Liti Capital has created two tokens that work together as one to make the litigation finance and the company’s shares avaliable to investors.
The launch of LITI and wLITI tokens allows any investor to engage in the high-performing litigation finance market previously only available to elite investors. However, unlike wLITI tokens, I noticed that investors can only purchase the LITI token by passing KYC. May I ask what is the main dfferences between the LITI token and the wLITI token? Also, why is it the LITI token requires that an investor passes KYC before buying but wLITI does NOT require KYC?
The LITI token is an actual share of our company, not a derivative or a collateral-backed token. As a result, your shareholder rights are directly guaranteed and protected by Swiss law.
However, to purchase Purchase LITI Tokens, we will be redirected to your secure app before being able to buy the LITI Token. After creating an account we will follow the steps to connect our wallet, register and confirm our account. May I ask why we need to use your app before buying the LITI Token? Does that add some additional security to a user’s purchase of your token? Also, can we use a normal wallet like Metamask for the purchase?
How do Litigants access the Liti capital investments for their legal matters? What happens when a Litigant losses his matter on appeal after being financed through Liti capital blockchain investment pool tokenomics?
What kind of legal briefs are the investment pool used to finance? Is it any kind of litigation? Is Liti Capital a legal personality? Who are it’s trustees?
Is Liti Capital Finance blockchain a sort of Legal aid Community? What are the Statutory authority and Case laws that gave backing to Champerty law if any? Is Little Guy V. Big Business a Case law? If yes, could you please give us the citation?
You gave us reason to invest in Liti finance because of its Impressive ROIS where the returns on investments perform on average at a range between 50%-100%. Before investing, I want to know if there will be an evidence that a particular person invest in Liti capital? Since the ROI is ranged and not a certain percent, how can an investor know the certain ROI of his/her investment? Will it be the higher the investment the higher the ROI or there is a certain measure for it?
It is well cleared that Litigation funding is available in both commercial and consumer applications. In a case where this funding is been used in a large scale and complicated corporate disputes that are highly valued which can possibly cause breach of contract directly to bankruptcy or antirust, what kind of help can Liti capital render in this case? In order to avoid a result of copyright or trademark infringements, how can we make use of the features in your project to serve as refuge?
The launching of LITI token will serve as a game changer for litigation funding that will allow any investor to engage in the high-performing litigation finance market. Since we can actually invest with LITI token which will also have a value in the market, what if there is a fall/rise in LITI token value, I want to know if it will have an effect in someone’s investment? Can we also invest with wLITI token and what is the benefit having two tokens in your project?
I have read your Executive Summary and was surprised about the features and benefits of investing into your project and initiatives. There is one thing that intrigues me about your summary, you said there that, “the multi-billion dollar litigation finance market is EXPECTED TO DOUBLE IN SIZE by 2027.” Where did you based this statement and do you have articles and readings that supports this assertion? What are the factors/reasons see you that are significant for the litigation finance market to excel and prosper in the future and how does Liti Capital contribute to these?
One interesting initiative/program that Liti Capital is proposing is your commitment to fight Crypto Fraud that the company is willing to expend its 5%-10% of its yearly investment budget to help any $LITI or $wLITI token holders about their reports of purported crypto fraud. May I know the specific details of this program, like, how would you verify if the reported case is legit and truly a fraud case. How do choose and pick a certain case, is it in a random order and most importantly, how can your token holders reach you about this matter, what are your contacts and email support?
Liti Capital plans to deploy the “The First Blockhchain Private Equity Play” by creating a token called $LITI that is to be symmetrically paired and ratio’d with the shares in Liti Capital Equity. Because of this idea, the $LITI token can be recognized as a share in a traditional stock market. May I ask, will the availability of trading of your token $LITI, be similar and parallel to the trading hours of that to the Swiss Stock Exchange or user can trade your token 24/7 as long as there is liquidity provided?
You planned to change the game for litigation funding by creating two tokens LITI and wLITI in your project which will allows any investor to engage in the high-performing litigation finance market previously only available to elite investors. Since these token are not pegged to any stablecoin, why is that they have different ratio where 5,000 wLITI Tokens = 1 LITI Token and 1 LITI Token = 1 Share in Liti Capital SA? You stated it that wLITI tokens are not offered by Liti Capital SA, I want know if it is not advisable to hold wLITI token in a wallet? What will be the state of security since NO KYC for users? And do you plan to expand worldwidely by making your Liti Capital APP available on IOS, ANDROID and desktop applications?
This project is fully decentralized where its funding also thrives even in bear markets. As I read it on your website that liti capital assets are not correlated with the state of the economy, so there is no support from any centralized system. Having such a high RIOs is very impressive, but where is litigation finance getting its fund from? How do you want to earn trust from investors that you have a lasting project? Can it ever happen that you will have cause to lower the ROI in any case?
LitiCapital brings the litigation asset class to everyone through blockchain technology. Can you tell us what the security mechanism of LitiCapital is? Are you reviewing your smart contract by yourself or with other security agencies? Is it public? If so, can you give me a link?
Can you tell me what is LitiCapital’s security mechanism? How is your status with regards to smart contract audits?
How do you plan to attract users and motivate them in the early stages of implementation?
You mentioned that the $LITI token functions as a cryptocurrency hybrid. Can you explain the benefits and components of a cryptocurrency hybrid?
What do you think is the main market in the world at present? What is your global expansion plan? Can you tell us why you want to combine existing financial markets with blockchain technology? What aspects of the current traditional financial market do you hope to change?
A strong community can not only bring interesting ideas to the project, but also attract larger partners. So how does #LitiCapital plan to build its community? Are there any plans to recruit people with blockchain experience to join the #LitiCapital team?
What are the requirements for becoming a member of the community? You said it requires the least investment? Is there a specific investment price range? In addition, is the investment portfolio public? Can newbies copy the portfolio of successful investors?
Your project plan operates in an open and transparent manner, which is great, but how will the community participate in the project to make the best decisions to strengthen the ecosystem???
When creators want to start a project, what kind of documentation do they need to provide? After the platform goes live, can crowdfunding from any country really be possible? Will there be some restrictions?
What is the income system of Litty Capital? How do you generate revenue/profits? Many projects like to talk about long-term vision and mission, but what are your short-term goals? What is your focus now?
On your website you mention that the Liti Capital equity token is the first of its kind and provides private equity investment opportunities directly to any investor through blockchain technology, does this mean that you will add new equity tokens in the future and regarding “the opportunities”, could you mention some of them, what would be those unique opportunities that you will give us when we become investors?
I noticed that Liti Capital currently offers LITI and wLITI tokens, but I would like to know what are the different opportunities offered by each of them, if it is necessary as Liti Capital users, to have both tokens in our wallets and if so, what is the minimum amount needed to enjoy the opportunities and services offered on the platform?
I have read that between 5% and 10% of Liti Capital’s annual investment budget will be used to finance crypto fraud cases that have affected members of your community, I find this service you offer to your users quite interesting, so could you give us more details, what should we do in case we need this service, what are the requirements we must meet, how many cases do you plan to attend per year and of course how many cases have you attended and solved?
I read that the LITI token is a real participation in this company, not a derivative token or backed by a guarantee and that as a result, our rights as a shareholder are directly guaranteed and protected by Swiss law, but I would like to know, what are the benefits of this token, how it benefits the users, if there is a way to multiply it just by having it in our wallet and being a token with such particular characteristics, what would be the process to buy the LITI tokens, also could you tell us what is the use case of wLITI, its opportunities, benefits and importance within the company?
malicious attacks and thefts are still a very big problem in the cryptographic world, I know you have a program where you help your users against these unpleasant situations, I would like you to inform us, what kind of cases you deal with, what is needed for you to receive the cases, how and where we can present the cases, if you have any service where you evaluate the investments of your users to offer them some kind of advice and if it is necessary that the users pay some kind of fee to use this particular service?
I read that Liti Capital is making a game changer for litigation funding, but what are the differences that Liti Capital has with respect to traditional litigation funding, what are the changes that you think traditional litigation funding needs today and what are the innovations that Liti Capital will, of course, introduce in the litigation funding segment?
As for the comparison you have on your website, you point out that Before Liti Capital, the Traditional Litigation Funding was accessible only to High Net Worth Investors and Institutions, with an Investment Usually $ 100,000 USD and Up, while With Liti Capital is required a Minimal Investment. How much would that minimum amount be? Can it even be $ 1000? Or can it be even less than that?
Liti Capital aims to be one of the largest Litigation Finance companies in the world, cherry picking the best, most winnable and recoverable cases. What criteria are evaluated when choosing the cases? How many people are behind the selection of the cases? What are the types of cases with the potential to be chosen? Is there a particular type of case that is immediately excluded?
In the hypothetical case that I am a small business owner and I want to sue a large and well-known company, but I don’t have the money to pay outstanding lawyers … how could Liti Capital help me? What tools would you offer me? I read that Liti Capital can pay for the case. So how does Liti Capital make a profit? Will Liti Capital pay 100% of the case or only a percentage? Would I have to pay a percentage too?
While reading the Liti Capital roadmap on the website, I noticed that you plan to add new cases to the portfolio in each phase. How many more cases do you aspire to add to the portfolio during this year 2021? Have you set a goal for the number of cases for this year? How many cases can Liti Capital work with at the same time?
Liti Capital is a blockchain investment protocol that is described to have the investigative capabilities to conduct litigation funding. You plan to commit about 10% of every dollar your make to fight crypto fraud through a pro bono (free) legal services for affected victims. This sounds interesting. And if I may quote your CIO reactions to the recent hack of Poly Network, he said “In order to continue to grow, we need to be able to hold at least a portion of these people (hackers) accountable. And we are starting.” How do you plan to start and fight Crypto crime by making offenders accountable? How do you identify and select cases that you intervene in? How many cases have you provided service for and what are the steps that a victim of crypto fraud should follow if they wish to seek redress? Since most hackers are faceless and may be difficult to track, how will you identify them or partner with relevant security agencies in the jurisdiction where such crimes are committed so as to ensure proper dispensation of justice?
While reading about your platform,I notice that Liti Capital has found and identified the perpetrator of a cryptocurrency scam. Many people have lost fund in the cryptospace to scammers having you Liti Capital is a bright light to the crypto world etc.How were you able to do that? What tools were deploy to identify and pursue crypto scammers? And what percentage are being given to community members that were victims of Crypto Fraud?
Liti Capital offers justice to plaintiffs that need help and since your company is in Switzerland,Will you also expand your company to other countries to offer justice to those who needs it?If yes, which countries do you plan to establish Liti Capital since everyone in the world seek justice.
Liti Capital provides litigation financing to qualified plaintiffs needing assistance to win a case.I am curious, when it comes to winning a case what then happen if a company or business firm didn’t win any case after all the assistance rendered?Who suffers loss you or the company?Does Liti Capital also have in house/external lawyers that support your platform and do you presently have any case you are currently working on?
You recently mentioned that you are working on a case against crypto scammers. I continued investigating and read that the community can suggest crypto scams for you to investigate and litigate against. What are the requirements to be able to send our suggestions? Do we need to hold LITI or wLITI tokens to be able to suggest those crypto scams to you?
You have previously mentioned that you use your expertise in litigation finance to fight against crypto scam projects. You indicate that you think that securing the crypto space is an essential factor to trigger mass adoption. In that I agree, in fact I think we all agree with that. Since security is so important, how can Liti Capital fight against crypto scam projects? How do you identify them? And in what way will you guarantee greater security in the crypto space?
I read that to enhance the likelihood of success, you only integrate into your litigation asset portfolio cases that pass a thorough and multi-step evaluation process. Can you go deeper into that multi-step evaluation process? What do these steps consist of? Are there third parties involved in this evaluation?
Something that caught my attention is that the LITI token functions as equity in Liti Capital, 1 token represents 1 share in the company, and KYC is required to buy a LITI. But if we want to buy wLITE, in that case KYC is not required and later we have the option to swap 5000 wLITI for 1 LITI on the website. In order to do that, is it still necessary to do KYC?
$LITI token is your equity token and you said it can generate attractive ROI in both bear or bull market because its business modalities has no correlation with the general market. How are you able to generate high returns and be able to pay high dividend to the tune of 80% to your token holders? What economic model will $LITI use to achieve reliable price appreciation and continuous income distribution at all market season? What are individual’s earning distribution based on and how is the frequency of such distribution? And will this distribution also apply to holders of $wLITI?
There are a multitude of different reasons why a potential claimant might shy away from pursuing a worthy dispute. One of them is, the biggest, and perhaps most obvious reason, is that they simply can’t afford to push their case through. Litigation funding provides capital to those that don’t have it so that they can seek justice. What would happen if the case is lost? Would the user have to pay that money to Liti Capital?
$LITI is an equity backed token and grants holders governance right by giving them the ability to have a say on your company governance and community orientation. What are these range of actions that users will able to govern and how many tokens are required to participate in governance ? In addition to this, you said you have a board directors that has veto right on some matters irrespective of what community wants. Apart from the core team members, who makes up the board of directors and why are they given a super veto power? Under what situation can this board apply a veto?
You said 80% of profit distributed will be allocated to LiTi token holders in form of dividends. We know a company can only share a portion of its profits with four different types of dividends, CASH DIVIDEND a STOCK DIVIDEND a HYBRID DIVIDEND or a PROPERTY DIVIDEND. In which type of dividends are you going to share your profit? Is there limit of LiTi token users can hold before been awarded the allocation of profit and where in particular are they going to receive it?
You said the LITI token is an actual share of your company, not a derivative or a collateral-backed token and as a result of this, shareholder rights of Liti token are directly guaranteed and protected by Swiss law. I read that in swiss law there will be disclosure of information to shareholders, shareholders’ agreements, financing and share interests, share transfers and exit, material transactions, insolvency and corporate groups. With all these characteristics of swiss law, how do you want to prove that Liti token is decentralized? Most companies Swiss law protect are public ones not that of yours, I want to know why Liti token is subjected to this law? What will be the state of security of stakeholders?
In a recent article, Liti Capital CIO, David Kay, talked about the Poly Network &600M theft. He said, quote: “Without an intense focus on continuing to better our protocols, incidents like this are bound to happen again” I’d like to know, from the focus Liti Capital puts on improving their platform, what are some of the new strategies or methods they’ve developed to make sure incidents like this won’t happen to them? What is some insurance that you give your users? In case a theft like this was to happen to you, what would be your immediate plan of action?
Liti Capital has chosen to support the co-existence of both wLITI and LITI tokens. LITI tokens are KYC-compliant, while wLITI holders are free from limitations. However, many projects nowadays opt to not have KYC process, so, how is the data safely stored, and are there any risks of leaks? Also, are there different benefits from being a holder of one token over the other? Or do both of them give users free use of all of your platform features? What are the main differences?
Under the Real-World Utilities you’ve listed on your Whitepaper, I could read about your project’s Case Bounties, a feature that would reward community members for their contributions to the project. You’ve said that due to the subjectivity inherent of the bounty determinations, Liti Capital will be the only decision-making entity that determines whether an action is eligible for a bounty. Will all wLITI and LITI token holders be eligible to participate or submit their cases? Is the size of all bounties the same, or is there any rating according to the importance of the case? Will you give out examples of some of the cases users should bring? How does this process stay transparent?
What is the reason why LITI is not designed to be in exchanges at this time, from when it will be, what are the assets that can be considered part of the payment of the claimants?
What requirements must wLITI token holders meet in order to participate in rewards and be part of class action lawsuits, and what are the percentages assigned to these benefits?
Hello Liti Capital my question is, what is litigation financing? And how does Liti Capital make litigation financing available to everyone and who can invest within the platform and what is the minimum investment fee? tell us about these points, please.
How does Liti Capital make the blockchain comply with litigation financing? What would be the strategies that you would use to merge the traditional financial markets and what would be the use of the LITI and wLITI tokens? to achieve this goal of creating a financial technology?
According to an article I read, your $LITI token can generate a high rate of return even in a bear market. This is a fantastic idea, but how will it be implemented? How will you safeguard your token against market bears and bear market effects?
Liti Capital has the LITI and wLITI tokens, how would the tokens work within the project? the LITI token known as Capital token, what is its function within Liti Capital and its characteristics? the wLITI token where can we buy it and how is the exchange of wLITI tokens to LITI token? explain these points that are important to the community. Thanks
LitiCapital, combines traditional financial markets with blockchain technology to produce Next Generation Fintech. What are your motivations for combining traditional financial markets with blockchain technology? What would you like to see changed in the traditional financial industry today?
Through Blockchain technology, Liti Capital is introducing the litigation asset class to everyone. Could you perhaps enlighten us about LitiCapital’s security mechanism? And what about your smart contract? Did you conduct the audit on your own or with the assistance of other security organizations? Is it open to the public?
According to your whitepaper, there is no LITI tokens have been issued to the founders or team members. And you plan to use up to two million tokens (16%) to pay for salaries, early expenses in the business as well as to provide an incentive plan for its team and community members. Why have you locked up tokens issued through this mechanism for 6 months? Within this months, what type of inventive program are you going to hold without distribution of award? How can we support the value of LiTi token without holding it for this period? What is the reason of strongly limiting the access of the token to a wide community of traders?
Under the real-world utility on your whitepaper there is a dividend payment for LITI token holders to earn passive income through yearly dividend payments. I want to know how will the Company provide both cash returns and price appreciation to its token holders? Can we track the distribution with the help of Swiss Law protection? There are two tokens in this project, how tangible is wLITI token in your project, why is it limitless to holders and Liti token in the other way round?
You basically have two tokens in your project which the first one 1 LITI Token = 1 Share in Liti Capital SA and 5,000 wLITI Tokens = 1 LITI Token based on ETH blockchain. In the world of cryptocurrency of today, where projects with full evidence of been decentralized are struggling to claim top. How do you plan to carry the two token along in the crypto market? What is the main reason why LITI token is not listed together WLITI token on UNISWAP? How do you plan to compete with others in the present situation in the market?
I could see a recent tweet on your profile about a collaboration with BitboyNews for track down scammers. This is an excellent initiative for one of the biggest problems in the crypto sphere, can you tell us what consists of your fight against the crypto fraud and how many resources do you destine for this purpose? On what areas are you focusing to take down scammers? Is it applicable to blockchain games?
I read on your whitepaper that Liti Capital is particularly committed to unlock new financial opportunities and make them available to investors from all social classes and parts of the world, that is, a remarkable mission but sometimes when you go to the field you realize that in the In the world there are many restrictions when it comes to access to cryptocurrencies, can you tell us how Liti Capital deals with government restrictions?
Litigation Financing funds a strong and deserving legal claim is financed. In what area are lawsuits financed, how does Litigation Financing select the object of financing and how does it determine whether the lawsuit is successful or not? Have there been any cases in practice when a lawsuit, which was financed through Liti Capital, failed? Are investors’ assets of Litigation Financing insured against such cases?
Since, $LITI token is equity token. But, in your website you having mentioned that after the launch of $LITI and $wLITI tokens allows any investor to engage in the high-performing litigation finance market previously only available to “ELITE INVESTORS”. So, is this not a partiality? How this will give equal opportunity among all your investors? Why it is only for the elite investors in the prevous launch? When, it will be for the small investors?
Liti Capital Merges the traditional Financial Markets with Equity Tokens and with this it created the Next Generation Fintech. Litigation funding services that operate on the blockchain are accesible to everyone, democratizing an action that was before restricted to only big investors. Since anyone can become an investor through our LITI and wLITI tokens, how can Liti Capital make this strategy of great investors profitable for users with little capital? Since the investment is way lower, aren’t the revenues also lower? Wouldn’t it lead to minimal profits?
To enhance the likelihood of success in the litigation process, a multi-step evaluation process is performed to the cases and only the ones that approve it get to be integrated in the litigation asset portfolio. What are the steps of this process, what are the requirements for an asset to pass? As a user how can I propose an asset to be tested by the case selection policy? And finally, who performs this selection and decided what is or isn’t approved?
Liti Capital Commits to Fight Crypto Fraud. Between 5% and 10% of Liti Capital’s yearly investment budget will be used to finance crypto-fraud cases that have affected your community members. I would like to know more about this. Who in the community can report a purported fraud to the company? What are Liti Capital’s next steps to protect the interests of its own community members that have suffered damage or loss from fraudulent projects in the crypto sphere?
As I understand it, the LITI Token (LITI) is a hybrid token; how does this help the Investor community? What are the applications of $LITI?
As a Swiss investment company. What are your strategys to gain users trust? Are investors in total control of their funds? What is the profit margin that you offer?
At your website I saw Litigation funders are seeing on average a 50% -100% return range on their initial investments portfolio. Are there guarantees for investors’ funds in case of losses? How does LITI proceed in these cases?
Why does LitiCapital require two tokens? What’s the distinction between wLITI and LITI? What characteristics does each one have?
LITI holders shareholder rights are directly guaranteed and protected by Swiss law, what were the requirements from the Swiss Law that needed to be fulfilled by LITI in order to be approved? Also, what guarantees are given by the Swiss government, and how does it modify the value or functionality of the token?
The LITI token is Protected by the Swiss Law, what legal functions are given to the token due to this, and how can users feel more protected by this legality of the token? Also, currencies related to governments are quite the opposite of the vision of crypto, how can LITI adcquire validation from the Swiss Law but keep it’d criptographic independent and deflationary nature?
They said, User’s assets security should always be the top priority of every Project? So may I ask how do you plan to provide great Security for every member of your Community and try your very best to guarantee the best Security for them? And about your Contracts, how will you ensure that the #LITICAPITAL’s contract is 100% safe from any harm and how will you give (the investors & users) the true reassurance of #LitiCapital?
“LITI and wLITI tokens” these are the two types of tokens used in the #LitiCapital Ecosystem. So it would be nice if you can describe here with us the differences of these tokens, specially their Tokenomics, Usecases and Utilities? Also what important roles they played here and give us some motivations, benefits, advantages on why we should buy and hold these tokens in the long-run? Is this a project really worth to invest?
Liti Capital states that in order to enhance the likelihood of success, the cases it integrates into it’s litigation asset portfolio must pass a thorough and multi-step evaluation process. With this measure essential for increasing successes with varying litigations, can you carefully explain how this process works right from when a case is brought before Liti Capital, how will your multi-step evaluation process be deployed on a variety of litigations, and in talking risk management as an important factor with litigation claims, how does Liti Capital effectively manage such a sensitive process especially as it concerns jurisdictional claims?
Your CEO stated some days ago that Liti Capital is a company, not a cryptocurrency, therefore increasing your Market Cap is a good thing for your investors, so, can you tell us about the recent inflow of $ 5 million in capital you have received and how will it be invested so that all your investors can take advantage of it? What are your expectations of this new investment?
You point out that the LITI token is a real share of our company, not a derivative or collateral-backed token, but could you really tell us a bit more about it? Could it be that because it is not a token backed by a guarantee, it will not be directly affected by the crypto market?
I could read that they have two tokens, one will be free to trade, while the other will need to complete KYC, but could you really explain why have two different tokens? And also can any user complete the KYC? or is it only available to the Swiss?
I understand that Liti Capital aspires to be one of the largest litigation finance companies in the world, but are there really other litigation finance companies with blockchain technology? o Will Liti Capital be the pioneer in this market?
I understand that in the litigation part, Liti Capital can be a guarantee for the plaintiffs, since they have experience in it, but at the blockchain level, what “unprecedented opportunities” will they offer to investors of LITI tokens?
I read that Liti Capital will offer protection by Swiss law to investors, but could you really detail us a little bit about what this law protects our investment? And also, how can we validate that it is completely legal and not a scam for other nations?
Could you really describe in a few words what will be the process to be financed by Liti Capital for a lawsuit? Will we have to wait long evaluation periods for us to be selected?
I could read in your roadmap that in the first and second quarter, besides implementing blockchain technology in litigation funding, you would also incorporate AI technology, but could you really explain us what is the purpose of this last AI technology in litigation funding? Is it that litigation really needs it?
Will Liti Capital only finance plaintiffs only in crypto assets? Or will Liti really provide users with both the financed capital and the body of lawyers that will defend them?
If really 80% of the distributed profits will be allocated to the LITI token holders in the form of dividends, but could you really describe how the distribution will be? Will it be in a specific percentage for each holder? or will it depend on your investment?
Liti Capital Traditional Litigation Funding has been replaced with Liti Capital Blockchain Crowdfunding, in which anybody may invest, with minimal investment, liquid investment, the ability to sell tokens at any time, and the same outsized potential return. Can you tell us why you changed your mind about Liti Capital? What happened with your previous features that prompted you to make this change?
With a direct emphasis on the Expansion Phase of your roadmap, you plan to secure an additional $15 million in funding, ensure a daily volume of at least $150,000 on Uniswap, conduct your first general assembly where LITI token holders will be asked to exercise their rights to vote, amongst others. Even as these plans are essential to achieving your mission and with a successfully conducted private sale, why and how does Liti Capital hope to raise an additional $15 million in funding, what measures will be adopted to increase your Uniswap daily trading volumes, and how will the general assembly be conducted, would it be exclusive to only token holders?
You mentioned that liti token is an equity and holders of the token have a share in the company’s asset. What are the requirements one need to purchase liti token, as holders identity should be known?
In How many country do offer your litigation service at the moment and what criteria do you look out for in selecting cases?
So far now, you have conducted bunch of AMAs as I remember, in the aim of gaining mass adoption on $LITI & $wLITI tokens. What are the achievements, you accomplished at the current moment with the help of previous AMAs? As my opinion, it is required holding not only AMAs but also other user incentivized events such as giveaways, airdrops & contests in order to reach the high potentiality of the project. What is your idea about this matter? Will you offer more airdrops/giveaways & contests for Liti Capital community? How about the implementation of your marketing structure currently? Will it helps to attract more users towards Liti Capital platform?
First of all, getting enough funds is a primary goal for the construction of a project. Is your team economically capable of running this project? Do you have enough funding to develop it? Can you tell us how the profit is generated by your project?
As I open the Liti Toke App,it emphasize that we have to put our real full name upon signing app the Liti Token App but literally it’s not an app but it’s in website. As we know many people are always hesitant to disclose their personal information to any platform so why do we need to input our personal data information especially our full name in Liti Token App upon signing up? How secure to input our personal information in Liti Token App? Can you tell us the great features and essential use of this app to users? I thought Liti Token App is an app from mobile but upon opening I was brought to a website,so do you have any plan to launch your own mobile application for Liti Token App for an easy and better access of your users? If yes, when can we expect it to be live as mobile application? Thank you
Programs that interface with users are present in almost all projects. Is there anything specific you’re planning to recruit and extend the community, as well as improve the user experience?

You have introduced two tokens, $LITI and $wLITI. KYC is required to buy $LITI whereas anyone can purchace $wLITI. What is the purpose of introducing a dual token mode with this condition? Since $LITI is required for voting rights and dividends, users may tend to buy it. Conversely, there are no platform related utilities for $wLITI. By holding $LITI, we do not get any benefits when using Liti Capital. Then why should users buy it? Is it just an investment opportunity? In addition to the ability of swapping, what is the relationship between these two tokens? Do we get rewards from one token when we hold the other token?
