According to your real-time strategy game, Players can summon heroes by opening the portal and these heroes which players can summon are categorized into 3; Farming heroes, Defend Heroes and Attack heroes. also, These heroes can be upgraded in skills and level, and players can also change their hero’s appearance and upgrade their skins. Can you elaborate on how players can open the portal? What are the requirements for users to be able to open the portal? and also, Can you briefly explain these 3 categories of heroes and their features? How can players upgrade the skills and level of their heroes and what are the requirements for players to be able to upgrade their heroes?
AT ⚔️ | Lucid Lands: Our heroes will have 3 different attributes: Attack, Defense, and Farming. This means the hero’s skills will be built around those attributes. For instance, Sakura has the passive skill of increasing the amount of $LLG mined, which fits the farming attributes. Each of our hero passive skills / active skills will reflect 2/3 of the attributes.
⚔️ Attack: Increase the attack power of units/hero 🛡 Defense: Increase the defense of structures 🌾 Farming: Boost in-game farming/ upgrading/ building processes.
When attacking or defending, there will be a mechanism to deploy your hero wherever you need him/her to be on the battlefield. For better understanding, you can refer to how you can deploy each unit or hero to a specific location like Clash of Clan.
To increase the Hero rank, you must have duplicated copies of the specific hero that you want to increase rank. You will need 2 duplicate copies to increase the hero to 2* and 4 copies to 3*. You will need some material to fuse them together.

AT ⚔️ | Lucid Lands: To fuse heroes together, it gonna use Spirit ( an in-game currency) which can be purchased with $LLG or earned through a battle with other players
The max rank-up for fusing heroes together is 3*, which required 4 duplicated copies of that specific hero.

Your documents stated that there are two ranking systems in the game, the Guild Rank and the Solo Rank. In terms of the Guild, the documents weren’t able to provide full and specified details about the Lucid Lands’ guild system. Can you please elaborate and explain to us your game’s guild system and its mechanics/structure? Who are eligible to create their own guilds in the game? What are the activities that can be done by these guilds? Also, how does joining a guild serves as an advantage in the game?
AT ⚔️ | Lucid Lands: So basically forming a guild means teaming up with other players. In regards to the specific details regards the mechanism of the guilds and how can you team up with other players, we will explain more in detail closer to the game launch.
In-game, there are different mining stations where players can go mine $LLG tokens daily. Each mine stations have limited spots. By teaming up or forming a guild with other players, not only you can have a chance to earn more rewards (based on the game’s policies) but also have a higher chance of successfully attacking other non-guild players’ bases and forcing them out of the mining station. After all, the guild system is used to create a funnier gaming experience for the players as well as grant them some financial advantages in-game.

So can you tell us the basic nature/character of each Heroes NFTs that compliment the rarity of each hero?You also said that these Collectibles are utilized in the game which will aggregate the floor price according to its attributes and activity. Can you please elaborate more on what you mean that the NFT Heroes will aggregate the floor price according to its attributes/activity? Will these floor prices be pegged e.g to BNB?And what is the tag price for purchasing an NFT Heroes in your marketplace? Please explain Thanks
AT ⚔️ | Lucid Lands: Our hero/shrooms can be minted via our dApp – https://app.lucidlands.io/. The price currently for a hero is 18000 $LLG and 0.05BNB for shrooms.
I’m not sure if your question means how NFT hero will aggregate the $LLG floor price or hero NFT value. So I’m gonna answer both
The hero will be able to aggregate $LLG floor price because when investors mint our hero, the $LLG of the purchase will be transferred to the reward pool which takes out $LLG from the circulating supply, and into the reward pool, which will be used for staking reward.
As for how the hero can maintain their value, the NFT hero will be used for staking with crazy APR (the lowest hero APR rate is 310%). In the upcoming 2nd NFT release round, we going to limit the amount of stackable hero to only 1000 pieces, which mean all of the minted heroes currently will also be increased in value since the amount is being restricted. Not only that but your hero will also be used in-game for battling with other players to take over $LLG mine for more accumulated reward in-game.
Currently, people can buy and sell their heroes and shrooms NFT on our marketplace with BNB. People can sell at any price that they think their hero and shrooms NFT are worth.

As for shrooms, the seller can determine based on the rarity of each component and their opinion on what is the value of their shroomy pet.

Talmut, the rock giant of
the ISO 998 region, is one of the lowest APR heroes that has a 310% APR. This
means he can yield 11.9% every 2 weeks in staking.
▶️ (310% / 365 days x 14 days = 11,9% every week)
‼️ That is 2192 LLG to
claim every 2 weeks
▶️ (11,9% x 18000 LLG = 2192 LLG )
‼️At the current price of
$0.13, you would get at least $278 in passive income biweekly. If LLG price
hits 1$, you would bank $2192 every 2 weeks in passive income.
After you get all of your
initial investment back from staking, it will only profit moving forward while

When trying to make research on lucid lands, I discovered that one of the two types of lucid lands NFT has 5000 pieces which are 2D pet collective NFT, there is no information on how to buy these, also how many 3D animated hero NFT is provided?

Within our dApp, you can view your hero and shroomy NFT in your inventory and can choose to sell/buy/stake your NFT (staking is only available for hero NFT). As for now, there are a total of 5000 2D shroomy pet NFT available to mint and 1000 hero NFTs available to mint.
The 2nd NFT round for hero will be unstakable and unlimited amount to mint, but still, this drop of NFT can be used for in-game. We want to create an opportunity for people to buy in our hero NFT to play in our upcoming games!

You have imposed a 10% tax on transactions, does it include all buy-sell transactions and withdrawals? If yes, why didn’t you think of reducing the buy tax to encourage users to purchase tokens? Don’t you think that investors will not be happy to pay for 100/1000 tokens and receive 90/900 tokens? By the way, this 10% tax includes 3% for game development and 3% for marketing. Since these are platform-related costs, why didn’t you allocate separate portions from the total token supply for these purposes? With the development of the platform, you can reduce development costs and marketing expenses. As a result, will the tax also be reduced?
Allice (宝贝🐱): Our tax is 10% which includes 3% to marketing, 4% to game development, and 3% to LP to create an ever-rising LP to prevent huge price changes. We didn’t lower the tax for several reasons. First of all, the low tax creates more opportunities for swing tradings which makes the token prices very fluctuate and unstable. Also, the costs of marketing and game development are a lot and by collecting tax, the team ensures to pay all those collected funds from taxes and spend them for the benefit of the project. We didn’t allocate a separate amount of tokens for the purpose of marketing and game development because the tokens are needed to be allocated for other important purposes such as for the reward pool for in-game purposes and staking. But yes, after our main game release, we are looking forward to reducing the tax as well!

ecosystem is the place where players enter to benefit from all services:
tutorials
game playing
teams (I guess some would prefer to join a
team and be guided by a captain)
NFT vault (for lending and scholarships)
And more valuable services that I cannot describe here, not yet… 😉
The STZ token is at the
heart of the entire system.
It’s used to access the ecosystem, to lend assets, to access content, to reward
players, etc…
The assets will be on lending or scholarship only, not for sale, unless we decide differently. And that gives another interesting spot, what if some assets are available on 99Starz and are pretty difficult to purchase in the open market?
The lending system will initially be tested for a few games only, q1 2022, then as we get good results we will increase the audience and the games until in 2023 we should open it to third parties too. But initially, it will be only for our assets.
As per our light paper, we will manage this process entirely internally and with the help of our specialists. Our goal is to move to a DAO and subDAO governance system, starting from 2023. When reasonably more than 50% of the circulating tokens will be held by a more democratic majority.

of 99Starz giving in-game assets for free and sharing the revenue. As seen in

monthly income. With our scholarship, we’re giving everyone an opportunity to
join the world’s largest NFT yield ecosystem.
As a principle, if you
have a scholarship, you’ll receive a smaller share of generated yields than if
you lend the assets (therefore paying smth in form of collateral or in other

Hello, when I went through the light paper on the website, I found that you planned to include FIFA as one of the games. This game being so widely popular will surely attract a lot of gamers. At the same time I saw images of few prominent players like Insigne and others in the document. What about the copyright and licensing issues that may arise due to usage of names/ images of these players? What if this causes legal hurdles in the future to the project and hence affect investors?
CEO 99Starz: We don’t mention FIFA in our light paper 🙂 You are probably referring to Sorare, the largest football/soccer NFT blockchain game.
We don’t actually have to manage IPs directly with players, or Formula 1®, etc… this is already done by game studios.

The total supply of STZ tokens is 99 million and this means no more will be minted. This is great. How do you plan on generating new tokens? Your whitelist campaign on gleam is currently ongoing and will end on the 6th of December. I discovered that just a limited number of winners will be picked, about 163winners will receive a share of 7500 STZ tokens. How would you select the winners and would there be a possibility of you increasing the number of winners if a whole lot of users apply for the campaign and are qualified? What are the procedures to follow to get your reward if you happen to be a winner?
CEO 99Starz: The total supply is 99 million tokens, no more will ever be minted. The tokens are issued, but not in circulation all at once. As per our tokenomics, there are different vestings for different areas. All vestings are managed in an automated way.
As per our tokemics and smart contracts, all tokens will be automatically vested.

CEO 99Starz: The composition of The Masters will initially be determined by the core 99starz team. In the future, this may be governed by a DAO, based on the STZ holding structure. The Captains’ members will be determined by individual Masters, and the Players will be onboarded by the Captains. We are currently in the process of developing a governance structure that rewards these subactivities while letting people opt into the activities they care about the most and receive compensation based on their time and contribution.
We will also create
special quests that members can perform and become eligible for rewards.

Our reserve and operation allocation is one of the smallest in the market… the reason is that we already generate revenues 🙂
It’s a healthy practice
to keep some “oxygen” on the side for any possible events that could impact the
project or the market. It’s always smart to have a safety net (my CFO
background)… this is why we have a reserve.
Operations include a wide range of activities: players incentives, community incentives, NFT airdrops, fees (and gas) cost to run tests and initial development, development needs, generic operational expenses.
Furthermore, we can’t
predict the future and things might change. Perhaps our partners and key
stakeholders will want STZ tokens over USDT or ETH? These are things we can’t
control and it’s safer to hold coins for a rainy day.
We don’t have plans to
spend the operations and reserve allocation anytime soon. When we see the right
fit, we’ll deploy as needed.

However, there is a $STZ ticker in USA public markets (not crypto-related). It’s from Constellation Brands, a massive alcohol distribution company, which we have no affiliation.
We are completely different companies. We are crypto/blockchain/NFT… they are traded on the NYSE.

STZ Token is a utility token, initially ERC-20, that is designed to be the medium of exchange, utility, and attribution of blockchain-based games.
Our token is designed to be value-driven – the winnings of all membership yields will be used to incentivize the players and contributors and to expand the available NFT asset collection from various games (NFT Gaming AUM).
As an additional utility, STZ tokens may also be used to acquire assets from the NFT gaming vault using a specific mechanism through STZ governance. In other words, these assets will be available for lending, as well as for potential sale (should we decide so) – but only through the STZ token.
Only 99,000,000 (99 Million) STZ will ever be minted.

I read that SkyLaunch has introduced a unique customisable auto-pilot feature. Although I am familiar with auto-pilot, I am curious to know what have you done to make it “unique” on SkyLaunch. Further, you have stated that this method will help investors not to miss a new project opportunity. Please deeply explain how does this method help investors in a unique way on SkyLaunch. It seems that you have introduced plenty of features for project managers, including pre-IDO and post-IDO supports. In addition to the auto-pilot method, what kind of mechanisms have you introduced for investors?
Justin: Deeply explained, I would have needed my CTO on this AMA haha!
But basically, the auto-pilot will indeed help investors to participate in IDOs without having to be in front of their computer.
I don’t have the exact mechanism in mind, but you will be able to load your account with stable coin and decide to which IDO you want to participate, in advance! So you don’t have to be crazy in front of your computer to assist to the IDO for example!
We have indeed other mechanisms, such as NFT Utility (access + bonus by holding an NFT on your account). DAO Governance, Money Market is also a great feature to have a loan of stable coins so you don’t have to sell any token to free up some stable coin in order to invest in an IDO.

How important is this figure to keep the project afloat? Also, what benefits will the users who participate in the governance system have?
Justin: Governance is indeed important!
But you can’t go fully decentralized in one shot, because you might lose control and it could damage the project itself.
Our governance will come little by little. We value the opinion of our supporters and we will listen to them when it comes to new projects etc.
With governance, you will also have access to private rounds for example! You will be able to vote and be part of the SkyLaunch ecosystem and have your say!
So I agree, governance and DAO is important, but it needs to be secured as well!

Regardless, I’d like to know what is the profit you get specifically from launching projects. Do they pay upfront, with your native token? Do you take a percentage from funds of the IDO itself? Or are there any monthly/yearly payments they have to make? Could you explain how it works?
Justin: So, unlike many launchpads, we do not take fees from listing on our platform!
We believe in every projects we will launch and we will invest, long term, in them, alongside our investors!

We are also in close contact with BSC and Polygon to analyse new coming projects and checking if we could take them onboard onto SkyLaunch!
We also already started reviewing projects that are interested in SkyLaunch. We might communicate, but later on this point!

Justin: We are launching first on BSC and Polygon, but we are a multi chain platform!
We will support Avalanche, xDai, Cardano and many more!
We also just got an alliance with Liberty Gaming Guild in order to onboard gaming and metaverse projects to SkyLaunch!

As investors, will SkyLaunch assist us in finding quality projects? Do you apply reviews and screenings for each project that will conduct an IDO so that investors feel safe?
Justin: Of course!
We also have a council of members made from people outside of SkyLaunch (VCs, partners) that will have to vote on a project to get it approved! It will give a new layer of DD to make sure the project is legit.

What are the features of SkyLaunch’s new product, Utility NFT? Is it different from the normal NFT? Can you talk about the benefits?
Justin: You have several types of NFTs.
Collectible NFT is great but Utility gives…utility to your NFT.
For example, we can create a NFT and the person holding it will have access to IDOs without holding $SKYFI tokens. That’s just an example, but that’s a great way to have a use case for NFTs.
