O3 Swap, the proprietary cross-chain aggregator of O3 labs is built using a four-layer structure to ensure the integrity and symmetry of the information in the liquid market. Can you carefully outline these four distinct layer structures, how do they effectively combine to give investors a safe and efficient trading environment and how does the system aggregate in real-time the best trading rates and data for investors and users alike?
The O3 Swap token (O3) which is an application token can be earned basically by 3 ways; via airdrops, through trade mining rewards and by providing liquidity to cross-chain pools. Interestingly, even whilst been obtained using the methods enumerated, O3 is still in a locked state. Therefore, why are the O3 Swap tokens kept locked even after a user earns them, and why is a user required to provide liquidity to O3 trading pairs to main DEXs before their tokens can be unlocked to their account?
O3 Labs was established in Tokyo in 2017. From that time it has been 4 years. And when I check you roadmap you have come from a long way but defi is evolving very fast too. O3 native token is not released yet, do you think O3 is a little bit slow to catch that speed? What milestones have you been through till this time and when will you launch the exchange with fully functioning?
As I read O3 Swap is permissionless and doesn’t want KYC from users. Many of the defi applications wants KYC from its users. How did you create this application without a KYC requirement? What is the daily limit for transactions?
As we can trade between chains with a single click, I imagine that there is a confirmation button before making the swap what is the security between the chains BSC / SOL/HECO / POLKADOT and how you get the interporability between all the prices in an app?

In February 2020, the iOS client was removed from the App Store due to a trademark dispute with a non-blockchain-related company. We know how troublesome Apple can be, but is this measure permanent? Can’t IOS users download O3 Labs Wallet? Can you tell us exactly what the problem was?

O3 Labs Wallet is free of faults or bugs that may condition the comfort or even the safety of the funds? Can you guarantee 100% the proper functioning of the wallet?
On your website you say that O3 adopts different blockchains like BTC, NEO, ETH or ONT, but do you have future plans to add more to the list? These days, quite a few popular and promising blockchains are emerging such as TEZOS, EOS, KOMODO, etc. Do you have these factors in mind? I think it could help O3 Wallet demand.
Looking at your roadmap, i can see that you have being in existence since the year 2017. For a company that have been in existence since 2017, your team and management should therefore consist of the most experienced set of people which should make your company securely trustworthy. As a multi chain asset management that your are, how have the crypto ecosystem been in relation to your crypto company and how have you tried to improve your security since the launch of your beta phase in January 2017.
Your token is launched on Neotube blockchain system and there is currently the version 3 of the neotube, i also figured out that there are over 2 million addresses created on the neotube website with 68 million transactions. I will like to know if you are the owner of Neotube and how is the gas fees on Neotube, how long does it take to complete a transaction on Neotube. Can you also drop a guide on how to open the neotube wallet address.
o3 lab plans to create a cross chain medium called the “o3 swap” that promotes limitless financial and technology composability by building on interoperability protocols. What are the other blockchain network apart from NEO you plan to introduce for cross chain in your platform.
Your last goal for this year was to provide DeFi gateway services with fully integrated dAPI. Was this goal met? Can you tell us a bit about how it works and what it offers to users? Also, I noticed that you don’t have any more goals for the future, why? Are you working on a new roadmap? In case they already have new plans, can you provide them?

You give your users the opportunities on your app to purchase top cryptos with their local currency directly from their credit card but recently, we know of the crisis that is happening amidst the central bank and the adopters of crypto, like turkey for example they recently banned them from using crypto or else the block their fiat bank account. Do you have plans of introducing p2p like how Binance did in your app or how do plan to rescue us in such situation.
There is something you called ontology staking on your platform, i will like to know why it is called ontology staking. Is it like the normal staking that we receive APY on and what are the APY you plan to gives of if they are the same.
The site you give user to purchase crypto from with their credit card seems to allow only user to purchase XRP and BTC, why is the reason all the remaining coin are unavailable for purchase or do you have plans to upgrade the system as time goes on.
I’m interested about your Fiat on-ramp features, in countries like mine it is very difficult to make purchases in international currency since there are practically no credit cards, can you tell me that other options exist to buy cryptos from your platform with fiat money ?
I could see that the O3 Labs team has necer sold O3 Swap Token in private to anyone. Otherwise you have signed SAFT agreements, can you tell us what’s the purpose of this agreements and how can it contribute to the sustainability of your project?
There’s so many swapping platforms out there offers their best for users. And for sure, you are in the race to gain the customer on swapping. Comparing with your competitors, what is the best feature on O3 Swap that will make you one of the tops of their choice?

You say, “Day and night, our support team is always ready to help you fix the situation.” How is the contact with the support service carried out: chat in the application itself or sending a letter to an email address? And if this is a chat in the application, will a real person or a bot communicate with us, who answers pre-programmed questions? How quickly do your specialists respond to users? I’m amazed by the fact that O3 is a leading crypto wallet, a gateway to the smart economy, and as users we can manage our assets. But really my question is based on having as many wallets and exchanges as MXC or Binance. What differences does O3 have with these or other wallets? Why should users trust and put their assets in O3 instead of others? and finally, what advantages does O3 offer compared to its competitors, what achievements has it obtained and does it plan throughout 2021 in order to offer more than a traditional wallet?
I have been looking at your website and I am struck by NEO’s participation in O3. Can you tell us more about this? Why have you chosen to focus on NEO and use Neotube or Neo3 Neotube. Really, what vital role does NEO play in O3 and how will this help the ecosystem and users?
Your site has information, we can donate. What donations in this case mean: any user can contribute to the development of your project, or are you doing charity work, and we can contribute to this? Can you tell us about this?
According to your roadmap, you say that within quarters 2 and 3 the ETH, BSC exchanges will be integrated or admitted. But will the best known ones or only a small part of them be available? What will be the fees that users will have to cover when exchanging some of these assets? What do you mean that there will be “hidden” fees within your app or platform?
On its telegran channel and website I could see that O3swap currently has a mobile application. So speaking of this app, is it available to everyone in the world or are there some restricted countries? Is this application available for both android and IOS? O3 Labs wallet supports multi-chain assets management whether it’s BTC, NEO, ETH, or ONT, O3 has them all. So,aside from those mentioned do you plan to add other currency in your wallet? If yes,what currency are you planning to add in the list for more users to be able to choose what currency to store? Just like Trustwallet,safepal and Metamask, do you also plan to add features like Dapps to connect with some exchanging tools like Uniswap and Pancakeswap and more? O3 lets you store all assets that are on the NEO and Ontology blockchains. Store NEO, ONT, NEP-5 tokens, and claim GAS and ONG rewards.So, why does Neo and Ontology is the main blockchain assets being focus by O3 Labs? Can you tell us the relationship of O3 Labs ecosystem to Neo and Ontology Blockchain? What are the other mechanics to be eligible in claiming GAS and ONG rewards in your platform aside from storing NEO,ONT and NEP-5 tokens? Is there a minimum tokens to store in order to claim rewards? O3 Hub contains a lot of cross-chain assets like Neo, Ethereum, BSC, Solana and Heco. What tokens do I need for exchanging between all these tokens? Will it be possible to exchange between these assets with O3 tokens? And what will be the transaction fees?
2 weeks ago I read your announcement regarding new partnership with Poly Network, Flamingo and also new ventures. What are benefit that O3 get from these partnership? And if you dont mind, can you tell us who are these ‘new ventures’?
With the Launch DAO Version 1 what are the community governance options for people to gain vote rights on the O3? What are the minimum limits for staking or holding O3 for gaining governance power? Also as I see on your whitepaper, after the launch of DAO Version 2, Development Committee turns into DAO and decision-making completely organized by the DAO. O3 Swap is provide user access to cryptocurrency based, financial services, allowing them to exchange, or ‘swap’.O3 also have native token but still not list everywhere. On the medium page of the O3, I’ve seen about wallet migration from existing wallet into the O3Wallet. This is very important feature to allow import our existing assets on other wallets into O3 Wallet. But the problem is there is an option for importing with mnemonic phrase for Ethereum and Bitcoin. But assets like NEO and Ontology will require private keys or NEP6 Wallet file. Probably there might be more assets like this. So how can we import these into O3 wallet as there are no option for us to get private keys from trust wallet? Are there any other options about it?
