  1. I saw in your article that you are building a project with some asset originators On P2P lending,In p2p lending there are options for fixed and flexible lending,Can you tell us how far you have gone with the project? And knowing that flexible lending determine the market prices for some rate and fixed option will have the higher rate,Will Defactor plan to use both or one option since there will be diiferent users in your platform?

  2. $FACTR will ultimately allow for the the transition of control from the Defactor Launch Team to a DAO foundation governed by its token holders.Does that mean the DAO token holders can participate in the governance decisions and also in product related matters? Since the DAO will control the community treasury, when an error occur in the DAO treasury contract code leading to an internal or external attack-how do tou plan to resolve it?

  3. The Defactor APIs platform will serve as bridge between the on-chain and off chain world. And connectors will be made availabe to the Asset originator to send Information to Defactor and to connect to 3rd party data to enchance risk and governance processes and this connectors will be used to provide access liquidity through the Defi protocols such as the Centrifuge,AAVE and Maker. My questionis how much will be the percentage of intreast in the 3 Defi protocols? What will be the collateral or fund stored or used by the 3 Defi protocols? And how safe and secure is a user fund in the Defi protocols platform?

  4. One of the key components of the Defactor protocol, is the insurance it provides for deals originated and processed through its platform. How does Defactor provide for Insurance of deals on its Platform, and what kinds of risks does insurance in Defactor cover for, and will this insurace automatically cover all deals processed through defactor or will the asset originators be the ones to decide on this..

  5. One of the features of Defactor is its Credit Risk Scoring system, where a risk assessment will be performed and each asset assigned a credit risk score… So how does Defactor assign a credit riskscore to an ssset, what criterias and features do you use, how is the score calculated, and what will be the significance of assigning assets within Defactor a credit risk score..

  6. Going through some of the components of Defactor, i came across the “Deal Liquidator” which is said to be a secondary market where investors will be able to release liquidity by trading their investments, and that this will also be used to liquidate any deals at risk of non-performance through a partner network… How does this secondary market work, againt what will investors be trading their investments for in the Deal liquidator, What partner networks will Defactor be using for the liquidation of deals, and how will Defactor liquidate deals considered to be at risk of non-performance usign the deal liquidator and a partner network…

  7. $FACTR holders can vote on key operational decisions and activities such as fees, target markets & risk appetite. Also it says stake weighted governance so won’t this cause the whales to own the governance of the ecosystem? Or is stake weighted governance executed differently on the governance? How can you provide an equal voting system for everyone?

  8. Defactor uses a stake weighted Governance model in it’s ecosystem, can you please discuss briefly on this governance model? what added advantage does it add or brings Defactor Ecosystem?

  9. One of the problem of onboarding asset originators is the difficulty in assessing known and unknown credit risk. To solve this, Defactor will introduce a Credit Assessment Risk Score to determine the level of funding available against an asset. Can you explain the differences between the Supplier Concentration limit and Debtor Consensus limit and how they interplay to arrive at a credit rating that is indicative of the funding risk of an asset? What invoice size limits are considered before the protocol will release the collateral NFTs to the pool for funding? In what way will you monitor the funding history to be sure that funding is in tandem with an asset pool credit rating?

  10. Defactor Governance model will utilise a signal and support methodology that will allow holders to contribute proposals and vote for ecosystem development. How much of $FACTR are required for voting or proposal and how does your signal and support governance model work? What categories of users are included in the DAO Foundation and what are the protocol’s operating jurisdiction that proposals should comply with before it can be passed for DAO implementation? How will Defactor DAO structure combine compliance and transparency in decisions to ensure it align with stakeholders interest?

  11. Your plan is to launch your token on Ethereum due to the mature nature of this blockchain and the fact that your two major liquidity provider (Centrifuge and Maker) are domiciled on this chain. Despite the developed nature of Ethereum blockchain, it has its limitations of scalability. Even Centrifuge is already planning to migrate to Polkadot. Will your protocol always be on Ethereum blockchain? Will you have solution to tackle the transaction speed and fee on this chain? Don’t you think it is necessary to explore other rising blockchain or L2 scaling solutions for your protocol operation?

  12. Defactor is an innovative platform that bridges the gap between DeFi’s liquidity and real-world asset originators. 14. Among the most salient issues currently roaming the DeFi world are: Those with the desire to enter the market often do not have the technology, knowledge, and time to manage liquidity funds in this space. Will Defactor cover issues other than those mentioned above in the DeFi world? Do you offer basic, intermediate and advanced knowledge as a kind of tool to encourage society to continue experiencing the wonders that the DeFi world offers? Do you present a solution for each and every one of these problems?

  15. Everyone talks about decentralized finance, but it is possible and I know that it is so, that many people are not clear about how deep DeFi really goes. A world of blockchain and cryptocurrency applications is disrupting financial intermediaries. People call them the future of finance – the Defactor team believes they are the NOW of money. Does Defactor allow real-world asset originators to access DeFi’s liquidity and allow investors to gain insight into the underlying assets being funded without hindrance? Are you stipulated to have a global launch? What are the resources that you currently offer? What are the uses of the $ FACTR token? Does this technology also apply to countries that have restrictions? How does Defactor unleash decentralized finance?

What kind of input will ConsolFreight be providing to continue driving the digital transformation of the financial industry? Besides ConsolFreight, do you have any other strategic partner?

  19. Among the most salient problems seen in the DeFi world, it can be mentioned that asset originators are forced to use manual processes to access liquidity in the DeFi space, asset originators do not have efficient tools to manage assets. Liquidity funds, investors have little visibility into what underlies their investments today and have limited access to real world assets or a diversity of investments, on and off the fund ramp is complicated as FIAT is required by end users. Does Defactor offer the necessary tools to achieve a complete integration layer? What system is implemented to give mobility to these processes? Does the Defactor platform provide the connectors and risk models for asset originators to digitize their data? Is Defactor democratizing access to capital? Why now and not let DeFi run its course on its own?

  20. The very essence of the platform is to provide RWAOS with the ability to raise funds without the need to build a complex and expensive blockchain infrastructure. As such, the platform has implemented a set of connectors for on-chain and off-chain resources such as credit reporting agencies, open banking providers, ERP and accounting information systems, and KYC providers. What are the main targets to attack in the decentralized world? What network does Defactor work under? Where will all this data that will be used in the connectors be recorded and stored? Have you had any kind of audit to verify the authenticity of this project? What are the requirements and resources that my company must have in order to opt for a Defactor service?

  21. who is your greatest competitor and how can you learn from his past mistakes, or what makes you stronger ?

So who you want to buy ?

  25. Your methods are aimed to icentivize the positive actions among your ecosystem and reward them with $FACTR, but there’s a lot of tasks to be done on your ecosystem and it includes validators, originators and more … How do you keep a balance among the activities that are handled on your platform? What happens if the actions of the validators are wrong? Is there some kind of punishment?

  26. Regarding your solutions you provide the integration and risk management tools for RWA originators to access and manage their DeFi processes. What are those tools are you talking about? How can it be better the DeFi processes? only can RWA originators access? What is the role of the community here?

  27. I read that you want to Incentive Positive Actions and it will rewarded with $FACTR. But, what are these positive actions? How can i do one? Are there a list of actions users can make to get $FACTR? Do you think this kind of activities motivate users to be active in your platform and indirectly improve your economy?

  28. When you say that DEFACTOR is the bridge between traditional and decentralised finance. What are those features are you merging of both? People are here in the crypto world because is tired about the traditional finance. How do you make an innovative idea to attract users to this kind of bridge? and how this idea helping to improve the problems as scarcity of expertise, highly complex, high cost of scaling and risks unknown?

  29. ❤️ I just realized that your token FACTR is used into the insurance pool and as collateral, so can you tell us why Investors should trust this token to support its funds? What are the financial security measures that the FACTR offers?

  35. Defactor is presented as a great project to solve one of the big problems of the Defi ecosystem, so I would like to know how to buy the tokens, they talk about two public sales, what dates are planned, and how can I buy them?

Defactor hopes that storing these legal titles in NFTs will give it’s operations and transactions numerous advantages and also open up a whole new financial venture to investors.
