Aliosski | DaoLand: My name is Ali. I am the CEO of DaoLand. I’ve been in crypto since 2017 and have held many projects as Project Development Manager and various other roles. Now we are here as the DaoLand team.

Aliosski | DaoLand: DAOLand was first proposed in 2021 by me and my co-founder, (name). We are a Russian+Turkey and Indian-based entity having come up with 2 concepts behind the project:

Hub for GameFi, NFT and Metaverse deals

Gates for retail investors to participate in private and seed deals.

There are a lot of IDO launchpads in the crypto market, but they care only about sales and only a few can provide a full stack incubation service, like DAOMaker, for example. But there are always 2 aspects and points of view related to these services: end-users and projects. The end-user is interested in high-quality deals, projects, and wants to achieve success. DAOLand takes care of both tasks. Our goal is to be something like a community-driven decentralized Coinlist based on DAO ideas. We have a lot of partners starting from a law firm, market-making providers, exchanges, and so on who will be involved in our future deals. I am sure we have progressed from a mere shell to a strong global business model, distinguishing and aspiring the GameFi, Metaverse, and NFT era.

Andrés M. | Satoshi Club: Wow, you have a wide mission, how much projects have applied to do IDO with you?

Aliosski | DaoLand: Me as CEO and my friend Co-founder & CPO Ahmet Gorsen.

We have 2 advisor (Aleksei Kopievski and Kyle Nguyen), a SMM.

Also our tech development doing by  Crypton Studio which has more than 8 developer for DaoLand.

Actually we are in talk with some projects but of course details will be announced later 😄

Does community activity affect the final product?

Aliosski | DaoLand: Of course. We are thinking to grow with our community.

For example, even IDO slots will be decided based on how many $DLD staked from community.

We all know that there’s a lot of IDO launchpads in the crypto market, and most of them only care about sales and just a few of them can provide a full stack incubation service, Taking DAOMaker as an example, how do you plan to tackle this aspect. And DAOland has been in existence in February 2021. Prior to its existence, did the team do any analysis of other IDO platforms and incubators? If yes, what were their shortcomings and how does DAOLand aim to overcome these shortcomings? And what new and unique things will DAOLand bring to the IDO world? Thank you.

Aliosski | DaoLand: Yes, there are a lot of IDO platforms but we have difference from them

Let me explain what is unique in DaoLand.

The problem of IDO platforms is that there are limited allocations and more applications than demand. Things may not go well for small and medium-sized investors. In the guarantee allocation option, the allocation amounts can be very low.

You can stake $DLD and earn $DLS in our unique system. After IDO all used $DLS will be burned but if you can’t participate to IDO, your $DLS will stay and in the next IDO you will have more chance to get allocation.

The heart of this project. It creates equal opportunity for small, big and medium investors.

Even the smallest investor can win. In this way, if every investor shows the necessary patience, definitely participate to IDO’s on DaoLand.

Andrés M. | Satoshi Club: You only host IDOs or we can do other sales on your platform like IGOs?

Aliosski | DaoLand: I mentioned as IDO but yes there will be IGO’s too.

I noticed that users can receive $DLS rewards by staking $DLD. In addition to receiving $DLS, what are the benefits of holding $DLD? Please separately explain active and passive rewards attached to $DLD. Currently, almost all platforms create two separate tokens as the governance token and the reward token. Did you introduce $DLD and $DLS just because of this trend? Further, I am curious to know more information about your reward token, $DLS. Compared to $DLD, will holding $DLS also be a worthwhile investment option? After receiving rewards in $DLS, can users exchange them for $DLD on your platform?

Aliosski | DaoLand: Actually users can’t exchange $DLS’s for $DLD. $DLS mean IDO and IGO ticket. It won’t be tradable.

We have 2 tokens but not for trend.

It’s for giving equal chance for investors.

About passive income. Yes there will be stake pool for $DLD. But staking early is advantage. Because we have halving system

Let us explain the details of mining activities for the $DLS token. Total amount of $DLS tokens will be infinity, but they’ll be burned after use.

Basics:

Epoch length: 7 days;

$DLS per epoch: 1000 $DLS;

Halving period: 17 EPOCHs.

What does it mean. Everyone who will stake a $DLD token on our mining pool will divide only 1000 $DLS tokens per week proportionally to their staked $DLD amount. After 17 EPOCHs, the reward per epoch will be halved and will be equal to 500 $DLS, then 250, 125 …

Based on the amount of $DLS, you’ll be eligible to participate in upcoming projects on the DAOLand platform!

Andrés M. | Satoshi Club: What are the main usecases of each token?

Aliosski | DaoLand: $DLD is our native token on Binance Smart Chain (BEP-20). The main purpose – staking and governance. By the way, the token contract was audited by Solidity.finance: https://solidity.finance/audits/DAOLand/

The $DLS token is our ticket token. This token, as well as the platform, will be multichain: Ethereum, BSC and Polygon networks from the launch and, later, we’ll add the support of Avalanche and Fantom L2s. The only way to participate in DAOLand deals is to have $DLS tokens and the only way to receive $DLS tokens is to stake native $DLD tokens.

Andrés M. | Satoshi Club: Interesting system, personally, staking is my favorite investment way, how high is the APR? And what is the minimum of tokens needed to receive DLS?

Aliosski | DaoLand: APR is not become clear.

There is no minimum token requirement. Even if you stake 1 $DLD you will gain $DLS. But if you stake more you’ll gain more of course.

In your tokenomics, you said that the token supply will be INFINITY but the tokens will be burnt after each usage. It is unique that there is a type of token supply like this but how do this works? Are the used tokens replaced by another batch of token? How do you maintain an infinite supply? Isn’t this a bad thing since scarce wouldn’t be produced to make a great difference on the token value? How will you continuously create a token after usage per usage of users? Can you provide a proof that tokens will really be burnt and not reused?

Aliosski | DaoLand: People could track burned tokens from smart contract and this will be proof of burning mechanism.

And let me explain system basically.

Aliosski | DaoLand: You staked $DLD and earned $DLS. If you particitape to IDO, after sale your used $DLS’s will be burnt.

Let’s think someone else who didn’t particitape to IDO, their unused $DLS’s will remain, i mean no burn for him/her.

So, next time he/she will have more chance

And next IDO, everybody have to stake $DLD again.

One of the interesting features is DAOLand Bridge option which is delicated on Converting BEP20 $DLS to ERC20 $DLS tokens & it is on Testnet version now. Do you hope to improve this Bridge tool so as to be compatible with other tokens as well after launching the Mainenet? Which networks will you integrate besides to the BSC & Ethereum? Please let us know more valuable things on this topic sinc the Bridge option will gain more adoption in future?

Aliosski | DaoLand: We’ve done bridge from BSC to ETH and back, but also we’ll undroduce you external solutions for Polygon, Avalanche networks on so on. Our company bridge will support only ETH and BSC networks. Token is BEP20. Platform will support ETH, BSC, Polygon, Avalanche, Fantom

Andrés M. | Satoshi Club: Why did you choose BSC as your main network? Which benefits it provides to DAOLand?

Actually, people don’t want to pay fees about 60-100$. On FCFS’s i have seen 1000$ too 😄

In my opinion, i don’t want to pay high fees for buying IDO tokens.

And as we said, we are here for small and medium investors too. Not just for whales

In this sense please explain how the selection process is passing? Does DaoLand takes reponsibility to accept only verified projects? What requirements are set to new projects to proove they are not scam? Thank you!

Aliosski | DaoLand: We’re community driven platfrom, so yes. Later you can create governance vote in our platform to determine everything. If votes will pas – here we go!

We’ll do manual due diligence of each project and will allow our community to do same. Crypto has a lot of risks and we understand how it’s important to prevent scam project.

Aliosski | DaoLand: Yes, there will be of course

Andrés M. | Satoshi Club: Which requirements are needed to do an IDO event with you? How do you keep users from scam projects?

Aliosski | DaoLand: First of all there will be KYC as @GoldRocket27 said and of course we will check all backers, testnet, mainnet, website, team’s LinkedIn’s and their experience an so on.

We don’t have internal lawyer, but we are partnered with few law firms. BTW a lot of agreements already done for our projects and we can use these drafts to produce similar agreements for incubated projects. We have big KOL network, which will support everything.

Jack Vinijtrongjit – Will Not DM First: Sure. My background is in enterprise software with a specialty in building scalable software infrastructure and integration. I have been in probably 7+ industries and now my focus is back to the blockchain space I have been around casually for the past 5 years or so. I believe blockchain tech is amazing and I’m always amazed at what people come up with.

Jack Vinijtrongjit – Will Not DM First: We actually started as a guild called Achip & Achair Guild (AAG) with a heavy focus on Axie Infinity since it’s pretty much the only one that can help generate significant income even now. We then quickly grew to a team of about 1,500 in 7 countries. We kinda figured out a few secret sauces on how to grow quickly and cheaply. And btw, this is all in house unlike other guilds that outsource to local country managers.

That’s how we got started.

Jack Vinijtrongjit – Will Not DM First: We recognized that we were very profitable and at the same time we’re helping a lot of people. With my enterprise software background, I quickly realized that we need to automate a lot of things to be able to scale. That’s how we decided to pivot to create a platform that doesn’t just allow us to grow more efficiently, but also allow other guilds to use the platform and help even more people.

We actually have over 2,000 now. We took a little pause to focus on the product, but we are now focusing on expanding to 16 countries we can get the local knowledge we need to make sure we can support guilds in any country.

Do you consider that PTE can really be the tool for the reactivation of finances and become the mechanism of economic sustenance of families and even productive sectors, to those enterprising, creative but growing people who start in this cryptocurrency station that opportunities offer them, Several countries have already joined and are receiving their advantages, what are your next plans and milestones for starting 2022, tell us about your current and future DEX collaborators and how other projects benefit from AAG Ventures?

Jack Vinijtrongjit – Will Not DM First: We actually have multiple tracks for 2022, but the main focus is definitely on the platform side. We are planning to open up our platform for beta partners once we feel comfortable with the software. Then towards the end of 2022, we are planning to open it up for self-service.

I think we have spent enough time building out the right infrastructure (Project Titan) so that we can adapt and scale quickly so 2022 will be a very exciting year where you see a lot of frequent updates from us.

It’s actually the allocation for private backers who have helped us get this far.

Some of them have been contributing immensely from the thought leadership perspective to actually getting their hands dirty and helping us build our organization as well.

As for presale allocation, we are not planning to have it. We are taking the route of traditional fundraising. The next opportunity is the IDO that we will announce very soon.

Jack Vinijtrongjit – Will Not DM First: Our Founders Club NFT is a special reward for early players who helped us expand the team by lending us a portion of their earnings at the very beginning. This NFT is then used as part of the mechanism to pay out the shared reward pool of 5%. They also have an option to sell these NFT in the open market if they choose to.

As for investing for as low as $1, that will be through our fractional ownership module. You will essentially be able to purchase a stake with AAG token and receive a profit share via smart contract.

The last question about turnkey yield generation is basically for you to participate in the ecosystem without having to deal with scholars. You can deploy your NFTs and they will automatically be assigned to the scholars in our global queue.

Managing scholars is not an easy thing so we get why some people would choose this option.

For each of them, we want to allow the very people who are affected by decisions to have the maximum voice. That’s why we introduce the concept of Proof-of-Participation.

For example, on the platform side, if AAG Guild requests a feature and another guild request another feature, who has the priority? With the DAO process we have in place, we can eliminate conflicts of interests and at the same time allow the real participants to have certain level of control rather than being at the mercy of a platform or whales who may have a very large stake in AAG.

1) Lending. If you are an investor in NFTs and you do not want to deal with the hassle of deploying them yourself, you may choose to do it through smart contracts and then allow a platform to manage it for you and just collect the yield. This is similar to when you stake your coin/token on Celcius or Binance for example.

2) Investing. NFTs are expensive. If you want to invest only $100 for example, you are out of luck with those legendary NFT that can be over $1m. What we are planning to do here is to allow anyone to fractionally own a piece of NFT. So if an NFT is worth $1000 and you invest $100, then you own 10% of it and the profit from either from farming or selling will be split according to that. This will allow anyone to be able to invest maybe even with just $1.

The ticker for the Demole project is $DMLG and it is of the BEP-20 token type. On the 20th of October, during the Binance launchpool start date 25,000,000 $DMLG was allocated.

When $DMLG got listed on Binance, its initial circulation supply was about 38,250,000 and the total token supply was 14,900,000, which sums up to a total maximum supply of 500,000,000.

Join NFT community in Mar 2021. Started an NFT generative art project consisting of 1550 pieces. Sold out in 80 mins. Our art appeared in a real life gallery in Prague, and currently partnering with a beer company in Vietnam. Donated part of the proceeds valued at 500 mil VND to two children’s charity in Vietnam and 40 mil VND to a pet shelter. 

The rest of the funds will be use to set up utility to bring more value to the collectors, many of whom are the top people in the NFT space, owning CryptoPunks, BAYC, Fidenzas.

Can you please elaborate more on how the merging is done and Variety of pets that can be gotten for merging? Are there any other usecases of pets fragments apart from merging? Aside Pet fragments, what are other requirements for user to be able to use this merging features? Richer players can pay more to acquire higher level pets to win, but players with more time and skill can grind up the pets to either sell it to the richer players to beat them with it.
