  1. hello, first of all I want to appreciate the ideas and innovations of OneRare who dare to be different by using the theme of the project you are running. can you tell me what inspired your team so you use food and drink for your base theme? and the parties involved from the start with OneRare?

  2. Similar to all cities and governments across the world, citizens pay taxes to reside and utilize resources in a specific geography. As a digital tokenized city, HODL Valley operates similarly by collecting taxes (fees) for utilizing the network. There are 5 different taxes. Could you share the details of each of them including the amount in percentages to be collected. Do all the fees are fixed or there exist any flexibility? Who monitors the taxes spending withing the governing bodies? Thank you!

  3. Similar to normal cities, this includes billboards, an airplane banner, property marquees, and more. HODL Valley has a unique advertising model that lets advertisers display content within the city for visibility across all citizens and tourists. If all the properties within the city are sold as NFT, does it mean that each of them has a unique advertising model? Who collects the money for advertising? If customers, then do they also have to pay taxes (fees) out of ad income? Thank you!

  4. Citizens of HODL Valley earn the right to vote on economic and technical issues for the network.Stake both $MONEY and $HVLP tokens to maximize your rewards potential. Can you please elaborate on the two tokens? What are their differences and where can they be used? Is there a fee attached to voting? What are the criteria that a citizen must have to enable he/she vote?

  5. About the HODL Valley initial decentralized offering;
    -Unlike most ICO’s, IDO’s and IEO’s, the HODL Valley offering has no whitelists or presale. What are the benefits/advantages of this step taken by HODL Valley?
    -When will HODL Valley IDO take place and how for how long will it take place? I learnt that participants will have to deposit $USDT tokens to the HODL Valley IDO token smart contract. What is the minimum and maximum amount of $USDT tokens that users can deposit?
    -Will you provide any assurance to the community that the team has no intent to rugpull?

  6. According to your tokenomics, there are no allocations for venture capital firms, advisors, pre-sale investors and whales. Why did HODL Valley decide to not set aside allocation for these people/groups? Can you explain how the advisors/team will be incentivized for their contributions to the HODL Valley ecosystem? I learnt that the tokens are allocated and distributed for the 4 most important tenets of its network and token. Can you mention the 4 most important tenets which will receive allocations?

  7. “HODL Swap is a decentralized application in the HODL Valley network that enables citizens to swap tokens with each other”. I found out that HODL Swap can always exchange tokens across multiple blockchain protocols. Can you explain how HODL Swap supports cross chain swaps that are not based upon the Ethereum virtual Machine(EVM)?

  8. HODL Valley’s “Urban Governance” stated that the project will employ an open government that will be managed by its citizens. What’s interesting in this is that participants will get an allocation of the token supply, which is 25%. Is everyone from the community invited to participate on your open governance system? What will be the requirements to apply and be eligible of this exclusive group? Also, in lieu with with the proper distribution of power and authority, what will be the structure of your open governance system?

  9. One of the features that makes HODL Valley unique is its “Perpetual Airdrops” where any future tokens minted will be distributed to existing token holders. The website wasn’t clear about the specifics of this airdrop feature. Would you care to provide us the full details of this continuous airdrop campaign? Is it guaranteed that all of the token holders, regardless of the quantity of token held and the duration of holding, will get their fair share of the airdrop?

  10. HODL Valley emphasizes that playing the game will give players an experience that evolves alongside themselves. By this, the properties in the game are upgraded as these players reach individual achievements. Can you please specify what are these individual achievements that are needed to accomplish by the players to level-up their properties? Also, the Community Farm involves three (3) levels, can you please explain to us the difference between these three levels and discuss with us their features?

  11. You mentioned that Unlike traditional NFTs such as static images and content, HODL Valley has expanded on its potential and what the founding team believes the technology was intended for. And HODL Valley has created a new category in the blockchain industry with “Functional NFTs”. Can you elaborate more on these functional NFTs?, What are the features that make them distincts from Traditional, what are the utilities of these Functional NFTs? And lastly why did you choose to adopt Functional NFTs instead of usual Traditional NFts?

Unlike most ICO’s, IEO’s, and IDO’s, the HODL Valley offering has no whitelists or pre-sale events which eliminates preference and prevents traditional pump-and-dumps on listing day.If there are no presale events which on a nom makes interested investors aware of your new project launch, what other method is available to create an open market?This IDO process is a direct peer-to-smart contract transaction that is first-come-first-serve and involves no human interference.Does that mean bots will be used to carry out transactions?what then happens when there is there is a breakdown of internet connection?will there still be proper records of transactions that has been carried out?

  13. All network policies are governed by its operators and token holders. The community is led by a mixed committee that consists of many parties including a Chairman, Council Members (advisors), Mayor, Architect, and most importantly, the holders of the MONEY token. Since is led by a mixed committee,I want to know,are members of this committee voted by the community?Are the holders of the MONEY token superior to other members of the committee?Are special allocations given to holders of the MONEY token?
    Proposals are submitted by citizens of the network and reviewed by the community quarterly.What criteria must a citizen of the network meet before submitting his/her proposals?If so what are they?

  14. I understand the HODL valley have a lending and borrowing Features and At the Bank, users will be able to make the most of DeFi. This property enables citizens to both lend and borrow digital assets. This is a growing area
    within decentralised finance and HODL Valley will Take full advantage of this booming area. Can you elaborate more on how users can use Lending and borrowing Feature? Do you offers both collateralized and uncollateralized loans? How are the interest on this loans calculated? Lastly What are the requirements for users to be able to use this feature?

From your white paper, you mentioned that While HOD0 Valley is a decentralized organization that is managed by its citizens, it does carry core roles and responsibilities to lead the coordination of the following city and network activities. can you explain on some on this roles and responsibilities? How can a user be eligible to Hold a position and perform roles in the Organization of HODL valleys? lastly What role can users perform and what are the features of each role?

  17. HODL Valley has plan to launch HODL Swap and this swap will use three DEX models which will include Cross Chain Atomic Swap, Cross Chain AMM pool and Single-Chain Direct AMM pools. Can you enlighten us on how each of these is used and how you will leverage a combination of these Algorithm based routing in one DEX? How will users use your Atomic Swap model to perform peer-to-peer token exchange without the need for a middleman? How will these multiple swap approach enable you to provide citizens with efficient and cheapest routing or token exchanging service?

  18. HODL Valley will implement a unique advertising model where advertisers can display content for visibility across the city for citizens and tourists. Who are citizens and tourists, and how do they interact with ads in the HODL Valley? What type of ads are posted within the Valley and how are they submitted for placement? How will you increase impressions and click through rates for advertisers without resulting in a intrusive experience for users?

  19. HODL VALLEY will create an environment that encourages the development and use of functional NFTs. What is your definition of functional NFTs and how are these NFTs used to represent fractionised business and tokenised property? How will functional NFTs recreate a new NFTs perspective for consumers and users? How are these NFTs minted and how will property owners use it to collect part of revenue generated from the protocol, lending or royalties from billboard advertisement?

There is one thing that caught my attention a lot and that is that at the time of writing this question you had less than 150 subscribers in your telegram channel, could you tell us what strategies you plan to implement so that your community grows? Do you have plans to create different communities of other languages? What do your marketing strategies consist of?

When I look at the structure and design of HODL Valley I can’t help but think of a monopoly, in fact you claim to have gamification functions for multiplater and trading battles inviting users to our customized city, please tell us, how similar can this be to a monopoly game? Should we be able to charge our guests when they lose in battles? What currencies are at stake in these gamification features?

  22. At the heart of HODL Valley’s community governance is a democratic process implemented via a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO). HOLD Valley has a governance model that is open-source, transparent, and decentralized, and that attracts many users as they feel an active part of the project. What are the requirements for users to be able to submit proposals via the governance portal to improve or introduce new protocols and rules in HODL Valley? How often are these proposals reviewed? What kinds of proposals are immediately declined by the team behind HODL Valley?

HODL Valley has created a new category in the blockchain industry with “Functional NFTs”.So can you explain to us the features of the Functional NFTs?Why did you see it fit to create this new feature within the blockchain industry and do you think this new feature will be adopted by various projects?And do you think that highly Functional NFTs will accrue greater overall value than projects with zero or minimal utility? I noticed from your roadmap that you aim at getting a Business approval and incorporation in the UAE.So can you tell us why HODL Valley decided to get a commercial licence from the UAE?Is there any form of income tax or corporate tax associated with getting an approval/licence in the UAE?Will this licences cover any governmental requirements from other countries or your team will also plan in getting business approvals from other countries especially countries that have set up regulation and compliance requirements to operate a crypto exchange? Liquidity pools are essential for decentralized exchanges and the DeFI ecosystem so that users can swap assets directly with each other.In HODL Valley, liquidity pools are created by users to supply the network with liquidity and to pool liquidity, the amount a user supplies must be equally divided between two assets: the primary token and the base token.So is there a specify amount each users need to supply the network with for easy division between the primary and base token?Users who provide liquidity (liquidity providers)are given a newly minted and temporary HODL Valley Liquidity Provider (HVLP) token that represents the liquidity deposited in the pool.So what are the use cases of the HVLP token?And what incentives are given to users who provides liquidity to your platform?   26. HODL Valley presents an idea that would let users store their crypto in a game platform. However, since I’ve never seen anything like this before, I’d like to know what are the benefits of the gamification of a crypto wallet? Wouldn’t most users be afraid of holding to their assets in such a way?

  27. You announced that HODL DAO will conduct a direct decentralized offering for the general public on December 3rd at 12:00 AM EST. How much will the max cap be? You mentioned that the HODL Valley offering is first-come first-serve. In other offerings, I have noticed that there is a whitelist where registered users have the benefit of buying the tokens first. However, you made the decision not to whitelist, what were the reasons behind that decision? Do you consider whitelist to be a disadvantage?

  28. On your website there is a section for “perpetual airdrops” that says that any future MONEY tokens minted on new blockchains will be distributed to existing holders, could you explain how? Will you make automatic redistribution of these money? How often would this happen?

  29. Apparently, HODL Valley metaverse users will enjoy complete anonymity, no registration is needed, can you tell us how users can identify each other and participate in battles and minigames? Is it possible to interact in any way with our acquaintances in the real world?

  30. Most investors are only looking for the price of the token in the short term. What would be the proposals of HODL valley to attract investors also in the long term and how do they guarantee the assets of its users? Will it have any restrictions or will it be easy to access for new users? There are many NFT games that require a large initial investment to be able to start the game. What would be the strategies to attract new non-crypto users? For those new users how much would be the initial investment? Will it have any restriction or will it be easily accessible for new users at their investment level?

  31. HODL DAO will give a direct decentralized offering to the general public on December 3, how much would you be talking about in maximum amount, will it be handled on a first come first served basis, could you tell us a little more about this, they are not going to handle white list, what are those causes of not doing so, do you think the banking list is not entirely reliable, and do you think the banking list is not entirely reliable?

  32. As stated, to enable gameplay in HODL Valley, citizens must purchase a specific HODL Valley NFT base or custom character. Though this is a typical step with most Play-to-Earn gaming projects, but I however noticed with HODL Valley, these bases and custom characters are only available on Opensea. Can you kindly elaborate, why are your in-game items available on a secondary marketplace instead of the more preferred option of your own? Why is MONEY token a primary requirements for all transactions on your Opensea NFT gallery, does it mean HODL Valley wouldn’t permit fiat or stable coin transact options? Finally, what are some of the customization accessories available on your NFT gallery, and to what extent can citizens customise their characters?

  33. In addition to its MultiPlayer and user roaming functions, HODL Valley will incorporate the unique feature of allowing citizens to meet and battle each other for rewards. I understand that these “battles” aren’t combative but of a more financial approach. Therefore can you carefully elaborate on the nature of these battles, what are the steps needed for citizen to engage themselves, and what sort of reward is available for the eventual winner? Also, been that these battles will take the form of a prediction or bet, will there be different varieties available for citizens to engage themselves with?

  34. Within the HODL Valley, there are Citizens of the network which include Chairman, Council Members, Mayor, Architect and MONEY holders. Each of the community element appears to be important and have unique functions in the Valley. Can you highlight the composition of each membership layer, their functions and importance within the HODL Valley? How do these citizens contribute proposals, ideas and participle in governance DAO? Why will citizens have to wait till the end of every quarter before their proposals are reviewed for approval or decline? Why can’t proposals be submitted, reviewed and voted as soon as the need arises?

  35. Your IDO which will be holding on Dec 3rd? 2021 and it is different from most ICOs, IEOs and IDOs, it is a direct peer-to-smart transaction with no human interference. Also there is no whitelists or presale. I suppose your reason for doing this is to eliminate the risk of rug-pull and minimize whale actions. However, you reject deposit of less than $1000 and time lock duration is 48 hours. Considering you have a short lock duration, how will you ensure your anti-dumping strategy is not defeated as few individuals can actually be responsible for your liquidity. Also, what is the reward mechanism for liquidity providers?

  36. You are yet to release a mobile version of your website and we know most of your users will be using mobile devices. There is also no mention of mobile version release in your roadmap. Can you tell us when we should be expecting this? Will all the features, especially ad services be supported on the mobile version considering the format of ads you are planning to run (billboards, an airplane banner, property marquees)

  37. HODL VALLEY have cross chain swap it’s own to swap Bitcoin & other tokens on Ethereum & BSC network. Could you please elaborate more details about the Cross Chain Swap option? How much is the fee comparing with other Swaps in market today? What are the advantages that users can acquire by using the HODL VALLEY Swap instead of others? At the moment you only deploy two chains. When will you add other blockchains like Solana, Polygon in to your Cross chain swap?

  38. The website of HODL VALLEY is compatible with PC version only at the moment. Actually it is hard to observe the HODL VALLEY features. So when will you release the Mobile version So that users can log with Mobiles? Will there be special tools & features in Mobile version to control the our own metaverse just like PC?

  39. HODL VALLEY consist with DeFi + NFT + GameFi sections. NFT+ GameFi is ok. But how do you approach the DeFi sector in to HODL VALLEY project? In what way does the DeFi sector meet it’s criterias with NFTs & games within HODL VALLEY ecosystem? Will HODL VALLEY introduce the borrowing & lending programs, Specially collateralized loans with NFTs on future relevant to DeFi sector?

  40. The Metaverse currently has over twenty properties that each serve different financial functions. What are the main features they include? Can you list them and give a small description of these functions?

  41. HODL DAO has invented an entirely new cryptocurrency asset and category of NFT’s called “Functional NFTs”. What are these NFTs, how are they unique, what makes them special, and what purpose do they have? How can we get these “Functional NFTs” and what opportunities are there for the owners?

  42. When reading through your project I came accross where you said you will be conducting a direct offering for the public and community to fund your project and support the future of the money network on December 3rd, this offering will be used to create liquidity pools and on uniswap and pancakeswap,but what I dont understand is when you gave a deadline for it a period of 48 hours and all fund will remain locked till 10th of December, you also said it will be first come first serve,no presale, no private saal and no VC,for what I know an offer is a voluntary service and can be giving anytime one wishes,why is there a strict approach regarding this,can one earn passive income from giving offering to HODL valley? Please explain more on this

HODL have a feature where it’s citizen can play and earn achievement, by involving in trade battles challenge and participating in minigames on the network,please how is the trading battles challenge done? What are the minigames available on the network and how many are they? How can a citizen participate in the trade battle challenge and in the minigames? Are there any requirements to participate? Please explain

  44. HODL DAO invented an entirely new cryptocurrency asset and category of NFTs which they call “functional NFTs” what are the features of these Assets? How can users generate passive income and revenue trading this NFTs? How can these Assets be purchased? What are the use cases of these Assets? Please explain more on the functional NFTs
    Also you said your metaverse currently has twenty properties that each serve different financial function, you only mentioned but 7 of these properties,which are cross-chain exchange,a marketplace for buying and selling NFTs,asset assurance,borroi, lending, staking,and farming,we are currently familiar with these 7 properties,can you mention the rest of the 13 and functions

  45. The play-to-earn model features in-game achievements as players execute functions of the network and perform game challenges with other players. Please provide examples of in-game challenges and network features that players need to complete in order to be able to earn money with the HODL Valley?

  46. Normally, I use my mobile to do research on new projects because it is convenient for me. Similarly, most of the traders and investors are used to access websites with mobile devices/tablets since they have to allocate a special place and a separate time to access from their desktop/laptop computers. I noticed that your website does not have a mobile version. It asks to visit on a desktop or laptop for a full experience. Why didn’t you develop a mobile version? What kind of features I may miss if I read your website from my mobile? If a community member does not have a desktop/laptop, what is the best method for him to research/participate in your project? Will you develop a mobile version in the future?

  47. It caught my attention that users can stake both $MONEY and $HVLP tokens to maximize rewards potential. Can you deeply explain how does this dual staking mechanism work? Do stakers receive $MONEY rewards for $MONEY stakings and $HVLP rewards for $HVLP stakings? Contrastingly, do you calculate all the stakings and offer rewards with a single token? Are there separate percentages for these two tokens or is the reward percentage same for both tokens? If a long term investor wish to invest in your project, which will be the best choice from these three options: 1. Staking $MONEY 2. Staking $HVLP 3. Staking 50% MONEY and 50% HVLP

  48. I noticed that users can purchase virtual real estates such as banks, post offices and airports. Does purchasing these real estates have their own benefits? In other words, do these purchases offer different advantages? How should a user decide which real estate to buy? Is a single user allowed to purchase only one real estate from the same category? In addition to the price, are there any other points to consider when purchasing virtual real estates on HODL Valley?

  49. I found out that Hodl Valley has an Anonymous features in which
    the HODL Valley metaverse is a private network with no KYC, no registration and full anonymity. So,if there is no KYC requirements how would you know your players and users in a better way? How can you assure that there will be no multiple accounts will be playing in your platform? Without registration so what are the requirements needed to be able to play and log in your platform?If no KYC and no registration,does your platform is open to anyone to play anywhere in the world no matter what the age is even if minor? HODL DAO has invented a newly Crypto currency asset called ‘Functional NFT’ which are franchise properties in the HODL Valley metaverse that are attached to a DApp or protocol and generate revenue for the owner of the NFT property itself. Can you describe How will the Functiona NFT work in HOLD VALLEY metaverse city? In which manner will the reveneue be generated by Functional NFT property itself? How can Users get a Functional NFT, Is it available for buying within HODL VALLEY metaverse city?

  51. I would like to know more about HODL VALLEY IDO event. I read that 5% of $MONEY tokens from total supply has been allocated for the IDO & minimum allocation is 1000 USDT & maximum is 25,000 USDT. Why is the minimum allocation so high? Can you tell me about the vesting schedule of Your IDO? Are there any kind of forums to fill up in order to register on the IDO event? Where will it take place? What will be the purpose of the fundraising from this IDO event?

  52. On 13th of December, You hope to release the HODL VALLEY testnet. Plaese give us a snapshot on your testnet version? What can we do for the launch of testnet version, Will there be special events along with the Testnet version? What kind of features will you integrate in to your testnet version & How will users acquire benefits by trying the testnet metaverse?

  53. With Hodl Valley,we can purchase and own virtual real estate with revenue-generating functional NFTs. So,can you explain more about this virtual real estate and what is the range of the price of this virtual real estate? What is essential use of this virtual real estate? What is the built-in revenue-generating function of this virtual real estate NFT? Does this revenue model can cover up the price of the virtual real estate and we can also gain profit from it? Can we customize this virtual real estate to be more attractive and can be sold out in the market with higher value? Thank you

  54. You have mentioned that citizens of HODL Valley earn the right to vote on economic and technical issues. To be eligible to enjoy this privilege, do they need to hold a minimum amount of your tokens or purchase virtual real estates with a minimum value? What kind of economic and technical issues they can vote on? Upto now, have you identified any issues based on these voting feature? Please explain the rights of HODL Valley citizens in addition to this voting privilege.

  55. You have mentioned that HODL Valley has plenty of unique features including native wallet, token buybacks and NFT marketplace. Although you have compared HODL Valley with Uniswap, PancakeSwap and some other platforms to highlight these features, these are not the concepts introduced by HODL Valley. There are plenty of platforms with a native wallet, token buybacks and a NFT marketplace. How do you actually differ from other projects? Do you have your own concepts? What are your plans to become popular as Uniswap and PancakeSwap?

  56. You have highlighted two features of your platform, “simple” and “fun”. Can you deeply explain about each feature? Managing cryptocurrency is a complex and hectic process. What have you done to make it “simple” and “fun”?
