Jonah 🏅🎹 | Satoshi Club: Hello Dear Satoshi clubbers welcome to Another Session if our AMA marathon today

Our guest today is @driule

Welcome to Satoshi club.. 👏

Andrius J. #codyfight: pleasure to be here! hello everyone !

Andrés M. | Satoshi Club: Hello Satoshi Club. Happy to be with you. Let’s talk about an amazing project. our friends from Cofyfight are here. @driule welcome to Satoshi Club

Jonah 🏅🎹 | Satoshi Club: We are Super excited to have you here.. 😁

Andrius J. #codyfight: same from my side 👌

Jonah 🏅🎹 | Satoshi Club: Great.. Let’s start our AMA… 🚀🚀

Give us a brief introduction about yourself and your role in Codyfight

Andrius J. #codyfight: I’m CEO at Codyfight

software engineer and game developer with a masters degree in Games & Media

started my programmer career being only 16 years old, at that time I was building WAP games (text online games)

recent years I’ve met my close friend Danas – we played lots of Fortnite competitively – had a very good synergy from the beginning – right now he is a CTO of this project

so gaming and geeky stuff united us 😎

Andrés M. | Satoshi Club: Also, give us an intoduction about Codyfight please.

Andrius J. #codyfight: We are building AI vs. Human competition metaverse, where players can code, draw, compete, trade, and even more  🤖⚔️ 👽

materials:

Andrés M. | Satoshi Club: Great, that’s trending topic, how long time ago you begin to develop it?

ohh, almost forgot to mention this important fact haha

…have been building this project for more than 1.5 years already!

Jonah 🏅🎹 | Satoshi Club: Awesome.. how many are you in your team?

Andrés M. | Satoshi Club: So, are you in an advanced phase, right?

Andrius J. #codyfight: we grew a lot in recent months, so currently 8 people + advisors, marketing & design agencies + partners

oh yeah! planning to open some secret ways to sneak into alpha version quite soon, stay tuned for this 😏

Jonah 🏅🎹 | Satoshi Club: Exciting… Thank you for the introduction 😁.. Btw are all your team members anonymous?

Andrius J. #codyfight: no way, check our website www.codyfight.com

Jonah 🏅🎹 | Satoshi Club: Great Job.. 👍

Andrés M. | Satoshi Club: Congrats 🥳👏

Andrius J. #codyfight: thanks! get ready to solve some tech challenge before getting access to early version of the game

Andrés M. | Satoshi Club: Well, Andrius, thanks a lot for the exciting intro about you and about the project, we have collected some community questions to learn as much as possible about Codyfight. Are you ready to proceed?

Q1 from Telegram user @tuandeptrai

Many games today set high costs to start the game & therefore start with a small player base. Does “Codyfight” an entrance fee or starting conditions & if so,what are they?Do I need to hold an NFT or hold a certain amount of tokens in order to enjoy & play the “Codyfight” Game?

Andrius J. #codyfight: Every new player will receive one robot with one default NFT skin and CKey FOR FREE  (an exclusive NFT gift during early access). Afterwards, each additional CKey (meaning additional robot) is granted via subscription. Skins can be bought in the NFT skin shop or from other players|artists in the marketplace. In addition, skins can be acquired as special rewards for outstanding in-game achievements!

Jonah 🏅🎹 | Satoshi Club: Does this mean every CKey is accompanied with a robot?

Andrius J. #codyfight: yes, it is like a chip for your robot to access Codyfight servers

each CKey can always be detached from old robot, and attached to the new one – independent item

Jonah 🏅🎹 | Satoshi Club: Oh.. I get it.. How much then will your subscription cost?

Andrius J. #codyfight: this is going to be a premium service for players who want to scale robot farm to automate rewards yielding

it is necessary only for those, who actually want to go beyond limits and have “business” in Codyfight metaverse

one free CKey will be sufficient to fully enjoy the game in all modes

Jonah 🏅🎹 | Satoshi Club: Thank you for sharing..

Ready for next question?

Andrés M. | Satoshi Club: Let’s check it Satoshiclubbers

Andrius J. #codyfight: let’s goo

Q2 from Telegram user @Jmagsss

One interesting game feature Codyfight has is its NFT skins. I’ve learned that each skins in the game has limited amount of durability and there will be times that during in the middle of the match, these skins could wear off and get demolished. Can you please elaborate and explain to us Codyfight’s NFT skin breaking/demolish feature? How would users know if it is the good time to repair their broken skins? Ultimately, how much do users have to pay to repair broken skins?

Andrius J. #codyfight: Each skin has a limited durability so that player should be carefull when playing – there will be lots of Special Agents who might even kill your robots; each skins will have different durability and the fixed repair price associated with each skin

skins has to be repaired only when it is actually out-of-order, there is no need to fix it when still functional

Jonah 🏅🎹 | Satoshi Club: Is the durability of the Skins in Levels?

Andrius J. #codyfight: yes, there will be correlation on how rare skins are and their durability + repair price

Andrés M. | Satoshi Club: Interés feature, what others features could you mention us different to Robot forge and NFT skins? What make you different to similar metaverse projects?

Andrius J. #codyfight: the most exclusive feature is the game accessibility – there are two options to play:

– on the web (control robot with keyboard/mobile device)

– API (Application Programming Interface) – used to connect for bots

soo, Codyfight web-widget is like a “youtube” player that can be embedded everywhere – any robots can be spectate at real-time, all games happen publicly – super easy to spectate & stream

on top of that – players can host custom games & tournaments officially and profit for this

also – artists can contribute to the game art and generate passive income streams by designing & selling skins for other players

Andrés M. | Satoshi Club: Incredible ideas you have implemented😁👏

Andrius J. #codyfight: have been designing this metaverse for quite some time with creative people 🤓

Q3 from Telegram User @MudaraSilva

You have mentioned that there will be a dynamic ranking system on Codyfight Arena. However, it is not clear that how does this ranking system work. Who is in-charge of calculating points and putting users in to ranks? On similar platforms, users are put in to ranks based on their performance. Is this same for your platform too? Please explain the factors which may help users to get a better rank. What are the benefits attached to higher ranks? Moreover, I noticed that 1 CTicket or 1 Daily Ticket is needed to enter Codyfight Arena. Are these tickets purchasable or should they be gained through performances in the game?

Andrius J. #codyfight: great questions, thanks!

our competitive system is more dynamic than typical in games

Codyfight Arena features a dynamic ranking system with rewards depending on the robot rank. Players have to constantly learn and understand new map tiles and behaviors in Special Agents to be able to develop the necessary skills to play and build adaptive AI robots.

Details on arena rewards can be found here:

https://codyfight.gitbook.io/white-paper/tokenomics/fees-and-rewards

Free Daily Tickets can be used to enter the game until #5 Competitor rank. Rewards for winnings are granted in CTickets for such games. Once the robot reaches #5 Competitor rank, the player cannot use Daily Tickets anymore and has to enter games paying CTickets instead. However, from this point – the player is rewarded in Codyfight Tokens (CTOK).

Jonah 🏅🎹 | Satoshi Club: Is your game fully functional at the moment?

Andrius J. #codyfight: So basically, players have to maintain particular win-rate in order to stay in the current rank, or achieve higher to advance further; failing to maintain win-rate => results in de-ranking.

Andrés M. | Satoshi Club: Could you tell us a little more about $CTOK? What are its main utilities?

Andrius J. #codyfight: well, actually it is:)

but our UI & graphics still needs to be refined, also need to complete blockchain integrations where necessary

Jonah 🏅🎹 | Satoshi Club: Great… How many users do you have at the moment and are they all ranked?

Andrius J. #codyfight: $CTOK ignites the whole Codyfight ecosystem! it helps to unite & reward all talented people in one intact community

please read more: https://codyfight.gitbook.io/white-paper/tokenomics/ctok-utilities

currently we do not have official users, only testers & developers can access development version

Andrés M. | Satoshi Club: Do you have any approximated date for the official announcement?

Q1 2022 – closed alpha

Q3 2022 – public beta

Andrés M. | Satoshi Club: Very close😁

Q4 From Telegram User @UniqueVicky

Players have to constantly learn and understand new map tiles and behaviors to be able to develop the necessary skills to play and build adaptive AL robots,to do so they need to get into what you call “SPECIAL AGENT” please can you tell us what or who are this “special agent”is there any requirements to get into this special agents? What is the purpose or features of this agent? Without this agent is there other ways players can learn and understand map tiles and behaviors to have the necessary skills to play and build AL robots? Please explain

Andrius J. #codyfight: Special Agents are used to complicate metagame – each of them have unique abilities – they can help, award, disturb, build, explode, …, or even kill your robots

each player will have to learn their characters and behaviors in order to successfully navigate on the map

each map tile may also have pretty much the same complexity as Special Agents 😏

Jonah 🏅🎹 | Satoshi Club: Wow.. interesting

Andrius J. #codyfight: and these features will be continuously delivered – so for AI there will be a tough challenge to constantly adapt; humans have an advantage here

Could you share some images of the maps?😃

concept art

…and some more conceptual art

Andrés M. | Satoshi Club: Wow very unique designs, who is the designer?

Andrius J. #codyfight: we do have several artists working on this:)

don’t forget – community will be able to contribute to this art!

Andrés M. | Satoshi Club: I feel that I need the Legendary Llama 😅

Andrius J. #codyfight: caging Llama will grant great rewards, even bigger than winning the match!

Andrés M. | Satoshi Club: Great opportunity Satoshiclubbers👀, we have a lot of talented members

Which robot is your favorite one?

Andrius J. #codyfight: ^^ bad guy KIX

Andrés M. | Satoshi Club: So cool 😁

Q5 From Telegram User @iceVermithraxx

I made note of one key feature of CodyFight which is the “Robot forge”. combining any intact NFT Skin with CKeys, users can create an Active Robot using this the Robot Forge, and players can also upgrade, change appearance of existing robot and repair a demolished robot using this feature. What are the requirements for users to be able to access Robot Forge and upgrade, change appearance of their Robots? what are some properties of Robot that can be upgraded? aslo, about the demolished Robot, what kind of activities makes a robot demolished? how can players detect a demolished Robot? lastly do CodyFight have auto-Repair Features, where player can set his robot to be automatic repaired when damaged?

Andrius J. #codyfight: again, please check WP about robot forge: https://codyfight.gitbook.io/white-paper/codyfight-metaverse/robot-forge

there are no limitations to access Robot Forge – each player will receive one free CKey – meaning, they can afford multiple skins, and occasionally use any of them – player can simply embed CKey into the skin to emerge a new robot

fees for using Robot Forge will be symbolic, just to prevent spam when creating new robots

Robot Forge will be accessible via our website; all robots/skins/CKeys/CTickets, etc. management will happen on the web

we believe that downloading apps suck:)

Jonah 🏅🎹 | Satoshi Club: And this will happen securely?

Andrius J. #codyfight: of course, all transactions will happen on Polygon blockchain with maximum security and low fees 👌

Jonah 🏅🎹 | Satoshi Club: Excellent.. this means you have no plans of developing a mobile app

Andrés M. | Satoshi Club: Talking about your future plans, could you share us your roadmap? What can we expect for next year?

Andrius J. #codyfight: no, there is no need – game & web will accessible with any device that supports web browser, I’m testing even on my smart watch haha

sure, more than happy to share it: https://codyfight.gitbook.io/white-paper/technical-summary/roadmap

Jonah 🏅🎹 | Satoshi Club: Oh wow that’s cool.. playing on your smart watch.. 😄

Andrius J. #codyfight: or just simply spectating your robot playing autonomously while you do whatever you like 😏

Andrés M. | Satoshi Club: Is IDO completed? Which was the results?

Andrius J. #codyfight: yes! but first:

Andrius J. #codyfight: IDO is still going to happen soon, stay tuned for the exact date !

Q6 From Telegram User @Ask4unik

The platform continuously rewards users with crypto tokens for competing in the game arena, drawing skins, developing bots, organizing tournaments, or just casually playing the game. Even novice players can enjoy the game and earn rewards. Its appealing to recognize players and also offer rewards,Does your game have it own in-game tokens that players will receive after competing in a game?Or you accept random tokens from other blockchains? what’s involved in hosting a tournament in your game?As an interested user please can you tell me what’s involved in developing this bots?what special skill do I need to have in order to develop this bots? explain thanks

Andrius J. #codyfight: Definitely! We have Codyfight Token – $CTOK. It is an ERC-20 token that can be traded on Ethereum, Polygon, and Binance Smart Chain blockchains.

As for community tournaments, every tournament has its own entry fee for participants. These fees form a prize pool that is shared by the tournament’s best-performing robots. The tournament organizer gets a percentage of the pool as a reward

As for AI bots, you can either develop a code or buy/rent a code from other users if you’re a beginner. Codyfight contains an Application Programming Interface (API) for coding AI bots using any programming language that can connect to the internet. Via public Game API players can access Codyfight servers to control their robots. Through Codyfight, you can extend the robots’ functionalities with AI, Computer Vision, and Machine Learning.

Jonah 🏅🎹 | Satoshi Club: Can you share with us the Tokenomics of $CTOK?

Andrius J. #codyfight: https://codyfight.gitbook.io/white-paper/tokenomics/codyfight-token

we have a rich white paper 😅

Jonah 🏅🎹 | Satoshi Club: Is there a fixed percentage the tournament organizer gets?

Andrius J. #codyfight: no! organizers will determine this by themselves 😼

Jonah 🏅🎹 | Satoshi Club: So true.. it answers every single one of our questions.. 😁

Jonah 🏅🎹 | Satoshi Club: Oh.. great

Andrés M. | Satoshi Club: Haha yes, completely agree

CTickets give an entrance to competitive arena games while NFT skins make the Codyfighter look unique and stylish.

Q5. from telegram username @Ratash97

What programming language does your plateform support ?

Andrius J. #codyfight: Robots can be programmed in any language you want. no limitations.

Q6. from telegram username @sophiejohnson1

You wrote that “we need to earn crypto for talent, not grind”. What is this feature? Or what kind of application? Can you explain?

Andrius J. #codyfight: Codyfight is revolutionizing gaming, since in majority of games you have to spend most of your time just sitting and doing repetitive tasks to achieve something, while in codyfight you can automate the “boring” part by coding or buying a bot that plays autonomously while you sleep!

Q7. from telegram username @Marci_stapleton38333

So many projects just like to speak about the long term vision and mission but what are your short term objectives? What are you focusing on right now?

Andrius J. #codyfight: We focus on early alpha release for a limited amount of players, they will be able to join by solving mini games and tech-savvy challenges; we have spent 18 month for development, so we are quite ready to release something soon!

Q8. from telegram username @doithay1617

Hello @driule 🙎‍♂️🙎‍♂️🙎‍♂️

The Codyfight Token (CTOK) is an ERC-20 token, why did the project choose Ethereum over blockchains with cheaper transaction fees? Does the project have any measures to help solve the transaction fee problem for investors?

Andrius J. #codyfight: We choose Ethereum as our main chain because of it’s reliability. We will have bridges to other chains such as Polygon, BSC and in future probably some of Ethereum layer2 solutions.

Q9. from telegram username @adaatalay

Do Codyfight token holders have voting rights? What kind of decisions to be taken in the administration can they participate or vote?

Andrius J. #codyfight: Each Codyfight community member will be able to contribute to the game’s growth direction by voting for or against upcoming gameplay features.

Q10. from telegram username @hansoyeon

What are the features and competitive advantage of Codyfight that distinguishes it from similar projects?

Andrius J. #codyfight: Codyfight opens exclusive scaling opportunities to own like a real business in this metaverse, while other games are more like 9-to-5 jobs 😼
