to lend/borrow funds on Alex? Do we need to pass a KYC proccess?

I am familiar with Binance launchpad. I noticed Alex will also create a launchpad. Will it be similar to the Binance one? To prevent scams, do you conduct a background check before listing a project on the launchpad? Do you guarantee about the projects you list? What kind of currencies will be allowed on Alex launchpad? Are there any prerequisites to participate in token sales on Alex? If a team wants to list their token on your launchpad, what is the process of applying?

Unfortunately, it seems I missed the second phase of your IDO since it has begun two days ago. What is the current status of the sale? If I wish to purchase your tokens, what is the best option available for me? You have chosen $STX as the base token of the IDO. Thus, a buyer has to convert his funds to $STX and again to $ALEX. What is the connection between $STX and $ALEX? Why did you choose $STX instead of allowing a stable coin?

  24. As part of the Alex Mainnet launch celebration, Alex decided to host a community giveaway where interested community members stands a chance to receive a share of the total reward pool which is $1,000 in $STX. 25. while reading through your whitepaper2 i realised that unlike other DEFI platforms ALEX uses diversified rather than a single collateral pools. these diversified consist of a risk asset and a risk free asset. And these pools are systematically managed,an algorithmic engine dynamically adjusts the split of the risky and risk free asset in the diversitied pool based on black..scholes model. Can you explain more on the Black scholes model? Is this model more advantageous than its alternatives?Does the engine have an indicator that shows when an asset is risky or riskfree?

  26. I understand that ALEX AMM is built on three beliefs: (i) it is mathematically neat and reflects economic demand and supply; (ii) it is a type of mean, like other AMMs; and (iii) it is derived and can be interpreted in terms of yield and can be connected to conventional finance, where research has been conducted for decades. Can You please give the key features of the AMM?
Also the properties on the AMM on your website is a bit complex, is there an easier way to understand this properties? I will appreciate it if you can briefly explain these properties better, what make ALEX AMM standout from other AMM?

  27. I understand that Tokens are an effective mechanism to distribute the fundamental value of a project. ALEX token, noted as $ALEX, is a medium for the exchange of time value and risk/return preferences. $ALEX is the participation token of the platform and protocol that provides protocol & platform governance benefits to a governance participant who holds $ALEX. $ALEX is also the medium by which participants of platform activities — namely provision of liquidity on our DEX and staking — are incentivized. $ALEX can be acquired through your DEX, LP participation and staking, with three main functionalities: can you share your tokenomics with us? Can you tell us more about how $ALEX can be acquired through this mediums? What are the three main functionalities of the mediums?

  28. Around December last year you made an exciting announcement that beginning of ALEX Mainnet which will be around January 10th. And you will be first launching your Launchpad.
Second, is that $ALEX token will be launched through an IDO Lottery on your Launchpad  and I  understand that your IDO begins with tALEX tokens which are ALEX Testnet token. Can you tell us how your lunchpad works? Is the testnet still available for users that have not tried it?   Is the Main net currently available since the supposed date is passed already ?Can you tell us a bit more about the features of the testnet and mainnet? And lastly what are the incentives for your early testers?

  29. ALEX’s collateral rebalancing pools (CRP) introduce the concept of portfolio management to DeFi protocols for loanable funds (PLFs) and you said the collateral rebalancing pool can hold more than one asset in the collateral pool.So can you elaborate more on how the process of portfolio management works for loanable funds? And can you specify the number of asset the your collateral pool can hold? You also said the Collateral Rebalancing Pool uses Weighted Equation. Can you please tell explain more on that along with its benefits? Please explain to us the benefits of collateral rebalancing when it comes to LTV (Loan to Value). Thanks

  30. I read of two Events in Alex Platform. They are Black Swan and Shortfall Event. So can you elaborate more on both events? How will the implementation of Black Swan guarantees that liquidation risk are totally removed from your platform making your platform to be maintained at a certain rate or level? Currently we are in a bear market, does these have a connection with your ShortFall Event? And how will you tackle a Shortfall Event during this bear period? Please explain Thanks

  31. I notice a dual-token structure in your platform.$ALEX and $tALEX.And notice that the total supply of $ALEX is 1,000,000,000 but I couldn’t find the total supply of $tALEX.Does that mean $tALEX have an unlimited supply? What are the utilities of $tALEX and is it tradable? The $ALEX token can be used for voting.Did you implement the amount of $ALEX token to hold to be eligible for voting in your platform? And what can users actually vote for?Since your IDO is around the corner for the launch of $ALEX token, will the $tALEX also be launch during that? Please provide more details about both tokens. Thanks

  32. Can you name us what are the most common liquidation risks to which cryptographic projects are exposed, how can guarantee rebalancing be achieved, what are the mechanisms they offer so that both lenders and borrowers obtain solid and real returns through ALex?

  33. It was said that The purpose of traditional centralized finance, or CeFi, is to connect those who have capital with those who need capital.
And Alex, aims to Bring these features to DeFi. Since Alex claims to Be a platform where Individuals could lend or Borrow Bitcoin, please I would like to know the Processes and Requirements to get access to these lending and borrowing platform, how does it work exactly? Do users needs KYC for these? Are collaterals also needed? And what Measures is set in place to ascertain that the Borrower pays back the loan at the stipulated time? Like in terms of Problem Loans? i.e (Any loan that cannot easily be recovered from borrowers is called a problem loan) how does Alex Tackle that? Thank you.

  34. We all known that The primary risk for DeFi investors is that you are depositing your assets into an internet protocol rather than a tried and trusted banking institution. Please i would like to know Why we should go with Alex? And not the Traditional CeFi i.e (centralized finance offered by banks and other private & Government Loan Agencies)?, What Qualities does Alex Posses over The Traditional CeFi? & Who can Access these Lending and Borrowing Services in your Platform? Is it Global? Or it’s restricted to only some few Countries? How is your Platforms Earning Mechanism managed? Thank you.

  35. I saw that your Testnet is Ready and can be Accessible, and after visiting your website, i Intended To Launch the App but was hindered by a Notification that requested me to get or Download a Hiro wallet im other for me to get acces to your testnet, please, i would like to know the functionalities of these Hiro Wallet in relation to your Testnet, and could you please tell us how to Get these Hiro wallet? Is the application Meant for only Desktop? Or we can also use our Smartphones or Tablets to access it? And lastly, is there gonna be a bounty program to Check for Bugs? And get rewarded?

  36. You can give us a brief explanation about the concept of portfolio management of loanable funds DEFI protocols (PLFS), what are the effects of subcollateralization, what are the preventive measures that apply depending on whether it is risk periods or risk free periods, and What are the characteristics favoring the elimination of the liquidation threat?

  37. In addition to the abundance of caution that other distinctive characteristics ALEX has, guarantee funds have limits to be able to cover losses, how does the ALEX system differ from other PLFs, can you explain why continuous rebalancing is not practically possible?

  38. Alex said to incentivize it’s early liquidity providers with the long term interest of the platform with two mechanism “cap” and “gate”mechanism..Never heard of these mechanism, can you expantiate on them? What are these mechanisms and how are they use to incentivize your early liquidity providers? I also learnt that participants of platforms activities are also incentivize too, who are or who can be your participants of platform activities and how are these ones incentivize too?

  39. Talking of staking as a primary utility of $ALEX token where 50% of the total supply has been allocated for rewarding stakers . It is said that $ALEX can be locked for a voluntary period of time to earn $ALEX as rewards. when you say “voluntary” period of time does this mean we can choose to unstake at any time we want to? If yes, do we have to pay a fee when we unstake before the specific time? When we unstake how long will it take to receive our $ALEX token? Are there staking option as regards to several tiers? Do we have to stake in a higher tier to receive better rewards? Will there be any privilege/special tier for early stakers?

  40. For an inexperienced investor, the mathematics behind Alex can be quite complicated, especially with the handling of collaterals and yield farming around ayTokens, could you start by telling us what “ayTokens” mean? How could you optimize your features so that they are much more user-friendly? Is it intended only for crypto-experts?

  41. The Alex platform says avoid under-collateralization and liquidation risks through algorithmic rebalancing, there’s two concepts to take into consideration: “risk-on” periods and “risk-off” periods, so putting ourselves in context of the reality we live today around the Bitcoin and crypto market in general, could you give us some examples of how users can take advantage of ALEX technology to protect and optimize their funds? How risky could it be to trade BTC today? And what do you recommend for less risky users?

  42. Please explain about your STAKING feature. Although Staking is a common feature offered by many platforms, each platform has its own method for staking. When a user stake $ALEX, does he receive rewards with the same token or do you offer a reward token? Are there any staking tiers according to the token amount and the period of time. What are the fees related to staking? Can users unstake their holdings without a prior notice? Why should I stake $ALEX on your platform rather than staking some other token on another platform?

  43. There are three pools on ALEX.

    1.Collateral Rebalancing Pool
    2.Yield Token Pool
    3. Liquidity Bootstrapping Pool

When choosing a pool among these three, what kind of factors should we consider? How do we decide which pool will be the best option for us?

  44. You offer uncollateralized loans called “FLASH LOANS”. To make it impossible for borrowers to run away with the tokens, you are requesting codified guarantees. Plese clearly explain about this requirement. What will happen if a borrower does not repay a loan? How do you check the history of the borrower before releasing a Flash Loan? What is the estimated time period for processing a Flash Loan?

  45. liquidity providers on ALEX are able to save significant capital by market making on a selected range of interest rates. What in the design of the platform make it possible that these providers could save money? How much can be saved when comparing with the competitors?

  46. On ALEX, lending and borrowing activities are facilitated by a forward contract based token “ayToken”. What is the role of the token while executing loans, how much would a borrower need to take a loan? Does this token have any other use case?

  47. ALEX has a lot of useful and safe features but little is said about its role as LAUNCHPAD, on your website this function seems to be undergoing maintenance, so it would be interesting to know more details, what are the advantages and when will it be available?

  48. In your whitepaper you mention that ALEX protocol delivers a unique and smooth experience for borrowing and lending activities, however I would like to know what are the liquidation risks you are exactly avoiding though your features? Could you explain how does ALEX minimize the market noise? Is it comparable to other platforms on the market? Could you give us some comparisons?

  49. From recent blog posts/publications, I stumbled upon the ALEXnomics guide on token distribution and projected utilities. From the information shared, there was repeated mention of the ALEX Foundation, which is said to be non profit, and expected to progressively transition to a DAO overtime. Been that these functions as mentioned will be implemented relative to the current stage of the project, can you briefly elaborate further, what are the core responsibilities of the Foundation, and who are the principal actors & members of the ALEX Foundation? Also, since the foundation will later transition to a DAO, can you briefly shed some light on the projected structure of the DAO? Finally, since this sector of the Alex project will receive an allocation of 200 Million tokens, can you let us know how this will be effectively utilised?

  50. Going through latest information on ALEX as made available via its social channels, I realised that the IDO round was recently concluded, and this event was said to be hugely successful to the extent that it was oversubscribed by more than ‘8x’ of its original target. As interesting as this is, can you kindly share some general information on the recently concluded event, what platforms and partners were involved in your IDO? Also, the ALEX IDO used $STX as a base token as a against the more popular stable coin option used by most projects. What was the reason behind this decision and do you think it huge contributor to the success of the IDO? Finally, going forward, can you share some of your post IDO plans, what can we anticipate in coming days and weeks?

  51. I read that ALEX approaches governance decentralization progressively, through a process where the founding team increasingly relinquishes control over time. From your own perspective, what are the benefits of this process being progressive rather than immediately? What are the pros and cons of doing it this way? Approximately how long will this decentralization process last? Once the complete transition is reached, the ALEX holders will be able to have voting power within the ecosystem, will this decentralization be completed before the end of the year 2022?

  52. One of the main goals of ALEX is to simplify the user experience going from (to) CeFi to (from) DeFi to attract non-developers, broadening the Stacks user base. Can you tell us more about how exactly ALEX will simplify the user experience? What technologies and tools will you use for this? Many projects are busy with the issue of transition from CeFi to DeFi, what new does ALEX bring in solving this problem?

  53. What is the main goal of the platform? And How does provide NFT services? Can you share with users of the current exists issues on the platform? How does the platform deal with problems?

  54. How your mathematic rebalance algorithm guarded from attack to EVM’s primitives or to Alex’s level in mathematic code section, as usize over- underflow or other overflows? Of course I saw your involve in immunefi, but how yet did you hold on pentest to your rebalance algorithm avoiding constants (and its components) manipulation, an algorithm Token/ayToken exchange and vice versa; a going beyond quantity ayToken (taking into account quantity of Token) and virtual tokens manipulation in whole; and Alex in whole?
