  1. Freela advertises unique model where an employer pays all to the employee with absolutely no commission/transaction fee in between. How will this model be sustainable for Freela? Where will be the platform getting operational funds if users and especially employers are not paying the fees for using the Freela?

  2. Please tell us how the arbitrage system will work on Freela. Who can apply to be the arbitrator or will this important role be reserved to Freela team members only? If not, what will be the criteria for applicant to be successfully vetted and accepted to become an arbitrator?

  3. Interested to learn more about the system inner workings. Will KYC be required for all employers and freelancers to apply to Freela or is there a possibility to list small scale jobs without requiring KYC from freelancer? I assume many blockchain related freelancers value their anonimity and may want to remain anonimous but still be able to offer their services to potential employers

  4. many cryptographic projects appear with interesting ideas, objectives and proposals ranging from DeFi innovation, charitable tokens, the NFT market and its dynamic variants among other applications, What does your project contribute to the cryptographic ecosystem in general and how does the community benefits from your project?

  8. Wherever you’re in the world, Freela intends to give you access to a fair and commission-free Freelancing platform. My question is: Where does Freela get her earnings from by not charging commissions? What other benefits do you offer your users?

  9. In one of the tweets published on the twitter account @freela_official, the following is stated: “At Freela, we focused on right person on right job for the right pay.” Can you explain this motto to us? As it expresses in a few words what freela is as platform

  10. Freela is Defi’s first standalone and powered DAO designed to act as a broad decentralized platform for standalone transactions.  What are the fundamental characteristics that Freela presents to identify itself as an autonomous DAO?  How profitable can it be for me to participate in this first DAO?  What are the benefits offered to companies and individuals?  Specifically what is the central objective of Freela?

  11. Freela provides a platform for commission-free B2B (Business to Business) and P2P (Peer to Peer) transactions.  What model is implemented in Freela to win between the employer and the employee?  Do Freela transactions have a gas rate?  I ask this because I do not know about the subject since they are self-employed. Do job offers have any limits or requirements to meet?

  12. Until now, the existing platforms did their best to decentralize and ended up only in the small part of the market niche.  And those who dealt with the largest markets were forced to centralize.  What is Freela focused on to close these types of gaps that have been created in the crypto world?  What is the model implemented in the DeFi liquidity pools and DAO governance?  What characteristics do they meet to pronounce themselves as a decentralized platform never seen before?

  13. Freela is Defi powered and self–governing DAO designed to act as a never before

  15. You have a REPUTATION SYSTEM. Reputation level of an employee allows accessing varieties of jobs that he can apply on the platform. Reputation level of an employer permits access to various talent pools available over the platform. How are these 2 levels assessed (employees and employers), by what criteria? What is the maximum score they can score and under what conditions can they lose their reputation level? How often is the information updated and who is monitoring it? Can users themselves see their level in order to adjust and raise it at any time? Can you tell us in more detail about what opportunities open up for a user who has reached the maximum level of reputation?

  16. I’ve worked with many Freelance platforms before and one of the main disadvantages are the high rates to pay in fees. Also in most of them the freelancers have to subscribe to a premium offering to have an opportunity in these competitive platforms. Can you tell us the advantages of Freela regarding these two subjects?

  17. On your platform you are very consistent with the fact of no arbitration required, however on this type of platform there may be dishonest employers or employees and the jobs are not always as expected. What is Freela’s role in these types of scenarios? Do you offer a user support system? What security guarantees does your P2P system have?

  18. As a truly self governing DAO project, Freela aims to provide services devoid of all the rancour associated with the self imposed autonomy of most trado-financial freelance agencies. A feature of it’s self governing model are the privileges of a Governor and an Arbitrator. Both offices, are reserved for community members who meet certain criteria. First off, what are the major differences or otherwise similarities with the roles of a Governor and that of an Arbitrator, and what are the underlining criteria to becoming one or both of them? Also on Freela, Arbitrations are of two levels namely; first and second level Arbritations. What are the differences?

  19. According to Freela, a summary of it’s competitive advantage over other platforms are; the product, the blockchain , the market, and the promoters. With direct emphasis on the promoters, freela attributes most of it’s promotions and marketing successes to the Vasireddy Venkatadri Institute of Technology (VVIT), aptly described as an elite engineering college with enormous captive talent pool. Why would freela decide to partner with VVIT on this aspect of the project, what promotional or otherwise technical service does the college offer Freela, and what other promotional plans (both present and future) would Freela adopt?

  20. What are the biggest issues of the regular biggest freelancing sites, and how can they be wolver in Freela? Regarding to both the freelancer and the employer

  21. The major freelancer websites are centralized, which takes immense fees for both the freelancer and the employer, being Freela decentralized, how is the theme of commissions controlled?

  22. Freela mentioned that anyone will be able to start a Freelance business, providing his own skills, but without being charged 20% for each task. Do you mean it is one hundred percent free? As to be eligible to start business at Freela, what do we need to prepare/requirements? in addition, can we take interest to our freelancer?

  23. “We work to bring “truly free freelancing” to life!”
This is interesting as most of us now looking for freelance job. As we look for your next step, there will be $FREL coming up as the token/coin. Can you please tell us a bit about the token and its advantage? Will $FREL be a payment method for freelance business someday in the future?

  27. How is Freela able to combine the DeFi liquidity and DAO governance groups to avoid at all costs a future centralization of the project, what strategies does it implement for this?

  28. Wow, this has completely caught my attention, how is it possible that Freela does not apply any kind of commission for transactions, this is great, but won’t it present problems over time in terms of the ongoing financial development of the project?

  29. You mention that Freela focuses on “the right person in the right job for the right salary”, but how will it really affect the amount of compensation that employees will receive? Could it be that being completely free of transactions, Freela will implement minimum amounts to be sent to employees?

  30. Will Freela initially focus on implementing its decentralized platform for independent transactions in a specific location and companies? If so, which location is Freela targeting?

  31. You point out that Freela will facilitate making payments in businesses, through a totally decentralized platform, but will the payments really be made only through cryptocurrencies? Or could they also be with Fiat currency to avoid any legality problem with cryptocurrencies?

  32. As Freela is totally decentralized, it will provide its users with a greater sense of security in each of the payments, but is it really only because it is decentralized that it will be totally safe? o Will Freela implement some other security systems that will keep the capital of the users safe?

  33. I understand that payments to employees can be made completely free of commissions, thanks to Polygon, but is this really the only feature that will hook companies to use Freela to make payments?

  34. On their website they state that they have a “long-term vision and trajectory”, but really how long will it take to implement this decentralized platform for independent transactions from Freela in companies and businesses worldwide?

  35. You point out that Freela seeks to implement a B2B payment system, but are there really companies that want to implement this Decentralized payment system? Is there already a company that has implemented it? or does Freela really want to be a pioneer in implementing it?

  36. You point out that many platforms that have similar characteristics to Freela did their best to decentralize, but were eventually forced to centralize, so how do you know that Freela will be able to establish DeFi systems, and not that it will be forced to centralize as well?

  37. You mention that Freela guarantees better quality work for the employer and the best remuneration for the employee, but could you really tell us how it manages to reward the employees even more, and at the same time achieve a more efficient work for the employers?

  38. I don’t think these platforms like Freelancer, Fiverr, Upwork offer “almost” all the features you are offering, actually I think they are quite far away. So you think using Defi and Blockchain technology will be your USP and will make your platform stand out from the competition?

  42. Investigate your project in depth, I can see that you plan to fully integrate with African markets, can you give us more details on why the project is of interest alliances with African markets? do you intend to expand to the global market? What benefits does the project gain with these alliances?

  43. I know few of my friends who tried starting restaurants but Zomato/Swiggy charge 25-30% and we all know the pain of Ola/Uber drivers. That’s our primary reason. That’s our main reason why projects want to cooperate with Freela? Gadgets really and can be very helpful for many young people around the world who are facing employment problems.

  44. There has always been a gap between employers and employees in human race. These include consultancies and freelancing for the last couple of decades. How does Freela solve this problem? What makes the Freela project stand out from other projects in the same direction at the moment?

  45. I read that after a successful private sale round, Freela’s team is working on their next IDO BSC pad and Poolz.
Meanwhile, work will continue to prepare the platform MVP in June 2021, with the first client onboarding scheduled to begin in July 2021? Can you already announce the next IDOs for us and tell us about your plans to connect users?

  46. As I see it in the system, an important role is given to the arbiter. What will the arbiter do if the Freelancer is not available or has left the platform and the Employer has found a critical bug?

  47. There are many platforms that allow employers and freelancers to find each other and interact with each other. The problem with these existing marketplaces is that they are centralized. This reduces the security and anonymity of both parties. In addition to this, at each stage there are intermediaries who are eating up the employer’s budget and freelancer’s income with commissions and fees.
So how do you ensure a secure connection between the employer and the freelancer? What about intermediaries?

Do you plan to add more Blockchain to integrate in the future for an additional option for Freela users? If you get some advantages from Polygon (Matic),in return what benefits that Polygon can get from integrating in your platform?Thank you
