  6. One thing that caught my attention was the fact that the team you show on your website looks (purely based on their last names) very american and europian to me, but even that, Polka Ventures is based in Hong Kong, so can you tell us more about it? Why did you decide to based Polka Ventures there and not in another part of the world like USA for example? Does this mean you are trying to penetrate the Asian market first? If so, why did you decide to enter that market first? How could this be benefitial for Polka Ventures?

  7. Polka Ventures invests in projects when they launch their token or shortly before a listing through private sales. The community plays a very important role: any member can submit a start-up project that has been identified that matches our investment criteria. What are the criteria that must be met to pass the preselection filter?

  8. We are motivated to create value by investing in promising companies. Together with our community we are stronger because we not only invest funds. Do you also provide networks in the DeFi ecosystem? How does this work?

  11. Governance tokens give holders the right to influence existing strategies and create new ones. One of the biggest advantages of these tokens is that they give the holder a direct stake in decentralized financial platforms. Those who receive tokens have the leverage to decide how the platform’s economy transforms over time. Is Polka Ventures approaching the government token with on-chain governance? Do participants have incentives to consolidate power and steer the network in directions that benefit them?

  12. Currently only the Lichtenstein fund is active, named after the pop art painter Roy Lichtenstein and in a way the father of “polka dot” painting is our initial investment fund. When do you intend to activate the other 2 funds? What is the POLVEN investment procedure based on?

  20. PolkaVentures invests in projects in their initiation stages, but what are the characteristics or aspects of projects that you evaluate to make sure they are not fraud and scams?

  21. In the PolkaVentures whitepaper you say that “The Polka Ventures (POLVEN) token is not intended to be a digital currency, a commodity or any other type of financial activity,” so what is the use of the $POLVEN token? What is the purpose of the project?

  22. It’s great that start-ups can get capital from platforms like Polka Ventures, but what happens if the project you invest in doesn’t accomplish their goals? All investments entail risk, so how are you prepared to face loss if that happens?

  23. The target for the fund size will start at USD 3 million for the first pool, USD 5-10 millions for the second and USD 20 millions for the last pool. 35. Polka Ventures claims to be a project that funds or assists in the initial development of projects regarding DeFi, NFTs, Cryptocurrencies and Blockchain. But for a project to be able to finance or invest in another project it needs to have a large amount of capital (money). My question is, what is the amount of money that Polka Ventures manages to finance or invest in other projects? Is there a limit to the number of projects they can finance? Or over time as they get the income or percentages for providing initial funding will they invest in more projects?

  36. My question is about sataking, as the “Presale” of its native token “Polven” will start soon. You say that users will be able to bet with attractive interest rates.
