AAG has a cloud service which includes the Scholarship Payout Manager or SPM where scholarship managers can automate the payout process for each of their scholars. Your documents stated that the SPM can also allow the manager to specify what will be the payout currency to be used. Is the payout currency only limited to $SLP tokens or can it be change in a form of other currencies such as direct fiat currency or your guild’s token which is the $AGG token? Can you please discuss with us the limitations of your Scholarship Payout Manager? Other than $SLP, what other payout reward can be used?
One of the token utilities of $AGG is for the guild’s DAO. May I know, if I were to be a scholar and be part of AGG Ventues’s community guild, will I be also considered as part of the guild’s DAO? Are all community members and Axie scholars are part of the DAO or is the application and eligibility of your DAO separated from the scholars? Can you please explain more about your DAO initiative, membership and future plans?
Aside from the Axie NFTs, I also saw some notable NFTS coming from AGG Ventues itself, particularly the VIP Founders Club NFTs and the Basic Foundation NFT Which are part of the guild’s roadmap. Would you care to enlighten us with your guild’s NFTs? Wil it only be available and given to your community members and scholars or will these NFTs be sold on a secondary market?
1) Hello and good day.. Please, For the utilities of the tokens, i noticed that $AAG token is as the universal currency for Play-to-Earn. Please can you tell us the use cases of AAG tokens? And is it worth it to hold for long-term? And how many Supply is the AAG Token?
2). What is AGG’s Approach to the DeFi Sector, and do you have any opinion with regard to the DeFi financial system with regards to your project? Because, as We all know that, DeFi is becoming the most sought after topics in the block chain.
And i noticed that your team choose Lossless security protocol, is there any reason behind that? Because there are lots of security protocols out there, why go with Lossless?
And, Is there any #burn mechanism In #AAG token? And how much total supply?
It was mentioned that AAG has 4 cloud services which includes Scholarship Payout Manager (SPM), Performance Monitoring and Coaching (PMC), Axie Breeding Manager (ABM) and NFT Asset Intelligence (NFT-AI). Can you elaborate on each of these services? What are the feature of each of these 4 services? How does each of these service work and What are the benefits of these services to users/manager?
Presently,the number of scholars on your platform is 1,500+ in 7 countries.So how do you plan to AAG global especially to reach peoples in countries with poor economic growth and with users who have no idea of crypto but are willing to play the game?How can I become a scholar myself?Are there some requirements lined up for one to become one?Will there also be any age bracket as regards to who can become a scholar?And what various benefits will this scholars have while in AAG? You mentioned that your platform can be used by any PTE (play to earn) stakeholders.So can your first tell us who make up this stakeholders?Will it also mean that a stakeholder can run their own guild on your platform?If yes,how can they have their own scholars?And if they finally have some scholars,what information will you provide for them as a guild to make their scholars know they are with the right guild and that they are performing well?Payment is also a big concern for scholars,so can you tell us when are scholars normally paid and how are fund generated to be paid to them?Which currency will be paid to these scholars will it be in AAG token or any fiat currencies? The word “SCHOLAR” became more prominent in P2E since the pandemic days when it was introduced by Axie Infinity and guild operator. I have read that AAG will also be introducing this concept of Scholars and Scholarship Payout Manager to automate Payout process. Since you are not a game, I will like to know more about your concept of SCHOLARS and how they are applied with AAG Venture system. What differences or similarities does it share with Axie Infinity Scholars who were the initial originator of this concept? How do users enroll into it and how is it designed to create a positive financial impact in a P2E system?
I understand that AAG Ventures launched a project called Project Trident: The Triple DAO and it’s vision is Defining the Roles of DAO in Play-To-Earn. These three DAO includes the AAG Guild DAO, AAG Platform DAO and AAG Foundation DAO. Can you elaborate more on each of these DAO. What are the features of each of these DAO? What are roles of each of these DAO in play to earn? And lastly how can users gain access to each of these DAO and what are the requirements?
You mentioned that to solve the problems many Play to Earn players face which are loss of funds due to mismanagement of wallets or scam and gaining an understanding of how to trade or cash out cryptocurrences on either on decentralized or centralized exchanges,you have created an AAG wallet.So how will this wallet help players to manage their earnings?Is the wallet already released for download or will user get to use it on your website?Can you tell us the features of the wallet and how many games players can access in it?Will users be able to make exchange to all crypto assets on decentralized and centralized exchange from your wallet?If yes, kindly tell us how that users can do that. Looking at your roadmap, I discovered that you plan to launch your own non-profit foundation based on a DAO. These foundation will be based on two approaches: there is one that will be led by your foundation advisors while the other will be led by AAG Community. Can you tell us more about this Non-profit Foundation as it relate with its aim, focus and direction? What is the difference between the two concept? Who are your foundation advisors and which charity organisations or NGO are you partnering with to achieve a transparent charity outreach that will not only be giving out money to people, but will also be able to empower people to earn and survive without having to always depend on charity largesse?

I understand your Ecosystem is a P2E Community wherein gamers play to Earn rewards of your Native Tokens. My question here is, is it only by winning in games could your Native Tokens be earned? What if I plays and did not win in the games does it mean I will not want your Native Tokens?

A couple of weeks back, AAG Ventures announced that it had teamed up with Republic Realm to build the first ever Learn-to-Earn blockchain based game. As commendable as this initiative is, can you carefully enlighten us the features and overall user specifications of this proprietory Learn-to-Earn game, how does this game help to enhance the visions and core service functions as provided by AAG Ventures? Finally, with the incorporation of the Learn-to-Earn model, can we expect this feature to be incorporated with other products and services to be provided by AAG?
One feature of the AAG ventures is Turnkey Generation for NFT owners(DeFi Guild Builder) and you will provide access to you pool of scholars by allowing anyone to Deploy NFT assets and anyone can choose to build Guild without having to interact with a scholars. Can you elaborate on the Turnkey for NFT owners(Defi Guild Builder) and its Features?, how can users Deploy their NFT assets? Actually You are an Venture Capital platform: AAG Ventures, but you have focused on Play to earn concept. Why is that? Basically, You supposed to be a fundraising platform for other projects. Then why did you involve with P2E gaming & NFTs? What is your opinion about that you aim to be number 01 P2E metaverse within the Crypto Space? Are there any adavantages of being a GameFi platform instead of being a Venture Capital platform?
Your roadmap shows that you are going to launch your own wallet and I found out that this wallet will be in two versions: AAG wallet Version 1 and AAG Wallet Version 2. Can you describe the difference that will exist between the two versions? Are they going to function as separate applications or is version 2 going to be an upgrade enhancement of version 1? Is this wallet PC based or a mobile wallet that will be compatible be Android and iOS? Apart from crypto storage, are there any additional functions that this wallet can be used for?
You will be introducing NFTs into AAG Venture through VIP founder Club NFTs and you will be enabling the listing of these VIP Club NFTs in Q2 2022 as well as the creation of a profit sharing mechanism based on these NFTs. I found out that from the beginning, the goal of AAG Ventures was to generate returns and help those in need who are suffering from employment due to Covid-19. Can you give some details about the progress you have made to achieve this goal so far? I also found out that AAG Ventures has expanded into some countries already. Can you mention the countries where AAG Ventures has been established at the moment? Will AAG Ventures be focusing on certain continents or you plan to be established worldwide?
I noticed 10.5% of each transactions is allocated to “Private backers”who are these Private backers? For such an amount to be located to them shows they’ve contributed immersely to AAG,do you consider them for future collaboration or there is already an ongoing partnership with them? In what areas have they contributed to AAG progress? And what impacts and advantages does it bring to AAG network? Is there any win-win that you will also give back? Since there no allocation for private sale or presale,are these backers still showing their support as to generate funds for some expenses and cost?
The Scholarship Payout Manager (SPM) is one of the cloud services of AAG. I learnt that the Scholarship Payout Manager will enable scholarship managers to automate the payout process and provide a platform for each scholar to withdraw their tokens. The SPM will also enable the manager and the scholar to specify the payout currency.

I noticed there is no allocation for marketing and development,and AAG’s vision is to reach 100M followers before 2030,why do you not make an allocation for marketing and development? How do you intend to adopt more investors and users without marketing? Are you already in partnership with any marketing firm? What strategic mechanism are you using to attract users and investors?
I understand that $AAG is a governance token but because there are some community members with high spending power(whales) who will dominate and determine the outcome of most polls, you decided to introduce multiple mechanisms which include the Proof-of-Participation(PoP) NFTs. I think that community members will not be able to purchase the PoP NFTs so how can these PoP NFTs be gotten? Since you said that the $AAG token is a governance token, what role does the $AAG token play in AAG Ventures DAO? Does this mean that holders of $AAG tokens will have less voting power/rights than the holders of the Proof-of-Participation NFTs?
Do you consider that it is possible to achieve economic freedom through a digital metaverse, who can benefit from the benefits that you offer and how can you verify the veracity that it is a completely democratized platform?
There are still countries or productive sectors that have not been involved with decentralized finance due to ignorance, fear and mistrust or lack of the necessary financial and technological resources, they have considered creating a program to motivate, advise even finance these people, what message can you send them to encourage them and incorporate them into this system and create an environment of truly global and inclusive financial freedom?
From the beginning of the operation, AAG goal was to generate returns and help those in need worldwide who are suffering from unemployment due to Covid-19. However, even once COVID-19 will be conquered, the issues described above will remain. It mean that the goals of AAG will remain at demand to a lof of people around the world. I understand that the vesting schedule will take place throughout 3 years with daily basis. Generally, Most of projects limit the vesting period to 6 months, 12 months only. So why do you go for 3 years vesting period? Is this strategy to up the price of $AAG token? What concept did you adopt to create the vesting schedule?
It caught my attention about the First Ever Learn to Earn (L2E) blockchain based game by the team of Republic Realm & AAG Ventures. Could you please elaborate more details on this L2E game & the earning system of it? What requirements do users have to complete to play this L2E game? Will there be anything to learn through this L2E game? So will the legal rights of this L2E game be belong to the Republic Realm project or AAG Ventures project?

AAG is also introducing Turnkey Yield Generation for NFT Owners. You will provide access to your pool of scholars by allowing anyone to deploy NFT assets via AAG smart contracts. Please expand your vision of NFT breakout of AAG ecosystem. It is said that anyone can fractionally own an NFT with even 1$ of investment, however it is not mentioned if users can deploy their own NFTs, then resell them and send a portion of earnings to AAG charity programs for ex. As your team’s mission is to create economic freedom worldwide, I wonder about the requirements to join your platform, since most play-to-earn platforms are not also free-to-play. Are there initial investments required to join? Or is it free? In any case, will there be regular airdrops so that more members can join and start earning?
We believe that Play-To-Earn is just the beginning. There are many more concepts that can be introduced into the metaverse (e.g., Learn-To-Earn, Donate-To-Earn, Volunteer-To-Earn). We continue to monitor the metaverse ecosystem and make timely investments.this concepts you mentioned above are quite interesting and am sure will attract investors and players too,Do you plan to be the first guild to introduce this medium to gaming platform?If you plan on adopting this concept how Will funds be raised to facilitate this new project?And when do you think you can achieve this?
Play-to-earn you mentioned in your writing, do we need to use money to play games or are they free of charge?

You mentioned that so far, you have expanded into 7 countries (Philippines, Indonesia, Brazil, India, Russia, Nigeria, and Argentina), and you said that you are exploring many more markets. What other markets have you thought of so far? Have you already considered which will be the next markets to which you are going to expand AAG Ventures?
