Due to the impact of the Corona Virus, the Dutch Government has announced that all restaurants, bars and cafes are no longer allowed to accept guests by location. So many restaurants had to close. And if restaurants want to stay open, they can only use delivery. How does Bistroo support restaurants to optimize their operations during this period? Besides, many customers are concerned about the quality or safety of the dishes they order, what solutions does Bistroo have to create the trust of customers?
There are a lot of people who have never ordered online so they don’t know how to order on Bistroo, what are the steps to be able to use Bistroo? Does Bistroo have special offers to attract and keep customers? I think “Review and rating” restaurants is extremely important, so what criteria will restaurants be ranked on? Is it for customers to vote?
It is stated that on Bistroo Users will be able to manage their own identity and are able to configure, maintain and contribute their own data profile through privacy settings.. so how do users contribute their profile data on bistroo, what will they be contributing their profile data for, and what will bistroo use the data for. Considering how valuable and private this data could be, under what kinds of privacy settings will all this data be handled in bistroo to ensure they are not compromised or used against users wish.
Bistroo is implementing An incentivized review model to give consumers and users a trustworthy peer assessment of the quality delivered by service- or product merchants through its platform… so how does bistroo incentivize reviews on its platform and how is it ensured that only genuine reviews are available on your platform as this can go on to negatively affect your review model.
Some of the ways users can Earning BIST tokens are by writing reviews, opting into data rewards, content creation, gamification, loyalty, token back, discount and payment… so what kinds of gamification will you be implementing, how will they work and how will users be able to earn from bistroo’s loyalty programme
I read that on Bistroo “ A personal timeline will be created that provides a fitting overview of suggestions and promotions”. So, how will Bistroo create this personal timeline? Also, since the pandemic a lot of people have rediscovered themselves throughout food and the preparation of it, are new small from home businesses allow to offer their products on Bistroo as well?
Hi Bistroo!
I see that Bistroo started a delivery service back in 2020 which makes you an established project in crypto terms! However, you launched your token on Uniswap only recently, in mid May. Could you please tell us why you decided to release your own token with such delay? What functional limitations does the token help solve or improve? What goals were not possible to achieve with Bistroo’s original structure? Thank you!
Hi Bistroo!
Bistroo announced that users can earn BIST tokens in several ways: opting into data rewards, writing reviews, loyalty, content creation, gamification and some more.. Please share with us your plans for gamification, will you have NFT based gaming elements on the Bistroo platform? What gamification elements can users expect and how will they convince users to join the platform and most importantly stay and become loyal customers? Thank you!
From what I understand Bistroo aims to be this app where users will be able to find and pay for their ideal food without the need and trouble that could come with intermediaries between seller-buyer, but if I’m honest with you, Bistroo to me looks like another third party app involved in this process, so what is different on Bistroo to not consider it as such?
Hi Bistroo!
I’d like to learn more about Bistroo’s incentivized review model. It is supposed to give consumers and users a trustworthy peer assessment of the quality delivered by merchants on the Bistroo platform. What incentives are you giving for reviews on Bistroo platform, can you guarantee that bots will not be able to farm those rewards by posting fake reviews? How do you validate and allow only genuine reviews and block manipulation attempts where bad actors may want to improve ratings in an underhanded manner? Thank you.
As we know users are the most important part on almost every project, specially if we are talking about something as Bistroo; an app where people can buy their food, I would say then that their feedback and opinions are even more important here regardless of their holdings. So, with that in mind, how will the governance model of Bistroo be? Will holders be able to give you their opinions and participate on important decisions? But also, what about those users that want to give you some feedback but aren’t BIST holders? Will they be heard on any way too?
Uber Eats, DoorDash, Postmates, Grubhub, are some of the most used apps with huge advertisements and popularity when it comes to food consumption. So, if we compare Bistroo with them, what will make Bistroo a better option for users? What will Bistroo offer to consumers this apps aren’t able to and how do you plan to attract people from this apps to you? Do you have any marketing plans to compete with this apps on advertising as well?
Due to the prevailing COVID-19 situation, food delivery platforms across the globe are facing several problems. Travel bans have been imposed in some countries. People tend to cook at homes in order to avoid health issues. Do you have any plans to overcome these problems and to make your service a stable one? If your service face difficulties, it can reduce the value of $BIST. Why did you introduce this kind of concept in the prevailing situation? According to 2020 year review, the platform was launched and the employees were hired during the pandemic. Don’t you think you should have postponed the launch? Can’t you achieve a greater success by launching in a normal situation?
The food consumption industry is a really huge field, and not even half of it is aware of the crypto space and its possibilities, so with that in mind, how user-friendly is Bistroo for those that are not into the crypto world? Will they be able to use Bistroo and pay with an affiliated debit/credit card? Will your App or website have any kind of guides to introduce this kind of users to crypto and to your token BIST and the benefits it has for them?
When expanding your service to many countries, there may be contradictions with government laws. Since the use of cryptocurrencies is banned or restricted by some governments, there may be problems with introducing your food delivery platform. How do you face this kind of situation? Do you have alternative methods for the countries where crypto is prohibited or do you limit your service to the local communities where crypto is accepted?
You have identified paying high commission to intermediaries as a problem connected to traditional food delivery services. However, according to your Medium, merchants can impose a higher minimum order amount in areas that are further away or more difficult to reach. It seems you consider the merchant’s side. In traditional services, intermediaries can collect several orders from further away areas and process them at a normal rate. Apart from the access to a user-friendly platform, what kind of benifits do customers get when they order on Bistroo? What makes them to order from your platform? It is clear that Bistroo is profitable for merchants. However, have you thought about providing a better service to the customers?
In the month of May, you started Bistroo CORE V4 which will involve a complete redesign and revamp of your backend framework, consumer app and merchant dashboard. How will the new version address some factors that affect your efficiency such as the inability of merchants to synchronise their single account with the multiples stores they operate on your platform and the inability of users of this stores to be granted different levels of authorisation? What skills-set do you desire in Ambassador and how will users submit request? What is the reward structure? Will it be fixed or based on completed tasks?
$BIST has several usecase such as being used for payment, data reward, rating, merchant staking, community and liquidity staking, as well as to unlock premium features both I couldn’t see governance as part of the utility that BIST can be used for. Don’t you plan to create a DAO which will give your growing ecosystem users an opportunity to have a say on important features they will like to see in Bistroo? Is it only the team that will be expected to unilaterally drive this project or are there roles which you will expect the community to play in order to achieve a common success?
One of the goals that you have as a project is to facilitate food payments using $ BIST, as a way to make it easier for users to acquire food with greater comfort, however many of the food chains and supermarkets worldwide still are not so familiar with cryptocurrencies, the same happens with a large part of the population, which continues to use traditional bank payments or through other platforms such as PayPal. I would like to know which chains do you plan to work with initially, which accept the $ BIST token as a payment method, and how will you expand the project to reach a greater number of food chains? Also, how do you plan to convince users who are used to using traditional payment methods that $ BIST is a much better option, more reliable, faster and of course more comfortable?
One of the features that you plan to implement is to give those users who use the $ BIST token access to premium dashboard features at a significantly reduced price. I would like to know what are these features that users who use $ BIST will have? What would be the price of these premium features for those users who are not related to the token? And finally, how much would be the discount percentage that premium users would have to acquire these features?
Bistroo token is ERC20 with the high gas fee in Ethereum while Binance smart Chain blockchain is having high transaction speed and cheap gas fees. My question is,Will Bistroo launch its own mainet or switch to other blockchains soon?Or will there be a bridge solutions like using the layer 2 model?
The importance of food delivery became a lot serious during the pandemic. Especially during lockdowns, people started to order foods more than almost ever. Market needs more that kind of projects. I wonder how will Bistroo use the blockchain technology for its development? We, as crypto enthusiasts, already know about Bistroo. What will you do bring non-crypto people to your project? How will you teach your project to non-crypto people?
In your aricle under Developer Marketplace/API,it is stated that Bistroo plans to write some Proof of Concept Apps. Why do you need a Proof of Concept App?Are you creating this Proof of Concept App to persuade other stakeholders that Bistroo is worth investing in?

You’re a Dutch project, but before I ask you about global expansion I’d like to ask you about your expansion in the Netherlands since your launch. In how many cities and provinces are your services available? How much have you grown this past year? Did you start as a crypto project? Or are you only entering the crypto space with the launch of your token? And most importantly, do you have plans of going global? This can prove to be difficult since it doesn’t only involve an online connection with people around the world like most crypto projects, but the complexities of restaurant services and international legal requirements, etc. So, if you plan to, how do you plan to accomplish it?
How do you consider the evolution of Bistro so far, how is its relationship with the community: customers, investors, partners? At a technological level, how can you guarantee safety, reliability and profitability?

What is the purpose of these partnerships? Do you believe Bistroo will improve as a result of these alliances? Among all of your project collaborations who contributed the most for the growth of Bistroo’s platform?
The BIST Token is currently available on Uniswap. Aside from Uniswap, do you have any plans to list on a CEX in the future, such as Binance, Okex, or others? Also, do you have any plans to list on additional DEX platforms? How do you intend to proceed with the next listing?

With Bistroo, will users only be able to enjoy food package deliveries? Or can they also apply to be able to work as a food delivery service? If so, how can I apply to work with you?
The vast majority of delivery platforms mention that the current limitation of this market is the high commissions lost by both those who deliver the product and the customers, but is this really the only thing that can be improved in this market? Or apart from that, are there other limitations and problems that Bistroo will solve?
I could read that the Bistroo platform will have its own MarketPlace, but it will only publish the food and products of the stores that are associated with its delivery platform, right? Or in it they will also be able to commercial NFT collectibles from their platform and from the shops?
Could you explain to us a step by step, how users can order the existing products on your platform and receive the delivery? and if you can, indicate the duration of the delivery and each of the requirements that users will have to meet for it, please.

If you really want Bistroo not to lose commission costs in the delivery of food, then why develop your BIST tokens in the ETH network in which gas rates will be extremely high, instead of developing it in BSC?
Today, projects release tokens before they have a working product, but Bistroo’s ability to have a working product before Uniswap listing is incredible. As a way of connecting merchants directly to the customers, Bistroo would allow these merchants advertise their meals and services to a specified target group within the Bistroo network. The generality of such target advertising as stated by Bistroo would be on information gotten from the customers order history, their food and dietry preferences, location services, etc. Even as Bistroo places care on customer data protection and profile management, why would such customer information be freely made available to merchants, isn’t this an indirect sale of customer’s personal data, how would Bistroo guarantee that merchants on it’s platform don’t transfer or store these customer data, and how do merchants pay for these specified advert on your platform?
