Upon digging deeper from your platform website, I noticed that Bybit is a trading platform where cryto traders can learn to trade. Traders can open and close positions to take profit or loss. But more than that, I found something amazing on your platform that makes a user or traders’ account very secure – that is the Two Factor Authentication(2FA?) method you use to secure users account. But I have one concern, most of these centralized exchanges turn out to be manipulative in terms of the market and trading. Users sometimes lose big with trades because of all these manipulation, how can Bybit prove itself to all the thousands of users onboard that you’re authentic, secured and safe – and not as manipulative as some exchanges do to their users? Is your trading platform regulated? If so, through which organization was this regulation done?
Upon looking at your platform, I noticed odd features on your trading products. Bybit is offering its users “Bybit Inverse Perpetual” and “Bybit Inverse Futures”. Would you care to explain how does these two kinds of crypto trading works? Also, how is it different from the commonly used/traded derivatives like futures, margin and perpetual futures trading?
Recently, Binance had imposed a new rule about their KYC protocol and requirements. The crypto exchange now requires all its users, new or old, to comply with their KYC requirement in order to trade any asset in any form (spot, margin and futures) and to use its products and services. I have learned that Bybit only require a user to register a KYC if that user wishes to withdraw more than 2 BTC a day. Nonetheless, KYC in Bybit is optional. A lot of user/traders are against KYC’s because of trust issues and personal risks, so may I ask, will Bybit maintain its KYC rule for its users? In the future, will you also do what Binance have done, requiring all users to fully comply for a KYC registration? How would you convince your users that KYC is not a threat to their funds and personal information?
In trading cryptocurrencies, traders usually apply hedging techniques into their losing positions. With the help of this technique, traders may mitigate the risks and losses of their assets. Some exchanges offer futures traders to open two or more positions bearing a long and short speculation, meaning traders can open a long position and a short position simultaneously with the same asset. In this way, traders can benefit from market price fluctuations. For Bybit, does your platform supports hedging/hedge mode and opening multiple positions for a single asset?
I am vey excited to know that Bybit’s has launched the New “Coin Swap Feature” and It is the first cryptocurrency derivatives exchange to offer this feature . Can you explain this new Coin Swap feature in simple words and what benifits it will brings to the Bybit users ? As Spot exchanges will perform the actual coin exchange for the Bybit platform. I have seen many Spot exchanges which charge a % of amount exchanged . How will Bybit will solve this problem of high fees ? Is there any 24 hours exchange limit on the coins for a single account ?

What approach is Bybit using to guard and safeguard the integrity of your Hot wallets and users financial asset? For example, Binance has dedicated 10% of every trading fee that is received to Secure Asset Fund for Users (SAFU) which is stored in a separate cold wallet and is available for users during emergency time. What State-of-the-Art Risk Control System do you implement to Constantly Thwarts Unusual Activity and ensure that you encounter fewer vulnerabilities? What plans have you adopted which can provide insurance assurance for potential breaches?
Bybit will utilise a Dual-Price mechanism that you said is capable of protecting users against potential liquidation arising from uncontrollable drastic price gyration and fluctuations caused by market volatility or manipulations. Can you explain how Bybit system make use of a fair price instead of last traded price to trigger liquidation? How does this pricing system guide against any form of exploitation and unnecessary liquidation? Also, it is said that Bybit will compensate user back should price gyrations cause their position to be unfairly closed. How is this done and how will this approach provide a considerable safer trading option for users?

While going through your service details, I discovered that Bybit does not offer services or products to Users in a some excluded jurisdictions including the United States and some other geo-locations. However, I found out that you provide Bybit services to US Commodity Trading Advisors in your US Affiliate Programs. What does the US affiliate services involve and how is it different from the accessible service on the Bybit platform? How are you able to offer product services to US through affiliates when US is part of your excluded service jurisdiction and is this type of provision made to other excluded geo-locations? So, can you tell us more about this? Why is this information needed on your app, what is it for? Also, if I decided to allow this tracking, what kind of information will your app exactly compile and how can I be sure that is 100% secure there?
While I was creating my account in Bybit’s app, I saw that there are 8 restricted countries; citizens from said countries can’t enjoy of Bybit’s services, and two of the restricted countries were The United States of America and China, can you tell us more about this? How do you plan then to achieve this mass adoption every project needs when your services aren’t available on some countries, including two of the most powerfull countries in the whole world? When checking your spot markets, I noticed that you support only six trading pairs, four USDT pairs, BTC/USDT, ETH/USDT, XRP/USDT, EOS/USDT, and two BTC pairs, ETH/BTC, XRP/BTC. As I spot trader with a low risk appetite, I wonder why should I join BYBIT exchange! Why did you limit your spot markets to six pairs? Please let us know why you have included EOS which is at the 31st rank in the CoinMarketCap, neglecting coins with higher ranks. Are you going to expand spot markets in the future? What are the advantages that a SPOT trader get by choosing you over other exchanges?
According to your guide to the referral program, users have to meet a minimum total trading volume of $1,000 on or after 8:00AM UTC, July 1, 2021 to be considered a qualified referee. If I have joined and already completed a trading volume of $1,000 before this date, can I be a qualified referee by completing a trading volume of $1,000 again? Is there a particular reason to choose this date? Is it because you constantly change the rules of your referral program? If yes, Do you have any plans to stop this ongoing program in the near future to introduce a new referral program?
You have indicated that you offer flexible trading strategies for traders of any level. Further, you have mentioned about three levels, new to trading, new to crypto and expert traders. What do you mean by “flexible trading strategies”? Do you have separate education materials, interfaces or chart analyzing tools and indicators for these three categories? Just like Binance and Phemex with their non-expiry futures products,Bybit also offers perpetual futures products with 100:1 leverage. However, I discovered that the max leverage of 100x is only available for BTC contract alone while most of altcoins have around 25x – 50x max levarage. Can you give some insight as while BTC which is very volatile is given such leverage privilege but altcoins leverage are lower? And since you said Bybit always execute and never goes down, how possible will you be able to always execute when hit with some cruel level of market volatility? Bybit boasts of 99.99% System Functionality and availability even through volatile market periods which is very impressive.. but I discovered that before now, Bybit has experienced about more than four disuptions on the platform. one in December 24 2019 due to abnormalities in your AWS Servers, another in March 12 2020 due to malfunction of one of your servers, on June 17 2020 there were abnormalities in your inverse perpetual trading platform due to strain in some of our Message Queue Clusters servers.. and just this year, there were about two disruptions on bybit, one on the 29th of April which was due to a decentralized denial of service (dDoS) attack on your platform which caused temporary service disruption.. and the other on June 22 2021 due to temporary glitch with our CDN vendor… Did any of these disruptions cause any serious impact on your platform or the funds of users? and how does Bybit respond to this kind of issues to be able to maintain 99.9% system availability and functionality, what improvements do you have on your platform to hinder the reoccurrence of most of these disruption issues…
One of the features that existed on Bybit was the “Mutual Insurance” which was created as a hedging instrument that users and clients could use to minimize losses that could result due to the market moving against their long or short positions on the platform and help the traders to continue trading even after a loss. But on May 14 2021, Bybit released an official announcement stating that “Mutual Insurance” and the “auto-renewal feature” will no longer be supported on Bybit after 4:00 PM UTC on May 24, 2021, and that users should manually transfer funds from the Insurance Account to the Derivatives Account before 11:59PM UTC on May 27, 2021… So how did this mutual insurance work in Bybit and looking at the fact that this was a great feature, why did Bybit decide to no longer support the “Mutual insurance” and “auto-renewal feature”, will Bybit come up with another similar feature to help users minimize losses on the platform considering how risky trading of derivatives can be…..

As reassuring as these funds will be, may I know the category of traders and investors covered by this fund, what entitles them to such insurance cover, how is the Insurance Fund generated and sustained, what are the various funding streams, and do traders have regular access to this funds?

BYBIT have no native currencies as I noticed. Most of Exchanges use native tokens with lot of usecases in order to protect their investors, users & give them more benefits. What is the reason for not adding a native token in to BYBIT platform? What are the benefits of being without a native currency?
